Indikasi banyaknya jumlah siswa yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan soal limit fungsi aljabar yang diberikan di kelas XI MAN 1 Pekanbaru, menggambarkan adanya permasalahan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab siswa tidak menyelesaikan soal limit fungsi aljabar, khususnya siswa di kelas XI SMA/MA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 22 orang siswa kelas XI IIS 4 MAN 1 Pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab siswa tidak menyelesaikan soal limit fungsi aljabar berupa faktor fisiologis, faktor psikologis, faktor materi, faktor lingkungan sekolah, faktor lingkungan keluarga, dan faktor lingkungan masyarakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor terbesar yang menyebabkan siswa tidak menyelesaikan soal materi limit fungsi aljabar yaitu faktor materi (50%) dan yang paling sedikit adalah faktor fisiologis (18%). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi guru untuk dapat lebih menekankan konsep limit fungsi dalam bentuk akar dengan menggunakan strategi dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa dan kebutuhan materi.Students' Causative Factor Unable to Solve The Algebraic Limit Function’s ProblemsAbstractThe indication that many of the students were not able to solve the  algebraic function limit’s  problems given in class XI MAN 1 Pekanbaru, it pointed out that there were some student's problem. This research aims to analyze the factors that caused many of the students were not able to solve the  algebraic function limit’s  problems, especially students in class XI SMA/MA. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research were 22 students of class XI IIS 4 MAN 1 Pekanbaru in the academic year 2019/2020. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire to determine the factors caused students were not able to solve the algebraic function limit problems in the form of physiological factors, psychological factors, topic factors, school environmental factors, family environmental factors, and community environmental factors. The analysis results showed that the biggest factor caused students were not able to solve the problems about algebraic function limit was the topic factors (50%) and the least factor was the physiological factors (18%). The results of this study can be a reference for teachers to be able to emphasize the concept of limit functions in the form of roots by using strategies and learning models that are in accordance with student characteristics and material needs.

The study aims to determine the improvement of metacognitive skills and learning activities of students through a learning model talking stick. Classroom action research is done in SMPN 1 Balerejo. Data collection techniques metacognitive skills and learning activities using observation sheet . Results of the first cycle study metacognitive skills 44,22. Results of the first cycle of study learning activities 40,3. Results of the second cycle study metacognitive skills 84,74. Results of second cycle studies 82,62. Conclusion there is an increase in metacognitive skills and learning activities of students through the application of learning models talking stick on the subject matter density of population on the environment SMPN1 Balerejo academic year 2014/2015 .

This study aims to: (1) To find out the implementation of learning to listen to news using Team Product method on class VIII students SMP Negeri 3 Malunda; (2) To find out how the team product method can improve the ability to listen to the news of the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Malunda. The population as the object of this research is class VIII SMPN 3 Malunda, Malunda Sub-district, Majene Tengah Regency for the academic year 2017 / 2018.The total number of students of class VIIID is 32 students, but the subject in this study only 30 students, sample in this study. Instruments used in this study there are two kinds of news capabilities and tests test questionnaire. The ability test is used to know the ability of the students to use the team product method to improve the ability to listen to the news, while the questionnaire used as data collection to determine the factors that influence the use of team product method to improve the ability to listen to news. The results of this study show the use of team product method to improve the ability of listening news is not sufficient, because the sample did not achieve results in accordance with predefined criteria. Factors affecting the ability of the students through the use of team product methods to improve the ability to listen to news are: Factors phsikologi learners, media limitations and facilities of instruction, environmental factors. From the results of the above analysis can be concluded that the level of use of team product methods in improving the ability to listen to news students in grade VIII SMPN 4 Malunda, Malunda District, Majene District has not been adequate.

This study aims to improve students' creative thinking skills through scramble learning models in physics science learning on the subject of heat at SMPN 4 Praya Barat Daya 2015/2016 Academic Year. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, carrying out observation and reflection. Data on creative thinking skills were obtained from the results of evaluating students' creative thinking skills using essay questions given to class VII students whose students were 35 students. The results of the study address an increase in creative thinking skills of class VII students of SMPN 4 Praya Barat Daya after learning using the scramble learning model. In the first cycle, the results of students' creative thinking ability were 57%, while the second cycle increased to 79% with creative criteria. Thus it can be concluded that the scramble learning model can improve students' creative thinking ability.

The aims of study are to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning model in an effort to improve students' physics learning outcomes on the subject of Pressure. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research). This study was conducted in MAN 1 Banjarmasin academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of the study were students of class X MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin as many as 26 students. The instrument used in this research is an objective test of multiple choice type with four options (option) used to find out the improvement of students' physics learning outcomes, observation sheet to know the process of learning in the classroom, and questionnaire to know the student response to the model of Problem Based Learning. From the results of this study can be concluded that the application of learning models based on problems can improve student physics learning outcomes class X MIA 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin.

This research investigates how process of speaking instruction takes place at IAIN SMH Banten. There are three main issues in the research problems: the process of teaching speaking, obstacles found in the teaching and learning process, and what efforts do they make to solve the obstacles in speaking. The process of teaching speaking discusses materials, preparation, procedures or steps in teaching speaking while obstacles and solutions discuss the speaking barriers that the students faced in speaking class and how they minimize the barriers. By applying descriptive qualitative research design to students of fourth semester in academic year 2014/2015, the result shows that the focus of speaking instruction at the fourth semester of English education department of IAIN SMH Banten seemed to let the students speak, without any language skills discussion as the feedback. At the same time, during the process of speaking instruction there are some problems faced by students. The first is  problem of limited English Competence dealt with students poor of vocabulary and the second is problems of psychological factors.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

The purpose of this research is to know how to incerease the students’ learning achievement that has been applied learning contextual task-based learning model and to know the influence of contextual learning in  the task-based teaching model to improve achievemen and motivation to learn the material pe civis lesson.   This research is an action research by theree rounds. Each round consists of four phases. Design activities are observation, and revesion. The subject of the research is XI grade students of Bina Informatika Ternate accademic year 2015/2016. Data obtained in the form of a formative test results, observation sheet teaching and learning activities. The results of the research showed that students’ achivement increased from round I to III that the round 1, (70.00 % ), (92,50 %)  3 cycles, conclusions of this research is the method of cooperatif learning can be a positive influence on students motivation and achievement in material udaya politics in Indonesia. It means that this model can be used as one of the alternative learning for Pkn.            Kata  kunci: PKn, cooperative learning method

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

The background of this study was the low student learning outcomes of PPKn, from 28 students who achievedthe completeness criteria at least only 11 students (39.29%). The low student learning outcomes are caused bythe high level of individuality between students so that the achievement of competence among studentsexperiences a very distant difference. Based on this, the researchers made improvements to student learningoutcomes through the application of STAD cooperative learning models. This research is a classroom actionresearch, with the subject of class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Teluk Kuantan. The data used in this study is PPKnlearning outcomes data. The results stated that after applying the STAD type cooperative learning model studentlearning outcomes had increased in the initial data the number of students who completed were 11 students, incycle I had an increase with the number of 18 students, and in cycle II the number of students who completedcontinued to increase by the number 22 student.

This study aims at describing how the teachers teach reading comprehension of narrative text to the tenth grade students in Sibolangit and revealing the underlying reasons of why do they do that way. This study was conducted by using qualitative research design. The subject of this study were two english teachers who taught at tenth grade students of two SMA in Sibolangit they are : SMA Negeri  1 Sibolangit  and SMA RK Deli Murni Bandar Baru in academic year 2016/ 2017. The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. The  technique of collecting the data was recorded from the classroom process in teaching reading comprehension of narrative text. The findings of the study show that most of teachers’ ways are not yet focusing on teaching reading comprehension but rather focusing teaching the knowledge of genre. The underlying reason of the teachers’ ways in teaching reading comprehension did not facilitate reading comprehension. It was due to the misperception of the concept of teaching reading comprehension.  Keywords : Teaching,Reading Comprehension,Narrative Text.
