This research is motivated by the fact of learning outcomes and a low level of mastery students were most likely caused by low motivation to learn is possessed by students. Motivation itself is based, the environment of the school and family environment. The design of this study used a correlational research design. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes on the subject of math equations and linear inequalities. Instrument of data collection using questionnaires to obtain data of motivation to learn, and test methods for obtaining data learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using correlation techniques poduct moment. The population in this study were students, the students of class X APK SMK YPM 3 Taman Sidoarjo were 112 students, while the sample is taken by random sampling as much as 35% of the 40 students. The research results obtained correlation coefficient = 0.379, later than at significant level of 5% and N = 40 is 0.312 Turns greater than . It can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes on the subject of math equations and linear inequalities.   Keywords: learning motivation, learning outcomes, linear equations and inequalities

Abstrak: Motivasi dan Hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 3 Selong belum maksimal. Peneliti menerapkan metode widyawisata sebagai solusi mengurai persolan tersebut.  Penerapan metode ini,  lakukan dengan mengajak siswa belajar di  luar kelas (out door study)  dalam  suasana belajar yang menyenangkan.. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh  penerapan metode widyawisata terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran  geografi  maka  Penulis  melaksakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini  yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 sebanyak 30  siswa. Lokasi widyawisata di Sungai Tojang Selong sekitar  lingkungan SMA Negeri 3 Selong, Kelurahan Sandubaya Kecamatan Selong Kota  Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Jarak dari SMA N 3 Selong ke Lokasi widyawisata sekitar  400 M, dengan waktu tempuh 5 sanpai 10 menit. Tahapan penelitian ini  dengan 2 siklus. Pada siklus I motivasi belajar siswacukup tinggi,  Dari 30 siswa,  di atas 65 % setuju termotivasi dengan penerapan metode widyawisata.   Bahkan dari indikator rasa tertarik mereka terhadap metode ini mencapai 80 % .  Namun hasil belajar mereka masih rendah .  9 siswa atau 30 %  tidak tuntas. Selain itu daya serap siswa masih rendah, yakni   74, 23. Selanjutnya peneliti merencanakan dan  melaksanakan  siklus II. Pada   siklus ini diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi belajar meningkat sekitar 10 %, dari siklus sebelumnya, begitu pula hasil belajar, angka ketuntasan mencapai 93 %,    berarti 23 % meningkat dari siklus I. Daya serap  siswa juga meningkat menembus angka 84, 53. Berdasarkan  hasil siklus II  ini, maka tidak  dilakukan siklus III, namun demikian bagi siswa yang belum tuntas  dilakukan pendekatan bimbingan secara individual.   Dari hasil pengolahan  data  dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Widyawisata dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar geografi siswa SMA NEGERI 3 SELONG  semester genap  tahun pelajaran 2018-2019.Kata kunci: Motivasi; Hasil   belajar; Metode WidyawisataAbstract: Motivation and student learning outcomes in SMAN 3 SELONG have not been maximized. Researchers apply the Widyawisata method as a solution to unravel the problem. The application of this method, by inviting students to study outside the classroom (outdoor study) in a pleasant learning atmosphere. To understand the application of the study method to the motivation and student learning outcomes in geography learning, the author conducts classroom action research (CAR). In this classroom action research, the subject of the study was students of class X IPS 1 totaling 30 students. The location of the study tour on the Tojang Selong River around the neighborhood of SMA 3 Selong, Sandubaya Village, Selong District, East Lombok Regency. The distance from SMA N 3 Selong to the location of the study tour is around 400 M, with a travel time of 5 to 10 minutes. This research stage with 2 cycles. In the first cycle, students' motivation to learn was quite high. Out of 30 students, over 65% agreed to be motivated by the application of the study tour method. 80% of the indicators of interest in this method. But their learning outcomes are still low. 9 students or 30% did not complete. In addition, the absorption of students is still low, namely 74, 23. Furthermore, researchers discuss and conduct the second cycle. In this cycle the results obtained from learning increased by about 10%, from the previous cycle, as well as learning outcomes, completeness reached 93%, meaning 23% increased from cycle I. Students absorption also increased through the numbers 84, 53. Based on the results of the second cycle, then there is no cycle III, but nevertheless for students who have not done individually. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the method of applying Widyawisata can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of students in the senior high school of 3 Selong even semesters 2018-2019.Keywords: Motivation; Learning outcomes; The study method

AbstractEducation is an activity that has core interactions between students and educators as well as various educational sources. Interaction between students and educators and educational resources can take place in social situations (education), Classroom Action Research is used to describe the motivation and learning outcomes of students' economic subjects in Class X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Classroom Action Research is conducted when learning activities take place, both overall and related to the material. The results of the study show that the application of role playing makes students as the subject of learning activities, and they must actively practice the communication with their friends. Learning motivation of students looks enthusiastic and dynamic. So that it can improve the positive climate to improve maximum learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning, role playing, and learning motivationAbstrakPendidikan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berintikan interaksi antara peserta didik dengan para pendidik serta berbagai sumber pendidikan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilakukan ketika kegiatan pembelajaran yang berlangsung, baik secara keseluruhan maupun terkait dengan materi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan role playing menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subyek dari kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mereka secara aktif harus melakukan praktik-praktik berkomunikasi dengan temannya. Motivasi belajar peserta didik terlihat antusias dan dinamis. Academic motivation can work both ways. It inspires students as well as instructors at all levels of learning. However, this study gears toward motivation at the college level. When instructors cannot accomplish learning outcomes and observe students dropping the course, come late, miss lectures. and even scheduled tests or exams, these reveal serious problems or challenges. These challenges as well lead to undesired consequences. If this recurs very often, it becomes a phenomenon that needs immediate remedies or solutions. Previous research has focused on many aspects of motivation, theories, definition. Research has reached empirical results that serve all levels of education at elementary, junior, high schools, or colleges. No doubt research in motivation produces answers to questions raised by researches or institutions that look forward to improving the academic environment for students so that students’ goals will achieve the intended outcomes. Therefore, if students’ motivation to learn is enacted, the whole teaching environment will go smoothly. However, when a lack of motivation ends up in failures no matter how teaching methods are easy to apply, the whole academic institution falls apart. Ultimately, students’ main concern becomes focused on getting grades but not on the love of the subject they study. Here motivation plays an important role in the academic life of students when they know why they join college. Unless they have a clear set of goals, and their study does not satisfy their goals, challenges start to appear for instructors teaching them. I keep telling my students, “There is no point in teaching you if you are not willing to learn. Neither can I pour knowledge into your brains.” Speaking of which I remind them of the English proverb: “you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.” This study provides remedies for students’ lack of motivation at our college. The results of the study were obtained via interviewing students, and observation of their behavior during classes.

<p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to describe the application of the Find Someone Who and Timed Pair Share learning models to improve social studies motivation and learning outcomes. The type of research used is Class Action Research. The subject of this study was the VB class of SDN Pakunden 2 with 37 students. The results of this study that the application of the Find Someone Who and Timed Pair Share learning models can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of social studies. At the end of the second cycle, all indicators assessed were able to exceed the specified success criteria.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran <em>Find Someone Who</em> dan <em>Timed Pair Share</em> untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VB SDN Pakunden 2 dengan jumlah 37 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran <em>Find Someone Who</em> dan <em>Timed Pair Share </em>dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS. Pada akhir siklus II, seluruh indikator yang dinilai mampu melampaui kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.

This study aims to find out about the factors that affect external motivation to learn the results of Drawing Techniques I learned in college students S1 Studies Program of Technical Education Building, State University of Jakarta. Place of this research was conducted at the Department of Civil Engineering, State University of Jakarta in October-December 2011.In this study using survey method. The population in this study were students of S1 Studies Program of Technical Education Building Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta of 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 as many as 262 students and a sample of 72 students who are determined using the calculation Yamane with sampling techniques using simple random sampling . The instrument used was a questionnaire for data capture factors external motivation to learn and value the learning outcomes data UAS for Engineering Drawing I. Reliability of the results obtained from the calculation of r values for the factors of external motivation to learn at 0.935.Based on the research results can be concluded that there are factors that influence motivation to learn external learning outcomes Mechanical Drawing I. In sub-indicators to obtain a family concern that is the largest average value 3.78, and the lowest mean value contained in the sub-indicators campus environment that is equal to 2.95. Overall indicator of family environment to obtain a mean value of 3.51, an indicator of the campus environment to obtain a mean value of 3.32, and for community environmental indicators obtained average value of 3.48.Based on research results obtained that the family environment is a factor external motivation to learn the most dominant in affecting learning outcomes of Engineering Drawing I with a mean value of 3.78.

This study aims to develop a problem-based mathematical module in the material system of two-variable linear equations of class VIII SMP students that are valid, practical and effective. This research is a development research with the method used is ADDIE. The subject of this study was the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngabang, Landak District. The instruments used were validation sheets, observation sheets and student learning outcomes tests. The result indicates that a problem-based mathematical module has been developed in the material system of two-variable linear equations of class VIII SMP students that are valid, practical and effective. Based on the results of the validity test, it can be stated that the problem-based mathematical module produced is valid with a validity value of 79.11. The implementation observation results show that the problem-based mathematics module is in the practical category with a practical value of 82.18. Then the results of student learning tests showed that the average value of the learning outcomes test was 83.00 and the effectiveness of the problem-based mathematics module was 87.50% and included in the effective category. When viewed from the results of the tests performed, the development of problem-based mathematical modules in the subject matter of the two-variable linear equation system has been successfully developed and is suitable for use in Ngabang 1 State Middle School.

The objectives of this literature review are; (1) To create real learning conditions for students during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (2) To find out the role of learning video media in the distance learning process; (3) To find out the effect between the use of learning video media on student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of distance learning processes during the Covid-19 Pandemic through learning videos. The results of the data showing the implementation of the learning process based on the student's attendance rate of 94% and the results of the pre-learning video media data, especially on the interest in social studies lessons by 42% after using the learning video media increased to 77%; (2) Learning video media can help teachers deliver material and create a learning situation that is not monotonous. The results of pre-learning video media data showing that learning video media can help teachers deliver material is 42% and after using learning video media it increases to 94%; (3) Learning video media can help students understand the subject matter and complete the tasks given by the teacher. The data from the pre-learning video media showing that students can answer questions through online learning is 19% after using the learning video media, increasing to 94%; (4) Appropriate and effective learning video media in increasing motivation and learning outcomes for students during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of pre-learning video media data showing the subject matter given to students online are very clear at 42% after using learning video media, increasing to 94%. ABSTRAKTujuan dari kajian pustaka ini adalah ; (1) Untuk menciptakan kondisi belajar yang nyata terhadap peserta didik di masa Pandemi Covid-19; (2) Untuk mengetahui peran media video pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran Jarak Jauh; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara  penggunaan media video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terselenggaranya proses belajar jarak jauh di masa Pandemi Covid-19 melalui video pembelajaran. Hasil data yang menunjukan terselenggaranya proses pembelajaran bedasarkan tingkat kehadiran peserta didik 94% dan hasil data pra media video pembelajaran khususnya pada minat pelajaran IPS sebesaar 42% setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 77%; (2) Media video pembelajaran dapat membantu guru menyampaikan materi dan menciptakan situasi pembelajaran yang tidak monoton. Hasil data pra media video pembelajaran yang menunjukan media video pembelajaran dapat membantu guru menyampaikan materi sebesar 42% dan setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 94%; (3) Media video pembelajaran dapat membantu peserta didik untuk memahami materi pelajaran dan menyelesaikan tugas yang di berikan guru. Data hasil pra media video pembelajaran yang menunjukan peserta didik dapat menjawab pertanyaan melalui pembelajaran daring sebesar 19% setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 94%; (4) Media video pembelajaran yang layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar bagi peserta didik dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Hasil data pra media video pembelajaran yang menunjukan materi pelajaran yang diberikan kepada peseta didik melalui daring sangat jelas sebesar 42% setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 94%.

Algebra structure is a branch of abstract mathematics, which is generally more difficult than the other more concrete branches of mathematics. The on going problems in the subject of  Algebra structure is the students do not understand about the concept of algebra structures, so that students have difficulty in using theories or theorems in evidence. In addition, another cause is the algebra structure of the teaching material is too abstract, so that students are less motivated to read supporting books and it causes low student activities. There may be one way to improve the motivation, activity and learning outcomes of students like using the Student Worksheet (MFIs). The purpose of this research was to develop an effective MFI Guided on the subject of Algebraic Structures in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. This type of research was a developmental research. This research used 4-D models composed of 4 phases: definition phase (define), the design (design), development (develop) and spread (disseminate). In the deployment phase of the trial is limited to classes only. Effectiveness was analyzed through the observation student activity during lectures, student motivation by providing motivation questionnaire after using Guided MFI and student outcomes. Data analysis was analyzed descriptively with the results after using Guided MFIs in the subject of Algebra structure can enhance the activity, motivation and learning outcomes of students. The level of student mastery learning outcomes is more than 68%. It means that MFI Guided is effective in improving the student learning outcomes. The results show that the MFIs Guided on the subject of Algebra Structure developed has been effectively used as a teaching material for students.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa angkatan 2015 prodi fisika pada mata kuliah mekanika. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel, yaitu variabel bebas (Independent Variable) motivasi belajar (X) dan variabel terikat (Dependent Variable) yaitu hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah mekanika (Y). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa prodi pendidikan fisika. Sampel penelitiannya adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi fisika angkatan 2015 yang mengambil mata kuliah mekanika. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan tes hasil belajar berbentuk tes essay dan motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan bentuk angket motivasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Product Moment yang dikembangkan Karl Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS. Analisis selanjutnya mencari koefisien determinasi di mana rumus yang digunakan adalah rumus “Coefficient of Determination”. Analisis terakhir adalah mencari makna hubungan variable X terhadap Y dengan pengujian lanjutan yaitu uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif (kuat) antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar yang dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,745. Besar hubungan variabel motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar adalah sebesar 55,50% yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasinya. Uji signifikansi menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (3,162,262) yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar. Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of learning motivation with learning physics student outcomes class 2015 studies in the subject of mechanics. This type of research is included in correlational research that aims to know the relationship between two variables. In this study there are two variables, that is independent variable (learning motivation) and dependent variable (student learning outcomes in the subject of mechanics). The population used in this study were all students physics education program. The sample of the research is all students physics class 2015 who take the subject mechanics. student learning outcomes data collected by form essay test and motivation of learning collected by form of motivation questionnaire.Data were analyzed using Product Moment developed by Karl Pearson with the help of SPSS. The next analysis looks for the coefficient of determination in which the formula used is the "Coefficient of Determination" formula. The last analysis is to find the meaning of relationship variable X to Y with advanced testing is the test of significance. The results showed there was a positive (strong) relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes that can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.745. Great relationship of learning motivation variable with learning result is equal to 55,50% which seen from determination coefficient value. Test significance shows the value of t arithmetic greater than t table (3.16 2.262) which means there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine how much influence the intellectual ability (IQ) and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in subjects at high school Accounting Labschool Rawamangun. Which is located on Jl. Pemuda, Rawamangun UNJ complex, and was conducted in May and June 2011. The study was the correlation method, the entire student population was at high school Labschool Rawamangun, with a population of affordable class XI IPS with the number of 158 students, by taking a sample of 110 responden.Instrument which is used in the form of kuesi oner, in the form of 35 statements for Learning and Motivation free variable data Intellectual ability (IQ) and Learning Outcomes in Accounting students can directly from the school. In variable Motivation of 35 statement filed there are 5 statement is declared invalid or drop (r count> r table). The results of the calculation of the variable motivation to learn has a reliability of 0.961. These results further stated reliably used to obtain data. From the research results can be described the effect of intellectual ability and motivation to learn the Accounting Learning Outcomes show a positive relationship is a positive influence between intellectual ability of students and Motivation Against Student Results At Subjects Accounting.Keywords: the intellectual ability (IQ), Motivation and Learning Outcomes Accounting
