COVID-19 is a disease that attacks the respiratory system from no symptoms to death. Because more and more individuals are infected with COVID-19 who are asymptomatic, wearing a mask is one of the ways to prevent it. The purpose of this community service activity is to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 and increase public awareness to always use masks when leaving the house. The target of this activity is the traders who sell at the Pekanbaru Dupa Market. The method of implementing this activity is in the form of social service by distributing cloth masks for free and providing information about the use of cloth masks with the target of changing the behavior of traders by always wearing masks when selling. The output of this service activity is publication in a community service journal. The result of this activity was the distribution of 100 cloth masks for free to traders. However, when the evaluation was carried out a week later, it turned out that there were still many traders who did not wear masks when selling. It is hoped that traders will increase awareness of wearing masks as a way to prevent transmission of COVID-19.

In general, the residents of RT 004 RW 03 have a level of education at the junior and senior high school levels. This is due to the economic factors and the absence of encouragement from parents for their children to continue their education to a higher level. Moreover, women who do not continue their education at school are unemployed or decide to become housewives, because they do not have the skills to live independently. Most of the mothers are only housewives who only take care of their children and husbands. This condition cannot improve the economic condition of the family that is not fixed and coupled with the high economic burden that requires each family to be able to think creatively in order to survive amid the economic pressure. The objectives of this community service activity included: Assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment in the formation of business groups, assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment on how to utilize and cultivate the broiler rabbits as a small entrepreneur. The implementation of this training activity was expected to help in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in rabbit cultivation for underprivileged people through the formation of a small business group of women of Family Welfare and Empowerment and in the form of published scientific articles. Abstrak Warga masyarakat yang berada di RT 004 RW 03 pada umumnya adalah lulusan SMP dan SMU. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi dan tidak adanya dorongan dari orang tua agar anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Terlebih anak perempuan yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah akhirnya menganggur atau hidup berumah tangga, karena mereka tidak mempunyai bekal keterampilan untuk bisa hidup mandiri. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang hanya mengurusi anak dan suaminya. Kondisi ini tidak dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, penghasilan yang tidak tetap dan ditambah beban ekonomi yang tinggi menuntut setiap keluarga untuk dapat berfikir kreatif agar dapat bertahan hidup ditengah himpitan ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Membantu Ibu PKK dalam pembentukan kelompok usaha yang harus dibentuk, membantu Ibu PKK dalam cara pemanfaatan dan pengolahan kelinci pedaging sebagai wirusaha kecil. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha budidaya kelinci bagi masyarakat prasejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil ibu PKK dan berupa luaran artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.

ABSTRAKCovid-19 merupakan penyakit yang penyebabnya adalah virus corona yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Pemerintah sudah menghimbau masyarakatnya dengan memberikan protokol kesehatan untuk menghindari penularan wabah COVID-19, untuk dapat menerapkannya dibutuhkan kesadaran masyarakat. Salah satu hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Pencegahan COVID-19 berbasis Keluarga dengan Menerapkan 5M. Tujuan Pengabdian adalah untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Masyarakat RT 22 Kelurahan Pahlawan Palembang tentang Pencegahan COVID-19 berbasis Keluarga dengan Menerapkan 5M dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah berbentuk pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan demontrasi. Kesimpulan adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat berbasis keluarga di RT 22 kelurahan Pahlawan Palembang dalam menerapkan protokol Kesehatan 5M. Disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengimplementasikan dan memberikan informasi terbaru tentang pencegahan virus Covid 19 selain penerapan 5M pada masyarakat yang lebih luas. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kesadaran Masyarakat, Menerapkan 5M, Pencegahan        Covid 19 ABSTRACTCovid-19 is a disease caused by a coronavirus that attacks the respiratory system. One of the things that can be done to increase public awareness is to provide counseling about Family-based COVID-19 Prevention by Implementing 5M. The purpose of this service is to increase public awareness of RT 22 Pahlawan Palembang Village regarding Family-based COVID-19 Prevention by Implementing 5M can be carried out properly. The method used in community service activities is in the form of health education with lecture and demonstration methods. The conclusion is that there is an increase in family-based community awareness in RT 22, Pahlawan Palembang village in implementing the 5M Health protocol. Abstract   Exploitation of natural resources through unlicensed gold mining (PETI) is not in accordance with mining operational standards occurring along the Noeltoko River, West Miomaffo Subdistrict, Timor Tengah Utara Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province resulting in damage and environmental degradation. Changes and environmental damage include the formation of dug holes around the river flow, turbidity of water, changes in river flow. Other problems that arise are conflicts between these PETI workers and with other communities. This community service activity aims to provide an understanding to the community about the importance of maintaining and caring for rivers from excavation in the river walls that can cause debris / landslides explaining the impact of the use of hazardous materials such as mercury / mercury and cyanide, socialization of regulations regarding the formation of People's Mining Areas (WPR) ), introducing "sluice box" equipment to help the process of separating gold sand from sand. This activity was supported by the UPT ESDM Atambua Branch and was followed by 40 people who used to mine on the Noeltoko river. It is expected that the guidance and assistance can raise public awareness to be able to mine but still preserve the environment   Keyword: PETI, Noeltoko, WPR, sluicebox,   Abstrak   Eksploitasi sumber daya alam melalui Penambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI) tidak sesuai dengan standar operasional penambangan terjadi di sepanjang sungai Noeltoko-Kecamatan Miomaffo Barat, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang mengakibatkan kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas lingkungan. Perubahan dan kerusakan lingkungan tersebut diantaranya terbentuk lubang-lubang galian di sekitar aliran sungai, kekeruhan air, berubahnya aliran sungai.. Permasalahan lain yang timbul adalah konflik antar pekerja PETI ini maupun dengan masyarakat lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga dan merawat sungai dari penggalian di dinding sungai yang dapat mengakibatkan runtuhan/longsoran menjelaskan dampak penggunaan bahan berbahaya seperti air raksa/merkuri dan sianida, sosialisasi peraturan tentang pembentukan Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat (WPR), mengenalkan peralatan “sluice box” untuk membantu proses pemisahan buiran emas dari pasir.Kegiatan ini didukung oleh pihak UPT ESDM Cabang Atambua dan dikuti oleh 40 orang masyarakat yang biasa menambang di sungai Noeltoko. Diharapkan dengan adanya pembinaan dan pendampingan dapat menimbulkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk dapat menambang namun tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan   Kata kunci: PETI, Noeltoko, WPR, sluicebox

The number of Covid 19 cases is increasing and cannot be ignored considering the increase every day continues to increase. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on various fields, especially the economy. To avoid the increasing number of sufferers, the government limits activities that cause crowds, maintains distance and maintains hygenicity in the community in carrying out daily activities known as health protocol regulations. The behavior and actions of the community must change completely from the usual actions that are often carried out, for that it is necessary to have socialization on how to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 by implementing the health protocol that has been advised by the government. The purpose of this community service activity is to remind and help public understanding of the implementation of health protocols during the Covid 19 pandemic. The form of activities is in the form of counseling, giving hand sanitizers and masks. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about Covid-19 can be overcome by providing knowledge, through socialization about the importance of implementing this activity protocol in order to help people face New normal conditions, by helping people live by complying with health protocols. The results of the activity obtained the enthusiasm of the residents in following the activity until the end with the many questions asked. ABSTRAKVirus covid 19 merupakan kumpulan virus yang menyebabkan infeksi sistem saluran pernapasan. penyebaran virus covid 19 ini semakin meningkat setiap harinya, Melihat penomena yang terjadi di masyarakat  maka dirasa sangat perlu dilakukannya kegiatan Sosialisasi dan pembagian masker gratis untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus covid 19. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran kepada warga masyarakat tentang perlunya sosialisasi physical distancing dan penggunaan masker untuk mencegah penyebarab virus covid-19 yang sudah meresahkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan cara sosialisasi dari rumah ke rumah kemudian membagikan masker gratis kepada warga yang ada di RT 02/RW.04. dengan dilaksanakannya pengabdian tersebut maka warga masyarakat di RT.02/RW.04 merasa lebih paham setelah dilakukannya sosialisasi dan merasa terbantu dengan pembagian masker gratis. Selain itu, hasil yang Diharapkan masyarakat lebih sadar akan pentingnya kesehatan dengan selau menerapkan phsicial distancing dan selalu menggunakan masker ketika berpergian serta menggunakan handsanitaizer ketika sudah melaksanakan kontak dengan warga masyarakat lainnya, sebagai salah satu proteksi atau perlindungan diri dari virus covid 19. Kata kunci: sosialisasi; Virus covid 19; preventif; masker. ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 virus is a group of viruses that cause infections of the respiratory system. the spread of the covid 19 virus is increasing every day, Seeing the phenomena that occur in the community, it is felt that it is very necessary to carry out socialization activities and the distribution of free masks to break the chain of spread of the covid 19 virus. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge, understanding and awareness to the community. community members about the need for social distancing and the use of masks to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus which is already troubling. The method used in this activity is by socializing from house to house and then distributing free masks to residents in RT 02/RW.04. With the implementation of this service, the community members in RT.02/RW.04 feel more understanding after the socialization and feel helped by the distribution of free masks. Based on Riskesdas in 2018, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia based on interviews showed an increase from 1.1 percent (2007) to 2.1 percent in 2019. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimates that DM sufferers in Indonesia in 2020 will amount to 178 million people aged over 20 years and assuming a DM prevalence of 4.6%, 8.2 million DM patients will be obtained. The most data on visits from internal medicine policymakers at the outpatient clinic of Islamic Hospital in Surabaya were diabetes militus. One of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot, which can manifest as ulcers, infections and gangrene and Charcot's arthropathy. The method used in this community service activity is carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of public awareness by doing foot exercises to reduce sugar levels. This community service activity is carried out by educating patients with diabetes at the Internal Medicine Department of the Islamic Hospital Surabaya. Diabetes exercise carried out by the GLC group which was carried out independently by the participants showed an average decrease in sugar levels with an average of 12.5 points with participants who routinely did regular exercise 4 times a week showing the largest number of points of decline. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu produk melalui sertifikasi jaminan produk halal dengan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sesuai edaran LPPOM MUI bahwasannya di tahun 2019 seluruh produk yang berkaitan dengan makan dan minum harus memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi para pelaku UKM dalam memahami tentang arti pentingnya memiliki sertifikasi halal terhadap produk yang dimiliki. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan menambah wawasan dan pengalaman yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku UKM. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi sampai pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada 150 pelaku UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, restoran, café maupun hotel. Penyuluhan Proses Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM)  yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat dari antusiasme keikutsertaan UKM Kabupaten Trenggalek dan Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat serta pengembangan SDM bagi pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Trenggalek terkait jaminan produk halal.Kata kunci—Penyuluhan, Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal, UKM, Kabupaten Trenggalek. AbstractThis Community Service activity aims to improve product quality through halal product assurance certification by providing knowledge, understanding and assistance on the importance of halal certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Trenggalek Regency. According to the LPPOM MUI circular, in 2019 all products related to food and drink must have halal certification. This has become one of the challenges for SMEs in understanding the importance of having halal certification for their products. It is expected that this activity will add insight and experience that can increase productivity and competitiveness for SMEs. Counseling activities carried out through the stages of socialization to the assistance of online halal product assurance certification registration on 150 SMEs actors engaged in culinary, restaurants, cafes and hotels. This community service activity aims to improve teachers’ abilities to create video lessons that could be used either on online learning or in person. The activity's strategy was a workshop that mainly focused on working and creating video lessons after giving a brief explanation on how to produce the video. The workshop also involves pre and post-test to assess the improvement of participants’ competence. This activity resulted in video lessons uploaded on the Youtube channel, and participants’ assessment scores improved from 65,8 to 76,9. Therefore, teachers involved in this social service admitted that they benefit from joining the workshop as they are now able to create exciting video lessons that might raise students’ enthusiasm and motivation in the learning process.

ABSTRAKVirus Corona atau severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem pernapasan. Penyakit karena infeksi virus ini disebut COVID-19. Virus Corona bisa menyebabkan gangguan ringan pada sistem pernapasan, infeksi paru-paru yang berat, hingga kematian. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampak merugikan masyarakat, tidak hanya kesakitan dan kematian tetapi juga pada berbagai bidang sosial dan ekonomi. Vaksinasi atau imunisasi bertujuan untuk membuat sistem kekebalan tubuh seseorang mampu mengenali dan dengan cepat melawan bakteri atau virus penyebab infeksi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan pemberian vaksin COVID-19 adalah menurunnya angka kesakitan dan angka kematian akibat virus ini. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh relawan Pengabdian Masyarakat STIKES Widyagama Husada ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk membantu percepatan vaksinasi di seluruh wilayah di Kabupaten Malang khususnya vaksinasi pada masyarakat cakupan wilayah Puskesmas Karangploso. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pemberian dosis pertama dan dosis kedua. Pemberian vaksinasi dilakukan dengan kunjungan rumah dan sasarannya adalah lansia. Kolaborasi Abdimas STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang dengan tenaga medis di Puskesmas dan kader terjalin dengan baik, dengan indikator pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar dan tertib. The goal to be achieved by giving the COVID-19 vaccine is to reduce morbidity and mortality due to this virus. This community service carried out by the STIKES Widyagama Husada Community Service volunteer has a goal, namely to help accelerate vaccination in all areas in Malang Regency, especially vaccinations in the community coverage of the Karangploso Health Center area. This Community Service activity is carried out by giving the first dose and the second dose. Vaccination is carried out by home visits and the target is the elderly. The collaboration of Abdimas STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang with medical personnel at the Puskesmas and cadres is well established, with indicators that the implementation of activities runs smoothly and in an orderly manner. Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang perlu diatasi karena berhubungan dengan meningkatnya risiko kesakitan dan kematian, terhambatnya perkembangan motorik, dan pertumbuhan mental. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Karawang, melaporkan jumlah penduduk wilayah ini yang mengalami stunting mencapai 12 persen. Adapun, jumlah penduduk wilayah dengan sebutan kota pangkal perjuangan ini lebih dari 2,2 juta jiwa. Dengan begitu, warga dengan permasalahan stunting di wilayah Karawang sekitar 264 ribu jiwa. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Pratiwi (2013) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi stunting balita usia 12-36 bulan di Desa Talagamulya sebesar 38,2% dan status gizi TB/U normal sebesar 61,8%. Analisis uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara berat lahir, panjang lahir, asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan zat besi, riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif, dan pendidikan ibu dengan kejadian stunting. Faktor yang paling dominan dengan kejadian stunting adalah panjang lahir setelah dikontrol variabel asupan energi, berat lahir, asupan lemak, asupan besi, asupan seng pemberian ASI dan pengetahuan gizi. Untuk data lokasi Kecamatan atau Desa yang terdata sebagai lokus stunting di karawang yang masuk ke Dinkes sebanyak 54 Lokus. Dari data-data di atas maka, peneliti ingin ikut berkontribusi terkait penuntasan kejadian stunting yang terjadi di Karawang. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya memahami gejala stunting pada anak-anak, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar dan dihadiri oleh peserta dari 100 undangan. The Health Office of Karawang Regency reported that the total population of this area who experienced stunting reached 12 percent. Meanwhile, the population of the area known as the city where this struggle is based is more than 2.2 million. That way, there are about 264 thousand people with stunting problems in the Karawang area. Research conducted by Pratiwi (2013) The results showed that the prevalence of stunting of children aged 12-36 months in Talagamulya Village was 38.2% and the nutritional status of normal TB / U was 61.8%. Analysis of statistical tests showed a significant relationship between birth weight, birth length, energy intake, protein intake, iron intake, history of exclusive breastfeeding, and maternal education with the incidence of stunting. The most dominant factor with the incidence of stunting was birth length after controlling for variables of energy intake, birth weight, fat intake, iron intake, zinc intake, breastfeeding, and nutritional knowledge. For district or village location data that are recorded as stunting loci in Karawang, there is 54 Locus of the Health Office. From the data above, researchers want to contribute related to the completion of the stunting incident that occurred in Karawang. This Community Service Activity is an activity that aims to increase public awareness about the importance of understanding the symptoms of stunting in children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers.
