The purpose of writing is to determine the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on issuers that invest and an increase in the number of issuers investing in the capital market each period, whether it has increased or decreased. The research method is field research (field research) using a qualitative approach, which is to try to describe and explain and collect detailed information using data collection procedures during the case occurred. The data collection technique used is by interviewing and using secondary data found on the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of the study, it can be concluded that the Regulation from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is to ensure the safety of investors in investing, and the number of issuers investing is still experiencing a decline, this is because the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) office does not only focus on supervision and regulation of the service industry. finance but also carry out the function of education and protection of financial consumers, such as the rampant illegal investment offers that are quite unsettling to the public.

Purpose: The objectives of this study were to determine the role of the KSPPS BMT Pekalongan Branch Office of the Banjarsari Market Cash Office in Minimizing Dependence on Moneylenders through Murabahah Financing. Methods- The type of research used is field research. There are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Finding- The BMT Sejahtera to minimize the practice of moneylenders through several steps, namely providing education to traders, making Murabahah products that are easily accessible to traders, providing guidance and outreach, personal approach, and promotion. Implication-Socialization needs to be done to provide awareness to the public about the dangers of borrowing to moneylenders.

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

This article discusses the implementation of the reading of Surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly and the views of the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim congregation on the reading of Surah al-Mulk as well as an analysis of Max Weber on the recitation of surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly. This type of research is a field research (Field Research), the type of data used is qualitative with the study of living hadith. This study uses Max Weber's theory of social action related to four actions, namely, traditional action, affective action, value rationality action and instrumental rationality action. The subjects of this research are caregivers, administrators, ustaz and Jama'ah Majelis Ta'lim Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang. The data collection technique used observation by observing and paying attention to the implementation of the tradition of reading surah al-Mulk at the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly. While the interview data, the researchers interviewed twelve Jama'ah as respondents, while the documentation was equipped with books, photos and books related to the research. Meanwhile, data analysis uses descriptions and explanations. This study found that the Jama'ah of the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly was enthusiastic about the tradition of reciting surah al-Mulk in the Assembly. The congregation of the assembly is of the view that having the reading of Surah al-Mulk before starting the assembly is a good and good thing as a form of imitating the Prophet Muhammad. The congregation of the assembly supported this activity because of the benefits of reading it as a barrier from the torment of the grave and there were some congregations who routinely read Surah al-Mulk. It can be said that the response of the congregation of the assembly tends to know the values ​​contained in the hadith of reading surah al-Mulk. This shows that the living hadith in the congregation of the assembly was carried out and the Raudhotul Ilmi Palembang Ta'lim Assembly fulfilled Max Weber's theory of social action.

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap produksi petani padi di Desa Tellu Limpoe Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Desa Tellu Limpoe Kecamatan Marioriawa Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara sedangkan jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini statistik deskriptif dan Skala linker. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap peningkatan wawasan/pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan produksi petani padi adalah indikator 1) Peran penyuluh sebagai pembimbing petani, 2) Peran penyuluh sebagai teknisi lapangan, 3) Peran penyuluh sebagai penghubung antara lembaga dengan petani, dan 4) Peran penyuluh pertanian dalam meningkatkan hasil petani padi, semuanya sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan wawasan/pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan produsi petani padi dan juga peran penyuluh sangat penting bagi petani di Desa Tellulimpoe untuk dapat meningkatka produksi padi. The research aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in the production of rice farmers in Tellu Limpoe Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. This research is located in Tellu Limpoe Village, Marioriawa District, Soppeng Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews while the types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive statistics and linker scale. The results showed that the public perception of the role of agricultural extension workers to increase insight / knowledge in increasing the production of rice farmers is an indicator 1) The role of extension workers as farmers’ supervisors, 2) The role of extension workers as field technicians, 3) The role of extension workers as a liaison between institutions and farmers, and 4) The role of agricultural instructors in increasing the yield of rice farmers, all of which play an important role in increasing insight / knowledge in increasing the production of rice farmers and also the role of extension workers is very important for farmers in the village of Tellulimpoe to be able to increase rice production.

A teacher has a very important role in developing the character and attitude of the Duha prayer discipline towards students in school. Discipline is a strict rule in which the contents and formulation of the rules are carefully thought out and developed in a more real way so that what is desired can be realized as expected. Discipline can give birth to the spirit of appreciating time, not wasting it. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the role of fiqh teachers in improving student discipline through prayer in congregation at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang includes habituation, enforcing discipline, awareness, supervision, and examples or role models. Supporting factors for fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students are facilities, natural resources, and support from the surrounding community. Barriers to fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students. namely the lack of awareness of students and their different family backgrounds. Meanwhile, the solution for fiqh teachers in overcoming obstacles in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer is: providing guidance to students and the participation of parents at home.

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". This research aims to know the role of BMT UGT Sidogiri been fullest or not in overcoming the negative impact of loan sharks in the region of Demak prakti East. The approach used was qualitative descriptive type approach strategy case studies. This strategy was chosen because there are things that would like to be known by researchers associated with the formulation of the problem. The required data in the research is primary data and secondary data. Technical data collection performed while field research in BMT UGT Sidogiri and around the region of Demak. Data collection is done with the interview and documentation. Supporting data come from studies and journal literature through internet searches. Data analysis technique used is the reduction of data to get a conclusion. The results obtained by researchers based on interviews that BMT has not been significantly instrumental in freeing people from the bondage of moneylenders.
