Creating superior and religious human resources is a provision for realizing civil society. The aim of this community service is to prepare superior and religious human resources in Jonjo village through various religious programs in the village. Community service was carried out by ten STIBA Makassar students. Efforts to create a superior and religious Jonjo village community through activities of 1) dirosa; 2) teaching tahsin; 3) teaching TKA / TPA; 4) sunset and dawn rituals; 5) khutbah jum'at; 6) training for organizing the body; 7) pious children festival; 8) tabligh akbar. In general, the student KKN activities of the 3rd batch of STIBA Makassar students in Jonjo Village went well and smoothly. All work programs implemented have been welcomed and enthusiastically by the government and society. The obstacle that becomes a challenge in the process of implementing work programs is that the majority of community activities work as farmers in rice fields, making students need to manage the time for carrying out more activities at night so that the community can be more fully involved.

Danen is located in Sumberadi village, Mlati sub-district, Sleman district, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This hamlet has the potential of good natural resources and human resources especially active youth. However, this potential is not balanced with the attitude of people who are less concerned about the environment (pro-environment). The presence of littering and degradation of watersheds is a form of the necessity of planting a pro-environment attitude of the community. The development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" is one of the right solutions in accordance with the potential owned by the hamlet. Through the development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen", youths move to be pro-environment agents for the whole village community in particular and the village in general. The method of implementation of this program is in the form of counseling, education, and continuous facilitation. The successful development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" in instilling a pro-environment attitude is characterized by the state of the environment is more beautiful and community activities that pay more attention to aspects of concern for the environment.

Pembatasan pemberlakuan kegiatan masyarakat is one of the government's programs in tackling and breaking the chain of covid-19 spread that continues to grow in Indonesia. Covid-19 is rapidly developing and becoming a global issue that impacts all lives in different countries. This makes the government both central and village level must think about various strategies in an effort to prevent its spread. In addition to strategic from the government, participation from the community is also indispensable in efforts to prevent its spread. In addition, we also found participation from the people of Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut who participated in the prevention of Covid-19 by implementing policies that have been set by the government. The purpose of this research is to know in detail the form of community participation in the handling of Covid-19 in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. The research method is descriptive and uses qualitative methods. Meanwhile, for data collection is used library studies derived from data sources derived from scientific journals, book literature, and official websites that are then described through analysis that describes the application of government policies, namely with Pembatasan pemberlakuan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) in the response to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. The results of this study explain that the application of government policies through PPKM in the district of Banjarwangi, Garut includes participation in planning, participation in the implementation, with the use of masks when traveling, restrictions on community activities without clear purpose, and restrictions on the operating hours of vehicle activities and business activities (shops). The implementation of PPKM activities in countering the Covid-19 pandemic in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut seems to have been running effectively. With the involvement of the village community is very petrified this government program in tackling Covid-19, because the villagers are very understanding of the situation and conditions of the community in the environment. After the involvement of other agencies such as the TNI / POLRI is also very helpful smoothly this program with the creation of security and order during the activities. The purpose of restrictions on the implementation of community activities is to suppress and stop the positive number of Covid-19 in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. Community service activities are one of the activities that aim to assist the government in improving Good Government. Community participation is still very low in implementing the principles of good government. Yet society is a very important part of these principles. Because the role of the community is still very low, community service is held in the form of counseling and socialization about the importance of community participation in improving good government. To realize a civil society, good governance is needed, both at the center and at the local level so that they can work well together so that the goals desired by the community are carried out, and this is not the task of the central government alone but the government under it starting from the village government and local government. that is what we know as the implications of village autonomy. The village community is expected to become a useful community, especially in the process of administering government (at the village level in particular). Because the participation of the village community is a real embodiment of Good governance. This kind of society will be solid and actively participate in determining various government policies. In addition, this kind of society will also carry out an effective supervisory function in the implementation of government administration. If the community is not yet effective in front of the government and there are still many social problems in it such as conflict and group anarchism, it is very unlikely that Good governance can be implemented.

There are many regions in Indonesia that should be paid more attention by the government. Without us knowing and realizing, apparently there are still many people who really need it, whether it's clothing, food and shelter, and proper education. This study uses descriptive qualitative data in the eastern part of Indonesia, namely the village of Tooboun, Amarasi Barat, NTT. The houses are also not as good as in the area of Java. The existence of NTT communities like this, will cause a dehumanization of its own, due to lack of access to all needs, and ultimately lead to a decrease in Human Resources (HR) from the community itself. The existence of demographics like this, makes them feel discriminated from certain groups. So, in this study, the writer wants to do how to develop the human resources of the village community of Tooboun, Amarasi Barat, NTT by using Media Literacy as the feasibility of life as social beings, each of whom has independence in life. This research was created to provide a basis, evaluate media literacy efforts and contextualize them relative to the current scope of media. Freedom of autonomy in the village there is political space provided by the government through political institutions, political institutions become a channel of communication, in conveying the will and aspirations of the village community in political life. However, political institutions are also limited to those who are considered to have an interest, while in reality political participation is that a large part of the community must take part in the process of political maturation. So the only way to provide understanding and insight for the community in the village is through an understanding of the influence of politics in people's lives. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: That the analysis of political influence on people's lives in Yeflio village, Mayamuk District, Sorong Regency still needs to increase political influence and socialization of the community about the purpose of holding politics so that the Yeflio village community, Mayamuk District, Sorong Regency can accept their candidates without anarchy. because the other candidates failed in the competition, the need to increase human resources by providing delivery of learning assignments, training and courses. In accordance with what is expected by the community, which has not achieved optimal results because the political influence of human resources is still lacking and needs to be improved again.

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat sangat berpengaruh terhadap lembaga pelayanan masyarakat ditingkat kelurahan, yang saat ini telah melakukan peningkatan dalam hal pelayanan kepada masyarakat, termasuk salah satunya adalah pelayanan administratif dan pemberian informasi. Informasi dari pemerintah harus bisa segera tersampaikan kepada masyarakat mengingat akan adanya tenggat waktu dan masa di setiap informasi yang disampaikan. Peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat membutuhkan kesiapan yang baik dari petugas administrasi kelurahan, mulai dari menyiapkan berkas, pencatatan hingga pelaporan. Demikian pula halnya dalam penyampaian informasi baik terkait program pemerintah maupun laporan kegiatan warga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Sumber daya manusia di lingkungan kelurahan baik petugas administrasi, Ketua RT/ RW dan perwakilan dari karang taruna. Kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi pelatihan program office dan Internet. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dilakukan selama 2 hari mengingat kesibukan dari peserta dan pelatihan ini dirasa cukup berhasil, hal ini dapat dilihat dari minat peserta yang antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sampai tuntas. Pelatihan ini mendasari kerjasama antara Perguruan Tinggi dengan instansi pemerintah yang diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dengan program pelatihan lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Kelurahan Merjosari.The rapid development of technology is very influential on community service institutions at the village level, which currently has made improvements in terms of service to the community, including administrative services and providing information. Information from the government must be conveyed to the public immediately given the deadline and period imposed for each information submitted. Improving services to the community requires good readiness from the village administration officers, starting from preparing the files, recording to reporting. Likewise in the delivery of information both related to government programs and reports on citizens' activities. The purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of human resources in the area including the administrative staff, Head of RT / RW and representatives of youth organizations. These training activities include Microsoft office and internet training. The Community Service was held for 2 days considering the busyness of the participants the training was considered quite successful, this can be seen from the enthusiastic participants' interest in participating in the training activities to the end. This training is the basis of a collaboration between universities and government agencies which are expected to be sustainable and can synergize with other training programs to improve the quality of human resources in Merjosari Village.

The maximum empowerment of village potential is one way to improve the economy. Purwosekar Village, Tajinan Subdistrict, Malang Regency, has the potential of natural and human resources that can be developed. Ownership of a reservoir that was previously neglected, a lot of garbage, sediment, and wild plants will be a very valuable asset if conceptualized water tourism. Moreover, the village community has many skills and handmade products, which are still confused about the marketing media. Thus it is necessary to plan and conceptualize steps to empower the reservoir to become a tourist site which will later be a means of promoting processed products for villagers. The activities carried out are aimed at 1) providing design designs using the SketchUp Pro 3D Design Program for tourism reservoir concepts 2). Provide stages of activities to develop the potential of village tourism village design. This community service activity has an output target in the form of a tourism reservoir design. So that through this service activities can help disseminate the promotion of products created by the village community

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Riau Province had an impact on the economy of the community, including the people of Palas Village. Apart from expecting financial assistance from the government, one of the opportunities that the Palas Village community can take advantage of to develop the village economy is to take advantage of the CSR programs of companies operating in Pelalawan Regency. This community service aims to explain the use of the company's CSR program to empower the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of implementation used in community service activities uses the lecture method accompanied by direct dialogue with the community. Based on Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is stated that companies that carry out their business activities in the field of natural resources and / or fields related to natural resources are required to carry out CSR. The CSR program of PT RAPP that can be used by the people of Palas Village to build their economy is the Integrated Farming System program and the UMKM program. Before being given legal counseling, only 17.5% of the 20 participants knew the law regarding CSR. After being given legal education, there was an increase to 75% of the 20 participants who answered correctly. This means that this community service activity has succeeded in increasing the understanding of the Palas Village community.

This research focuses on the application of the system of accountability of managing the allocation of funds is a village in the District of Jember Regency Umbulsari. In order to know how the implementation of the accountability system of managing the allocation of funds is a village in the District of Jember Regency Umbulsari starting from the stage of planning, execution and accountability. This research is expected to be beneficial to Jember Regency Government in particular sub district of Umbulsari in an effort improve accountability of the management of the allocation of funds for the village. The study is done at villages in sub-districts umbulsari. As informants in this study certainly people who are directly involved and understand and can provide information about managing the allocation of funds for villages, namely the Government of the village as the village of peleksana and team empowerment Institute Executive team as the village community activities. The results of this research show that the planning and implementation of activities of the village Fund Allocations already indicates that management accountable and transparent. From the side of accountability both in terms of physical as well as the Administration is already showing the implementation of accountable and transparent.

Cepaka Village is one of the villages located in the Kediri sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The area has a wide expanse of rice fields and people who are still full of agriculture. The dominant community working in the agricultural and tourism sectors is a village that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village supported by the creative economy. In Community Service Activities in Cepaka Village, Kediri, Tabanan The targets to be achieved are the formation of a Tourism Awareness group as a driver and manager of a tourist village by the local community; Village potentials that have uniqueness and beauty and community creativity can be prepared and packaged as tourist attractions in the development of tourist villages in Cepaka village; The creation of village environmental conditions according to the requirements of a tourist village, namely Sapta Pesona (safe, clean, orderly, beautiful, cool, friendly, and memorable). The method of implementing the PKM program, namely conducting socialization, debriefing and assistance to the Cepaka village community who have awareness of tourism activities. The results achieved in the PKM program are guiding in designing a proposal for the formation of a Tourism Awareness Group submitted by the community with an introduction from the Prebekel to be submitted to the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office. The proposal section consists of the background of developing a tourist village, the potentials to be developed as a tourist village, Vision, Mission and objectives of developing the village as a tourist village. The community is aware of its role and responsibility as a good host for guests or tourists who visit to create a conducive environment and atmosphere as stated in the slogan Sapta Pesona..
