Budi pekerti adalah nilai moralitas manusia yang disadari dan dilakukan dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan menyampaikan nilai-nilai serta pesan moral. Masyarakat Desa Gilangharjo, Pandak, Bantul sampai saat ini masih mempertahankan upacara sedekah bumi yaitu Tradisi Wiwitan yang di dalamnya mengandung nilai-nilai budi pekerti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Tradisi Wiwitan di Desa Gilangharjo Pandak Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Tradisi Wiwitan yang dilaksanakan tahun 2019,  jatuh di hari Rabu Pahing bulan Sura atau Rabu tanggal 4 September 2019. Tradisi Wiwitan dimaksudkan sebagai sarana tolak bala (menolak hal-hal yang tidak baik) dan bentuk rasa syukur para petani kepada Tuhan yang telah membebaskan tanaman padinya dari semua hama dan penyakit tanaman padi sehingga siap dipanen. Dalam Tradisi Wiwitan terdapat nilai karakter yang bermanfaat dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat contohmya nilai religi, nilai sosial, saling menghormati antar umat beragama, tanggung jawab.Kata kunci: Tradisi Wiwitan, Uba Rampe, Tolak Bala, Budi PekertiMorality is a value of human morality that is realized and carried out in people's lives and conveys moral values and messages. The people of Gilangharjo Village, Pandak, Bantul still maintain the earth alms ceremony, namely the Wiwitan Tradition, which contains the values of character. The purpose of this study is to describe the Wiwitan Tradition in the Gilangharjo Pandak Village of Bantul. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results of the study explained that the wiwitan tradition which was carried out this year fell on Wednesday Pahing Sura month or Wednesday, September 4 2019. The wiwitan tradition was intended as a means of repelling reinforcements (rejecting things that are not good) and a form of gratitude of farmers to God who had freeing rice plants from all pests and diseases of rice plants so that they are ready to be harvested. This paper aims to examine non-physical loss in land procurement based on justice value. This study was conducted considering many problems arising from the current phenomenon in which people of Indonesia have not got their rights fairly. Whereas in the mandate of Constitution Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution states that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The primary data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties, while secondary data were obtained from literature study. The result shows that people's behavior is strongly influenced by the culture exists in society. The culture of society includes religious values and social values. Government recognition by paying attention to the values in society in the determination of non-physical compensation will prevent prolonged conflicts that occur in the process of land acquisition for the public interest, and there are still many articles that need to be reviewed that immediately review the Article 33 letter f, Article 42 Paragraph 1 jo Article 43 UUPT Year 2012 to better reflect justice for eligible citizens and communities affected by development for the public interest.

Abstract: Conflicts between religions that lead to violence. The clashes between religious communities in Indonesia cannot go away and happen continuously. Family indifference is also a problem for building religious tolerance. This study aims to describe family education as a major force in overcoming the threat of intolerance and its implications. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation, literature study and online. For in-depth interviews, the informants consisted of seven people, namely academics, community organization leaders, Islamic studies researchers, and students. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that educational activities initiated by parents in the family need to be continuously encouraged to develop the importance of the spirit of unity. Parents can provide education about noble and positive values in social life. The danger of intolerance that increasingly threatens the integration of the nation, thus family education becomes a capital of strength in countering these worries. Overall family education has an important value in teaching children to have open insights in the midst of multicultural differences in society, religion and nationality.   Abstrak: Konflik antar agama yang berujung pada kekerasan. Benturan antar umat beragama di Indonesia tersebut tidak bisa hilang dan terjadi terus menerus. Sikap acuh tak acuh keluarga juga menjadi masalah untuk membangun sikap toleransi agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan keluarga sebagai kekuatan besar dalam mengatasi ancaman bahaya intoleransi beserta implikasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode  pustaka dan daring. Untuk wawancara mendalam, informan terdiri dari tujuh orang, yaitu akademisi, tokoh organisasi masyarakat, peneliti studi Islam, dan mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kegiatan edukatif yang diprakarsai oleh orang tua di dalam keluarga perlu terus-menerus digalakkan untuk mnegmbangkan pentingnya spirit persatuan. Orangtua dapat memberikan pendidikan tentang nilai-nilai luhur dan positif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Bahaya Intoleransi yang semakin mengancam integrasi bangsa, maka pendidikan keluarga menjadi modal kekuatan dalam menangkal kekhawatiran tersebut. Secara keseluruhan pendidikan keluarga memiliki nilai penting untuk mengajarkan anak agar mempunyai wawasan yang terbuka di tengah perbedaan multikultural bermasyarakat, beragama dan berbangsa. Rawa Pening Lake is one of the landscapes in Semarang Regency. The existence of the lake has social, cultural, and economic impacts on the people who live around it, giving rise to a pattern of relationships between humans and nature. The relationship pattern between Lake Rawa Pening and the surrounding community is studied in terms of environmental determinism, that the environment shapes the culture and characteristics of the surrounding society Environmental determinism provides a scientific foundation to see how society lives and to see the society's mindset that is formed as a result of the pattern of human relations with nature. This research also focuses on the community's meaning of Lake Rawa Pening. The method used in this research is qualitative and data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and literature study. The research was conducted in Bejalen Village, Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency. The results of interviews and literature studies show that there are several patterns of community relations with Lake Rawa Pening such as livelihoods by region, livelihood by groups, work equipment, local knowledge, and traditions

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari keberadaan Masjid Agung Demak yang merupakan masjid pertama di Kabupaten Demak. Masjid yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1479 M ini memiliki arsitektur masjid yang unik. Keunikan arsitektur masjid ini dilakukan penelitian lebih mendalam sehingga sehingga menjadi rujukan dalam membangun masjid lain di Kabupaten Demak. Arsitektur masjid ini telah terjaga kearifan lokalnya hingga berdiri sampai sekarang ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi, merumuskan arsitektur masjid Demakan sebagai salah satu arsitektur masjid yang dilestarikan di Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian eksplorasi. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif yakni menganalis dan menyajikan fakta secara sistematik sehingga mudah untuk dipahami dan disimpulkan. Adapun pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam pada sejumlah informan, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian dapat dirumuskan bahwa kearifan lokal arsitektur masjid Demakan meliputi : (1) tata ruang yakni ruang utama salat, serambi dan ruang tambahan lain; (2) Struktur ditopang 4 saka guru dan 12 saka penanggap pada ruang utama salat dan struktur ditopang 8 saka guru dan 28 saka penanggap pada ruang serambi; dan (3) Ruang utama salat berbentuk bujur sangkar dengan atap tajug tumpang tiga dan serambi berbentuk persegi panjang dengan atap limasan. Arsitektur masjid Demakan sampai sekarang masih dilestarikan oleh masyarakat KabupatenDemak. This research is motivated by the existence of the Great Mosque of Demak which is the first mosque in the Demak Regency. The mosque, which was founded in 1479 AD, has a unique mosque architecture. The uniqueness of the architecture of the mosque is carried out in-depth research so that it becomes a reference in building other mosques in Demak Regency. The architecture of this mosque has maintained its local wisdom up to now. The purpose of this study is to identify, formulate the architecture of the Demakan mosque as one of the preserved mosque architectures in the Demak Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection is done by field surveys. This research uses a qualitative approach and is an exploratory study. This type of research is descriptive in that it analyzes and presents facts systematically so that it is easy to understand and infer. The data collection through observation, in-depth interviews with a number of informants, and literature study. The results of the study can be formulated that the local wisdom of the mosque architecture of Demakan includes: (1) spatial planning, namely the main prayer room, foyer, and other additional spaces; (2) The structure is supported by 4 saka teachers and 12 saka responders in the main prayer room and the structure is supported by 8 saka teachers and 28 respondent saka in the foyer room; and (3) The main prayer room is square with a overlapping roof and a rectangular porch with a pyramid roof. The architecture of the Demakan mosque is still preserved by the people of the DemakRegency.

One of the traditions that is still preserved today in the village of Gurng Liwut is the wuat wa'i tradition. The procession of the Wuat Wa'i tradition emphasizes the participation of the local community. The preservation of the tradition of wuat wa'i is based on community behavior which upholds the value of solidarity and integrity towards an innovative society in advancing and prospering social life.  The formulation of the problems in this study include (1). How is the function of wa'i in the community of Gurung Liwut Village, Borong District, East Manggarai Regency? (2). What is the existence of the Wuat Wa'i tradition in the people of Gurung Liwut Village? This study aims to determine the function of the Wuat Wa'i tradition and explain the meaning of the Wuat Wa'i tradition for the people of Gurung Liwut Village. This research uses functional theory from Bronislaw Malinowski and Giving from Marcel Mauss. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature study. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative.  The results of this study reveal that in the tradition of wuat wa'i there is a relationship between moral values, economic improvement, and improvement in formal education. The implementation of the Wuat Wa'i tradition is a social movement that raises funds to finance formal education and increase capital for someone who goes abroad, both at home and abroad. There are various processes in carrying out the tradition of wuat wa'i, namely the deliberation of the event organizers, determining the good day, the completeness of the event material.  The conclusion of this research is that the tradition of wuat  wa'i is a clear proof of the motivation of the local community for the importance of learning through formal education and desires to improve the community's economy through experience gained in the land of thechain.

<p>This study discusses the growth and development of religious movements and their effects on social life of religious communities during the period 1890s-1940s Semarang. The main problems of this study are the growth and development of Islamic da’wah and Catholic mission and its influence on socio-religious life to the people in Semarang. This study used the historical method in order to answer the problem. The development of Islamic da'wah and Catholic missions in Semarang in the period 1890s-1940s could be seen into two mainstream, namely the renewal of da’wah and indigenization of mission. Islamic da'wah and Catholic mission have brought progress to the social religious life of societies. Poeple in Semarang recognized the religious organization and new forms of leadership which more rational and democratic, and the growth of new awareness of identity from  people to the identity as citizens.</p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini mendiskusikan muncul dan berkembangnya gerakan keagamaan dan dampaknya pada kehidupan sosial pada komunitas agama periode 1890-an sampai 1940-an di Kota Semarang. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dakwah Islam dan misi Katolik, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan sosial keagamaan di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah untuk menjawab permasalahan. Perkembangan dakwah Islam dan misi Katolik pada periode 1890-an sampai 1940-an dapat dilihat dari dua mainstream, yakni pembaharuan dakwah dan indigenisasi (pelokalan) dari misi. Dakwah Islam dan misi Katolik memberikan progress terhadap kehidupan sosial keagamaan di Semarang. Masyarakat di Semarang mengenal organisasi keagamaan dan bentuk baru dari kepemimpinan yang lebih rasional dan demokratis, dan tumbuhnya kesadaran atas identitas personal menjadi identitas sebagai warga masyarakat.</p><p> </p>

Development using a centralized approach without developing community self-reliance today is unable to solve various social problems due to the lack of developing community presence in development activities. Community development will be effective when local wisdom is used as capital by utilizing existing organizations or habits at the local level. In this case, the government as the party that provides encouragement and assistance in implementing development is enough to act as a facilitator and motivator. Let the community formulate and implement the types of development activities and how to implement them. Based on this description, the objectives of this research are as follows: (1) To describe local wisdom as development capital in the study of social reality in Aceh Besar Regency. (2) To analyze the forms of local wisdom used in development in Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach in describing local wisdom as development capital with data collection techniques that the researchers did through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling with consideration of their experiences in social life and their personalities. The results of the study indicate that the high level of local wisdom possessed by the people of Aceh Besar Regency is caused by a strong social base, as well as the historical orientation and dimension of the formation of social values ​​and norms in social life due to the similarity of religion and kinship relations, so that it has an impact on implementation. development. Local wisdom that supports development in the form of agreements, cooperation, participation that is used as a habit can produce high cohesiveness in the people of Aceh Besar, and there is a passion for charity in carrying out development as well as a sense of volunteerism that evokes self-reliance as well as a strong sense of social solidarity in society. Local wisdom possessed by members of the Aceh Besar Regency community is used as capital in development in the form of trust, social networks and social norms that are still strong enough to support the realization of development in accordance with community expectations.

Abstrak Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang kaya akan budaya dan kearifan lokal. Dengan keanekaragaman yang dimiliki, maka sangat memungkinkan untuk dikembangakan sebuah konsep pariwisata, yaitu pariwisata budaya. Salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia yang masih mempertahankan budaya dan kearifan lokal adalah Kampung Sasak Ende, Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang masih dijunjung tinggi oleh masyarakat suku Sasak di Kampung Sasak Ende dan menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tersebut dapat diinkorporasikan dalam pengembangan pariwisata budaya di kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dianalisis merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi wilayah dan wawancara mendalam kepada masyarakat lokal, ketua Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), dan pengelola destinasi pariwisata di Kampung Sasak Ende. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui literatur ilmiah yang sudah tersedia di internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat di Kampung Sasak Ende sampai saat ini masih memegang teguh nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang diajarkan oleh para leluhur mereka. Dalam kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang masih dijunjung tinggi yaitu Saling Ajinang, Tertip-terpi, Teguq, Solah Perateq, Soloh, Tetes, Saling Saduq, Besemeton, Ra’i, dan Bedadayan. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tersebut tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan di masyarakat dari sisi ekonomi saja, namun juga dapat menjamin terpeliharanya keharmonisan sosial dan lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Kearifan Lokal, Pariwisata Budaya, Masyarakat Suku Sasak, Kampung Sasak Ende, Lombok Tengah Incorporation of Local Wisdom in the Development of Cultural Tourism in Sasak Ende Village, Central Lombok AbstractIndonesia is an archipelago that is rich in cultural potential and local wisdom. With its cultural diversity, Indonesia must be able to take advantage of these opportunities to develop a tourism concept, namely cultural tourism. One of the tourism destinations in Indonesia that still maintains local culture and wisdom is Sasak Ende Village, Central Lombok. This study aims to identify the values of local wisdom of Sasak tribe community in Sasak Ende Village and analyze how they can be incorporated in the development of cultural tourism in that area. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data analyzed were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through field observations and in-depth interviews with local communities, the head of Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), and tourism destination managers of Sasak Ende Village. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through scientific articles that are available on the internet. The results of this study indicate that the people of Sasak Ende Village still adhere to the values of local wisdom taught by their ancestors. In social life, the values of local wisdom that are still upheld are Saling Ajinang, Tertip-terpi, Teguq, Solah Perateq, Soloh, Tetes, Saling Saduq, Besemeton, Ra'i, and Bedadayan. One of the efforts to reduce poverty is through community asset-based empowerment, as has been done by the people of Pentingsari Village, Yogyakarta. Through the Pentingsari Tourism Village program, people who initially relied on income only from agriculture can now be more prosperous through village nature-based tourism management and the social life of village communities. Various development obstacles can be overcome by carrying out development stages. Therefore, the focus of this study is to determine the stages of asset-based empowerment carried out by the people of Pentingsari Village in 2008 - 2018. This study uses a literature study approach. Empowerment in Pentingsari Village shows a relevance to Christopher Dureau's asset-based empowerment theory. In this study, the findings of community asset-based development in Pentingsari Village from 2008-2018 include the six stages of empowerment. The implementation of these six stages has always involved the local community and has brought positive changes to the community. The implementation of the stage of studying and arranging scenarios (define), the stage of uncovering the past (discovery), and the stage of dreaming of the future are carried out continuously, with the role of the pioneer character being more dominant. After that, the asset mapping stage was carried out in a sustainable and sustainable manner, with the asset mobilization stage and the monitoring stage through routine forums attended by community members and village officials.

AbstractThis paper aims to examine the relevance of  Massudilalong Sola Lebonna myth and the life of Torajan community. Massudilalong Sola Lebonna is one of Torajan oral literature forms which is still believed to this day by Torajan community. It serves as an adhesive tool for interpersonal relations and sources of laws and regulations that could open hearts and minds of the people and encourage them to be honest, polite and knowledgeable on manners and custom in their social life. In this study, a structural approach is used. The method and technique used in this study are descriptive namely to expose just what it is. Data were collected by means of note taking techniques, interviews, recording and literature study. The result of the research shows that the myth of Massudilalong Sola Lebonna is highly relevant to the life Torajan community. It is reflected from local wisdoms contained in the myth of Massudilalong Sola Lebonna that becomes basic foundation of interpersonal relationship in Torajan community. The local wisdoms are high self-esteem, firmness, resilience, strong belief and obedience to principles. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relevansi mitos dalam Massudilalong Sola Lebonna dengan kehidupan masyarakat Toraja. Massudilalong Sola Lebonna ialah salah satu bentuk sastra lisan Toraja yang hingga kini sebagian besar masih dihayati dan dipercaya oleh masyarakat Toraja. Sastra lisan ini berfungsi sebagai alat perekat hubungan antarindividu dan sumber hukum dan peraturan yang mampu mengetuk hati dan pikiran, serta mengajarkan orang untuk berlaku jujur, berperilaku sopan santun, tahu adat istiadat, dan tata krama dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah pendekatan struktural. Metode dan teknik yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah metode deskriptif, yaitu memaparkan sebagaimana adanya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pencatatan, wawancara, perekaman, dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa mite Massudilalong Sola Lebonna mengandung relevansi yang kuat dengan kehidupan masyarakat Toraja. Hal itu terlihat dari kearifan lokal yang termuat dalam mite Massudilalong Sola Lebonna dijadikan sebagai landasan pokok dalam menjalin hubungan antarsesama masyarakat Toraja. Kearifan lokal tersebut ialah kejujuran, keteguhan, tegas, tangguh, setia pada keyakinan, kuat menjaga harga diri, dan taat asas.
