The article considers the issue of professional training of future preschool teachers. The example of a new training course for the specialty 012 Preschool education "Art Education of Preschool Children" presents opportunities to improve the quality of education and the formation of information culture of applicants for the second (master's) level of training by the means of information and communication technologies. The current state of the problem is analyzed and the contradictions in the process of teaching professional methods between the existing theoretical basis of professional training of future teachers and the insufficient level of professional competence of graduates, which is partly explained by the low level of motivation of many students to work in preschool education. The scientific research devoted to the application of information and communication technologies in the educational process, the definition of levels of readiness of students to use information and communication technologies and skills of the teacher who has mastered information and communication competence are analyzed. The article presents the results of a study of the levels of formation of artistic competence of undergraduates by motivational, emotional, intellectual, activity criteria and relevant indicators; methods of pedagogical diagnostics are specified. The principles, methods, and forms of using information and communication technologies in the context of the discipline "Art Education of Preschool Children" are revealed. The correlation between forms and methods of interaction of the teacher with pupils based on the use of information and communication technologies is shown. Factors of efficiency of use of information and communication technologies are defined: increase of interest of students to academic discipline, motivation to self-improvement and self-development, modernization of content of educational disciplines by innovative forms of interaction, methods, and receptions of formation of corresponding professional competence at future masters.

It was defined in the article that in recent years, the computer technology has been used in all areas of the profession, including the music industry. In light of this, there is a relevant need to study the problem of using music and the computer technology in the training of future musicians. Thus, some issues of the implementation of these technologies in the educational process were studied by I. Haydenko, I. Zabolotskaya, A. Markov, M. Podrazhanskaya, Sanyu Juan, M. Owl, Chen Zhuin, and others. However, the analysis of the scientific literature shows that the scientists interpret a concept of the computer and music technology ambiguously. Therefore, the research of the problem of the use of music and computer technology in the training of future musicians requires the clarification of the author’s point of view in understanding the meaning of the concept mentioned above. The purpose and the task of the article: to analyze the essence of the music and computer technologies, to reveal their role and meaning in the professional music education, based on the analysis of scientific literature. During the scientific research have been used the following research methods: general scientific methods (analysis, comparison, generalization) in order to study the scientific literature on the outlined problem and to determine the author’s point of view regarding the interpretation of the key concepts of the study, the disclosure of the role and importance of the music-computer technology in the music professional education. Based on the work of modern scientific works of Ukrainian and Chinese scientists, it has been established that the music-computer technologies are modern information technologies used in the field of music and, in particular, in the system of music education. These technologies play an important role in professional music education today, as they make it possible to significantly improve its effectiveness and to update a communication model between all participants in the educational process. It has also been found that the value of these technologies in the music industry is increasing year by year.

AbstractIntroduction: Speech communication is a complex process based on the function of the central nervous system, and also on the speech mechanisms conditioned and controlled by auditory perception, verbal memory, intellectual activity and peripheral speech apparatus. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of the most common phonological articulation disorders in preschool children, from 4-6 years old.Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted during 2018, on a representative sample of 550 preschool children aged 4 - 6 years, who attend preschool institutions-kindergartens in the city of Skopje. The study used standardized articulation tests: The Global Articulation Test (GAT) and the Triple Test (vocals, plasia, affricative, fricative, nasal, and lateral), and a questionnaire filled out by a social worker at the kindergarten about the socioeconomic status and the child’s health condition. Results: Using GAT, we found that 260 (47.3%) children didn’t manifest any phonological articulation disorders, but 290 (52.7%) had disorders. The analysis of gender-based data showed a higher percentage of speech disorders in 57% of boys and 46.9% of girls. The highest percentage of speech disorder is sigmatism with 24.5% in boys and 20.4% in girls, rhotacismus was found in 17.8% in boys and 16.5% in girls. Lambdacism with 8.3% was found in boys and 4.2% in girls. A mixed form (sigmatism, rotacism, and lambdacism) was also found in 2.4% of boys and 3.5% of girls. Conclusions: The calculated prevalence of phonological articulation disorders in preschool children aged 4-6 years is 52.7%, (57.9% in boys and 46.9% in girls), or every second child in kindergarten has some form of speech disorder. These findings indicate that the treatment of speech disorders should begin in the appropriate services as soon as possible, because the early detection and treatment of speech disorders enable child’s normal intellectual development. The treatment should be started in the preschool period, to allow the start of the educational process without any speech problems.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

Among the new technologies for teaching and controlling students' knowledge, test technologies, whose development is based on the computerization of the educational process, are of greatest interest. A very common shortcoming of some testing programs is to ensure the performance of only one function - knowledge control. While this process is a component of the learning process and should be integrated with it as much as possible. This task can be solved on the basis of the use of educational technologies with the use of all kinds of information technologies for teaching and new teaching methods, as well as computer technologies for organizing independent work while testing knowledge and teaching technical disciplines. The practical implementation of these directions involves the development of test tasks that perform both monitoring and training functions. The relevance of the chosen topic determined the purpose of the work - identifying the features of the training and controlling complex for technical disciplines in the training of bachelors. As a result of the research, we offer a test technology in which several functions of the teacher are given to the training and controlling complex, which represents the software product. The developed technique and the accounted features of the use of the training and controlling complex for technical disciplines made it possible to increase the effectiveness of training by test methods, which was confirmed by the students' questioning.
