This research discusses the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and the Audit Committee on the performance of Islamic banking in a case study at Bank NTB Syariah. This research is a descriptive study using multiple regression analysis method and processed using SPSS version 16. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that partially the Sharia Supervisory Board (X1) had a significant influence on Islamic banking performance with a significance value of 0.05. Meanwhile, the Audit Committee (X2) has no significant effect on the performance of Islamic banking. Meanwhile, the Sharia Supervisory Board (X1) and the Audit Committee (X2) simultaneously have a significant relationship with Islamic banking performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of religiosity on the saving interest at Islamic Banking with the knowledge of the people as the moderator variable. This study was held at Tanggerang Selatan. The methods that is used to gather samples for this study is non-probability sampling and with the technique convenience sampling. The respondents in this study are the people of South Tanggerang City who saves their money at Islamic Banking, there are 100 respondents in total. The data gathered through questionnaire as the methods of survey. The data that are gathered then processed using multiple linear regression with interaction test (moderated regression analysis). The result of this study shows that there is significant influence between religiosity and the saving interest at Islamic Banking. the knowledge of the people and the saving interest at Islamic Banking also shows significant influence. The interaction between religiosity and knowledge as the moderator variable giving significant influence on the saving interest at Islamic Banking at the rate of significance bellow 0.05 or 5%.

In the recent years, the influence of celebrity in promoting a brand is promising. Without a doubt, celebrity endorsement will boost business brand awareness with an endorsement. This research objective is to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsement and brand image toward the customer buying decision. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for both the brand and celebrities regarding to endorsing. The population was the consumer of Maybelline in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this research with 216 respondent. Multiple regression analysis method was used in this research. This research implies that celebrity endorsement and brand image affected the customer buying decision and the result is that Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image of Maybelline have a positive significant influence on the buying decision.

The objective of this research was to examine the impact of halal labels, prices, and brand on the purchase decision to buy Bakso Wagyu in Kota Wisata Cibubur. It used associative research, and data were collected through a field survey from the Bakso Wagyu outlet in Kota Wisata Cibubur. A set of questionnaires was distributed to 96 customers of Bakso Wagyu outlet in Kota Wisata Cibubur. Multiple regression analysis assessed the impact on purchase decisions of three key constructs of the halal label, price, and brand. The analysis method used correlation analysis, multiple regressions, and hypothesis testing. The results show three components, namely halal label, price, and brand, simultaneously have a significant influence on the purchase decision. However, the halal label was a variable. That are has the most dominant impact. This research indicates the results that halal labels are important for imported products that are consumed by Indonesian people who are mostly Muslim.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. Jumlah responden sebanyak 222 orang yaitu pegawai dan peserta pelatihan yang dilakukan pada kantor tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda melalui pendekatan jalur atau path. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap efektivitas program diklat dan kinerja ASN secara langsung, artinya koefisien regresi yang dihasilakan bertanda positif dengan tingkat signifikan yang lebih kecil dari signifikasi standar jika dihubungkan secara langsung atau tanpa dimediasi variable lain. Efektifitas program diklat juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap kinerja ASN secara langsung, koefisien regresi yang dihasilakan bertanda positif dengan tingkat signifikan yang lebih kecil dari signifikasi standar jika dihubungkan secara langsung atau tanpa dimediasi variable lain. Untuk mengukur hubungan tidak langsung antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat hasil yang ditunjukan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas program diklat. Hubungan tidak langsung memiliki koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dari hubungan langsung yang terjadi. Hal ini diperoleh dari nilai koefisien total yang lebih besar. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of education and training on the performance of ASN through the effectiveness of the education and training program at Regional PPSDM Minstry of Home Affairs Makassar. The number of respondents was 222 people consisting of employees and trainees, conducted at the office. The data was analysed using multiple regression analysis through the path approach. The results show that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the training program and ASN performance directly. The effectiveness of the training program also has a positive and significant influence on ASN performance directly. To measure the indirect relationship between education and training on ASN performance through the effectiveness of the education and training program, a second regression was conducted. The results show that education and training have a positive and significant relationship to ASN performance through the effectiveness of the education and training program. Indirect relationship has a regression coefficient that is greater than the direct relationship that occurs. This is obtained from the larger total coefficient.

This study aims to determine the Effects of Motivation, Career development and Compensation Against Employee Satisfaction of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store) Branch of Yogyakarta. This is a descriptive study that aims to explain the research variables, namely motivation, career development, compensation and job satisfaction. In this study population were all employees of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store) Branch of Yogyakarta which totaled 65 people. As well as sampling techniques strata sampling, which amounts to 40 people . Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: Results of multiple regression analysis of the Effects of Motivation, Career Development and Compensation Against Employee Satisfaction of PT Tozy Sentosa (Centro Lifestyle Department Store ) Branch of Yogyakarta Is Y = 0.258 + 0.313 X1 + 0.286 X2 + 0.315 X3 +e Motivation on job satisfaction in the t test, t value of 2.358 with variable motivational significance value of 0.024 Therefore, the significance value is less than 5% (0.024 2.84 ) and significance value ( 0.000 < 0.05 ), then the hypothesis is accepted so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence jointly between motivation , career development and compensation against complacency employee PT Tozy Sentosa. <p>The rise of fictitious financing carried out by unscruplous bank employees makes people doubt the truth of the contents of financial statements issued by banks. This can be bad for Islamic Banks in Indonesia that are developing rapidly. To prevent this from happening again and again, Islamic Banks can conduct periodic audits to anticipate fraud at Islamic Banks.<br /> This research aims to determine the effect of tenure, audit specialization and audit committee on audit quality both simultaneously and partially. The population in this research is all Islamic Banking in Indonesia amounting to 14 banks. While the sampling technique used was purposive sampling in the category of Islamic Banking which issued financial statements from 2014 – 2018 which produced 13 samples of Islamic Banks. This study uses multiple linier regression analysis method using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. From this research it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of tenure, audit specialization and audit committee have a significant effect on audit quality. But only affect around 29,5%. partially, only audit committee has a significant effect on audit quality. While audit soecialization is removed as an indicator of audit quality because it is considered constant.</p>

This research aimed to examine wether Islamic Corporate Governance proxied by the Sharia Supervisory Board, audit committee, proportion board of commissioners, profitabilitas and company size is able to minimize the tax avoidance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The sample of Islamic banks was used 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in the period 2015-2019. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis is employed to test the hypotheses The results of this study show that sharia supervisory board, audit committee and proportion board of commissioner have a negative affect on tax avoidance, while profitability and company size have a possitive affect on tax avoidance.

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Display Produk dan Promosi Penjualan Terhadap Pembelian Impulsif di Indomaret Jl.Setia Budi No. 20 Medan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Indomaret Jl. Setia Budi No. 20 Medan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang pengukuranny amenggunakan skala Interval dan diolah secarastatistik menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan persamaan Y=a+b1X1+b2X2+e melalui program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Display Produk (X1) dan Promosi Penjualan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif (Y). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan display produk dan promosi penjualan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian pembelian impulsif di Indomaret Jl. This research is motivated by the level of work discipline, compensation and organizational structure at PT Sejati Karya Perkasa Medan which is still not good. This can be seen from the increase in employee absenteeism and delays as well as employee absenteeism every year so that it has an impact on decreasing employee performance. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, with a population of 87 employees and taking a sample of 87 people using the census method, then analyzed with multiple regression analysis with the results showing that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance. Based on the termination test of 65.9%, while the most influential variable is work discipline.

ABSTRAK Penelitian Determinan Terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Unsika ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor bauran pemasaran jasa (marketing mix) 7P berpengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Unsika dan Untuk mengetahui faktor apa dari bauran pemasaran jasa (marketing mix) 7P. Terdapat 8 (delapan) variabel diantaranya variabel bebas (independent variable) dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan variabel-variabel bauran pemasaran jasa (marketing mix) 7P yang terdiri dari produk atau program studi (X1), harga atau uang SPP (X2), promosi (X3), lokasi (X4), orang (X5), proses (X6) pelayanan (X7). Variabel terikat (dependent variable) dalam penelitian ini adalah merupakan keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang sebagai tempat kuliah untuk mendapatkan pendidikan (Y) yang menunjukan kepuasan mahasiswa memilih Unsika, yaitu keseluruhan upaya atau tindakan mahasiswa yang secara langsung dalam usahanya untuk memilih Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang sebagai tempat untuk menuntut ilmu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Jumlah responden sebanyak 360 orang. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam kuesioner dengan skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian didapatkan koefisien determinanya sebesar 0.664, yang artinya bahwa variabel produk atau program studi (X1), harga atau uang SPP (X2), promosi (X3), lokasi (X4), orang (X5), proses (X6) pelayanan (X7) mampu mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa sebesar 66,4%. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial atau uji t diketahui bahwa variabel orang (X5) berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Unsika, dengan nilai sebesar 23,49%.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlu diperhatikan dan dipertahakankan serta dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan terhadap faktor tersebut, dapat diupayakan dengan melakukan upgrading atau peningkatan kemampuan terhadap tenaga pengajar atau dosen juga terhadap petugas administrasi kampus. The aim of this study is to identify how much factor marketing mix 7P influenced to the decision of student in choosing University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) and to examine the factor of marketing mix 7P that is the most significant to students’ decision in choosing UNSIKA. There are 8 variables which are independent variable of this study is all the variable of markerting mix 7p that consist of product or study program (x1), university tuition (x2), promotion (x3), place/location (x4), people (x5), process (x6), servise) (x7),. while, the dependent variable of this study is the decision of students in choosing UNSIKA as the place in getting education (y). It showed the satisfication of students in choosing UNSIKA which are the effort of students in chooisng UNSIKA as the place of studying. The approach of this study is study case which has been conducted in UNSIKA. Therefore, this is descriptive quantitative study whose analysis method is multiple regression analysis. the data of this study were obtained by the answer of 360 students of UNSIKA as respondents through questionnaire. Hence, Guttman scales is used in this study. The result of this study is 0.644 as the determinant coeeficient which means variables such as product or study program (x1), (x1), university tuition (x2), promotion (x3), place/location (x4), people (x5), process (x6),influenced the choice of students value of 66.4%. moreover, the result parsial test or T-test showed that x5 is the has significant influence on students' choice in choosing Unsika value of 23.59%. Hence, the result can be concluded that the service need to be upgraded which can be done by developing of lecturers' ability in lecturing and administration of campus. keywords: determinant, marketing mix 7p, choice of students
