Researchers conducted research to find out the influence of free variables product quality and price to the variable bound (buying decision) Medical Devices In PT.Inti Medicom Retailindo.Researchers use quantitative data with questionnaires as a means of collecting data used.The method used by researchers is non probability sampling method with purpose sampling technique.With a sample of 100 people have criteria has been made purchases twice or more in PT.Medicom Retailindo core that will be processed using SPSS version 20 program.The results of this study show if there is an influence of significance of the free variable of product quality and price on medical devices in PT.Inti Medicom Retailindo.Based on the results of the t-count test of the three free variables, product quality variables have a value of 6,534 > ttabel > 1,985, the price has a thitung number of > ttabel of 2,032 > 1,985.While looking at the figures based on the results of the F test that the value of Fhitung > Ftabel = 94,722 > 3,089 this means that variable product quality and price simultaneously affect the purchase decision

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and product quality on the consumer’s purchase decision. The population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited to those of the Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that purchase decision is positively and significantly affected by brand image, brand awareness, and product quality.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Solo. Teknik penyampelan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pemilihan 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk di Mac Mohan Solo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dengan uji R2, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil pengujian menghasilkan nilai sig uji F sebesar = 0,00, artinya secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality toward customer satisfaction at Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. The population in this study are the residents of Solo. Non-probability sampling method is adopted with a selection of 100 respondents who have bought products at Mac Mohan Solo. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used with R2 test, F test, and t test. The test results produce a sig value of F test of = 0.00, meaning that simultaneously, the variable product quality, price perception, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The t test shows that product quality partially, price perception, and service quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, price perception, service quality, customer satisfaction

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of price, Brand Image and Quality Product. The population to consumers who come to Yamaha dealers in the area of South Jakarta City, the sample size was taken as many as 75 respondents, with probability sampling method, especially Random Sampling. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionaires. The analysis technique used is the method of PLS (Partial Last Square) analysis. This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu adakah pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada usaha Sweetin di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik yang meliputi wawancara, obsevasi, dan penyebaran kuisoner melalui google form. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen Sweetin selama sebulan dengan sampel sebanyak 80 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampel dengan metode accidental sampling yang kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial pada variabel harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli pada usaha Sweetin dengan hasil uji F hitung sebesar 22,860 > dari F tabel yaitu sebesar 3,11. Dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < dari 0,05, dan hasil dari uji t diperoleh nilai sig. variabel harga produk sebesar 0,007 < dari 0,05, dan nilai sig. variabel kualitas produk sebesar 0,029 < dari 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis diterima. The results showed a simultaneous and partial influence on price and product quality variables on buying interest in Sweetin's business with the results of the F-test. equal to 22,860> from F table which is equal to 3,11. And the significance value of 0.000 <from 0.05, and the results of the t test obtained a sig value. variable product price of 0.007 <from 0.05, and the sig. product quality variable is 0.029 <of 0.05. AbstrakCoffee Shop saat ini merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam sektor pariwisata, dimana mereka memiliki peminat khusus. Khususnya para konsumen yang tertarik pada cita khas rasa kopi yang unik. Perkembangan bisnis Coffee shop saat ini paling cepat di dunia dan menjadi tren. Berbagai gaya dan tema bermunculan untuk masing-masing coffee shop untuk menarik dan memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen. Mulai dari bahan baku kopi yang digunakan, create kreasi menu coffee yang ditawarkan serta menu makanan pendamping coffee. Semuanya dipikirkan betul-betul oleh pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.Metode yang digunakan metode non-probality Sampling dikarenakan jumlah pengunjung Peacock Coffee tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 87 sampel. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian mendukung semua hipotesis yang diajukan. Kualitas produk, fasilitas dan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan variabel lokasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan.AbstractCoffee shop involved contribute in tourism sector especially for specific customer in coffee. Coffee shop growing fast following international tren. Differencies theme and concept are designed to attract customer and increase the customer satisfaction. Start from the raw material, variety of coffee product and side dish to complete the package. The owner design this concept carefully. This research head for detect the customer satisfaction influence factors.This research use non-probability sampling method, with unpredicted customer in Peacock Coffee. For Sampling derivation use Accidental sampling at 87 persons. Result of the analize support all of the suggest hypotize. Product quality, facilites and location have partially effect nor simultant to the customer satisfaction, and location becomes the dominant influence.

This research aims to analyze the role of product quality and price perception in affecting purchase decision. The object of this study is Milkmo, which is a startup business that offers milk-based drink coated with chocolate syrup. This research distributes as many as 97 questionnaires to majority of male and female respondents aged 15 to 25 years old, using purposive sampling method. This research uses quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that product quality and the perception of each price have significant effect on purchase decision of Milkmo product, therefore all hypotheses were upheld. This implies that the business owner should improve the quality of the product and set the price of the product carefully so they would not be rivaled by their competitors.
