AbstrakCoffee Shop saat ini merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam sektor pariwisata, dimana mereka memiliki peminat khusus. Khususnya para konsumen yang tertarik pada cita khas rasa kopi yang unik. Perkembangan bisnis Coffee shop saat ini paling cepat di dunia dan menjadi tren. Berbagai gaya dan tema bermunculan untuk masing-masing coffee shop untuk menarik dan memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen. Mulai dari bahan baku kopi yang digunakan, create kreasi menu coffee yang ditawarkan serta menu makanan pendamping coffee. Semuanya dipikirkan betul-betul oleh pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.Metode yang digunakan metode non-probality Sampling dikarenakan jumlah pengunjung Peacock Coffee tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 87 sampel. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian mendukung semua hipotesis yang diajukan. Kualitas produk, fasilitas dan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan variabel lokasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan.AbstractCoffee shop involved contribute in tourism sector especially for specific customer in coffee. Coffee shop growing fast following international tren. Differencies theme and concept are designed to attract customer and increase the customer satisfaction. Start from the raw material, variety of coffee product and side dish to complete the package. The owner design this concept carefully. This research head for detect the customer satisfaction influence factors.This research use non-probability sampling method, with unpredicted customer in Peacock Coffee. For Sampling derivation use Accidental sampling at 87 persons. Result of the analize support all of the suggest hypotize. Product quality, facilites and location have partially effect nor simultant to the customer satisfaction, and location becomes the dominant influence.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision. And Point Coffee is more innovative so that buyers don't get bored easily if they come again at Point Coffee. Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada responden. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dan saran dijelaskan pada artikel

This research aims to analyze of the influence Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction and the effects to Customer Loyalty on Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara Jatinegara. Purposive sampling method has been selected to obtain data requires at this study. The research use 50 respondents and respondent’s entire customer Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara. Path Coefficient analysis used as analytical method in this research. The result of this research shows that: Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image have significant influence on Customer Satisfaction and finally affect the Customer Loyalty simultaneously and partially. The only have dominant influenced to customer satisfaction among all variables was brand image.

The purpose of this research to analyze The effect of price and product quality black pepper coffee on purchasing decisions and impact on customer satisfaction The sampling method in this research was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents.. Instrument testing and data analysis, namely path analysis with the LISREL 8.80 application program. The results showed that the price and product quality had a positive effect on the purchasing decision Black pepper coffee at Bang Azis Coffee Shop. Price, Product Quality and Purchase Decisions have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction.

The growing of restaurant industry is causing high competition among business competitor, each business is required to create competitive advantage to satisfy customers and increase the level of sales. Business people in this industry strive to achieve maximum satisfaction for their customers and not only to achieve profits. This is because satisfied customers will determine the sustainability of the relationship with the restaurant. Every effort should be made to get satisfied customers with restaurant services. This study aims to analyze and discuss the influence of product quality, brand awareness and price on customer satisfaction in Dewi Kahyangan restaurant in Jombang City. The three independent variables involved in this study are product quality, brand awareness and price. One dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The research method used was qualitative. The sampling technique used wasnon-probability sampling. The population in this research all custumes who had eaten at the Dewi Kahyangan restaurant in Jombang City, with 100 respondents of sample size.The technique for taking samples is used non probability sampling techniques with accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used was multiple linearregression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that product quality, brand awareness and price had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. Kata kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian Ulang

This research finds out the effect of product, price and service quality toward customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Warsu Coffe Cafe. It is descriptive research with a quantitative method. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The populations were the consumers who visited and bought a product in Warsu Coffe Cafe. The samples were 87 respondents that were chosen by using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the product, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence is product quality on customer satisfaction, it shows that the Warsu Coffee Cafe has good product quality.

In this research there is a quantitative descriptive methods were used with respondents, namely consumers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. This coffee shop has employees with disabilities. In this research aims to determine the condition of consumer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope is influenced by the service quality, location and facilities. The population in this study are customers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by random sampling method. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1). Has led to customer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope, 2). Service quality has been done well, 3). The location offered received very high attention, 4).
