This study aims to determine the effect of Maisyah and Culture of Work toward the Work Motivation Employee of General Elections Commissionof Musi Rawas regency. This study involved 4 respondents, all of which were employees of General Elections Commissionof Musi Rawas regency. To collect the data, this study used a set of questionnaires and the respond given by the sample was analyzed by (1) average score, (2) multiple linearity regression, (3)determination coefficient, (4) partial t-test and F test techniques.Based on the result analysis, it was found out that (1) there is a positive correlation between independent variables with the dependent variables, (2) the magnitude of independent variables influence toward the dependent variable was 40.40% and (3) the partial t – test and F – test result showed higher coefficient values than those on the critical value of the t and F tables. Based on these findings, it was concluded that maisyah and culture of work, separately and simultaneously, influenced the work motivation employee of General Elections Commission of Musi Rawas regency.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of transactional leadership on employee work motivation at PT. Wijaya Sukses Sejahtera in Berau Regency. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely contingent reward (X1), exception management (X2), and exploitative management (X3) and the dependent variable was work motivation (Y). Simultaneous test (F test) with 95% confidence level of employees in the office of PT. Wijaya Sukses Sejahtera in Berau District proves that simultaneously Contingent Reward variables (X1), active exception management (X2), and passive exception management (X3) amounted to 11.541 so (11.541> 2.76) significantly influence work motivation (Y). The results of the t-test are known that the contingent reward indicator is the most influential indicator on the performance of employees at PT. Wijaya Sukses Prosperous Berau. Thus proving the hypothesis influential on work motivation simultaneously received (H0 is rejected and Ha accepted).

This motivation is closely related to needs, so that the management of the organization must pay more attention to the needs of employees so they can motivate well. Organizations can create a work environment that is good and in line with employee expectations, with guaranteed old age and a better future, a conductive work environment with better lighting in the room will make them feel comfortable at work. Motivation factors and work environment will be a factor that can make employees achieve satisfaction in working so that it can improve performance that is meaningful to the organization. The objectives to be achieved from this research are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of Abang Village Office employees.2) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Abang Village Office. 3) To find out the effect of Motivation and Work Environment together on the Office Staff Performance of Abang Village. In this study the independent variables are Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2). the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, with interview data collection methods, observation and questionnaires.The data in this study meet the normal probability plot requirements which means that there is no correlation between the independent variables greater than 95%. From the results of multiple regression obtained a = 5.323, b1 = 0.306 and b2 = 0.305. Thus the regression equation is: Y = 5.323+ 0.306X1 + 0.305X2. With the correlation coefficient table guide, it can be explained that there is a positive relationship between the effect of work motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) that is a high or very strong relationship, because it is located between 0.800 to 1.199 ie r = 0.825. This means that the bigger the marketing strategy is given, the higher the sales. D = 68.1%, this shows that work motivation and work environment have a fairly strong influence, namely 68.1%, in an effort to improve employee performance. Obtained a f-test of 28,766 in the rejection area of Ho. Where the f-test is greater than the f- table. The Effect of Work Motivation Effect (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained t-test = 5.228. Effect of Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained t-test = 6.581. From the two t-test analyzes above, it can be explained that Motivation and Work Environment have a strong influence on Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, teamwork, communication, and compensation to employee work motivation. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Based on calculations using the Slovin formula, samples were 142 respondents. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, F test, and t test. Based on the results of the study note that the leadership style, teamwork, communication, and compensation simultaneously affect work motivation as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the significance value is smaller than 0,05 which is equal to 0,000. Leadership style, teamwork, communication, and compensation partially affect work motivation as evidenced by the results of the t test that shows the significance value of leadership style, teamwork, communication, and compensation smaller than 0,05, namely leadership style by 0,005, teamwork by 0,000, communication by 0,002, and compensation by 0,007. Teamwork has a dominant effect on work motivation as evidenced by the results of the t test which shows the significance value of teamwork is smaller than the value of the other independent variables which is equal to 0,000.

This study aims to determine theinfluence of intellectual capital to profitability and productivity on islamic banking in indonesia. Data obtained as many as 10 islamic banking City of Tangerang with the period from 2015 to 2017 and linked to the 3 variables of the study, namely: 1 independent variables: intellectual capital and 2 dependent variables: profitability and productivity. Data analysis methods used are test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test, autocorrelation test, a test of determination, t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) variable VACA,VAHU, STVA does not affect the profitability (ROA), (2) variable VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on profitability (ROA) , and (3) variable VACA, VAHU, STVA and VAIC simultaneosly affects significant impact on productivity (ATO).

ANALISIS VARIABEL YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIAOleh : Suseno STIE SATRIA Purwokerto ABSTRACT The aims of the research are (1) to analyze influence of age, scale, financial leverage, and profitability to performance of firms at The Indonesian Stock Exchange. (2) to determine the most influential variable on the performance of the firms. Hypotheses proposed in this research were: (1) Age, Scales, Financial Leverage, Profitability influences the performance of firms, (2) Age influences the performance of firms, (3) Scales influences the performance of firms, (4) Financial Leverage influences the performance of firms, (5) Profitability influences the performance of firms. Instrument of analysis employed in the research was multiple linear regression with t test and F test.The results of analyses of t test showed that profitability did not influence the performance of the firms. It was indicated by the value of computed t which was smaller than the value of t table. Meanwhile, the t test of age, scale and financial leverage indicated that the value of computed t > t table. It means that these variables (scale and financial leverage) influenced the performance of the firms. The F test showed that the independent variables of age, scale, financial leverage and profitability as a whole significantly influenced the performance of the firms. It was indicated by the calculated F > the value of F table, the value the age computed t which was smaller than the value of -t table..Based on the research results that age and profitability do not influence the performance of the firms, it is suggested that investors should not pay any attention to those variables. On the other hand, they should pay attention to the variables of scale and financial leverage. It is recommended that for further research should include longer periode of the sample.

This paper is analyzing the influence of marketing mix customer perception that feels and make scoring by post paid customer to ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya. Post paid customer as research object is active customer using their cell phone to become ESIA post paid customer in Surabaya. This research have to be done because understanding customer active is essential for keeping and protect them to switch another cell phone operator. This research purpose to watching carefully the perception about service of marketing mix that bargained by ESIA cellular operator to loyalty of using post paid customer cell phone. The variable in this research taking from Zeithaml and Bitner service marketing theory and Yazid adopt it (1999:21) and the composition7P’s are product, price, place, promotion, participant, physical evidence, and process. Analyze model adapted from Customer Behavior simple model by Assael (1984:11) with using multiple linear regression technique, F test and t test.  Base on analyze, can take a resume that marketing mix perception variable (cellular telecommunication service, price, facility ease, promotion, staff servicing, physical evidence, and administration process)  post paid ESIA customer feels influenced to using cell phone loyalty at ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya as significantly both of single test and simultaneous test. As a single test, this result can look at each of t test that always have score more than 1,6616. While as simultaneous test, can take a look of F test result is 51,611 that more than score of F table 2,127. From the result of analysis, knows that price of cellular telecommunication that charged to post paid customer have dominant influence to loyalty of cell phone used  post paid customer ESIA  in Surabaya. Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

The right man in the right place and the right man behind the right job. The placement of employees becomes very important to improve employee performance including ASN in the government office of Mare Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The purpose of the study is to see the influence or role of employee placement factors on the performance of ASN employees. Apakh has a significant influence. The research was conducted on a number of ASNs in the government office of Mare District of Bone Regency. The method of data collection is done by saturated survey method (census). The method of data analysis is to use a hypothesis test, which is a t-test to see the influence of independent variables, namely placement (X) on dependent variables, namely ASN performance (Y). The results of the study obtained that the placement factor had a significant effect (real) on the performance of ASN in the District Office mare Bone Regency. This is evident from the results of the t test where the placement variable (X) has a significance value (Sig.=0.001<0.05) and is also shown from a t-calculated value (4.015) greater than the value of t-table (1,667).

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.
