This research was conducted to determine the communication strategy used by the local guide when guiding foreigners in museum kesejarahan Jakarta, especially the types of strategy in communication and the function of each strategy for the local guide to solving their problem in the museum. Communication strategy is the important thing that the guide needed to build a good conversation with the foreigners' visitor there. The objective of this study is to find out the most dominant type of strategy in communication and the functions of each strategy when the guide faced the problem when guiding, the writer used the descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was done by collecting the data from observation and the conversation problem with each foreign tourist. Primary data collected from direct field observations and interviews. The writer analyzes some conversations that can be shown as the problem faced by the tour guide. This research used theory by Celce-Murcia et al’s (1995) model of communication strategies is considered as the most complete and detailed. The writer divided communication strategies into five main categories. They are avoidance, achievement, stalling, self-monitoring strategies, and interactional strategies.  Results showed that there were 5 types of communication strategy and The dominant of those theories was an interaction strategy. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang kasus penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan yang tidak konsisten di Kota Pontianak. Kondisi masyarakat ini merepresentasikan keterlibatan mereka sebagai bagian dari penyelenggaraan kebijakan, khususnya dalam penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemic Covid-19. Terjadi ketimpangan yang tidak adil dalam penegakan aturan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengumpulan data sekunder juga dilakukan dengan penelusuran daring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketaatan masyarakat Kota Pontianak terhadap penyelenggaraan aturan protokol kesehatan tergolong baik. Hal ini dilihat dari kepatuhan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan perilaku menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, dan memakai masker secara konsisten. Meski demikian, ada juga pelanggaran aturan yang terjadi. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah sanksi atau denda yang diberlakukan kepada sejumlah pengusaha kedai kopi. This paper describes the case of inconsistent health protocol policy enforcement in Pontianak City. The condition of this community represents their involvement as part of the implementation of policies, especially in the enforcement of health protocol policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is unfair and inequality in the enforcement of the rule. This research uses qualitative method, with primary data collection by interview and observation. Secondary data collection is also done with online browsing. Based on the results of the study, the adherence of the people of Pontianak city to the implementation of health protocol rules is relatively good. This is seen from the community's compliance in maintaining distance, washing hands, and wearing masks consistently. However, there is also a violation of the rules that occur, this is seen from the number of sanctions or fines imposed on a number of coffee shop entrepreneurs.

Education is a very important element to create quality human resources.Learning is doneevery day of the week starting from morningtill night for six months more quickly proven to helptheir improve their languageskills. The purpose of this study was to determine thelearningstrategies used in the the SMPIT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh, teacher communicationprocess with thestudents in learning English, and know the communication media used inteachingand learning in the SMPIT Nurul Ishlah Banda Aceh.This study uses qualitativeresearch methods with the presentation of analysisdesktriptif. The informants are teachers aslecturers and students of Englishvillages were selected purposively. Data collection techniquesused wereobservation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the technique used inthisresearch is triangulation and extension of participation. In analyzing the data, the researcherused the Constant Comparative Method.The results of the research is shown that students in theSMPIT Nurul Ishlah at learning procesess applied communication strategies by doing classinstruction, word coinage, codeswitching, and appeal for help, without the knowing. The Village

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

This study attempts to describe the communication strategies used and various kinds of activities carried out by UIN Ar-Raniry public relations in establishing relationships with the press media. The research method used in this study is the qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this study were obtained from respondents as the primary data source through several stages in the form of observations records, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was performed by using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques through three flows of activities that were carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study revealed that the role of public relations of UIN Ar-Raniry in establishing relations with the press media has been going well. It can be seen from the communication strategies used and the various forms of activities that is organized by UIN Ar-Raniry public relation in developing relations with the press media. The communication strategy used is a two-way symmetrical and Reciprocity communication strategy that conforms to the principles of media relations. Several kinds of activities carried out by UIN Ar-Raniry public relations in developing relationships with the press media are Press Coverage, Press Conference, Press Release, Press Statement, Press Interview, and Electronics Communications. Meanwhile, the informal activities are Press Reception and Morning Coffee.

This study aims to determine the communication strategy of the Culture and Tourism Office of East Java Province in utilizing the East Java Raka Raki. The communication strategy analysis by Berlo's SMCR theory (1960) and on the strategic communications approach. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using field studies (interviews). The research findings show that the formulation of the communication strategy has fulfilled the vision and mission, opportunities and strengths, as well as fulfilling the long-term goals in making use of the East Java Raka Raki. This is supported by the implementation of a communication strategy for the Tourism Industry Sector of East Java Disbudpar with the support of IRARI which is a legal entity. Evaluation of communication strategies in carrying out East Java Raka Raki activities /programs is based on unplanned or unscheduled meetings, meetings are held once every 3 (three) months.

<p>Moral and religious values and ethics often provide valuable clues to the protection and preservation of the environment. The communication strategy undertaken by indigenous leaders as a design made to change human behavior on a larger scale through the transfer of new ideas in maintaining the environment based on the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana. Environmental problems are not solved only by scientific technology and methods but also need to be assisted by other forces of religion, beliefs, and ethics of the influence of human attitudes towards nature. Humans as individual and social beings take everything from their environment in an effort to meet their needs. Humans as God's most perfect creatures sometimes feel the most right to master and exploit nature beyond the limits of his needs. This led to a global crisis. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which is a contextual research that makes man as an instrument and adapted to a reasonable situation in relation to data collection which in general is qualitative. Indigenous peoples of Bali live very dependent on the environment, they live, take care and utilize the environment since the first, even the traditional rituals performed as an expression and form of Praise and Prayer to the Creator is called the Tumpek Bubuh Ceremony. Moral and religious values and ethics often provide valuable clues to the protection and preservation of the environment.</p>

This study aimed to find out the political communication strategies of women legislative candidates and what obstacles faced by them. This study used qualitative method and to determine the informants it was wit purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were through interviews and documentation. This study interviewed four woman candidates from different political parties in Malang, and for the first joining a legislative elections. The results of the political communication stretegies were a door to door, approaching religious and structural leaders, used political consultant and had a lot of campaign team were proven to effective in Malang. The obstacles for the women in involving in politics were lack of money and political knowledge and also multiple roles as house wives and ploticians became their internal issue.

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kerajinan sulaman kruistik di nagari Embunpagi Kabupaten Agam. Kerajinan sulaman kruistik merupakan salah satu kerajinan di Nagari Embunpagi yang mempunyai nilai keindahan tersendiri yang banyak diminati. Sulaman kruistik adalah sulaman yang memakai jahitan benang yang bersilangan membentuk huruf x diatas kain tenunan sejajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kerajinan sulaman kruistik dilihat dari segi desain dan motif di Nagari Embunpagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Jenis data yaitu berupa data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari pimpinan dan karyawan usaha dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan bersifat induktif berdasarkan fakta- fakta yang ditemukan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bentuk desain motif berupa naturalis dengan bentuk bunga dan daun, dan bentuk geometris berupa garis- garis yang disusun.. Kata Kunci: sulaman, kruistik embunpagi.AbstractThe problem in this study was to find out about the crusical embroidery craft in the Embunpagi village of Agam Regency. Crystalline embroidery is one of the handicrafts in Nagari Embunpagi that has its own beauty value that is in great demand. Crewistic embroidery is embroidery that uses cross stitches forming letters x on parallel woven fabrics. The aim of this study is to describe the shape of the crew embroidery craft in terms of design and motif in Nagari Embunagi. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of data is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained from business leaders and employees and secondary data obtained from documentation. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed are inductive based on facts found and conclusions drawn. The results of the research obtained are the form of motif design in the form of naturalists with flower and leaf shapes, and geometric shapes in the form of lines arranged.  Keywords: needlepoint, embunpagi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Head of the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Cluster Team in the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Task Force Team of the City of Tasikmalaya was in accordance with the indicators of the communication strategy ranging from the communicator determination strategy, message determination strategy, media determination strategy and audience determination strategy. The communication strategy implemented resulted in the fact that the spread of Covid-19 in Tasikmalaya City had decreased due to the implementation of discipline carried out by the apparatus as the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Task Force Team and communication that was conveyed to the public with the right strategy. The implementation of the communication strategy that has been carried out by the Task Force Team, the implementation of the report on the results of the Tasikmalaya City discipline presentation is reported directly to the Governor who is charged to Kominfo with the local Government.

Abstract The research is to find out the types of error analysis in students’ sentences and the most dominant types of error analysis in students’ sentences. This research uses qualitative method to look into errors in the second language acquisition and to collect empirical data. This method is applied to get the accurate data collection. The object of the research is students’ practice randomly taken from twelve advanced students of TOEFL Preparation Class – The Mushlih Institute (TMI) Surabaya. In acquiring the result of this error analysis, surface strategy taxonomy is applied to investigate more details. It is limited on the students’ sentences with inverted subjects and verbs error in their practice consisting of four error types. In summary, the types of sentences with inverted subjects and verbs errors produced by the students are (1) omission appearing 49 times or 79,03% of all, (2) addition appearing 9 times or 14,52% of all, (3) misordering appearing 3 times or 4,84% of all, and (4) misformation appearing a time or 1,61% of all. According to the research findings, the most dominant type of sentences with inverted subjects and verbs error is omission.   Keywords: Error Analysis, Writing Practice, Sentences.
