Sports of the highest achievements requires the fullest possible use of the psychophysical capabilities of an athlete, which requires a fundamentally different approach, compared to mass sports, in the preparation of athletes using modern scientific methods for diagnosing the functional state of the body (FSB). Conducting scientific research with the required quality needs the use of multivariate analysis of the obtained primary data characterizing the FSB. Analysis by individual factors or analysis of only the final result does not allow to identify weaknesses and assess the reserves of the athlete’s body. The indicated requirements for multivariate analysis are satisfied by the Algebraic Model of Constructive Logic Algorithm (AMCLA), which is used in healthcare. AMCLA as an analytical tool allows performing complex analytical calculations and building expert systems on its basis. The AMCLA is based on the logic of predicates, which fundamentally distinguishes this mathematical apparatus from neural networks. The use of AMCLA cannot be considered as an alternative to the use of others methods of multivariate analysis. The best is the result of the analysis, confirmed by fundamentally different methods. Comparative analytical calculations with neural network algorithms have shown coincidence in the fundamental components of the result. Nevertheless, AMCLA can also identify the most characteristic differences, evaluate restrictions in the choice of treatment and the correct choice of factors, which is important in analytical studies in biomedical research. To participate in the study, 182 qualified male athletes aged 19–22 years (20.5±1.5) were selected, with different levels of functional reserves. They were engaged in sports with a high dynamic and static component (football, basketball, volleyball, boxing, swimming, athletics), according to the classification by Mitchell JH and co-authors, who are at the stage of improving their sportsmanship. The dysfunctional orientation of regulatory mechanisms in qualified athletes in groups with rhythm disturbances and impaired repolarization processes against the background of a decrease in physical performance and stress of adaptation mechanisms was reliably classified by phasographic speed indicators of the heart electrical activity, which was determined using AMCLA. Innovation indicators averaged phase of the cardiac cycle suggests a lack of verified earlier values that characterize the different states. In this case, AMCLA made it possible to identify the most significant indicators of the phase averaged cardiac cycle to characterize various states and differentiate the ranges of their values. Multivariate analysis of the functional state indicators of the athlete’s body with the use of AMCLA can be a methodology for solving the problems of reserve measurement in the highest achievements sports.

The irradiation of the pelvis in obese patients meets biological and technical difficulties sometimes considered insuperable. Chiefly when it is necessary to irradiate a very large volume of tissues (for instance, in the case of the irradiation of the pelvis in uterus and ovary cancers) radiotherapy is sometimes considered unsuitable because of considerations concerning the integral dose to be reached, the acute or late reactions expected, difficulties in the choice of the irradiation technique and the execution itself of the therapy. Actually the irradiation of the pelvis in obese patients is clinically possible: it has been performed without complications by the author up to integral doses of 6 × 107 grads in 50 days. The most important problem is the correct choice of treatment technique: when Co 60 gamma rays are employed, obese patients must be irradiated by means of moving beam techniques. The author brings into evidence that obese women, bearing uterus carcinomas, can be irradiated by means of biaxial pendular techniques, employing the same parameters (field at axis, arc width, position of the axis) as in normal subjects. In effect the pelvis in obese subjects is in the center of the corporal section, as in thin subjects. The shape of isodoses in pendular axial irradiations, for Co 60, does not dipend from the dimensions of the body irradiated. The properties of high voltage moving beam radiotherapy turn to the advantage of obese patients. Technical difficulties, which are not negligible, may always be overcome with proper devise.

At present, due to the constant growth of sports results and intensified competition at competitions of various levels in cycling (MTB), the problem of adaptation of the body to specific physical loads is becoming urgent As you know, the most violent processes in the body of a young man occur in the period from 13 to 15 years old, where all the functions and systems of a young body under the influence of physical exertion are of particular importance. Many works have shown that at a young age it is impossible to predict sports results in a chosen sport without taking into account functional characteristics. The article presents the indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body of young athletes 14-15 years old, who specialize in mountain bike. Under the influence of specific physical loads, changes in the functional state of young athletes of 14-15 years old in the basic, pre-competitive and restorative mesocycles were determined. The aim of the work was to determine the changes in the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the organism of young athletes 14-15 years old, specializing in mountain bike. A significant difference was found in the indicators of heart rate, maximum oxygen consumption, vital capacity of the lungs in the recovery and maintenance microcycles of the recovery mesocycle. The statistical difference was determined in terms of systolic and diastolic blood pressure (t=2.61; t=2.73; p<0.05), heart rate (t=2.51; p<0.05), vital capacity of the lungs (t=2.28; p<0.05) young athletes 14-15 years old in the recovery and maintenance microcycles of the recovery mesocycle relative to the primary data.

According to the authors, the assessment of the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system of the body during physical training and sports is of paramount importance because of the huge role of this system in the adaptation to physical activity of different nature, the optimal functioning of the organism in the most varied in terms of training activity. The analysis of the scientific literature shows that the deterioration of the indicators of the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system of the human body caused by the weakening of socio-economic conditions in the country, the influence of radioactive radiation, the deterioration of the quality of nutrition, the decrease of motor activity, etc. There is also a general increase in the number of cardiovascular diseases, deterioration of the body's functional reserves, systemic impaired posture, the presence of various disorders of the musculoskeletal system, a decrease in the level of physical fitness, etc. All this happens against the background of the weakening of the functions of the cardio-respiratory and nervous systems of the body during training and during the exams, which negatively affects the formation of health of future specialists. Therefore, since there is a tendency to deteriorate the health of students, in particular, the condition of their cardio-respiratory system, the question of improving it through the use of physical education is very relevant.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Shariah governance and corporate governance (CG) on the risk management practices (RMPs) of local Islamic banks and foreign Islamic banks operating in Malaysia. The Shariah governance comprises the Shariah review (SR) and Shariah audit (SA) variables. The study also evaluates the level of RMPs, CG, SR, and SA between these two type of banks. With the aid of SPSS version 20, the items for RMPs, CG, SR, and SA were subjected to principal component analysis (PCA). From the PCA, one component or factor was extracted each for the CG, SR, and RMPs while another two factors were extracted for the SA. Primary data was collected using a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire covers four aspects ; CG, SR, SA, and RMPs. The data received from the 300 usable questionnaires were subjected to correlation and regression analyses as well as an independent t-test. The result of correlation analysis shows that all the four variables have large positive correlations with each other indicating a strong and significant relationship between them. From the regression analysis undertaken, CG, SR, and SA together explained 52.3 percent of the RMPs and CG emerged as the most influential variable that impacts the RMPs. The independent t-test carried out shows that there were significant differences in the CG and SA between the local and foreign Islamic banks. However, there were no significant differences between the two types of the bank in relation to SR and RMPs. The study has contributed to the body of knowledge and is beneficial to academicians, industry players, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Research  background  and  hypothesis.  Traditional  time  series  analysis  techniques,  which  are  also  used  for the analysis of cardiovascular signals, do not reveal the relationship between the  changes in the indices recorded associated with the multiscale and chaotic structure of the tested object, which allows establishing short-and long-term structural and functional changes.Research aim was to reveal the dynamical peculiarities of interactions of cardiovascular system indices while evaluating the functional state of track-and-field athletes and Greco-Roman wrestlers.Research methods. Twenty two subjects participated in the study, their average age of 23.5 ± 1.7 years. During the study standard 12 lead electrocardiograms (ECG) were recorded. The following ECG parameters were used in the study: duration of RR interval taken from the II standard lead, duration of QRS complex, duration of JT interval and amplitude of ST segment taken from the V standard lead.Research  results.  Significant  differences  were  found  between  inter-parametric  connections  of  ST  segment amplitude and JT interval duration at the pre and post-training testing. Observed changes at different hierarchical levels of the body systems revealed inadequate cardiac metabolic processes, leading to changes in the metabolic rate of the myocardium and reflected in the dynamics of all investigated interactions.Discussion and conclusions. It has been found that peculiarities of the interactions of ECG indices interactions show the exposure of the  functional changes in the body at the onset of the workload. The alterations of the functional state of the body and the signs of fatigue, after athletes performed two high intensity training sessions per day, can be assessed using the approach of the evaluation of interactions between functional variables. Therefore the evaluation of the interactions of physiological signals by using time series analysis methods is suitable for the observation of these processes and the functional state of the body. Keywords: electrocardiogram, time series, functional state.

Summary. The disbalanced feeding and the uneven distribution of micro- and macroelements in the environment leads to a trace element, in particular hypomelanosis. To accelerate the growth and preservation of young farm animals include in the diet of various biological additives and drugs, which include selenium. For stimulation of weight gain in the livestock industry, as well as for the prevention and treatment of pathological processes in addition to micro - and macrouse amino acids, primarily methionine. The aim of this work was to study the influence of composition of DAFS-25+Polizon on morpho-biochemical parameters of blood and functional state of the liver in fattening bulls of black-motley breed in the conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Experiments using were conducted on bull-calves of black-motley breed of the properties in the properties age from 6 to 15 months. The first experimental group during the experiment was additionally given the composition of DAFS-25+Polizon at a dose of 2 mg/kg, the animals of the control group received a standard diet. To assess the impact of the composition DAFS-25+Polizon on metabolism cattle studied morphological and biochemical indicators of blood and conducted histological examination of the liver. It is established that the use of the composition of DAFS-25+Polizon at a dose of 2 mg/kg increases the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the experimental group and reduces the amount of white blood cells. The serum content of total protein, phosphorus and calcium increases in the group of experimental animals. Microscopic examination of the liver revealed no changes in the structure of the organ and hepatocytes in the experimental group, whereas in the control group hemodynamic disorders and dystrophic changes in liver cells were observed. Thus, the use of the composition DAFS-25+Polizon at a dose of 2 mg/kg of live weight in fattening bulls black-and-white breed contributes to the increase of redox processes in the body, stimulation of metabolism, prevent the development of liver disorders of cellular mechanisms of metabolism, optimizes the structure of the liver, which generally provides higher productivity.

Under high-intensity loads, the athlete's bodies take place a number of biochemical reactions and physiological processes that can lead to hyperbilirubinemia. The factors that can initiate the onset of this phenomenon include the syndrome of micro-damage muscle, violation of the integrity of erythrocyte membranes, decreased blood pH, malnutrition and increase oxygen demand of the body. Degree of expression of manifestations of physiological bilirubinemia depends on the level of adaptation of the athlete to the physical activities offered. Hyperbilirubinemia in athletes can be one of the components of the deterioration of the functional state, forming the symptoms of endogenous intoxication. The relevance of this problem in sport lies in the relatively low detection rate of hyperbilirubinemia due to the lack of regular screening studies. However, in drawing up a plan of nutritional- metabolic support for training and competitive activity and recovery measures, must not only the individual reaction of the athlete body to physical activity, but also the severity of shifts in the indicators of bilirubin metabolism and their ratio. The article describes the reasons for the increase in bilirubin levels, which can be caused by both the effect of physical activity and by the presence of pathological processes in athletes. The factors influencing the blood serum’s bilirubin content are also highlighted, which include the state of erythrocyte cell membranes and the rate of hemoglobin destruction, the functional state of the liver, the specifics of physical loads and the use of ergogenic pharmacological agents by athletes. Particular accent has been placed on the illumination of hereditary hyperbilirubinemias, which may have been detected at the stage of selection of athletes. The most common phenomenon is Gilbert's syndrome, which occurs in 2-5% of cases in the general population, is characterized in the clinic by a benign flow and is manifested by episodes of jaundice and an increase in total bilirubin content to moderate values due to indirect. The frequency of detection of hyperbilirubinemias in the population of athletes is 4.68%, among which Gilbert's disease accounts for almost half (48.7%). Conclusion. The work highlighted the pathogenesis and diagnostic algorithm of Gilbert's disease, and also emphasized that its drug prevention and correction in athletes to maintain functional and physical fitness should be carried out taking into account anti-doping rules, which requires upon diagnosis timely receipt of a therapeutic exclusion

Abstract The inclusion of polysaccharide thickeners in the recipes of sweet dishes increases the functional reserves of the body, contributes to the preservation of health and the prevention of diseases. The purpose of the research is to study the sensory characteristics of polysaccharides of various nature when combined with food acids, to develop a recipe for a basic mixture of low-calorie meals for public catering. The authors analyzed citric, lactic and succinic acids in combinations with polysaccharides of various nature. Organoleptic tests were evaluated by a touch panel. The organization of the tasting analysis corresponded to GOST ISO 6658-2016; the consistency was determined according to GOST 31986-2012, GOST ISO 11036-2017, GOST ISO 8588-2011. The optimal organoleptic combinations of the presented food acids and complex additives of sweeteners (CDP) were identified, which included aspartame, sodium saccharinate, Sucralose, sweetness coefficient – 340: the mixture with citric acid had a long pleasant aftertaste without foreign tastes and the best taste characteristics. Using the “A-not A” method, we found that the sample with the addition of CDP is identical to the sucrose solution. In the second part of the study, polysaccharides were added to model samples of acids with complex sweeteners; the best sensory characteristics were obtained by model samples consisting of a mixture of low-esterified Apple pectin with lactic acid and KDP. The technology of obtaining a stable elastic jelly using low-esterified Apple pectin has been developed, since the complex mixture of sweeteners and food acids does not have a dehydrating effect. Developed a dry mix recipe that can serve as a basic development, low-calorie sweet products for catering and has a variance of use of lactic and succinic acids, depending on the flavor characteristics of the raw materials used and its corrective ability.
