Purpose. The aim of the article is the consideration of theoretical and organizational aspects of forming an effective system of economic security of corporate structures. Methodology of research. A dialectical method of cognition of economic laws, a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, as well as a monographic, abstraction, abstract and logical methods were used to achieve this goal. The methodological basis of the study was theoretical developments of scientists in the analysis of the essence and economic content of the category “economic security”. The monographic method was used in the study of literature on economic security, system and analytical – in processing the information. Findings. The meaning of the concept “economic security of the enterprise” and “economic security of the corporation” is defined. The priority directions in ensuring security and the principles on which the system of ensuring economic security of the corporation is based are highlighted. The mechanism of formation of economic security of the corporation which is based on various approaches and indicators for prevention and levelling of their dangerous displays is offered. Originality. Approaches to the interpretation of scientific definitions of “corporation”, “economic security of the enterprise” are generalized, which allowed to define the concept of “economic security of the corporation”, to form a methodological basis for corporate security of companies; outline the priorities, goals and key objectives of ensuring the economic security of corporations while identifying external and internal threats to the security of corporate structures. Practical value. The obtained results of the study will help increase the efficiency of formation and development of economic security of corporations and will serve as a basis for further research in this area. Subject. The military-industrial complex is one of the core industries in any economy. It ensures both the economic and global security of the State. However, the economic security of MIC enterprises strongly depends on the State and other stakeholders. Objectives. We examine key factors of corporate culture in terms of theoretical and practical aspects. The article identifies the best implementation of corporate culture that has a positive effect on the corporate security in the MIC of the USA, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Japan ans China. Methods. The study employs dialectical method of research, combines the historical and logic unity, structural analysis, traditional techniques of economic analysis and synthesis. Results. We performed the comparative analysis of corporate culture models and examined how they are used by the MIC corporations with respect to international distinctions. Conclusions and Relevance. The State is the main stakeholder of the MIC corporations, since it acts as the core customer represented by the military department. It regulates and controls operations. The State is often a major shareholder of such corporations. Employees are also important stakeholders. Hence, trying to satisfy stakeholders' needs by developing the corporate culture, corporations mitigate their key risks and enhance their corporate security.

The article examines one of the most important topics of our state, which affects its development - social and economic security. With the help of the methodological basis, the analysis of assessments of economic security and their threshold values, the entire process of ensuring the socio-economic security of the Rus-sian Federation is being studied. Threats and ways of their solution are identified on the basis of the stud-ied criteria and indicators, as well as the role of the interests of members of society in the socio-economic system of the country. One of the main tools and factors in the development of Russia is the methodological substantiation and analysis, based on indicators, of ensuring socio-economic security, since they help to predict the direction of the state's development rates in the economic sphere, as well as the effectiveness of government bodies’ work.

The purpose of this article is to address current issues of doctrinal and legal security of economic security of the state with the actualisation of issues concerning the relationship between the concepts of “economic security” and “economic sovereignty” in their relationship and mutual understanding. The authors pay attention to the analysis of existing in the national legal doctrines of individual countries scientific approaches to the definition of “economic sovereignty”, clarify its main features, analyse the scientific approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to define the concept of “economic security” and on this basis own vision of the instrumental content of these definitions. It is argued that the concept of “economic sovereignty” is primary in relation to the concept of “economic security”. The article examines the national systems (models) of economic security of the state, including, in particular, American, Japanese, Chinese, models of institutional entities (in particular, the EU), models typical of countries with economies in transition. The authors found that Ukraine is characterised by a system (model) of economic security of countries with economies in transition, which is fragmented and inconsistent in its construction, which ultimately affects the state of economic security of the state as a whole. It was found that the main goal of Ukraine at this stage of its development in the context of building a national model of economic security is to create an effective system of means to overcome or minimise existing or potential threats, especially in the context of globalisation of trade and economic relations. The paper emphasises the need to borrow positive foreign experience of legal support of relations for the creation and implementation of national systems of economic security of the state to gradually transform Ukraine into an important participant in the processes of international economic security

The article describes the importance of information and analytical support for the formation of organizational support for economic security of business. The stages and principles of formation of information-analytical support for creation of system of economic safety of the enterprise are analyzed. The connection and the nature of the influence of information-analytical activity and organizational support of economic security of the enterprise are investigated. It is important for the management of each organization to develop an individual mode of working with information, especially at the stage of its accumulation and analysis. Only a detailed and step-by-step definition of the process of working with information resources of various departments and officials increases the effectiveness of organizational support of economic security of the enterprise. The quality of analytical support is the basis for building an effective system of economic security of the enterprise and one of the key factors in its development. The harmonious combination of information-analytical work and the organization of economic security is a problem for the management of the business structure and requires a constant, operational study of the economic efficiency of the existing organizational structure.Adjusting the organizational structure directly affects the company's ability to withstand threats and risks from the external and internal environment. Modernity puts forward specific conditions for the economic security of the enterprise, especially given the deepening of the role and increase the amount of available information. The information array, which is freely available, is constantly replenished, which requires decision-makers to find new methods of information processing. The article analyzes the features of using the results of information support and analytical research to form an effective organizational structure of economic security of the enterprise. The study demonstrates the need for reliable and effective information and analytical support to improve the organizational support of economic security of the enterprise.

In this study, the authors examine the functioning of eco-industrial parks in terms of sustainable development and the paradigm of the circular economy. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the principles of functioning of eco-industrial parks in terms of sustainable development and the paradigm of the circular economy. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the functioning of eco-industrial parks in terms of sustainable development and the paradigm of circular economy and the use of general economic and specific methods of scientific knowledge, including the method of analysis, synthesis, deduction, monograph and others. The conclusions of the study are the justification of the vision of development policy in terms of sustainable development and the formation of a circular economy in the direction of creation and operation of eco-industrial parks. The tools of ensuring the formation and functioning of eco-industrial parks in the conditions of sustainable development and the paradigm of the circular economy are proposed and the consequences of its introduction are substantiated.

In this article the authors have substantiated the formation of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises on the basis of compliance with the requirements of ecological and economic security. The authors define the concept of "resource potential of an agrarian enterprise" and considered the constituent structure of resource potential. The definition of "ecological and economic security of activity of agrarian enterprises" was given. It is determined that the establishment of ecological and economic security in the activities of agrarian enterprises will promote the production of organic products, will create conditions for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The study of the connection and interaction of elements of the resource potential of agrarian enterprises with the constituent elements of ecological and economic security was carried out. As a result of the study, the scheme of formation of resource potential of agrarian enterprises based on the requirements of ecological and economic security was proposed and grounded. The main problems, which hinder the formation of ecologically safe economic development of agrarian enterprises, and, accordingly, have a negative influence on the formation of their resource potential. The methodological basis of the study was the dialectic method of cognition and the systematic approach to the study of the problem of the formation of resource potential. In carrying out the research were applied general scientific methods: abstract-logical, monographic, generalization.

The complicated application of the special judicial procedure significantly reduces the procedural savings achieved in criminal proceedings. In this regard, the question arises of compliance with modern realities of the complicated procedure for decision-making on the application of the considered form of court proceedings. Purpose: to develop proposals for improving the criminal procedure legislation in order to make it possible to simplify the application of the special judicial procedure. Methods: the author uses the methods of analysis, synthesis, legal interpretation as well as systemic and logo-legal methods; the methodological basis of the research is a dialectical method. Results: it is reasonable to conclude that the change in the role of the court in proving when applying the special judicial procedure, expressed in imposing on it the obligation independently, on the basis of written materials of the case and some judicial investigative actions, to establish the factual circumstances of the criminal case, will simplify the procedure for applying the considered procedural form by refusing to agree with the representatives of the prosecution.

Introduction. Unstable Economy of Ukraine due to political and military factors accelerates the negative impact of the competitive environment in entities making their business vulnerable and unstable. The issue of companies’ economic security is becoming especially important. Gained experience is to be improved and further development of theoretical and methodological apparatus of companies’ economic security as an important direction of Security Studies is required. Goal. The article aims to study the author’s definition of economic security entities on the basis of acquired scientific experience. The object of the study is the processes of economic security. The subject of research is the theoretical bases of economic security at a separate business entity. Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the definition of economic security as a scientific category, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, the method of theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, abstract and logical, and others. Results. The article analyzes the current set of definitions of the company’s economic security. The basic approaches to the interpretation of the term are grounded. The expediency of refining classifications and increasing the number of approaches to the definition of economic security are substantiated. The author defines the complex economic category “economic security” as it relates to the business entity. Discussion. It is necessary to clarify purposes and principles of providing economic security of business entity under unstable economy.

The progressive development of regions as open multi-level systems in the context of aggravating contradictions between the interests of economic agents at the stages of deteriorating macroeconomic conditions and intensifying competition at the global and national levels determine the need to form an effective system of economic security at the meso-level, taking into account numerous threats and risk-forming factors. On the one hand, the digital transformation of enterprises provides competitive advantages in the market, on the other hand, it is a challenge that threatens the very existence of the enterprise. The article reveals the features of a digital enterprise through the prism of process vulnerability. Digital transformation creates new threats to economic security. The main specific threats to the digital enterprise are highlighted, as well as the specific industry threats to the digital enterprise in the energy industry. A classification of threats to the economic security of a digital enterprise in the energy industry in an unstable situation is presented, which can be used as a tool for managing the economic security of a digital enterprise.
