This research is the result of research on SMEs in Ende Utara District, Ende Regency with 80 respondents. The research method was carried out with descriptive statistics with the SPSS analysis tool. This research is the result of a food traveler review on the Tripadvisor website from 2014 to 2020. The review was conducted at Sari Rasa Ende Regency, with 154 reviewers. The research method was carried out with Descriptive Statistics with SPSS 20 Analysis Tool. The results showed that the current condition of Sari Rasa Restaurant has become an icon for food travelers and tourists specifically to enjoy local food menus with distinctive flavors, the thing that needs to be maintained is hospitality services, including good communication and the authenticity of the local food menu, on the other hand need to be improved in the quality of taste that is tailored to the characteristics of tourists, the portion of food offered must also be adjusted to the pattern of visitor consumption, as well as the quality and atmosphere of the room and facilities that need to be improved.

The objectives of this study are to analyze changes in organizational structure, job design, organizational culture and its influence on employee productivity at PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity on student decisions in using Islamic banking services. The dependent variable in the study is student decisions, while the independent variables are Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to active FAI students class 2017-2018 who had transacted using Islamic banks. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are active students of FAI class 2017-2018 who have transacted using Islamic banks, with data collected totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of the Islamic financial literacy variable, Islamic branding on student decisions in using Islamic banking services, while the religiosity variable has a positive but not significant effect on student decisions in using Islamic banking services. The research objective was to determine the Management of Central Market Retribution in Kendari City to Increase Local Revenue. The research method used is a qualitative technique, namely interactive analysis techniques, which have stepped through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The subjects in this research were employees of the Kendari City Tax and Retribution Management Agency, by determining 5 research informants purposively. The results of this research indicate that the management of market fees is not optimal, this can be seen in the ineffective planning of market levy management, because it is not supported by accurate data regarding the potential of the central market, especially traders who have no place in the market. Organizing has also not been effective, in terms of working standards, the attitudes of the central market levies that have not complied with the rules in its implementation, such as rules on working hours, and discrimination in the collection. In the case of the collectors' remuneration that is not on time, and under supervision is still lacking and only relies on reports of monthly revenue. The acceptance of market retribution has also not reached the target, due to the inadequate implementation of the management function, particularly the supervisory function.

ABSTRACT: Human resources' existence plays a significant role in the success of a company, so many companies realize that human resources in the company can provide a competitive advantage. In the company of labor is the motor of the company, the assets of the company, which is an investment for a company to increase productivity. As a company asset, the welfare guarantee given by the company to workers or employees is an obligation that must be adjusted to their needs. Also, to realize the goals of the company, of course, there needs to be compensated as one of the motivations for employees In this study, the author used a research method based on descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 30 employees of the Bandung City Fire Department. The analysis used was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Occupational Health Insurance and Financial Compensation jointly had an effect of 85.8% on employee work motivation. The remaining 14.2% caused   ABSTRAK: Keberadaan sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan besar bagi kesuksesan sebuahperusahaan, sehingga banyak perusahaan menyadari bahwa unsur manusia dalam perusahaan itu dapat memberikan keunggulan daya saing. Di dalam perusahaan tenaga kerja merupakan motor penggerakperusahaan, aset perusahaan yang merupakan investasi bagi suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pruduktivitas. Sebagai aset perusahaan, maka jaminan kesejahteraan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan terhadap buruh atau karyawan adalah kewajiban yang harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhannya. Selain itu guna mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan, tentu perlu adanya kompensasisebagai salah satu motivasi bagi para karyawan Dalam penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian berdasarkan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30orang pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Bandung, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui Jaminan Kesehatan Kerja Dan Kompensasi Finansial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 85,8% terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Adapun sebesar 14,2% sisanya disebabkan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar variabel tersebut yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract Research has been carried out on the effect of economic literacy and financial literacy on attitudes about hedonic lifestyles. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial or simultaneous influence of economic literacy and financial literacy on attitudes about hedonic lifestyles. This study uses a quantitative research method that is explanatory by explaining the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that there was no significant and significant effect between economic literacy and financial literacy on attitudes about life partially, but there was a significant and significant effect of economic literacy and financial literacy on attitudes about hedonic lifestyles simultaneously. Abstrak Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap sikap tentang gaya hidup hedonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap sikap tentang gaya hidup hedonis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanasi dengan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan antara literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap sikap tentang gaya hidup secara parsial, namun terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan literasi ekonomi dan literasi keuangan terhadap sikap tentang gaya hidup hedonis secara simultan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation Variables on the Performance of Nurses at Regional Hospitals in Balikpapan, both Simultaneously and Partially. The population is 138 people with sample j used is 138 nurses and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the simultaneous test, it was obtained that there was a strong relationship between the variables of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation on the Nurse Performance variable at the Hospital in Balikpapan. it can be concluded that the variables of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation are proven together to have a significant effect on the variable of Nurse Performance at Hospitals in Balikpapan. Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the variables of motivation, work environment, and compensation proved to have an influence on the performance of nurses at the Balikpapan Regional Hospital, that it was the compensation variable that had a dominant influence on the performance of hospital nurses in Balikpapan.

Abstract:                  This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style and organizational culture have on work discipline among employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. The population as well as the sample is 49 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with two independent variables, namely leadership style and organizational culture. Meanwhile, one dependent variable is work discipline. Data analysis techniques used the help of a computer application program SPSS 24. The results showed the value of the F test of 41.583, thus it can be seen that the variable leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on work discipline at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that the variable of leadership style has a partial effect on work discipline, the results of t count are 7.975> 2.012 (t table), while the variables of organizational culture have no partial effect on work discipline with t count 0.383 <2.012 ( t table). The results of the study of the variable leadership style affect work discipline. This can be compared from the variable value of leadership style (X1) 0.802 and organizational culture (X2) 0.389. Based on the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the simultaneous influence hypothesis and leadership style variables have the most dominant influence on work discipline at PT. The Tenggarong Branch of Telkom Indonesia has been proven to be true.   Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline
