Strengthening the system of physical culture and sports can be explained by trends in the requirements for innovative research emerging in the system. Today’s pace of modern development is accelerating, which, combined with the increasing penetration of various fields in the system of physical culture and sports, determines the co-development of physical culture and sports. In particular, the growing importance of socio-cultural problems in physical culture and sports, as well as the impact of various levels of incoming techniques and technologies, makes it necessary to study the social image of athletes through the prism of spiritual values, religion and culture. This article scientifically examines the importance of physical education and the formation of a healthy lifestyle in the upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation.

the sociology of physical culture and sports provides specialists, researchers, and government representatives with knowledge about the social component in the professional field of physical culture and sports. The main feature of the modern development of Russian society is the high dynamics of social and cultural changes characteristic of the “risk society”, to which the Russian society, which is transforming today, is fully related in the context of the pandemic. For example, the analysis of conditions for physical culture and sports and the identification of behavioral factors that affect motivation for training reveal many problems. Annual monitoring of the state of infrastructure and its assessment by the population allows us to form a qualitative picture of the needs of society in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The article presents the attitude of parents to the observance of the components of a healthy lifestyle for their child. An important condition for a positive attitude of parents to physical education is an understanding of the impact of physical exercise on the health of children. According to the overwhelming majority of parents (77,27 %), physical education has a positive effect on the health of children, 9,09 % of respondents believe that physical exercise has a positive effect on the child's body, 13,64 % of respondents could not answer this question. The answers to the following questions are analyzed: 1. Do physical culture lessons influence the health of your child?; 2. Can you say that you are leading a healthy lifestyle?; 3. What measures should parents take to prevent a teenager's addiction to bad habits?; 4. Does your child adhere to the components of a healthy lifestyle?; 5. What place do you give to physical culture and sports in your leisure time? The attitude of parents to physical education and sports is generally positive. The answers to specific questions depend on the gender, age and education of the parents. The respondents' attitude to the presence of bad habits in their child is unambiguously negative. According to parents, an effective measure to prevent a teenager's addiction to harmful substances is playing sports. According to gender characteristics, respondents are more likely to lead a healthy lifestyle than not. This fact is a good basis for schoolchildren to imitate a positive habit.

The paper substantiates the urgency of the problem of educating a person whose body and spirit are in harmonious unity - a healthy person both physically and morally. As one of the ways to solve this problem, the development of a moral personality within the framework of physical education is proposed. Evidence of the relationship of the physical and moral development of man in the process of education is given. The situation is substantiated that education is an introduction to values and it is proved that education of a person in harmony of body and spirit is possible in the process of his involvement in the values of physical culture and moral values. The specificity of value is revealed as a conscious meaning that defines a persons attitude to the world, to people and to himself and shows the place of relations in moral culture and in physical culture of a person. It is proved that values can be both components of physical culture, embodying ideals and ideas about the standard of a physically perfect person, and components of moral culture (a standard of moral man). The correlation of moral values and values of physical culture is determined and specific values are identified that are the value foundations of the unity of physical and moral education: freedom, justice, dignity, culture, moral perfection, mercy, intellectuality. The essence of the moral component of physical education is revealed. It consists in the fact that in the process of such education personalitys attitude to health, to a healthy lifestyle, to himself and to other people, as well as human morality are developed.

This article shows the need to include the teaching of healthy lifestyles — Wellness — in student’s education. Nowadays, the health of students is significantly deteriorating due to a sedentary lifestyle, a violation of the day and sleep patterns, and an increase in mental stress. We know the impact of health on academic performance, so the importance of this training should be noted. Wellness is the concept of a healthy lifestyle, the study of the combination of physical and spiritual health, healthy eating, adequate physical exertion and the elimination of bad habits. The concept of Wellness was introduced into practice by the American doctor Halbert Donne in 1959, he also formulated the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle. In the 1960s, wellness gained great popularity, first in professional circles, and then in wide circles of American society, thanks to the numerous publications of Halbert Donne, John Travis, Donald Ardell and Gerhart Hettler. The introduction of the concept of Wellness in the training of students leads to an increase in interest in the lessons of physical culture. And, to a comprehensive improvement in the quality of life and health, student performance. Indeed, at the present time, the following causes of deterioration in the health of the young generation can be identified: neuro–psychological stress; mental fatigue; violation of work and rest; sleep disturbance; violation of the diet; bad habits; insufficient motor activity. That is why it is necessary to introduce into the habit of the student’s moderate exercise, proper nutrition and quality rest. Which involves the teachings of Wellness?

The article reveals the peculiarities of the use of modern information technologies in the process of physical education classes for student youth. Modern fitness programs and fitness bracelets were analyzed, which made it possible to investigate the impact of modern technologies on the popularity of physical education and physical activity among modern youth and there is an increase in motivation to exercise. Therefore, the introduction of modern information technologies in the education system, which provide further improvement of the educational process, preparation of the younger generation for life in the information space, becomes important. The introduction of infocommunication technologies in the educational process can not only increase the efficiency of the learning process, but also form a physical culture, which increases motivation to exercise, lead a healthy lifestyle, physical improvement, improve the level of physical activity. They will allow you to capture data from various sensors, display indicators on a color display, store information in cloud storage. The result of such devices will be a bio-journal with data on the state of physical fitness of a particular student. The device measures body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen content, monitors sleep phases and stress levels, and has a fairly wide range of functionality: speedometer, altimeter, pedometer, calorie counter. Therefore, there is a question in the development and implementation of a system of control and evaluation of physical activity, which would meet the modern requirements of the educational process and have an effective impact on improving the status of physical education and attracting young people to exercise.

The article identifies scientific and pedagogical tools and content of physical education and basics of health of students in the process of combat horting, reveals guidelines for organizing the educational process of combat horting in higher education and the formation of a healthy lifestyle of student youth. Theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of a healthy way of life of students and conditions of application of improving physical exercises of combat horting is carried out. The implementation of the content of physical education and the basics of student health in the process of combat horting is provided by adequate to the physical activity of students methods of building training sessions. The presentation of the main material is based on the provisions of the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine, the Concept of National-Patriotic Education of Children and Youth, other guiding state documents on the teaching of the discipline «Physical Education». This requires new views on the planning and implementation of a modern educational process in combat horting and rehabilitation of students of higher education. In the article the impact of regular taijiquan practice on the health level of people of different ages is considered. The practical experience of teachers of martial arts school „Peresvit‟ and scientific researches with the use of east sports and health technologies are analyzed and generalized. They will allow effectively and purposefully to improve physical, mental and spiritual health of human, applying various forms and methods of physical education, which will contribute to the formation of sustainable motivation for a healthy lifestyle. The pedagogical research was conducted from September, 14 to November 20, 2020 on the basis of the „All-Ukrainian Federation of Free Fight and Contact Martial Arts in Mixed Martial Arts‟. Except of physical education and involvement in the sports culture, people find new friends, gain knowledge about healthy lifestyles, the peculiarities of relationships between people, the life values, that help in solving problems outside the gym, and, as a result, improve health level, strengthen confidence in their own abilities and become healthy and successful people. Every year the federation conducts sports and health activities for school students in various picturesque places of Ukraine and the world, where everyone can demonstrate their results. And the best students have the opportunity to visit the legend, wrapped by the legends, the abode of the spirit of Martial Arts - the Shaolin Temple. A woman (n = 10) aged 30-35 years took part in the pedagogical experiment. The control measurement took place simultaneously for all participants. According to the internship program, a training program was developed, which included classes for two months on a schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The work plan is as follows: study and practice of basic exercises and basic movements of taijiquan; breathing and meditation in taijuan and tea ceremonies; performance of previously developed and studied movements in the complex; watching the movie "The Grandmaster". This technique and its application is aimed at the formation of basic physical and mental qualities, the impact on certain functional systems of the body, the activation of their backup capabilities and aims to expand knowledge on the construction of training sessions with different groups of the population, regardless of their knowledge in the field of physical education and sports and the ability to form a training load by means of taijiquan. After the training course, a pedagogical study was conducted in the direction of: anthropometric data (weight, height, age); risk assessment of cardiovascular diseases, authors Zapisochny A.Z, Dushanin S.A. 1980 (physical activity, ideal weight, blood pressure, etc.); assessment of physical performance by Ruffier test.
