The article is devoted to one of the main areas of the theory and practice of lexicography: lexicographic design – the development of dictionaries as an engineering and philological activity. Lexicographic design as an integral theoretical and practical activity is carried out in a system of four interrelated coordinates: a) What-coordinate determines the object of description, theoretical basis for the dictionary and linguistic aspects of the interpretation of headwords; b) For whom-coordinate concerns the user characteristics of the dictionary that affect its volume and content; c) How-coordinate determines the structural characteristics and the process of creating of the dictionary; d) the form / environment of the dictionary implementation depends on Where-coordinates. Each of the coordinates separately and all of them together affect the macro- and microstructure of the dictionary, the composition of its lexicographic parameters, the form of information presentation and other aspects.

Improvement of the course on the topic "Reflexotherapy Specialization" of the lecture material on the topic "Use of reflexotherapy for craniocerebral traumas" would help to solve the problem of reducing the pharmacological burden on patients and, consequently, minimizing possible complications and side effects of pharmacotherapy. The theory and practice of reflexology is accelerated by a physician-clinician, which contributes to the problematic teaching methodology, which is based on the formation of problems in clinical situations, which greatly increases the activity of the students, targets them for practical activity, improves the mastering of the theoretical program. During lectures on the specialty cycle of reflexology, such problem situations are widely used, when the teacher creates a certain contradiction of real facts on the basis of generalized medical knowledge, creates a problematic situation and solves it together with the listeners.

The topic of sustainable urban land use compared to the world theory and practice has almost not been elaborated by the professionals in Serbia. This paper's starting point is that it is important to analyze and apply this topic, not only for the master plan level but also for the more detailed levels of planning and for smaller spatial entities/complexes in the cities, focusing on the morphological implications of sustainable urban land use as the topic relevant from the architect/urban planner point of view. After the definition of the notion of sustainable urban land use and the theoretical basis has been defined in the introductory explications, followed by a brief review of that topic's presence in Serbia, the point of view has been explained - namely, focusing on one single aspect (morphology) followed by a review of relevant criteria of other aspects of sustainable urban land use (economical, ecological and social aspects). The conclusion derived by synthesis represents the recommendation for a possible practice/methodology for planner's approach to the sustainable urban land use from the viewpoint of the morphology aspect.

It is important to museology, museums and especially for visitors to define concepts about the social role of the museum and the museum as an organization. For museums is important from the point of view of its delineations of activity and modes of dialogue. To Museology has value because it gives the mission often propose new guidelines to improve and moments between the museum and society. And finally, for the visitor, it is the reason, the nature of the museum settles. At the headquarters of understanding that this not called. A simple walk in the guideline of the history of advent museum, and you can notice the dissonance between theory, the θεωρία Greek, is the purely rational descriptive knowledge . And the prâxix , 'action' . ] S.f.2 n.1 . Practical activity; action exercise use. In the course of these lines, we note, in the spectrum of branding, the various inconsistencies between theory and practice, the first image and the target image, between the rational and emotional, between being what want to be. Or as the article suggests, between the being or not being of museums.

SummaryAn introductory course in medical informatics (MI) for medical students in their second year of clinical education is described with respect to structure, contents and results. A positive effect was considered to have been obtained by offering a motivating course, comprising modest amounts of theory and practice and consisting of only four lectures of ninety minutes duration. The approach is discussed as an alternative to an attempt to provide a thorough theoretical basis for medical informatics to medical students in the current curricular context.

This paper focuses on two discrete bodies of work, Hani Susumu’s films of the late 1950s and Tsuchimoto Noriaki’s Minamata documentaries of the early 1970s, to trace the emergence of the cinéma vérité mode of participant-observer, small-crew documentary in Japan and to suggest how it shapes the work of later social documentarists. It argues that Hani Susumu’s emphasis on duration and receptivity in the practice of filmmaking, along with his pragmatic understanding of the power of the cinematic image, establish a fundamentally different theoretical basis and set of questions for social documentary than the emphasis on mobility and access, and the attendant question of truth that tend to afflict the discourse of cinéma vérité in the U.S. and France. Tsuchimto Noriaki critically adopts and develops Hani’s theoretical and methodological framework in his emphasis on long-running involvement with the subjects of his films and his practical conviction that the image is not single-authored, self-sufficient, or meaningful in and of itself, but emerges from collaboration and must be embedded in a responsive social practice in order to meaningfully reach an audience. Hani and Tsuchimoto both believe that it is possible for filmmakers and the film itself to be fundamentally processual and intersubjective: Grounded in actual collaboration, but also underwritten by a belief that intersubjective processes are more basic to human being than “the individual,” let alone “the author.” This paper explores the implications for representation and ethics of this basic difference in vérité theory and practice in Japan.

Introduction. As a result of the Russian legal reform, a new legal system was formed; an important feature of which is the power of a lawyer to interpret various forms of national and international law implemented by the state. The scientific understanding of the interpretation of the law has significant gaps which make it difficult to apply in practice. Theoretical basis. Methods. The theoretical basis of the study was the work of Russian and foreign scientists on the interpretation of law. Research methods were as follows: systematic, historical, formally logical, comparative approaches, interpretation of legal and philosophical ideas. Results. The article presents the author’s opinions on problematic issues of the theory and practice of interpretation of law, which are the subject of constant attention of legal scholars, law-makers and law enforcement agencies. The author justifies the need to adopt a special law on normative legal acts, which should give a legal definition of “interpretation of law”, establish a procedure for the interpretation of law, fix the range of subjects of interpretation and other important scientific and applied issues. Discussion and Conclusion. The term “interpretation”, in modern legislation, is used to address the issue of official clarification and explanation of the content of norms and principles of international law employed in developing a multi-level system of forms of national and/or international law, which is then implemented by the state. Other interpretations of the law, referred to as doctrinal, ordinary, professional, etc, can be called a conditional interpretation of the law. Using scientific conclusions about the dialectical relationship of law with philosophy and sociology, history and politics, economics and ideology, etc, the author came to conclusion that there is a need to adopt a special law on the interpretation of law.

For Marx the unity of theory and practice meant the resolution of theoretical problems by practical activity. ‘The development of the materialist theory of history’ examines how Marx came upon his theory of world history in which practical human activity, rather than thought, plays the crucial role. At this point in his life, Marx starts to make more use of historical data and less of abstract philosophical reasoning about the way the world should be, but his interest in alienation persists. The materialist conception of history tells us that humans are completely subject to forces they do not comprehend and are unable to control. These forces are the productive powers of human beings themselves.
