A comparative analysis of the social adaptation of the younger and older generations of workers in modern Russia is undertaken based on the combined RLMS-HSE data set (1994–2019) and the primary data of two studies at a specific industrial enterprise. Intergenerational differences in the effectiveness of social adaptation of two generations of Russian workers during 2006–19 is studied. The younger generation includes workers born in 1985 and later. Their socialization was carried out mainly already in post-Soviet Russia, and the entry into working age took place in the 2000s. The older generation is formed by workers born no later than 1984. To assess the effectiveness of social adaptation of two generations of workers, indicators of satisfaction with work, material situation and life in general is used. The ways of market adjustment, that served as additional sources of income, are considered. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of the social adaptation of workers in 2014–19, that is, against the background of a decrease in real money incomes of the population. During these years, along with the dynamics of the most important indicators of the social well-being of workers at a particular industrial enterprise in Omsk (the regional center of the Russian Federation), the dynamics of three active ways of their social adaptation (agricultural labor on a land plot, secondary employment, educational activity) are revealed. It has been found that intergenerational differences in the effectiveness of social adaptation of Russian workers are insignificant, and since 2013 there have been no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction and satisfaction with the material situation. In 2015-16 and in 2019, there were also no intergenerational differences in life satisfaction in general. The work shows that the social and economic situation in the country has a predominant impact on the social adaptation of the younger and older generations of workers. Important factors that determine the success of social adaptation are the living conditions at the place of residence (in a settlement of a certain type) and the general situation at the main job.

Social facilities are central to the welfare of a city.Depending on level of accessibility each infrastructure has, its uses by urban dwellers from all over town, creates a collection of complex movements which very often would generate chaotic urban circulations. An obvious implication one easily observes is a circulation deadlock taking the form as a traffic jam: a condition widely encountered by urban dwellers of DauhPuriKelod of Denpasar. This circumstance provides a ground to conduct a study of impacts of the distribution of social facilities on the urban circulation of the DauhPuriKelod area. The study first investigates the spread of the social facilities. Second, it studies traffics incurred when social facilities are accessed by urban dwellers from certain point of departures, at certain timing; and in a certain manner. And third, it analyses how these traffics contribute to the smooth operation and efficient use of urban road networks available across town. This research applies qualitative research method using naturalistic paradigm. Primary data is obtainedby conducting physical observation and individual interview. The study finds that traffic congestions taking place on circulation paths & networks across DauhPuriKelod are partially resulted by the widely spread location of numerous social facilities. This mainly due to a lack of city planning that coordinates this issue. To ease this condition, urban dwellers are strongly advised to reduce the use of private vehicles as they rely on heavily on such form of transportations at present. Delegation of authority is the process of transferring tasks to other legitimate or legitimate people in carrying out various activities aimed at achieving certain goals. In the implementation of the delegation of the authority of medical action from doctors to nurses must be carried out in writing and the mechanism for implementing the delegation of authority must be clear. This study aims to determine the legal protection of nurses in the implementation of the delegation of authority on medical actions and the mechanism of implementing the delegation of doctor's authority to nurses. The research method used is empirical legal research by interviewing and filling out questionnaires as primary data and the legal approach and conceptual approach. Data is analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that most of the knowledge of medical personnel (83.3%) and nurses (88.9%) regarding the delegation of authority and legal protection to medical actions was still lacking. This is because medical personnel and nurses do not know about legislation related to the delegation of authority from medical personnel to nurses. The West Sulawesi Provincial General Hospital and the Mitra Manakarra Mamuju Hospital are still using doctor's instructions as a form of delegation and consider the implementation of delegation of authority from doctors to nurses as a routine activity that is usually done. The delegation implementation mechanism in the form of a special format for delegation, hospital leadership decree and standard delegation operational procedures has never been made. This will affect the implementation of the delegation of authority of medical personnel to nurses. As a result, medical personnel and nurses have not been guaranteed maximum legal protection in hospitals. The conclusion states that the statutory regulations regarding the delegation of authority from medical personnel to nurses and the mechanism of delegation have not been optimally implemented
