Abstrak Dalam sehari-hari anak tidak akan terlepas dari aktivitas bermain. Dengan bermain maka banyak asfek yang dikembangkan salah satunya perkembangan sosial emosional dalam membangun kesadaran diri, rasa tanggung jawab diri sendiri dan orang lain dan perilaku prososial anak. Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta adalah sekolah yang menerapkan permainan tradisional jamuran dengan visi berbudaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui permainan tradisional jamuran di TK Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta. Penelitian di lakukan di TK Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan anak kelompok A usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan permainan tradisional jamuran dapat meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan langkah-langkah guru mengajak anak-anak berkumpul di lapangan, dalam memulai permainan guru menentukan pemain “jadi”, pemain membuat lingkaran dan bernyanyi lagu jamuran, pemain “jadi”mengajukan pertanyaan atau meminta suatu perintah dan pemain yang kalah menggantikan posisi pemain “jadi”. Penelitian ini menggambarkan implementasi permainan tradisional jamuran dalam meningkatkan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Permainan Tradisional Jamuran, Sosial Emosional, Anak Usia Dini   Abstract In everyday children will not be separated from play activities. By playing so many effects are developed, one of which is social emotional development in building self-awareness, a sense of responsibility for oneself and others, and children's prosocial behavior. Kindergarten (Kindergarten) Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta is a school that implements a traditional game of mushrooms with a cultural vision. This study aims to determine the emotional social development of children aged 5-6 years through the traditional game of mushrooms in kindergarten Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta. The research was conducted at kindergarten Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta in the even semester of the 2020 school year. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of the study were teacher and group A children aged 5-6 years. The results showed the traditional game of mushrooms can increase the emotional social development of children aged 5-6 years by the steps the teacher invites children to gather in the field, in starting the teacher's game to determine the player "so", the player makes a circle and sings a mushroom song, the player " so "ask a question or ask for an order and the losing player replaces the" finished "player position. This study illustrates the implementation of traditional game jamuran in improving the emotional social of children aged 5-6 years at the Omah Dolanan Kindergarten in Yogyakarta. Online learning is learning that is carried out online, learning using applications or with social networks. This online learning is carried out without face to face directly, but through the media that has been provided. This study used a qualitative field method with descriptive research type. The main data sources in qualitative research are words and actions, the additional data is documentation. The results of this study are online learning carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic carried out at Kindergarten Pertiwi 2 Sidodadi Pekalongan, East Lampung in social emotional development, which is very impactful because there is no direct interaction between friends and teachers, but in the online learning process when the teacher has creativity in giving tasks to children such as involving parents and the environment in learning will develop social emotional in children. Some parents say that with online learning, children are not focus on learning and have fun playing alone.

The purpose of this study was to reveal: 1) The steps of aloud reading techniques in improving the ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 school year; 2) The results of the implementation of the aloud reading technique in improving the ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclusions. The results showed that; 1) The steps for implementing the aloud reading technique in improving the ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas for the 2019-2020 academic year, namely: a) The teacher chooses a short surah to read aloud; b) The teacher distributes al-Qur'ān Hadith textbooks to students; c) The teacher asks students to read a short surah together; d) When the reading is in progress, the teacher stops the students' reading in several places. Then the teacher pointed out and asked questions regarding the law of reciting recitation. The teacher gives sufficient time to discuss the students; e) The teacher divides students into groups and reads the surah in turn; f) The teacher ends the learning process by giving questions and conclusions. 2) The results of the implementation of the aloud reading technique in improving the ability to read the al-Qur'ān short surah in grade V students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 academic year is proven by the results of the final test which show an increase in the reading ability of students with an average score 80, category "good". Thus the implementation of the aloud reading technique can improve the students' ability to read the short al-Qur'ān surah in grade V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sambas in the 2019-2020 academic year.

Generasi muda zaman sekarang, di era milenial terjadi hilangnya nilai-nilai agama dan kesadaran dalam ‘ubudiyah, hal itu terjadi karena pendidikan agama yang kurang, pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang baik, dan juga zaman yang semakin maju namun malah memberi pengaruh ke arah yang negatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembinaan ‘ubudiyah melalui kegiatan shalat berjamaah, tafhim Al-Qur’an dan kultum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumenter. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pembinaan ‘ubudiyah melalui kegiatan shalat berjamaah pada tiga waktu yaitu shalat Dhuha, Dhuhur dan Ashar, kegiatan tafhim Al-Qur’an dan kegiatan kultum. Kemudian dari ketiga kegiatan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung yakni kesadaran diri, pengetahuan, mental dan kerjasama antara semua pihak sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya sadar diri, pengetahuan, mental dan beberapa perilaku peserta didik. Implikasi positif dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta didik menjadi terbiasa untuk beribadah terutama shalat berjamaah, mengkaji Al-Qur’an dan bertambahnya pengetahuan serta pengertian peserta didik. Sedangkan implikasi negatifnya adalah peserta didik mudah beralasan kelelahan. Kata kunci: kultum, pembinaan ‘ubudiyah, shalat berjamaah, tafhim Al-Qur’an, Today's young generation, in the millennial's era, there is a loss of religious values ​​and awareness in ‘ubudiyah, that happens because of inadequate religious education, unfavorable environmental influences, as well as an increasingly advanced era but instead has a negative influence. The purpose of this research is to know the development of ‘ubudiyah through congregational prayer, Tafhim Al Quran and cultum. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type, data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentaries. while the data analysis techniques used consisted of data's condensation, data's presentation, and conclusions. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation and method triangulation. The result of this research is the development of ‘ubudiyah through congregational prayer activities in three times, Duha prayer, Dhuhur, and Asr, Tafhim Al Quran, and cultum. then of the three activities are influenced by supporting factors, namely self-awareness, knowledge, mental and cooperation between all school parties, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of self-awareness, knowledge, mental and some student behavior. The positive implication of this activity is that students become accustomed to worship, especially congregational prayer, study the Al Quran, and increase the knowledge and understanding of students. Procurement of government goods and services carried out through e-catalog applications can make government procurement of goods and services efficient, the time required is shorter, the administration process also becomes simple. The procurement of goods through the E-Catalog application at the Inspectorate of East Java Province still faces problems in the implementation process. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research on the application of the principles of procurement of goods and services namely, Efficient, Procurement of goods through the e-catalog application can save the budget. Effective, the results of the procurement of goods carried out through the e-catalog application for all processes have been carried out with a fast time. Transparent, General Procurement Plan displayed on General Procurement Plan Information System contains all procurement information. Open, procurement of goods has been announced through General Procurement Plan Information System accessible to all the general public. Competing, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment in the Inspectorate of East Java Province conducted through the e-catalog application, there is no competition between providers of goods and services. Fair, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment is only provided by PT. ASTRA INTERNASIONAL, Tbk. –TSO as an official distributor of Toyota cars. Accountable, Procurement of goods and services in the Inspectorate of East Java Province is in accordance with regulations and results of procurement of goods can be accounted for.

This study examines the effect of project-based learning on children’s social-emotional development and children’s fine motoric development. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental Design. Control-Group Design (Pre-test and Post Test) or Nonequivalent [Pretest and Post Test] Control-Group Design, the experimental group (A) and the control group (B), were selected without a random assignment procedure. In these two groups, both pretest and posttest were carried out. Only the experimental group (A) was treated. This research was conducted at RA Uniform Debit and RA Kusuma Mulia, Ngino, Plemahan, Kediri. Data were collected using observation sheets, descriptive statistical data analysis, and paired t-test with alpha <0.05.  Based on the results of different tests with the Paired t-test, the Sig. As much as 0.000, where this value is less than 0.05, reject H1 and accept H0, there are differences in social-emotional development and fine motor skills between before (pretest) and after (posttest) getting project-based learning the experimental group and the control group. The average value shows that the social-emotional development after being given the Project-Based learning was more significant than the social-emotional development, namely 26.03> 20.44 in the experimental group and 22.10> 20.23 in the control group. Likewise, fine motor development before being given the Project-Based learning, namely 14.97> 11.84 in the experimental group and 13.03> 11.97 in the control group. This means that the project-based learning given to RA students in Plemahan, Kediri is more effective than learning in the control group.

Child social emotional development at this time requires the attention of all parties, especially teachers in the school because it is not optimal child social-emotional development because teacher learning activities do not provide stimulation to children. In addition, emotional tension possessed by children can reduce or interfere with the motor and mental activities of children. One way to develop children's social emotional and physical can be done through out door games. This research method is classroom action research with the aim of providing information on how the teacher acts in stimulating children's social emotional development through out door games. Based on the results of the study, the results of the initial conditions of development of the social-emotional abilities of group A children are still low, so it needs to be developed. After the implementation of the action through two cycles with three meetings per cycle shows the results of improvement. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. The results of the research conducted by researchers showed that learning activities through outdoor play activities applied to children showed an increase in the number of early childhood children who were able to master learning about the form of the game. Based on the results of this study, children can grow mutual help, get new playmates, train their children to take turns playing, grow joy while playing, and children become brave to play alone without having to be accompanied. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in children's social emotional through out door games.Perkembangan sosial emosional anak pada saat ini memerlukan perhatian dari semua pihak terutama guru di sekolah sebab belum optimalnya perkembangan sosial-emosional anak karena kegiatan pembelajaran guru kurang memberikan stimulasi pada anak. Selain itu ketegangan emosi yang dimiliki anak bisa mengurangi atau mengganggu kesibukan motorik dan jiwa anak. Salah satu cara pengembangan sosial emosional dan fisik anak dapat dilakukan melalui permainan out door. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tujuan memberikan informasi bagaimana tindakan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil kondisi awal perkembangan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak kelompok A masih rendah, sehingga perlu dikembangkan. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan melalui dua siklus dengan tiga pertemuan per siklus menunjukan hasil peningkatan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan permainan outdoor yang diterapkan pada anak menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah anak usia dini yang mampu menguasai pembelajaran mengenal bentuk permainan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini anak-anak dapat menumbuhkan rasa saling tolong menolong, mendapatkan teman bermain yang baru, melatih kesabaran anak agar mau bergiliran dalam bermain, menumbuhkan keceriaan saat bermain, serta anak menjadi berani bermain sendiri tanpa harus ditemani. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan sosial emosional anak melalui permainan out door.

This study was conducted in al-istiqamah ngatabaru modern islamic boarding school with sample of 50 students. Data were gathered through  observation and questionnaires. The data were analysed  using  descriptive analysis approach.  The results showed that the parenting style applied by each parents of students in general can be said to be quite democratic, but none of the parents of students who apply pure democratic parenting. Under certain circumstances, parents are authoritarian and in another  circumstances parents are permissive. Based on the significant value of the Coefficients table, the significance value of 0,000 <0,05, then based on the known value of , while the Ttable value at the error level 5% = 2.011, thus the statement can be written that, tcount>  (18.254 <2.011 ), the degree of the influence of single parent parenting style on social emotional behavior women student of al-istiqamah ngatabaru modern islamic boarding school also can be known through the magnitude of coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.871 or 87.1%. This means that 12.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. so it can be concluded that single parent parenting style (X) parenting variable influential to emotional social development variable (Y), the result is significant hypothesis that there is positive influence between parenting parent single parent to emotional social development santriwati pondok pesantren modern Al-istiqamah Ngatabaru.

Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

Abstract. One form of crime against humanity is rape, sexual harassment, sexual slavery or other forms of sexual violence where the victims are often women. In dealing with cases of sexual violence, not only do we depend on government regulations that provide severe penalties for the perpetrators, but also the role of the surrounding community who care about social problems, especially community institutions. The role of institutions is very much needed in handling victims of sexual violence which have severe impacts on both children and adults. With this this set of background, Pulih Foundation was born as a psychological institution that provides counseling and assistance services for the recovery victims of sexual violence. This study aims to reveal how the stages and efforts to recover trauma of sexual violence victims to recover from the violence effects. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. Data collection consists of interview, observation and documentation. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Pulih Foundation has been making efforts to restore vvictims of sexual violence by providing assistance and counseling. In the recovery effort, victims of sexual violence go through the following stages: emotional stages such as the denial stage, the anger stage, the depression stage and the offer stage before finally reaching the acceptance stage.  Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan berupa pemerkosaan, pelecehan seksual, perbudakan seksual atau bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual lainnya yang korbannya sering kali adalah perempuan. Dalam menangani kasus kekerasan seksual tidak hanya perpangku tangan mengandalkan peraturan pemerintah yang memberikan hukuman berat untuk para pelaku, tetapi juga peran masyarakat sekitar yang peduli akan masalah sosial terutama lembaga-lembaga masyarakat. Peranan lembaga sangat dibutuhkan dalam penanganan korban kekerasan seksual yang menimbulkan dampak berat baik pada anak maupun pada orang dewasa. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut Yayasan Pulih lahir sebagai lembaga psikologi yang memberikan layanan konseling dan pendampingan untuk pemulihan korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana tahapan dan upaya pemulihan trauma kepada korban kekerasan seksual untuk pulih dari dampak kekerasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan itu Yayasan Pulih melakukan upaya pemulihan untuk korban kekerasan seksual dengan memberikan pendampingan serta konseling. Pada upaya pemulihan, korban kekerasan seksual melewati tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan emosi seperti tahap penyangkalan, tahap kemarahan, tahap depresi dan tahap penawaran sebelum akhirnya mencapai tahap penerimaan.
