PENGUATAN DAN PERAN ORGANISASI KEMASYARAKATAN NGO ATAU NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION DALAM MEMBANGUN KEMITRAAN PENGABDIAN BERSAMA NAFIS FOUNDATION

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world, and is also a developing country, which of course has many aspects on all fronts and on all sides. The problems in developing countries are of course the concern of all parties, especially the government which is currently the leader in leading the wheels of government. In overcoming these problems, of course, it must be handled in a good way or method, especially with a social approach or method, a preventive way, and a persuasive way. With the existence of these problems, of course, will have an adverse impact, both in terms of "problem solving". One way to apply activities that are universal, comprehensive and intact is by carrying out social activities for the community, combining Tri Dhrama Higher Education activities, external institutions or NGOs (Non-Government Organizations), and collaboration with local governments (District / Village) local. This method of implementing community service programs is in the context of delivering the transformation of knowledge in providing an understanding of the importance of the presence of NGOs in social life. Overall this service activity ran smoothly and was followed enthusiastically by the local village community. Some things that can be concluded about the results of community service are the high interest of the community in attending this service, and there is a change in the behavior pattern of the village community who have begun to understand the function of NGOs.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Riau Province had an impact on the economy of the community, including the people of Palas Village. Apart from expecting financial assistance from the government, one of the opportunities that the Palas Village community can take advantage of to develop the village economy is to take advantage of the CSR programs of companies operating in Pelalawan Regency. This community service aims to explain the use of the company's CSR program to empower the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of implementation used in community service activities uses the lecture method accompanied by direct dialogue with the community. Based on Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is stated that companies that carry out their business activities in the field of natural resources and / or fields related to natural resources are required to carry out CSR. The CSR program of PT RAPP that can be used by the people of Palas Village to build their economy is the Integrated Farming System program and the UMKM program. Before being given legal counseling, only 17.5% of the 20 participants knew the law regarding CSR. After being given legal education, there was an increase to 75% of the 20 participants who answered correctly. This means that this community service activity has succeeded in increasing the understanding of the Palas Village community.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat RW 09 di desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Agustus-11 September yang bertempat di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh hasil dan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar, karena berbagai pendukung terutama partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. The target audience of this service is the community of RW 09 in Ciasihan village. Community service activities were carried out on 11 August-11 September in Ciasihan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, followed by all RW 09 people. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service were obtained, including increasing community motivation for the importance of cooperatives, and the importance of using organic waste into fertilizer. This service activity went smoothly, due to various supporters, especially the participation of enthusiastic participants and actively participating in cooperative formation activities. The purpose of this community service activity, which was carried out through cooperative formation activities was to motivate the community on the importance of cooperatives, and the importance of waste utilization. organic into fertilizer. The community service activity was conducted in Candi Rejo Village, Biru-biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This activity aimed to ensure the availability of seeds at the farm level by providing assistance to community nurseries. The types of plants that were seeded such as: coconut, durian, avocado, mindi and cocoa. The five types of plants were needed by the local community. Agroforestry (combining cocoa and wood species such as mindi, coconut, avocado, durian and others) was a system used by the Candi Rejo Village community.

Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak. Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19 ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. The capacity of the isolation room at the hospital appointed by the Government to treat Covid-19 patients is no longer able to accommodate the positive Covid-19 patients. Positive Covid-19 patients with no symptoms or other signs of worsening physical conditions are advised to do self-quarantine and isolation independently. This self-quarantine/isolation becomes a problem especially in densely populated settlements, especially informal settlements. The case study on this community service activity is an informal settlement located along the Surabaya railroad. Together with the Surabaya ARKOM team as partners, this community service activity conducting field observations with the results that there are still many poor house conditions in this area, the conditions of the houses are tight and not fulfilled the standards of a healthy house, which causes a larger potential spread of Covid-19 virus and makes it impossible to carry out self-isolation in their each homes. The solution offered is to create a communal isolation room module as an emergency isolation room for informal village communities during a pandemic or can be used in other certain emergency conditions with a participatory design method that meets health standards for isolation rooms designed with the easy and fast module applications process. The purpose of this activity is to provide a set of modules for communal quarantine units as prototypes that can be made by the community with a simple system, easily available materials, fast and prioritizing community participation in its assembling. Abstrak: Kapasitas ruang isolasi di Rumah Sakit yang ditunjuk Pemerintah untuk merawat pasien Covid-19 sudah tak mampu menampung membeludaknya pasien positif Covid-19. Pasien positif Covid-19 yang belum mengalami atau bahkan yang tidak menunjukkan gejala penurunan kondisi fisik, dianjurkan untuk melakukan karantina dan perawatan secara mandiri. Karantina secara mandiri ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri untuk permukiman padat penduduk, terutama permukiman informal. Menjadi studi kasus pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah permukiman informal yang berada di tepi kereta api. Bersama tim ARKOM Surabaya sebagai mitra melakukan observasi lapangan dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa kondisi rumah yang memprihatinkan masih banyak terdapat di area ini, kondisi rumah berdempetan dan tidak sesuai standar rumah sehat inilah yang menyebabkan potensi besar penularan Covid-19 dan tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan isolasi mandiri di rumah masing-masing. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat modul ruang karantina komunal sebagai ruang karantina darurat bagi masyarakat kampung informal pada masa pandemi atau kondisi darurat tertentu dengan metode desain partisipatif yang memenuhi standar kesehatan untuk sebuah ruang karantina yang didesain dengan proses aplikasi modul yang mudah, murah dan cepat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan modul unit karantina komunal sebagai prototype yang dapat dibuat sendiri oleh masing-masing kampung padat penduduk dengan sistem yang sederhana (portable), material mudah didapat, cepat dan mengedepankan usaha partisipatif masyarakat dalam pembuatannya.

Abstract The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020. Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. The number of Covid 19 cases is increasing and cannot be ignored considering the increase every day continues to increase. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on various fields, especially the economy. To avoid the increasing number of sufferers, the government limits activities that cause crowds, maintains distance and maintains hygenicity in the community in carrying out daily activities known as health protocol regulations. The behavior and actions of the community must change completely from the usual actions that are often carried out, for that it is necessary to have socialization on how to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 by implementing the health protocol that has been advised by the government. The purpose of this community service activity is to remind and help public understanding of the implementation of health protocols during the Covid 19 pandemic. The form of activities is in the form of counseling, giving hand sanitizers and masks. Lack of public awareness and knowledge about Covid-19 can be overcome by providing knowledge, through socialization about the importance of implementing this activity protocol in order to help people face New normal conditions, by helping people live by complying with health protocols. The results of the activity obtained the enthusiasm of the residents in following the activity until the end with the many questions asked. Suggestions for the Lebak Bandung Village to hold outreach activities about the prevention of Covid 19 in their environment because there are still many residents who do not understand about prevention which is only done

Baruga village, Bantimurung sub-district is an area in Maros district where the majority of the original population is Muslim. The existence of Islam in Maros has been around for a long time, namely with the entry of Raja Gowa and Tallo which have a direct border area with the Marusu Maros kingdom so that the Islamic life of the Baruga Village Community, Bantimurung Maros sub-district looks so real. The purpose of Real Work Lecture (KKN) III Stiba Makassar is to realize community service which is one of the pillars of the tri dharma of higher education. The method of implementing this program begins with conducting a field review based on an independent instrument. The results of the KKN program show the importance of community service programs by seeing the benefits felt by KKN participants, the community and the government. Religious activities which are the main orientation of this program have been successfully carried out, as well as social activities, organizational activities and the active role of KKN participants with the government in successful community development efforts.

All local governments have the same responsibility and obligation in positioning themselves as institution that are friendly to persons with disabilities, including Central Lampung Regency in Lampung Province. There are two important questions from the research which is the basis of this study; (1). What are the efforts made by the Central Lampung Regency government towards groups with disabilities? (2). What are the problems that occur in the management of disability groups in Central Lampung Regency?. The type of this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used by researchers in this study are sourced from primary and secondary data. In this study, primary data obtained through interview techniques was carried out by giving several questions related to the problem issues in research to the informants who had been determined. Informants in this study was collected with a purposive sampling technique. The key informants in this study were 9 heads of local government organizations, 10 representatives of community organizations, and 5 members of the regional parliament. All of them play a role in data collection activities which include focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using interactive data analysis techniques. In the last three years, the number of people with disabilities in Central Lampung has increased. However, the increase in the number of people with disabilities in Central Lampung is due to the expansion of the meaning and scope of disabilities in Indonesia regulation. It is known that several actions at the level of local government organizations in facilitating groups with disabilities can be designed in a more focused manner in the design of programs and policies covering the government, population and civil registration, social, health, education, employment, and transportation, and public infrastructure sectors.

The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and competence of the community, especially housewives in clean and healthy living behavior, namely about washing hands with soap, so as to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 disease. The method used in this service is counseling and community empowerment. The procedure for implementing this activity begins with a pretest, counseling, demonstration, mentoring, distribution of pocket books and leaflets and ends with a posttest. The results of this service activity show that there is an increase in the knowledge of the Dorpedu Village community regarding the implementation of CTPS, important times for the implementation of CTPS and the community is motivated to be consistent in implementing it, besides that facilities for washing hands with soap are already available as an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 . Overall, the group of housewives was enthusiastic in participating in each of these service activities.
