A fundamental change in the government system in Indonesia after the reforms is the implementation of decentralization and real regional autonomy. Giving village funds is a form of fulfilling the village's rights for the implementation of its own autonomy to grow and develop following diversity, participation, autonomy, empowerment, democratization of the community and increasing the role of the village government in order to provide services and improve the welfare of the community in areas that are adrift . Therefore, this study aims to reveal the impact of village fund policies on improving people's welfare and reducing unemployment in Ponggok Village, Tegalrejo Village, and Kalangan Klaten Village. Ponggok village was chosen because it is a pilot village that has managed to manage village funds provided for the welfare of its people. Ponggok Village uses its village funds to provide infrastructure to support the sustainability of Ponggok Tourism Village, conduct training programs, toilets for each house, as well as other assistance that can improve the welfare of its citizens, and the entire community participates in the programs. As a result, the program can significantly reduce unemployment. Tegalrejo Village uses its village funds to improve village infrastructure and train its community. Desa Kalangan uses its village funds to improve village infrastructure, reforestation, training and community development. However, the results of the management of the village fund of the two villages have not been able to improve the economy and reducing unemployment, due to the lack of community participation in the programs being implemented. Keywords: regional autonomy, village funds, community welfare, unemployment

Abstract. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to comply with health protocols established by the government, such as wearing masks, social distancing, traveling outside the house only when there is an interest, and diligently washing their hands properly and using soap. The Covid-19 pandemic has economic, social and political implications not only for big countries but almost all countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries affected especially on the economic side. Indonesia which is dominated by Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) needs to pay special attention to this sector because the contribution of UMKM to the National economy is quite large. Community service activities are one of the activities that aim to assist the government in improving Good Government. Community participation is still very low in implementing the principles of good government. Yet society is a very important part of these principles. Because the role of the community is still very low, community service is held in the form of counseling and socialization about the importance of community participation in improving good government. To realize a civil society, good governance is needed, both at the center and at the local level so that they can work well together so that the goals desired by the community are carried out, and this is not the task of the central government alone but the government under it starting from the village government and local government. that is what we know as the implications of village autonomy. The village community is expected to become a useful community, especially in the process of administering government (at the village level in particular). Because the participation of the village community is a real embodiment of Good governance. This kind of society will be solid and actively participate in determining various government policies. In addition, this kind of society will also carry out an effective supervisory function in the implementation of government administration. If the community is not yet effective in front of the government and there are still many social problems in it such as conflict and group anarchism, it is very unlikely that Good governance can be implemented.

The high prevalence of stunting has prompted the government to take preventive measures. One of them is the priority program for convergence to prevent stunting in villages through the Ministry of Village Regulation, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds 2020. This regulation was followed up by the formation of a Human Development Cadre (KPM) to carry out convergence activities for preventing stunting with 1 cadre of 1 village. The problem that occurs is the lack of provision for convergence activities for KPM. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to KPM in making proposals for convergence activities. This activity was carried out in Poso Pesisir District, Poso Regency in February 2020. The target audience was 13 KPM people and 13 village midwives. In this KPM mentoring activity, village cadres and midwives succeeded in making proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting in the village. It is hoped that the village government will follow up the proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting into village meetings and it is agreed to be budgeted for 2021.

COVID-19 cases in West Sumatra have shown a significant increase in the past month. To accelerate the handling of COVID-19, the government implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions started on April 22, 2020. Enforcement is also carried out in Padang which has the highest number of COVID-19 cases with 107 positive confirmed cases with 12 deaths. Efforts to prevent the spread of this virus can be carried out through collaborative community service activities between educational institutions and urban villages in Padang City. One of these activities was community service activities held in Jati, East Padang District, Padang City, namely through educational activities using leafleat and posters as promotion media then also donating masks to improve people's healthy behavior. Promotional media were distributed to the public due to situations that make it impossible to carry out activities by gathering many people in one place. The activity went well, received a good response from the village head and all village officials. Media and donations were distributed by the village head especially for poor families and low access to information. Monitoring and evaluation were needed from the village and service providers in increasing the implementation of healthy behavior by the community.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Riau Province had an impact on the economy of the community, including the people of Palas Village. Apart from expecting financial assistance from the government, one of the opportunities that the Palas Village community can take advantage of to develop the village economy is to take advantage of the CSR programs of companies operating in Pelalawan Regency. This community service aims to explain the use of the company's CSR program to empower the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of implementation used in community service activities uses the lecture method accompanied by direct dialogue with the community. Based on Article 74 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is stated that companies that carry out their business activities in the field of natural resources and / or fields related to natural resources are required to carry out CSR. The CSR program of PT RAPP that can be used by the people of Palas Village to build their economy is the Integrated Farming System program and the UMKM program. Before being given legal counseling, only 17.5% of the 20 participants knew the law regarding CSR. After being given legal education, there was an increase to 75% of the 20 participants who answered correctly. This means that this community service activity has succeeded in increasing the understanding of the Palas Village community.

The Covid-19 pandemic affects all sectors of life. The government has made various efforts to respond to the impact of the pandemic, but the success of government efforts is determined by public perceptions. Communities have an important role in shaping collective behavior in responding to pandemic disasters, there are people who respond well to pandemic disasters and there are people who underestimate pandemic disasters. The formation of public perceptions is caused by the lack of knowledge about the pandemic and the virus itself, so it is necessary to form public perceptions about the Covid-19 pandemic through disaster risk management. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and public awareness as a preventive effort in shaping the public's perception of responding to the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity is carried out by means of socialization and training to the community in Suko Sewu District, Bojonegoro Regency.
