The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of product,brand image partial and simultaneous to the customer loyalty of product cosmetik Wardah. The data collected using the Rao pubra formula invloing 100 respondents which is Wardah cosmetik customers. Metodology this research is casual relation with test validity, reability tets, classic assumption test, correlation test, multipe linear regression test, t-test, F-test, and determinants. Base on result of reseach partial know that product quality (X1) influence on custemers loyality Wardah cosmetik, brand image (X2) not influence on custemer loyalty Wardah cosmetik. The qualty of product of the simultaneous effect on custumer loylity. The better the Product Quality, the Customer Loyalty will increase and the worse the Product Quality, the Customer Loyalty will decrease. The better the Brand Image the Customer Loyalty is increasing and the worse the Brand Image the customer loyalty will decrease.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on car purchasing decisions at PT Encar Daihatsu, Lubuklinggau City. The population in this study was 138 and the sample was 58 respondents. The data analysis method used is the regression test, correlation coefficient test, t test, determination coefficient test, and F test. Price results (X1) on Purchase Decisions (Y) have a significant effect with tcount of 5.074> t-table value of 1.673 significant 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion Results (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y) have a significant effect with the tcount of 4.499> the ttable value of 1.673 significant 0.000 <0.05. Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y) have a significant effect with the value of Fcount (27.461)> Ftable (3.18) significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that Price and Promotion have partial or simultaneous effect on Car Purchase Decisions at PT Encar Daihatsu, Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the brand image has influenced consumer loyalty of Bata brand products at the Medan City Walk Ringroad Bata outlets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Bata brand image on consumer loyalty at outlets Bata Ringroad City Walk Medan. This research was conducted in the scope of the Bata brand Ringroad City Walk Medan outlets, with the object of research being limited only to the brand image variable as the independent variable and consumer loyalty as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 240 people and then a sample of 23 people was taken. This research was conducted using SPSS version 21.0 software and also using a simple linear regression test that got the result Y = 6.016 + 0.803X. From this equation it can be interpreted that the variable brand image has a significant effect on consumer loyalty of the Bata brand product at the Bata Ringroad City Walk Medan outlet. For the influence of the variable brand image on consumer loyalty is 0.000 <0.05 and thit 11.977> ttab 1.721, meaning that there is an effect of brand image on consumer loyalty. And based on the coefficient of determination, it can be explained from the results, which is 86.6% and the remaining 13.4% is explained by other variables. It is recommended that the Bata Ringroad City Walk Medan to maintain its existing brand image. By improving product quality and prioritizing excellent service

From the analysis using multiple linear regression method, the obtained results thatvariable of price has a significant impact on buying decision with result t-test (partial) obtained tvalue > t table (3.693 >1.993) with significant obtained about 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Haaccepted. Variable of product quality has a significant impact on buying decision with result t-test(partial) obtained t value > t table (2.787 >1.993) with significant value obtained about 0.007 < 0.05then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable of brand image has a significant impact on buyingdecision with result t-test (partial) obtained t value > t table (2.289 >1.993) with significant valueobtained about 0.025 < 0.05, then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable of price, product quality,and brand image that simultaneous has a significant impact on buying decision with result F-test(simultaneous) obtained F value > F table (17.126 > 2.730) with significant value obtained about0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Dimensions Coefficient of determination about0.389 or 38.9% which means independent variables consisting of price, product quality, and brandimage has a contribution obtained 38.9% toward buying decision, while the remaining (100% -38.9% = 61.1%) was influenced by factors other factors that are not discussed in this study.

ABSTRACT<br />The existence of a decrease in product sales Smartphone Xiaomi significant gains from the year 2015-2016,<br />due to Intense competition in the telecommunications business are on the rise. This research aims to know<br />the influence of the brand image and product quality against the interest of the consumer to buy the product<br />in the region of Xiaomi Smartphone West Jakarta taken Samples as many 100 respondents. The method used is the quantitative methods based on the results of interviews and questionnaires for testing instrument using the test validity, and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression due to variables that are used more than two variables, with the t-test and F-test. The research results showed that  the t-test with a brand image partially effect significantly to interest consumers buy Smartphone Xiaomi. While the quality of the product partially do not affect significantly to interest consumers buy Smartphone Xiaomi. F test results show that simultaneously the brand image and product quality significantly to influential interests buy consumer products Smartphone Xiaomi. And brand image is the most influential variables are dominant against the interest of the consumer to buy the product of Xiaomi Smartphone on<br />the quality of the product. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

This study aims to examine the relationship between brand image and product quality on customer loyalty in sports products. Data were collected through a questionnaire of 68 respondents. Through regression analysis, the results show that brand image and quality can explain variations in consumer loyalty with the brand image as a dominant factor. This finding implies that producers can increase consumer loyalty by enhancing brand image. Companies need to think about how to develop key messages so that consumers can clearly understand the position of the product. The unique aspects of the product need to be improved to create a special impression on the customer. Keywords: brand image, produk quality, customer loyalty

In the past the function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for consumers who travel on business or tourism and do not have a relationship or family at their destination. Sharia concept hotels continue to grow along with the needs of Muslim consumers around the world. The concept of sharia hotels also continues to grow in Indonesia, especially in the Yogyakarta region as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty of sharia hotels in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is causally comparative. The variables in this study are price, service quality, brand image and customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers who have visited sharia hotels in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by nonrandom sampling, specifically using purposive sampling where the sample was taken from the population, with the following criteria: 1) Customers who had stayed in sharia hotels in Yogyakarta more than twice, and 2) Respondents aged 18 years. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; and (4) Price, service quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

  The purpose of research is to know the influence of religiality, quality of service, quality of products to customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch Helper Darussalam. Sample of this research as much as 100 customers using the formula Slovin with a sample technique is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used is the primary data obtained by using questionnaires. The results of this study showed that religiusity, quality of service, the product quality is the simultaneous effect on customer loyalty savings at PT. Bank Aceh Branch maid Darussalam. A partial factor of religiusity and quality of service, the culinary products to give positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Aceh, but one of the variables (product culitas) has a level of Lower influence than the variable religiusisity and quality of service.

The more intense competition within the similar business as well as happened in the business of making sausages, especially in Denpasar city. PT. Aroma was one of the companies in Denpasar that produces sausages, corned beef, and nuggets. In an effort to attract consumers to buy sausages, companies pay attention to product quality, price, and promotion. The attitude of each consumer varies before buying and in buying products. Consumer considerations in buying the products that need to be considered by marketers, so that products that are marketed can be accepted and would be bought by the consumers. The linear regression line equation: Y = 0.1920 + 0.2145 X1 + 0.2592 X2 + 0.3828 X3 explains that there was a simultaneous positive influence between product quality, price, and promotion on the buying decision of sausage. The result of t-test of regression coefficient obtained t1-count was 3,3628, t2-count was 3,9879 and t3-count was 6,2641 bigger than t-table equal to 1,980 was in rejection region Ho, hence Ho rejected or Hi accepted. It meant it was true, that there was a positive influence simultaneously between the marketing mix and the consumer buying decision.
