The bloom of banking and fintech companies in Indonesia is marked by the rapid growth of e-wallet users in recent years. The bloom is encouraged by the government by establishing the Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai program to promote cashless society among millennials who are already familiar with cashless lifestyle. There are many factors which attract people to use e-wallet, such as trust, usefulness, and promotion. This research aims to examine the effect of trust and perceived usefulness moderated by the promotion variable on consumers’ preference towards two e-wallet brands—OVO and GoPay. This quantitative research is conducted using Likert scale. The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) method is used to examine whether each variable has different effect in shaping consumers’ preference. The samples used in this research are active users of OVO and GoPay who are currently living in Semarang. The ANOVA results show that trust, usefulness, and promotion does not have different effect in shaping consumers’ preference. However, they do attract consumers to use e-wallet. This research might be useful to help develop better quality of e-wallet service, security, and utility and build a perfect marketing strategy for banking and fintech companies.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the factors affecting the development of e-government by using a citizen-centric approach. Design/methodology/approach – This paper is a mixed-methods study consisting of qualitative and quantitative research. Data were collected from government agencies using a structured interview and questionnaire about e-government services. The research was collected from the people responsible for the management of an e-government project in 75 government agencies. In addition, the researcher collected data from 1,400 citizens by using an e-Survey questionnaire that grouped participants by age. Findings – By using a citizen-centric approach, the paper identified the factors affecting the development of e-government. There were five factors from the viewpoint of government agencies and citizen groups: quality of e-government services, policy and governance, information technology infrastructure, organization and economy and society. Research limitations/implications – The research covered the development patterns of e-government for services from government to citizens only. Practical implications – Seeing the importance of environmental factors for both service providers and service users would facilitate continuous improvement of e-government service provision by government agencies. Social implications – The results reflect citizens’ need for e-government services; quality is their priority. Hence, government agencies must consider the quality of the delivery of information and e-government services as they relate to the lifestyles and needs of citizens. Originality/value – The creation of knowledge from merging e-government concepts with citizen-centric principles is a modern government sector management theory. This research stresses the need for the government sector to see the need for e-government and to recognize the factors for its successful development. This means the design and development of e-government services should respond to the increasing needs of the citizens.

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

This study aimes to determine the effect of financial statements review on the quality of local financial statement reports with an understanding of the goverment accounting standards as a moderation variable. This research is a quantitative research, with survey method conducted through questionnaire. The population in this study are all inspectorate in all regions of the Province of Lampung. Respondents in this study are all functional officers and other officials who are members of the Review team at each inspectorate at all regions in Lampung Province. The result of data analysis shows that the process of review for local government financial statements has a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports, and an understanding of the government accounting standards by APIP did not moderate the relationship between the review process with the quality of local government financial reports

Abstract. Procurement of government goods / services is the activity of obtaining goods / services at reasonable prices, quantity and quality appropriately and timely. Goods / services procurement activities cover efforts to meet the needs of goods / services based on prevailing regulations and legislation, with various considerations for the purposes of easy control and evaluation. By implementating good procurement of goods / services, the good governance atmosphere is hoped to be established. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of procurement of goods / services in the Provincial Government of Gorontalo. This is a quantitative research and data were analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were employed in this study and collected by distributing questionnaires. This study uses four independent variables, namely self-estimate price (HPS), time of procurement of goods / services, integrity, method of selection of goods / service providers, and one dependent variable is the quality of procurement of goods / services.The result of the research shows that the estimated price affect negatively and significantly the quality of the procurement of goods / services. On the other hand, the time of procurement of goods / services, integrity, and the method of selection of goods / service providers affect positively and significantly  the quality of procurement of goods / services in the Government Gorontalo Province.Keywords: HPS, Implementation of procurement of goods / services period, integrity, procurement of goods/services. Abstrak. Pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah merupakan kegiatan memperoleh barang/jasa dengan harga yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, jumlah dan kualitas yang sesuai serta pengadaan yang tepat waktu. Kegiatan pengadaan barag/jasa mencakup usaha-usaha untuk mencukupi kebutuhan barang/jasa berdasarkan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dengan berbagai pertimbangan agar pengendalian dan evaluasi mudah dilakukan. Dengan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa yang baik akan menciptakan suasana pemerintahan yang baik (Good Governance). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa di Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel independen yaitu harga perkiraan sendiri (HPS), waktu pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, integritas, metode pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa, dan satu variabel dependen yaitu kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga perkiraan memiliki  pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, sedangkan waktu pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, integritas, dan metode pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kualitas pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa di Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo.Kata Kunci: HPS, waktu pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, integritas, pengadaan barang/jasa.

Satisfaction is a feeling that shows a person's happiness or disappointment that comes after comparing the performance (outcome) of the thinking product to the expected performance (or outcome). Quality of service and satisfaction (patient) is a unity that is difficult to separate. To realize the patients’ satisfaction of BPJS at The Primary Health Service (Puskesmas) of Jatilawang Banyumas Regency as public health service owned by the government, in its development is demanded to give good service quality by increasing employee competence and also pay attention to service quality dimension itself. That are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, and empathy. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with the cross-sectional approach which aims to know in general about how the level of patient satisfaction. Meanwhile, the specific purpose of this study to determine how much impact the quality of health services to BPJS patient satisfaction. The results showed that in general from the results of the t-test, the variable reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), tangibles (X4) and empathy (X5) partially positive and have a significant effect on patients’ satisfaction of BPJS service (Y). Furthermore, the variable reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), tangibles (X4) and empathy (X5) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction (Y). Specifically, the amount of BPJS patient satisfaction at The Community Health Center of Jatilawang, Banyumas is equal to 0.992 or 99.2%.

The Indonesian cosmetics industry is currently developing—one of them, PT. Martina Berto encourages her company to excel in competition. The first brands produced and marketed was Sariayu Martha Tilaar as a natural cosmetics. In 1983, Sariayu had become a very well-known cosmetics in the country. PT. Martina Berto, developed by Martha Tilaar Group, improves the quality of Sariayu lipstick products and maintains affordable prices so that it can compete with other lipstick products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of product quality and price on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable on SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with 110 respondents taken from SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. The instrument used was a questionnaire that used a Likert scale and analyzed it with path analysis using AMOS 22. The results showed a positive and significant effect of product quality on satisfaction. There is also a significant effect of price on satisfaction. Then there is a positive and significant effect of satisfaction on loyalty. Besides, there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on loyalty. Furthermore, finally, there is a positive and significant price on loyalty.

Taxes have been becoming one of many issues dealt in a country. One of the country’s incomes comes from taxes, without societies there will be no taxes. Taxes could be defines as a collection done by the government in the purpose of creating a prosperous society, based on the written law about collections, government does not given immediate contraception to the taxers. This research was done in Bitung City, that aim to explain about effect of  taxpayer the awareness , the quality of tax authorities services and taxes punishment for the obedience of an individual must pay. This research used quantitative research with 100 samples taken from all taxpayer population at KPP Pratama Bitung. The research’s method used in this research is double linear regression, data qualities test, classic assumptions test, hypothesis testing (subject t and subject F). This research’s method uses a SPSS software version 23. The hypothesis research’s result partially (subject t) awareness of taxpayer, tcount = 5.045 and ttable = 1.984 so Ha1 get accepted then the awareness of taxpayer impacting the must pay obedience. Tax authorities service, tcount = 1.587 and ttable = 1.984 so Ha2 denied then the tax authorities service does not impacting the taxpayer obedience. Taxes punishment tcount = 1.554 and ttable = 1.984 so Ha3 denied than the tax authorities punishment does not impacting the taxpayer obedience.Keywords : Awareness of taxpayer, Quality of Tax Authorities and Tax Punishment towards the Obedience of Taxpayer Personally.

Indonesia with a Muslim population reaching 87.17% is very strategic for the development of halal industry. But the halal industry in Indonesia has not grown optimally. One reason is the lack of Islamic financial literacy, whereas literacy greatly influences the financial decisions taken. The government organization, BPJPH, which handles certification and provides Islamic financial literacy, has not yet operated. Therefore we need an innovative solution that is a smart system about Education and Investment for halal industry. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative. Through quantitative research with one sample t test using descriptive analysis and each 1 research variable. This system is a concept of innovation in the field technology that can be a bridge for government organizations namely BPJPH to provide Islamic financial literacy. Not just giving literacy, but also offering alternative solutions for submission of sharia-compliant capital loans. This system brings together important elements in the halal industry cycle, namely halal industry players, Islamic banking, investors and the government as regulators through an application. Increased Sharia financial literacy and the potential of Return of Investment in halal industries can be realized. This is evidenced by an increase of 80% to the understanding of the halal industry from before, and the potential increase in capital and profits that reached a Return of Investment of 14.3% in the calculation of research samples in the province of East Java. This shows the benefits and success of the application of smart education and investment systems for the halal industry in Indonesia. This study aims to see whether the quality of human resources, the application of accounting standards and information governance affects the financial reporting of local governments in Wajo Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the financial division of the SKPD in the scope of Wajo Regency, namely the Department of Public Works for Spatial Planning and Land, the Office of Health and the Office of Agriculture and Food Security. This type of research is quantitative research. Collecting data from filling out questionnaires. The data collected were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of research, the government can ignore that the quality of human resources and the application of accounting standards have a positive effect on regional financial reporting. Meanwhile, the use of information technology has no effect on local government financial reporting. This may be due to the fact that the SKPD is lacking in maximizing the integrated computer system.

The purposes of this study are analyzing the production performance, identifying internal and external environment, and determining the priority of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry marketing strategy.  The location of the study is determined deliberately as the consideration the area is the production center of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry in Bandar Lampung.  The number of respondents are 14 kerupuk kemplang agroindustry owners that are randomly selected disproportionately.  Data were collected in January – February 2020.  The analytical methods used are the analysis of production performance, SWOT (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis.  The results of the study indicated that kerupuk kemplang agroindustrial performance based on productivity aspect, capacity, quality, and speed of delivery are in good category, while based on the flexible aspects are not in good category.  The main strength of kerupuk kemplang agroindustry is the location of strategic business and close to suppliers.  Main drawback is the location of the business away from some consumers. The main opportunities are the need and high consumer interest on the product.  The main threat is the supply of reduced raw material when approaching holiday seasons.  The strategy of priority is improving the quality of products, following the bazaar organized by the government, utilizing technologies such as e-commerce and social media, collaborating with a kerupuk kemplang agent, and optimizing the utilization of strategic business locations to increase production volumes by improving cooperation with suppliers. Key words: kerupuk kemplang agroindustry, marketing strategies, production performance
