At this time there is a health problem that is in the spotlight and attention of the world, namely the Covid-19 disease. This disease is caused by a virus called Corona Virus Disease – 19 or more popularly known as Covid-19. In response to this, the government has issued a policy or regulation to prevent the increase in the number of cases, namely in the form of a health protocol for handling Covid-19. The government has issued health protocols for handling Covid-19, including health protocols, borders, communications, education areas, and public and transportation areas, including policies in the form of implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in several areas in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between community         characteristics and the incidence of covid 19 in Payung Village, Weleri District.              Research design is descriptive correlation with sampling technique using simple random sampling with a sample of 58 respondents. Statistical analysis using chi square. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between age, gender, education and occupation with the incidence of Covid-19 in Payung Village, Weleri District with a p value <0.05.

PT Arto Metal International is one of the metal components manufacturers, where theproduction processes are using machinaries which its operations may lead to accidents. One ofthe effects that can be caused by the production machines might happen if workers are notcareful, they might got pinched by plong engine, etched plates and exposed debris grams.Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of workplaceaccidents in this company.The methods used in this study were analytical methods, because this researchexamined the relationship between 2 (two) variables. Based on its times, this study wascategorized as cross-sectional study, due to variables such as risk factors and effect factorswere observed at the same time. Sampling technique was done by simple random sampling,and analysis was used to determine the relationship between 2 (two) variables using Chi Square.The results showed that employees injured at workplace as much as 94.3%. Theresults of analysis of Chi - Square showed that there were four variables significantlyassociated with the incidence of workplace accidents, they were the use of PPD to theincidence of occupational injuries (p value = 0.025), the level of knowledge to the incidence ofoccupational injuries (p value = 0.047), the ages to the incidence of occupational injuries (pvalue 0.025) and the length of services to the incidence of occupational injuries (p value0.005).Therefore, it is suggested that the company perform incident controlling actionswhether technically, administratively as well as adding a number of Personal ProtectiveDevices (PPD) for workers so that all workers can use it while working.Keywords: Workplace Accident, Personal Protective Devices

Background : Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is one of the main causes of high rates of mobility and mortality in infants in developing countries in the world. In 2015 the death rate from respiratory problems was 920,136 people, the most common in South Asia and Africa. Purpose : This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the smoking behavior of family members with the incidence of ARI in infants in Sidotopo, Surabaya. Methods: This research was an observational analytic study using cross sectional design. The sample size uses simple random sampling technique where all existing data and meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. This study used chi square statistical test to determine the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of ARI Results: There is a relationship between lighting (PR = 3.35; p-value = 0.01), ventilation (PR = 5.75; p-value = 0.01), kitchen smoke holes (PR = 4.05 ; p-value = 0.01), roof of the house (PR = 3.07; p-value = 0.02), smoking behavior (PR = 5.63; p-value = 0.01) with ARI incidence and not there was a relationship between the wall of the house (PR = 0.64; p-value = 0.68) with the incidence of ARI. Conclusion: There was an relationship between the physical conditions of the house (lighting, ventilation, kitchen smoke holes, roofs of houses) and smoking with incidence of ARI in infants at Sidotopo Village.

Surabaya is the capital city of East Java Province and is a large city with a population of 2,807 inhabitants. According to WHO in 2011 showed that 400,000 victims under the age of 25 who died on the highway, with an average mortality rate of 1,000 children and adolescents each day. The cause of the greatest accidents is caused by human factors that do not apply discipline in traffic, low awareness, and lack of knowledge about safety riding. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between safety factor driving with saefty riding behavior on students of SMK PGRI 4 Surabaya. This research is an observational analytic research using research method with cross sectional design. The sample of 74 respondents was taken randomly using simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires tool filled by respondents. Data analysis in this study using Chi Square test with 5% significance value to see the relationship between independent variables with dependent variable. Based on the research conducted there is no significant relationship between independent variables with dependent variable with p-value exceed the value of meaning. In order to minimize the incidence of traffic accidents involving students it is good that schools always do the provision of a bound regulation that students are required to use SNI helmets when riding a motorcycle, no need to use expensive helmet but just use a helmet that complies with safety standards. Facilities for students are expected to always comply with existing traffic rules while driving.Keyword: safety riding, student, safety riding behaviour

Background: The status of global pandemic that has been going on for more than one year has forced countries around the world to adopt new habitual adaptations, including Indonesia. The application of new norm adjustments is applied in all areas that intersect with the public, such as public transportation, places of worship, offices, supermarkets, inns and restaurants. Control of the spread of Covid-19 is carried out by the government with various efforts so its spread can be controlled but in reality on the ground it is increasingly rampant, controlling the spread of Covid-19 can be successful if the entire community participates in taking precautions for its spread. Aims: Research objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of SMKN I students in efforts to prevent Covid-19. Methods: The type of this research was processed using descriptive correlative method which described the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of students in efforts to prevent Covid-19. The population in this research were students that majoring in Pharmacy and Computer and Network Engineering Departments of SMKN 1 Garut, the sample was using total sampling technique as many as 160 respondents, the instrument in this research was questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square. Results: The result showed that the level of students' knowledge about the efforts to prevent Covid-19 was in the sufficient category (72%). Most of the students' attitude about the prevention of Covid-19 was in the sufficient category (74%). Most of the sufferers' behavior regarding the prevention of Covid-19 was in the good category (79%). Based on the result of statistical tests using Chi Square, the result showed that there was a relationship between students' knowledge and behavior in efforts to prevent Covid-19 (p value = 0.63) and there was a relationship between students' attitude and behavior in efforts to prevent Covid-19 (p value = 0.83). The conclusion was that there was a relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of students in efforts to prevent Covid-19.

People who are confirmed to have Corona Virus Disease 19 (covid 19) in the community cause a stigma that can lead to discrimination. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge and stigma in people who were confirmed to be positive for corona virus disease -19 in Banjar Tegal, Bebalang Village, Bangli, Bali Province. Descriptive correlation is a type of research used with a quantitative research design. The sample is 89 people with simple random sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire which is distributed online via google form. Data collection using google form with 10 questions related to knowledge and 30 questions related to stigma. Data analysis using Spearman rank with the result that the majority of knowledge in the sufficient category is 65 people (73.0%), most of the stigma is in the moderate category, namely 54 people (60.7%). Bivariate analysis obtained p value of 0.000 and r value of -0.548. There is a relationship between knowledge and stigma in people who are confirmed to be positive for corona virus disease -19 in Banjar Tegal, Bebalang Village, Bangli, Bali Province. The better the level of knowledge, the lower the stigma against people who are confirmed positive for COVID-19. The results of the study can be used as a reference for implementing health promotion programs to reduce stigma in people who are confirmed positive for the corona virus disease -19.

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

Terminal workers work with physical load activities every day and are in a hot work climate, which has the potential to experience status disturbances, potentially resulting in hydration problems. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between Heat stress and Physical Workload and Hydration Status of Tirtonadi Bus StationWorkers in Surakarta. research design using observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 48 people was taken by simple random sampling technique. Heat stress is measured by heat stress area, physical workload with SNI 726/2009, and hydration status by urine specific gravity examination. the average heat stress measurement results amounted to 34.75 ° C. the correlation between independent and dependent variables shows there is a significant relationship between heat stress and physical workload with hydration status with p-value = 0,000 and r = -0,799, and p-value = 0.028 and r = 0.317. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between heat stress and hydration status, and there is a significant correlation between physical workload and the hydration status of workers at the Tirtonadi Surakata Terminal.

Nipple blisters can be caused by trauma to the nipple during breastfeeding, but it can also cause cracks and the formation of a gap - a gap. The incidence of sore nipples caused by several factors including improper feeding techniques and lack of breast care. This study aims to investigate the relationship between breastfeeding and breast care techniques with incidence of sore nipples. This research was conducted in June 2017 and BPS BPS Meiyuni Siti Hotijah Bangkalan. This research uses a checklist approach Sectional Cros. Subjects studied were maternal postpartum primipara 1-40 day total of 36 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Statistic test used lambda. The results showed breastfeeding technique in the category of pretty 16 respondents (44.4%) and treatment of breast category fairly 18 respondents (50%), while the incidence of sore nipples in the category were 18 respondents (50%). Statistical test results showed the value of breastfeeding technique p Value (0.019) <α (0.05) means that there is a correlation technique of breastfeeding on the incidence of sore nipples, while for the treatment of breast statistical result p value Value (0.047) <α (0.05 ) means that there is a relationship to the incidence rate of breast care sore nipples. This research is expected to provide knowledge to prevent the incidence of sore nipples in a mannerappropriate feeding techniques and treatment of breast good.

Introduction: The number of mortality due to traffic accidents is still becoming a global burden. In addition SDGs 2030 has set a target to decrease the number of mortality and global injuries due to traffic accidents. The purpose of this study was to analysis the risk of mortality due to traffic accidents in the Eemergency Department (ED) of dr.Soebandi Hospital Regional, Jember Regency.Method: A retrospective observational study was carried out in the ED by studying medical records of the traffic accident patients aged ≥16 years. The sampling technique was used simple random sampling with the sample size 250. The study was collected data with Modified Rapid Emergency Medicine Score. This study result was analyzed with frequency distribution and Chi-Square test. Results: The result showed respondents who experienced traffic accidents mostly was 20-29 years old (19.6%). The majority of the patient was men (68,4%). The riders of two/three-wheeled vehicles who suffered traffic accidents reached 73.2%. Most of the accidents that occurred at 06.00-11.59 AM were around 37.6%. Generally, traffic accidents occur to drivers as much as 68.4%. The number of types of head trauma as much as 57,2%. This study showed that 94,8% patients were at low risk of mortality. There were significant relationship between risk of mortality and the role in vehicle use (p-value = 0,043).Conclusions: Almost all patients have a low risk of mortality in the ED of dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember Regency.
