Web-based systems have entered the school and business environment widely and globally. Simultaneously, instant connections such as those enabled by twitter in everyday life have bled into the workplace, calling for a relational multimedia platform with a universal interface to facilitate knowledge flows, with cross-pollination in terms of “knowing that,” “knowing how,” and “knowing why.” The use of PEGs is interwoven throughout the processes related to the introduction of relational multimedia platforms into organizations—pre-implementation, during implementation, during on-job training, and in the process of work itself—helping develop the coherence necessary for successful and sustainable business.

PT TL is a company engaged in metal roof manufacturing. This research aims to determine the condition of e-marketing run by PT TL. By knowing the condition of e-marketing running, it will be developed emarketing of web-based in accordance to PT TL. To support the research, this study uses the Porter analysis to see the condition of the company's business environment and combine two methods of analysis, namely: (1) Seven Stages of Internet Marketing that is used for the analysis of the needs for the company and customers to see business opportunities existing and to develop appropriate marketing strategies with corporate goals. (2) Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which is used to design the customer experience in order to get the customer needs to be prioritized and to know what kind of website development according to customer requirements. In this case, it is measured the degree of importance of each website aspect and done a comparison between PT TL’s website with a competitor's website. From the analysis it needs to be designed an e-marketing website developed based on customers’ requirements to outperform similar competitors.

Intrapreneurship is becoming a key factor in the growth of a company in a highly dynamic and progressively more competitive business environment. The idea of intrapreneurship is to encourage greater employee involvement within the organisation in which they work, giving them the freedom to innovate and experiment in a proactive, creative, and innovative way. In the startups, the role of intrapreneurship is of great relevance knowing that startups are designed to scale and grow exponentially in a short time and with few resources. Innovation is at the core of a startup and intrapreneurship initiatives allow leveraging this capacity in startups. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the phenomenon of intrapreneurship in startups, seeking to understand how formal and informal intrapreneurship initiatives are taken on by startups, and also exploring the role played by existing resources to support these initiatives. The results of the study allow us to conclude that startups value intrapreneurship initiatives despite financial constraints that overlap with time constraints that affect what can be allocated to these activities. Finally, medium-sized startups and those with more qualified human capital tend to value and support intrapreneur initiatives more intensely. In contrast, startups with less academically qualified human capital offer worse conditions and support to intrapreneur activities.

In a company, the process of income and expense of money must have a profit-generating goal base. The success of financial management within the company, can be monitored from the ability of the financial management in managing the finances and utilize all the opportunities that exist with as much as possible with the aim to control the company's cash (cash flow) and the impact of generating profits in accordance with expectations. With a web-based online accounting system version 2.0, companies can be given the ease to manage money in and out of the company's cash. It has a user friendly system with navigation that makes it easy for the financial management to use it. Starting from the creation of a company's cash account used as a cash account and corporate bank account on the system, deletion or filing of cash accounts, up to the transfer invoice creation feature, receive and send money. The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Growing or expanding the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector of the economy is one key strategy to achieve economic growth and development. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) scalability (growth or expansion) have become an area of concern for economic growth in developing economies. People use the term in reference to computer or other technological systems, but those in business also use the word to describe the adaptability of a company (Thibodeaux, 2015) in today‘s fast-paced business environment where the focus on customer satisfaction is at an all-time high. This article discusses the concept of scalability as it relates to business and non-scalable components of business process as well as the importance of being scalable. It also looked at some of the challenges and practices that prevent effective scalability of MSMEs in Nigeria and the way forward.

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. With the support of human resources and computerized information systems.

Most of Indonesia's population depend on agriculture. Agriculture is the basis for growth in the countryside. Horticultural company is a company form of business or legal entity that is engaged in the cultivation or breeding and marketing of vegetables, fruit, and ornamental plants. The research design used quantitative descriptive technique and take a case in Horticultural Company incorporated in the province of West Java. Informants research is the founder of 35 businesses horticultural businesses. Respondents were selected by simple random samplingmethod Solvin. Data were analyzed with path analysis, the business environment variables, entrepreneurial character, the ability of businesses and business improvement. Character of business founders age at age less than 54 years, including age. Average of the last education strata 1 (undergraduate). A conducive business environment and the higher the entrepreneurial character can give the effect of an increase in the ability of the business. Theseeffects are direct and indirect, of the path of the business environment 78.3%, 19.2% and entrepreneurial character. The effects of both variables 83.7% with 4% residual business capabilities and 16.3% influenced by other variables that are not covered.

Along with the development of technology, the speed of data processing is needed in order to compete with competitors. A company must have an advantage over other companies if it does not want to lose in the competition. MRCCC Siloam Semanggi is a company that provides health services for cancer patients. One of the transaction processes within the hospital is sensing data in the form of images of patient data. Image data processing activities at this hospital are not yet structured and require a database in order to assist in fast data processing. This study aims to create an image transfer system to transfer physical documents into digital documents. This system is useful for hospital employees to be able to find documents easily for certain purposes, the system is made web-based using XAMPP, using PHP language with MySQL database. The results of the analysis of research that has been done, there are problems that arise related to the retention system in hospital patient data. Retention data collection activities are usually carried out by sorting out patient medical record documents from those not recorded on a computer.

PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal is a company engaged in mining and focusing on coal minerals, which is supported by many employees who work professionally in their respective fields. In a company, an employee performance appraisal process is usually carried out to determine the best employees. In the current performance appraisal process, the company still uses a manual system, so it is still less effective and efficient in managing data. The problem faced is how to calculate the best employee performance appraisal, with a decision support system in calculating employee performance appraisal, one of which is by applying the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Porcess) method which is expected to produce the best employee rankings. The system that will be created will be web-based using MYSQL.
