The rotary expanding is one of the best pipe rolling processes for tube trailer cylinders. The thesis briefly introduced the manufacturing technology features and key equipment of rotary expanding mill of Tianjin Pipe Corporation. The indexes of technical requirements were put forward according to relative cylinder standards and test results were given by a third party. Material performance assessment was conducted by China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels. The results show that the technical indexes of cylinder pipe including chemical composition, nonmetallic inclusion grade, grain size, microstructure feature, surface quality, mechanical performance and bending test can meet the requirements with an international advanced level.

Testing repeat electronic scales with non-automatic scales technical requirements so far is fairly long if not using a calculator or computer. The aim of this research is to compare the repeatability testing method of electronic scales using methods according to the technical requirements of non-automatic scales and the Australian NMI method, both of which refer to OIML R76 in determining the validity or cancellation of electronic scales repeatability testing. This research method is done through repeat testing on 3 samples of electronic scales, then on each electronic scale 2 test methods are performed. The conclusion is that the electronic scales repeatability testing uses the non-automatic scales technical requirements method and the Australian NMI method has some differences although both refer to OIML R76. These differences include several points, namely the charge used, the method of adding additions, the formula for determining electronic scales, and different test results. The Australian NMI method is deemed to make it easier and more time efficient compared to the non-automatic weighing technical requirements method.

Different carbon and glass fibre strips were subjected to the double clamp buckle beam test. Furthermore, thin-walled glass fibre box-beams were subjected to the three-point bending test. Results of experiments were compared to different numerical simulations using buckling analysis or static analysis considering large deformations.

The influences of low temperature on the interlaminar properties for PBO fiber/epoxy composites have been studied at liquid nitrogen temperature (77 K) in terms of three point bending test. Results showed that the interlaminar shear strength at 77 K were significantly higher than those at room temperature (RT). For the analysis of the test results, the tensile behaviors of epoxy resin at both room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature were investigated. The interface between fiber and matrix was observed using SEM images.

The design of the ITER Toroidal Field (TF) coils requires an insulation system that is amenable to the very large scale vacuum impregnation processes planned for the construction of these devices, and that will provide reliable electro-mechanical performance after radiation exposure. To address this need, CTD has developed an epoxy/cyanate ester resin system designated CTD-425. This material meets the processing requirements for use in the TF coils, and cyclic mechanical testing of conductor assemblies has demonstrated its electro-mechanical strength after 60,000 mechanical cycles. In addition, this product recently passed radiation exposure tests coordinated by the ITER International Organization and is now qualified for use in constructing the TF coils. This paper summarizes the performance characterization and qualification test results for this insulation.

Through analyzing and testing the microstructure and property of ZL114A aluminum alloy castings under the condition of alternating electromagnetic field, the effects of the intensity of alternating electromagnetic field on the microstructure and property of ZL114A aluminum alloy castings are studied. The results showed the intensity of alternating electromagnetic field had a great influence on the microstructure and property of ZL114A aluminum alloy castings. With the increase of the intensity of alternating electromagnetic field, the grain size of ZL114A aluminum alloy was more and more small, under the 10A current intensity, the grain was the finest. Whereas, with the increase of the intensity of alternating electromagnetic field further, the grain is more and more big. Meanwhile, in a certain rang of current intensity, the mechanical performance of ZL114A aluminum alloy had been improved comprehensively, its tensile intensity was improved 10MPa and the elongation was increased by 30%.

AbstractPreliminary results on microwave sintering of seeded silicon nitride show that a well defined bi-modal grain size distribution is attainable in Si3N4-Y2O3-Al2O 3-MgO sintered bodies by microwave sintering at 28 GHz of materials seeded with ß-Si3N4 particles (2 vol. %). A positive effect on the mechanical performance is anticipated for these microstructurally controlled silicon nitride ceramics

This research focuses on the analysis of the influence of capital structure (Capital Adequacy Ratio/ CAR) and third-party Funds (Financing to Deposit Ratio/ FDR) towards Profitability (Return on Asset/ ROA) with Troubled Financing (Non Performing Financing/ NPF), as the Intervening Variables in the Public Sharia Banking In Indonesia. The data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD)and analyzed using Path Analysis with the help of AMOS programs22.The test results show some impact as follows: 1. The CAR has a positive and significant to FDR. 2. The NPF is not positive and significant to FDR. 3. The CAR is positive and significant to ROA. 4. The NPF is negative and significant to ROA. 5.The FDR is positive and significant to ROA. 6.The FDR is a significant intervening intervening variable between CAR and ROA in the form of partial mediation. 7.The FDRisasignificantandinfluential variable intervening between the NPF and ROA in the form of partial mediation. This research isexpected to be beneficial to investors, among others, and this research can be used as a consideration in making investment decisions. Also, the researchers can use this as a reference for any research related to capital structure (CAR), third-party Funds (FDR), profitability (ROA), and was the troubled Financing(NPF).
