Data were collected with the use of questionnaire which was administered on 365 members of institution-based interest-free cooperative societies in Ilorin metropolis. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Cronbach’s alpha tests were performed to establish the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Logistic regression analysis was conducted and it was found that mode of saving, credit administration, internal governance and member’s awareness have positive effect on volume of savings mobilized and the effects are significant at 5% and 1% level of significance. The study concluded that the mode of savings, credit administration, internal governance, and members awareness affect resources mobilization of Islamic cooperatives in Ilorin metropolis. This study intended to establish the relationship between students’ involvement in decision-making by principals and academic performance. Respondents were sampled by simple random sampling. Pre-testing of instruments of data collection was undertaken to ensure validity and reliability of the instruments. Data was collected from 36 principals, 199 teachers and 393 Form 4 students by use of questionnaire and interview schedule. Research experts determined validity of the instruments. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequencies, percentages, means, cross tabulation and Pearson’s correlation. Hypotheses were tested through regression analysis at 0.05 level of significance. Regression analysis revealed that students’ involvement in decision-making explained 24.6%, and of the variation in academic performance. Leadership functions such as students allowed to elect prefects, prefects attending staff/BoM meetings. It was recommended that principals should involve students in decision making. This study also aims to analyze and test the effect of brandassociation, perceived quality and lifestyle of purchase intention Bata sandals and shoes Kuningan branch. Then analysisof data obtained using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability, datanormality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesistesting through t test and F, as well as the coefficient of determination (R ²). Qualitative analysis is the interpretationof the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing that has been carried out by members of descriptionand explanation. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the variables of brand association and perceived quality issignificantly positive effect on purchase intention. Figures adjusted R2 of 0.585 indicates that 58.5% variable purchaseintention can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. Well-functioning financial markets can have a positive effect on economic growth by facilitating savings and more efficient allocation of capital. This paper characterises some of the recent theoretical developments that analyse the relationship between financial intermediation and economic growth and presents empirical estimates based on a model of the linkage between financially intermediated investment and growth for two separate groups of countries, developing and advanced. Empirical estimates for both groups suggest that financial intermediation through the efficiency of investment leads to a higher rate of growth per capita. The relevant coefficient estimates show a higher level of significance for the developing countries. This financial liberalisation in the form of deregulation and establishment and development of stock markets can be expected to lead to enhanced economic growth.
