This research aims to show the effect of using the muzaki corner application on muzaki interest in tithing. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all muzaki of the Gresik National Amil Zakat Agency, who used the muzaki corner application. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with an accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that using the muzaki corner application affected people's interest in tithing, with an effect of 92.3%. In comparison, 7.7% was influenced by other factors that were not included in this research model. This research can strengthen the growth and development of public interest in tithing at the National Amil Zakat Agency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

<p><em>This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. </em><em>In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 </em>using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. <em>The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination (</em> <em>) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained </em> <em>value is 13,765 while  </em> <em> equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of</em><em> </em><em> </em> <em> &gt; </em> <em> (13,765&gt;1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at </em><em>             </em><em>PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu.</em></p>

This study analyzes the effect of commitment, communication, and problem handling on customer trust. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze commitment, communication, and handling problems to customer trust simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling and uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amountedto 125 sample respondents to customers. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression, t-test, f test,and the coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of the study indicate that the variables commitment (𝑋1), communication(𝑋2), and problem handling (𝑋3) simultaneously influence the customer's trust and commitment variable (𝑋1) and problem handling (𝑋3) partially effect on customer trust while communication (𝑋2) has no partial effect on customer trust in the East Java bank in Banyuwangi. This study aims to determine the effect of income, belief, and religiosity on the interest in paying zakat income (study of residents of Makamhaji Kartasura). This study uses a quantitative approach to the population of Makamhaji Kartasura Village residents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling to analyze the data using a multiple linear regression model. The results showed that income had no significant effect on the interest in paying zakat income. In contrast, trust and religiosity have a significant effect on the interest in paying zakat income. Meanwhile, simultaneous income, belief, and religiosity have influenced the residents of Makamhaji Kartasura Village to pay zakat income. This research model contributes to explaining the role of trust and religiosity on increasing zakat income.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there Effect of Safety and Health at Work (K3) Against Employee Productivity In PT.Ciba Vision. Samples were taken throughout the production employees in PT.Ciba Vision Batam. sampling using saturation sampling where the population is less than 100 people, the entire population is sampled. The purpose of this study was to show the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and profit-sharing ratios on profitability with non-performing financing as moderating variables in Islamic commercial banks. This research method was designed using a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was nine banks with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that mudharabah financing had a positive and significant effect on profitability, musyarakah financing and profit-sharing ratio did not affect profitability. Non-performing financing can moderate the effect of mudharabah financing and profit-sharing ratio but cannot moderate the effect of musyarakah financing on profitability. This research practically develops financing that can increase profitability and reduce non-performing financing to reduce losses for Islamic Commercial Banks.

<p><em><span lang="EN">This research has purpose to analyze socialization of information technology utilization to taxpayer reporting compliance in Riau Islands either partially or simultaneously. This research method is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of the number of individual taxpayers registered in the Tax Office Pratama Batam, Tanjung Pinang and Bintan Islands Islands in Riau Islands amounting to 322,469 Taxpayers. The sample of the research is taxpayer as much as 298 respondents in Kepualauan Riau area, where the amount of sample of this research is calculated by using slovin formula. The results of the research conducted the test explains that: 1) tax socialization has a positive and significant effect for taxpayers on compliance reporting SPT, 2) utilization of information technology has a positive and significant impact for taxpayers on tax reporting compliance, 3) tax socialization and technology utilization the information simultaneously has a positive and significant influence for the taxpayer on tax reporting compliance, where the contribution of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) is 35,9% and the rest 64,1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.</span></em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis sosialisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT Wajib Pajak di Kepulauan Riau baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari jumlah Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batam, Kota Tanjung Pinang dan Kabupaten Bintan Kepulauan di Kepulauan Riau yang berjumlah 322.469 Wajib Pajak. Sampel penelitian adalah wajib pajak sebanyak 298 responden di wilayah Kepualauan Riau, dimana jumlah dari sampel penelitian ini dihitung dengan menggunkan rumus slovin.  Hasil penelitian pengujian yang dilakukan menjelaskan bahwa: 1) sosialisasi pajak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan bagi Wajib Pajak terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT, 2) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan bagi Wajib Pajak terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT, 3) sosialisasi pajak dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan bagi Wajib Pajak terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT, dimana kontribusi nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 35,9% dan sisanya 64,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian ini.</p>

Murabahah financing is one of the most common types of contracts applied in Islamic banking financing activities. This is because most of the credit and financing provided by the banking sector in Indonesia relies on the consumer sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murabahah margin income on the increase in capital of Bank Syari'ah Mandiri. The research method used is a simple linear regression quantitative analysis. From the results of the coefficient of determination shows that murabahah margin income to increase the capital of Bank Syari'ah Mandiri has no significant effect, only contributing 6.6% and the remaining 93.4% can be explained by other factors such as liabilities, wadi'ah demand deposits, wadi'ah savings, burdens and mudharabah savings.
