The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about whether or not there is a relationship between sales promotion costs and sales volume and how much influence the promotion costs have on sales volume at the company. In this study, the documentation method was used in data collection, then proceeded to the analysis process using correlation and regression analysis. The population in this study is the total cost of sales promotion and sales volume at the company. Due to the limitations of time, cost, manpower, and so on, the researchers took samples, namely sales promotion costs, and company sales volume, between 2018-2020.Based on the results of the analysis for three years, it was obtained that r XY = 0.718 with N = 36 and a significant level of 0.000, obtained r table = 0.708. This shows r xy> r table, which means that r XY is significant and Ha is accepted. Because Ha is accepted, there is a positive and significant relationship between Sales Promotion Costs and Sales volume at convection companies. Furthermore, the influence of Biya promotion on sales volume can be seen on the determinant coefficient (R 2) where it is mentioned in a row in 2018; 2019; and 2020 is 0.675; 0.554; and 0.507. this shows that the average annual promotion costs have an effect of more than 50% on the company's sales volume.

Kata Kunci       : Determinan, Stunting, Gianyar  ABSTRACTDecreasing the children stunting prevelence is the first of the sixth 2005 Global Nutrition Target goals. There were a lot and structured government prevention program regarding to the infants nutritional problems. However, in fact,  there were still found 22,2% infants stunting problems in Gianyar Regency. It was one of regencies that become a pilot project of stunting  countermeasures in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the Gianyar Regency inftants stunting determinants in terms of precipitating factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors. This was qualitative descriptive research with observation and in-depth interviews applied as and the data collection methods. Data collection was carried out over May-June 2020. The subjects of this research were 8 infant’s caregivers (6-60 months old) and infants (6-60 months old) who had a TB / U z-score below -2SD in Gianyar Regency. The data analysis process applied thematic data analysis. The results found that the factors associated with stunting occurrence were predisposing factors (knowledge, exclusive breastfeeding), enabling factors (funds availability, family food availability) and reinforcing factors (family support). All health service providers should provide adequate information as early as possible about the nutrition importance for infants. Information provision could be given by counseling to adolescents, mothers during pregnancy, childbirth and while breastfeeding on ANC mothers visit, attend pregnancy classes, visitting clinic and when mothers visit the Integrated Healthcare Center. Keywords         : Determinants, Stunting, Gianyar

Complex movement patterns of pedestrian traffic, ranging from unidirectional to multidirectional flows, are frequently observed in major public infrastructure such as transport hubs. These multidirectional movements can result in increased number of conflicts, thereby influencing the mobility and safety of pedestrian facilities. Therefore, empirical data collection on pedestrians’ complex movement has been on the rise in the past two decades. Although there are several reviews of mathematical simulation models for pedestrian traffic in the existing literature, a detailed review examining the challenges and opportunities on empirical studies on the pedestrians complex movements is limited in the literature. The overall aim of this study is to present a systematic review on the empirical data collection for uni- and multidirectional crowd complex movements. We first categorized the complex movements of pedestrian crowd into two general categories, namely, external governed movements and internal driven movements based on the interactions with the infrastructure and among pedestrians, respectively. Further, considering the hierarchy of movement complexity, we decomposed the externally governed movements of pedestrian traffic into several unique movement patterns including straight line, turning, egress and ingress, opposing, weaving, merging, diverging, and random flows. Analysis of the literature showed that empirical data were highly rich in straight line and egress flow while medium rich in turning, merging, weaving, and opposing flows, but poor in ingress, diverging, and random flows. We put emphasis on the need for the future global collaborative efforts on data sharing for the complex crowd movements.
