The main directions of destructive information and psychological influence of the enemy on the population of Ukraine, leaders and personnel of the military administration, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other law enforcement agencies, issues of the analysis of the dissemination of information messages (content) of the electronic media which contain the destructive information and psychological impact are considered. The model of social networks as a means of mass communication, which is used for the realization of destructive information and psychological influence is considered. The main components of the model are the user, his thoughts (views), influence, trust and reputation. The process of influencing to the user by means of social networks through innovation and its dissemination is considered. Indicators that can be used to characterize the process and to evaluate the impact: “likes”, “dislikes”, “reposts”, “views”, and “comments” are also provided. The process of tracking the destructive influences contained in information messages from the point of view of destructive informational and psychological influence is described. The system of indicators of dynamics of distribution of information messages on the Internet is analyzed. The necessity of fixing on certain points of time and use of additional indicators: “number of drawings”, “absolute growth”, “growth rate”, “growth rate” is grounded and the order of their calculation is given. The logical and structural scheme of calculating the dynamics of information message dissemination by means of the Internet has been developed. It is determined that to solve the problem of automation of tracking and visualization of the dynamics of information dissemination requires specialized software that will read the primary indicators from certain publications of electronic communications and social networks and calculate the proposed indicators of the dynamics of information message propagation.

The possibilities and limitations of information-psychological campaigns to change perceptions and behavior of people in the situation of pandemic were considered in the article. The analysis of effectiveness of various tactics of psychological influence used in current conditions was carried out. Tactics based on activation of feelings of empathy and care about others showed the most efficiency. In addition, such tactics as appeals to fear, emphasis on sense of duty, reference to self-interest and personal gain were also successful. The following variables affected the effectiveness of the impact: the stage of the pandemic, socio-demographic and individual psychological characteristics of the people affected. Several groups of factors were identified as influencing the implementation of behavioral recommendations for protection against infection and shaping an adequate representation of the pandemic. This list included: stable individual psychological characteristics (personality traits, coping strategies, cognitive features, values), dynamic characteristics (emotional state and level of stress), and perception of the pandemic situation (risk assessment, threat experience, sense of control over the situation, etc.). Maintaining and tracking the dynamics of these factors were important for effective information campaigns. The possibilities of social networks as channels of informational and psychological impact were considered. The perspectives of monitoring social networks for assessment of people's psychological state and perception of risks to improve the effectiveness of communication during the epidemiological situation were outlined. The problem of distribution of false information as an inevitable phenomenon in a crisis, which had a negative impact on the emotional state and behavior of people, was considered.

New opportunities and challenges are emerging thanks to the growing Internet importance and social media usage. Although practitioners have already recognized the strategic dimension of e-reputation and the power of social media, academic research is still in its infancy when it comes to e-reputation determinants in a social networks context. A study was conducted in the sports setting to explore the impact of social networks on the sportspeople's e-reputation. Whereas the study emphasized (1) the influence of social networks' perception on the sportspeople's e-reputation, and the neutral roles of (2) the motives for following sportspeople online, and (3) the negative content on the Internet, additional insights are formulated on maintaining, restoring and managing e-reputation on social networks. Finally, future research directions are suggested on the role of image to control e-reputation.

The purpose of this study is to examine and assess the impact of the Internet on economic growth in Saudi Arabia. Various studies show that there is a relationship between the growth rate of GDP and the Internet, as estimated by Internet user numbers. In this paper, the ordinary least squares (OLS) model is utilized to study the economic impact of Internet Access from 1994 to 2018, which has had a profound effect on the market structure of many sectors and Saudi’s global macroeconomic performance. The study constructs a model to investigate any significant impact of the Internet on the Saudi economy. Finally, this paper suggests that an understanding of the role of the Internet is essential for policymakers who plan to promote new forms of economic growth in the future. To take a long-term view implies working on technologies that could improve the economy and people’s lives by creating a technological ecosystem in and around Saudi Arabia, along with other major economies.

The article is devoted to the presentation of the model of psychological influence on social media proposed by the authors. The model is based on theoretical approaches aimed at understanding the characteristics of the individual's response to the flow of information in social networks, as well as concepts focused on analyzing the role of a person's social identity and social environment in the impact processes. The elements of the model are described: subject of influence, object of influence, means, effects and context of influence. Four groups of factors of the effectiveness of psychological influence in social media are characterized: characteristics of the subject of influence, features of the means of influence and context of influence, characteristics of the object of influence.

Social networks are a way of creating a virtual identity and entering into relationships with strangers in a series of interactions that were not known to a man before the existence of the Internet. Mobile phones and the virtual world often create a personality of a person that is not the same in the real world. It can be said that technology has changed the course of humanity and human consciousness and contributed to many changes in the mentality of society, especially among the youth. Children are often overwhelmed by materialism and jealousy, which further encourages them to become an unconscious, immoral and unambitious population. One of the negative effects of social networks is the abuse of privacy, which is also becoming a growing problem everywhere in the world and should not be ignored. However, a positive attitude should be maintained when it comes to social networks, because they facilitate communication, access to information and learning, greater availability of services and free advertising of some products or services. High school students use the Internet intensively every day, and the work raises the question of whether they use it constructively or destructively. The research was conducted in 2019, the population of high school students was observed and 100 students were included on the territory of Belgrade, Niš and Vitina.

Social media are changing the nature of mass communication, demediating traditional media. They are being used as powerful platforms for the distribution and dissemination of information, activities, promotion of institutions, certain groups of interest of individuals, but also political actors for different purposes.Placing and disseminating information through the opportunities offered by social media enables the mobilization of a wider audience in new ways and ways. Politicians are exploiting these opportunities provided by social networks, without having to put information through journalists or traditional media. There are two theories in the literature regarding the use of social networks, optimistic and pessimistic theory. According to optimistic theory, social networks provide opportunities to compete for power. Theorists of this theory of using social media think that in the digital age, we are witnessing the transformation of information and the audience that uses them. According to them, the global success of social media has made it possible for everyone to connect directly to his audience through the platforms offered. With the use of these platforms, politicians gain attention and at the same time build a symmetrical or asymmetric relationship with their followers.Pessimistic theory, however, blames the social media for the use of false promise, and a pseudo-modernization of modern society. Studies believe that involvement in social networks and political actors at the same time implies a greater engagement of the audience that absorbs the information disclosed and affects the democratization of political competition. This paper aims to analyze the use of social networks as a means of information dissemination by Kosovar political actors and the content of the information being disclosed. The paper analyzes the posts of three key Kosovar politicians, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, President Hashim Thaçi and Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli in their profiles on Facebook and Twitter social networks during a one-month monitoring period during May 2019

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at studying the relationship between dependence on social networks and people's communication abilities. The study involved middle-aged people from 30 to 40 years old. The relevance of the topic is that today social networks are growing, which attract more and more people every day. In the modern world, many contacts are created via the Internet. Thanks to social networks, people from all over the world can communicate with each other. Social networks are becoming a space for the formation and approval of various cultural stereotypes. Social networks have become significant and valuable for people, and it has become possible to establish connections that meet their interests. The Internet forms its own specific environment, which affects many psychological aspects. Social networks practically do not allow themselves to be controlled externally, they do not have a single center, so everyone has the right to act in them at their own discretion. The Internet as a modern means of mass communication is turning from a passive listener into an active participant.

The information society in which we live increasingly makes us dependent on the Internet. This brings positives in the organization of the learning process of modern students, as it diversifies the methods and means and arouses their interest more easily. On the other hand, digitization leads to the need of further research in the field of the psychological impact of technology on students. Attention plays an important role in the learning process, as it is a mechanism regulating the psyche and ensures the course of mental processes. Attention with its characteristics largely determines the behavior, assimilation of learning material and student achievement. In this article we present the results of a study of the impact of Internet access on the resilience, concentration and volume of attention in 11th grade students.
