This study aims to find out the relationship between Intellectual Intelligence and Student Learning Citizenship Education Lessons. The research method of this research is a quantitative correlation approach. Samples were taken by Proposal Random Sampling technique, which was 72 samples. The instruments used in this study were Intelligence Tests and used Achievement Tests and observations as supporting data. While the data analysis used Simple Linear Regression with intellectual intelligence (x) as a predictor and learning achievement of Citizenship Education (Y). by komasiasi obtained the following correlation coefficient of 0.716  means (0,513 x 100%) = 51.3%. Learning Achievement Citizenship Education is influenced by intellectual intelligence while the remaining 48.7% is determined by other variables which are not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Intellectual Intelligence has a Significant Relationship with Student Achievement in Citizenship Education.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

This study aims to determine that the relationship between self-efficacy and parents aspiration with the interest in advanced studies to college of students either partially or jointly. This research uses correlation quantitative design. The sample used amounted to 160 of the population of 283 students with random sampling technique. Data collection tools use self-efficacy scales, parent`s aspiration scales, and the interest in advanced studies to college scales. We using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression to data analyzed. The result showed that there are significant correlations between (1) self-efficacy and the interest for collage, dan; (2) parents aspiration and the interest in advanced studies to college. Furthermore, relationship between self-efficacy and parents aspiration with the interests student in advance studies also had significant correlation. In this study it was also revealed that the contribution of the influence of self-efficacy and parents aspiration to the interests student in advance studies (to college) was 33.9%.

This research is motivated by the low learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuk Basung, this is forgotten because the use of smartphones in students is not good. This study aims to describe the use of smartphones in class VIII students, describe student achievement in class VIII, and see the relationship between smartphone use and student achievement in class VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuk Basung. This type of research is quantitative with correlational descriptive technique. The population was all class VIII students and the sample was taken using a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product moment correlation. The results showed that: the use of smartphones in students was classified as poor, student learning achievement was low, and there was a significant relationship between smartphone use and student achievement in class VIII. Furthermore, it is recommended for schools to apply strict rules regarding the use of smartphones in students so that they can affect student achievement. Hope for educators and parents to be able to monitor the use of smartphones on students to avoid negative things and decrease student achievement. For further researchers to see other variables related to student achievement.

This research aims to determine the Influence of Brand and Country of Originto Consumer Attitude when Choosing Handphone Product at Erafone Medan Fair. Population in this research is 4210 persons. and sample is 98 persons. Sampling technique that use in this research is random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before we do the regression, first we need to test is the relationship between variables using classical assumption test. Then t test for parcial test and F test for simultaneous test, to know whether there is influence of brand to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, influence of country of origin to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, and influence of brand and country of origin simultaneous to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product. Based on research that conducted, found that brand and country of origin have positive effect to consumer attitude when choosing handphone product. Keywords: Brand, Country of Origin, Consumer Attitude

The aim that will be achieved in this research is to investigate the influence of teachers' social support to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. The research method used is quantitative, with a simple linear regression data analysis technique. The number of respondents involved in this study was as much as 35 students, and the sampling techniques used were random sampling. The results showed that the teacher's social support contributed positively and significantly to the motivation of the achievement of class XI students the language department in SMA Negeri 5 Kupang City. (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). While the contributions of effective teachers ' social support variables the teachers to the motivation of achievement of 58.8%, and the remaining 41.2% are influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of this research proved that the increasing teachers' social support, the increase also the motivation of achievement of students.

This study aims to determine the effect of workability and workload on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta. This research method uses survey techniques with quantitative and correlational approaches with a sampling technique of 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and data analysis techniques to use multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the ability of workers to the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong and significant effect, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability. Workload variable on the effectiveness of employee work in the East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, moderate and significant influence, this means that the effectiveness of employee work is determined by the workload. Variable workability and workload together on employee work effectiveness in East Cempaka Putih Village, Central Jakarta has a positive, strong, and significant influence. This means that together the effectiveness of employee work is determined by workability and workload.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the halal label on purchasing decisions for students of the Jagad 'Alimussirry Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 47 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the halal label variable had a significant effect on the purchasing decision for Wardah cosmetics with a significant value of 0.000. The contribution of the independent variable, namely the halal label, affects the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision by 39.3%. While the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business experience and mentoring on the income of farmers participating in the Lumbung Desa-Sinergi Foundation program in Cibaeud Village, Cigalontang District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The sampling technique is saturated sampling twith 68 respondents. Linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results show that productive zakat and business experience have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income, while the assistance has a positive but not significant effect.

The Impact

The aim of this research is to study the impact of tourism development to socio-culture and economy of community in Panusupan village, Rembang, Purbalingga. The research, which was conducted in the end of 2016, uses descriptive quantitative method. Sampling technique used is random sampling technique. Survey was conducted to 100 respondents. The data are analyzied by using simple linear regression The result of this research shows that partially tourism development gives impact 31.5% to socio culture, 45.6% to socio economy whereas the impact of socio culture to socio economy is 32.0% .
