Informatics Engineering of Palangka Raya University have an organization that called Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Informatika (HMTI). Problems that are often encountered in a set one of them is in taking the best choice for candidates for core management and membership in each new management period. Another obstacle faced is in making decisions not using methods that can handle these problems with many criteria. The number of considerations certainly has the hope of obtaining good human resources for the set, it's just that sometimes it becomes a difficulty for the old management to take the best choice for the right successor candidate and in accordance with the position and division in the set so that a container is needed to bridge these activities so that they can run well and effectively. The methodology used in the development is by simple additive weighting method and Waterfall According to Sommerville. simple additive weighting method has 4 steps that is determine the criteria, determine the suitability assessment, make a decision matrix based on criteria (Ci) then normalize the matrix, then summarize the multiplication of the R atomized matrix with the increase vector, get the large value chosen as the best (Ai) as a solution.From the test results it can be concluded that the decision support system website for the selection of core managers and new members using the simple additive weighting method at the Collection Informatics Engineering Students of Palangka Raya University is going well

Clustering is an algorithm in a decision support system that functions to organize an object into groups of data. In the clustering process, of course, a cluster centre is needed by the desired data group. However, the clustering process has a problem. Related research states that the results of k-means clustering can influence the selection of cluster centre points. Random selection of cluster centre points can result in different clustering results in the same data group. Not only on k-means, but k-medoids also have the same problem. So that to produce a good cluster, you must start by choosing the right cluster centre. To solve this problem, the Simple Additive Weighting method is used to select the centre point of the cluster. Simple Additive Weighting selects the centre point of the cluster by adding and summarizing the dataset. The summation is done by giving weight to each criterion and each criterion has its alternative value. From this weighted addition, the final value will be obtained. From the sum of SAW, then one of the objects with the highest and lowest values ​​can be taken to serve as the centre of the cluster.

Abstrak: Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan LPS Komputer   Air Joman berdiri sejak tahun 2010 dibawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan. Ditinjau dari sisi letaknya yang berada diantara Kota Kisaran dengan Kota Masya Tanjung Balai maka LPP LPS Komputer Air Joman harus bekerja lebih keras untuk dapat  menarik minat konsumen  untuk belajar di lembaga tersebut. Untuk itu perlu   pemilihan media promosi yang tepat. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode SAW dalam menentukan media promosi terbaik bagi LPP LPS Komputer Air Joman. Tujuannya adalah mengimplementasikan media SAW dalam menentukan media promosi yang tepat bagi LPP LPS Komputer Air Joman. Pemilihan media  promosi dilakukan dengan metode Simple Additive Weithing (SAW). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah: menentukan  nilai kriteria masing-masing alternativ , menentukan bobot , melakukan normalisasi matrik dan   melakukan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan ke skala yang dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternative. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah bauran promosi dengan alternative Promosi Penjualan sebagai media yang terbaik dengan nilai 1,75. Kata Kunci : Metode SAW, Promosi,  Media Promosi, Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, LPS   Abstract: Education and Training Institute LPS Computer Air Joman established since 2010 under the auspices of the Asahan District Educational Office.  It is Located between Kisaran City and Kota Madya Tanjung Balai then LPP LPS Computer Air Joman must work harder to be able to attract consumers to study at the institution. For that we need the right promotion media to be informs that institusion.  The formulation problem in this research is how to implement SAW method in determining the best promotion media for LPP LPS Computer Air Joman. The goal is to implement SAW media in determining the right media promotion for LPP LPS Computer Air Joman. The selection of promotion media is done by Simple Additive Weithing (SAW) method. The steps taken are: determine the criteria value of each alternative, determine the weight, normalize the matrix and perform the process of normalizing the decision matrix to the scale compared with all the alternative rating. Freight forwarding services are increasingly developing and each delivery service provider competes to provide the best service, resulting in competition in terms of price and delivery time, in order to attract the attention of users of shipping services. The number of service providers with various types of packages offered by freight forwarding services, making users difficult in determining the right service provider. One way to overcome this problem is by the existence of a method that can provide recommendations as consideration for making appropriate decisions. This study aims to create a decision support system for the selection of goods delivery services by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method that can solve problems by comparing between shipping services. The results of this study are in the form of conclusion calculations that can be taken into consideration for decision making in choosing the most widely chosen freight forwarding services for students and getting the best results in decision making. The results of calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting method, the highest value based on time criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.73, based on price criteria is a vehicle with a value of 0.68, based on the weight criteria is JNE YES with a value of 0.75, while based on the volume criteria the highest value is a vehicle with a value of 0.70 .

Selection of suppliers for the company or the industry needs to be done to get the supplier truly able to meet the company's needs consistently. In this study, will be appointed a case of finding the best alternative based on the criteria that have been determined using the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW). This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative is intended to determine the best supplier based on specified criteria. Based on test results, the application of the system to be implemented to help the work of doing the selection of purchasing parts supplier, can speed up the process of selecting suppliers, and can facilitate the purchasing section chief part in determining the proper supplier selection, proper and appropriate

Banks are institutions and institutions that are organizations and institutions in Indonesia and have an important role in the sustainability of the Indonesian economy. Bank Mandiri is one of the banks that provides micro business credit facilities to the business world. The higher the public's interest in getting micro business credit, the banks need software to help determine who is entitled to credit. In order to produce a proper feasibility analysis, a method of decision-making in overcoming these problems is needed so that determining who is entitled to receive credit is not too long and efficient in reducing credit risk. Problems arise in the decision-making process for granting micro-business loans, namely the inaccuracy of micro-business credit recipients. The above problems can be resolved by building a Decision Support System which can assist decision makers in assessing and selecting micro business loans using variables: Income, Collateral, Loan Limit, Installments, Length of Business, Number of Dependents. The system built by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method is known as the method of adding weight. The Simple Additive Weighting method requires a decision matrix normalization process  to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. This will be a reference in ranking and consider the advantages and disadvantages of applying for a credit loan in order to find the desired candidate. From the test results using 10 data samples, it was obtained that the first rank was received credit on behalf of A5 with a value of 9.33, and the last rank was on behalf of A6 with a value of 6.4. and very helpful in solving problems faced by Bank Mandiri Pematangsiantar.

Abstract Village officials who carry out most of the tasks of village heads carried out by village officials are those who assist the Village Head in implementing good governance with village officials who are able to work closely with the village head to advance good human resources. Village officials are important in the village in serving the community. Currently, in Tapian Nauli village, the selection of candidates for the village apparatus is still manual so that services to the community will be hampered. Until now there has not been an effective selection of candidates for village officials for the selection of candidates for the village apparatus Tapian Nauli. Buts Nauli. This system was built using the Additive weighting method so that a simple program that can be done more effectively. Additive weighting simple method one of the methods used in the decision support system with the calculation process by finding the weight value or suitability assessment for each attribute.

This paper reviews recent works on the application of nanofibers and nanoparticle reinforcements to enhance the interlaminar fracture toughness, to reduce the impact induced damage and to improve the compression after impact performance of fiber reinforced composites with brittle thermosetting resins. The nanofibers have been mainly used as mats embedded between plies of laminated composites, whereas the nanoparticles have been used in 0D, 1D, 2D, and 3D dimensional patterns to reinforce the matrix and consequently the composite. The reinforcement mechanisms are presented, and a comparison is done between the different papers in the literature. This review shows that in order to have an efficient reinforcement effect, careful consideration is required in the manufacturing, materials selection and reinforcement content and percentage. The selection of the right parameters can provide a tough and impact resistant composite with cost effective reinforcements.

Zakat in Islam is a cleansing of wealth by setting aside some of it and then being distributed to mustahik. Zakat management becomes important thing to do in Indonesia because the majority of population in Indonesia is Muslim. One of zakat management institutions in Indonesia is Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Semarang. Zakat distribution from muzaki to mustahik in BAZNAS Semarang is distributed by utilization program, such as the Semarang Cerdas programs that focus on the distribution of funds in the field of education. One of Semarang Cerdas program provides educational assistance for orphans, du'afa and disadvantaged students that aim to alleviate the cost of education. The problem encountered is that the election of mustahik is still being done manually. This method often leads to miscalculations that result in less accurate of mustahik election. There are five criterias in determining mustahik; the status of children, family income, family responsibilities, house index, and ownership of property. The use of simple additive weighting method was chosen because this method is able to select the best alternative by calculating and considering the weight value of each criterion, and then proceed to determine the process of ranking the mustahik based on the amount of available fund. The test results showed that the accuracy of the new system with the old system of BAZNAS Semarang is 81%, so it could be concluded that this zakat recipient decission support system is able to process the mustahik election quickly and efficiently.

For the last few months, COVID-19 has had a significant effect on clinical laboratory. This formalized with existing issues and difficulties for the laboratory evaluation of infections owing to extreme acute coronaviral syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The selection of the relevant respiratory tract specimen from the appropriate anatomical position is key to a timely and correct molecular diagnosis of COVID-19 at the right time in the pre-analytical process. Suitable steps are needed to safeguard laboratory personnel in order to provide accurate test results. The article is aimed at reviewing the literature related to the diagnosis and treatment therapy adapted to compete for novel coronavirus. The study is followed by reviewing 40-45 articles to critically evaluate and extract the possible therapies adapted in the different regions of the world. Serology, radiotherapy, antigen-detection test, point-of-care molecular diagnostics and other radiotherapeutic approaches are found to be efficient and used in several regions of the world.

The principal is a teacher who is given an additional assignment to be a leader in a school, the task of the principal can regulate, control and empower the community in the surrounding area, selection of outstanding school principals, so far both the school and Kuantan Singingi District Education Office determine the outstanding headmaster does not have an application that can simplify the work in calculating the weight value to determine the principals who are pretending, the assessment carried out so far is only manual, the application of the SAW method is used to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives - each participant will be ranked from highest to lowest. The results obtained from this study are that the system built can facilitate selection, so the selection process becomes more effective, efficient and transparent.
