Analysis of perceptions of needs in developing children's comic media with the theme of preventing Covid-19 has a research objective to determine the needs of teachers in the development of children's comics. The research method used is quantitative methods, with the research instrument using google form as a research data collection tool, the results of research on the use of comic media in learning in elementary schools were the highest with the criteria of 55.2%, and in the category of never using comic media as many as 31 %, The second indicator of comic media is beneficial in learning, it is still very lacking in use with a score of 43.7%, criteria sometimes, and the criteria of never using comic media learning media is 28.7%. The fourth indicator of habituation in reading comics in schools is the highest with the criteria, sometimes getting a score of 48.3% and the criteria of never giving refraction in reading comics at school is 34.5%. The fifth indicator of the delivery of the coronavirus in learning was the highest with a score of 36.8% on the criteria often and on the criteria of never conveying about the coronavirus in learning getting a score of 11.5%. The delivery indicator is more effective with comic media with the criteria, sometimes with a score of 55.8%, so the conclusion is that the development of children's comics is very much needed.

This study aims to determine the effect of library services on elementary school students 'reading interest and how its significance. This research method uses quantitative methods with the "product moment" correlation type. The population in this study were all students of SDN Teja Barat 1 Pamekasan which are 197 students totally. The sample in this study was 60 students taken by random sampling. The size of sample is 60 students. Data collection was collected by questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of research data used "product moment" correlation analysis, which library services as the independent variable and elementary school students' reading interest as the dependent variable.The results of the study showed that: (1) There is an effect of library services on students' reading interest. It showed from the results of data analysis, that the value of "r" count 0.640 is greater than "r" table of product moment, weather in the 5% confidence interval = 0.254 or 1% = 0.330. (2) The library services influences the students' reading interest a significance contribution, that is 40.96% and the remaining 59.04% was influenced by other factors. So the increase of library services, also increasing the students' reading interest.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada ungkapan hikmah di sekolah dasar se-karesidenan Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang terdapat pada ungkapan hikmah di sekolah dasar se-karesidenan Surakarta. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu ungkapan hikmah yang ditempatkan di sekolah dasar se-karesidenan Surakarta. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada ungkapan hikmah yang ditempatkan di sekolah dasar se-karesidenan Surakarta meliputi religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Ungkapan hikmah yang ada sangat relevan ditempatkan di sekolah dasar. Hal ini bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kemampuan akademik dan akhlak karimah.Kata Kunci: ungkapan hikmah, nilai karakter, sekolah dasarCHARACTER EDUCATION VALUE IN THE EXPRESSION OF HIKMAH IN THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE RESIDENCY OF SURAKARTA Abstract:This research aims to describe the values of character education in the expression of hikmah (wisdom) in elementary schools in the residency of Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research in the form of words, phrases and sentences contained in the expression of hikmah in elementary schools in the residency of Surakarta. The source of the data in this research is the expression of hikmah placed in elementary schools in the residency of Surakarta. Research data collection used documentation techniques. Analysis of research data used content analysis. The results of the research showed the values of character education in the expression of hikmah placed in elementary schools in the residency of Surakarta include religious, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading, caring for the environment, caring socially, and being responsible. The expressions of hikmah are very relevant placed in elementary schools. This study aims to determine the empirical condition of the implementation of work procedures for PAI supervisors of primary schools in Sarolangun District. The specific target to be achieved is: 1). Knowing the implementation of the PAI supervisory work procedures for elementary schools in Sarolangun District. 2). Knowing the constraints and solutions for implementing work procedures for PAI supervisors for primary schools in Sarolangun District. Knowing the constraints and solutions for implementing work procedures for PAI supervisors for primary schools in Sarolangun District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, in which the researcher describes the findings of the research in a narrative and what it is. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. To check the validity of the data, the author makes persistence observation, triangulation, member check, audit trail. And to analyze the data, the authors conduct data review and reduction, data unitization, data categorization, and data interpretation. The results of the study show that: 1. The implementation of the work procedures of elementary school PAI supervisors in Sarolangun district is as follows: a. Get a letter of assignment. b. Visiting the location and conducting coaching. c. Make work reports and submit them to superiors. 2. Constraints and solutions for implementing PAI supervisory work procedures for primary schools in Sarolangun District are as follows: a. Lack of personnel. The solution is by utilizing the MGMP moment b. The distance to some schools is quite far. The solution is to visit the nearest school. c. Access to several schools is quite difficult. The solution is to visit schools that are easily accessible.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of science comics media on the predicting skills of fifth grade students at Simogirang 1 Prambon Elementary School. Predictive skills have indicators suggesting what might happen. The research method used is experimental quantitative. This type of research is a one-group retest posttest with written test instruments and treatment, namely science comics media which includes material on the nature and form of objects in theme 7. The written test is obtained from students' answers which refer to the material properties and forms of objects with a total of 7 items, The first step is a written pretest, the second is a treatment, and the last is a posttest. The results of the research data from the results of the t-test known that the value of sig(-2 failed) was 0.000˂0.05. That is, the science comic media can be said to have a big influence on the predicting skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Simogirang 1 Prambon. This is indicated by the Eta Squared test of 95% and the remaining 5% is influenced by variables not examined.

Government certainty related to curriculum development from KTSP to Curriculum 2013 raises a new challenge for teachers. Implementation Curriculum 2013 in elementary schools still faced significant problems where based on the focus group discussion results with elementary school teachers in the Kuningan area of West Java, it was known that teachers still had difficulty implementing thematic-integrative with connecting the material with other material. Purpose of this study is 1) describes the problems faced by elementary school teachers for the standard of graduate competence in the implementation of the  Curriculum 2013 in elementary schools, 2) describes the factors that cause problems standard of graduate competence in the implementation of  Curriculum 2013in elementary schools. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The research design used descriptive steps of a case study. The research subjects were teachers and students in elementary school at SDN 1 Manis Lor, Jalaksana District, SDN 1 Purwawinangun, Kuningan District and SDN Dukuhdalem, Japara District, Kuningan Regency. Data collection techniques are used using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used refers to the analysis of qualitative research data.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The purpose of this research is to find out how parents were coaching activities in Raudatul Atfal (RA). Darul Muttaqien and RA. Ibn Sina. The research method used in this study is qualitative field research—data collection tool through observation, interviews and documentation. The Parenting Meeting (KPO) coaching module has been tested for validity through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with four experts: religious experts, linguists, psychologists and education experts. The results of this study are coaching parents in RA. Darul Muttaqien Parung has not been systematically planning on an activity program sheet. 80% of parents state that the child's development at home is the same as the school. While fostering parents in RA. Ibnu Sina Pamijahan has been going well, planned and systematic; 50% of parents statements is that the development of morals at home is not the same as the school.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana orang tua pembinaan kegiatan di Raudatul Atfal (RA). Darul Muttaqien dan RA. Ibnu Sina. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian lapangan kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. The Parenting Meeting (KPO) modul pembinaan telah diuji untuk validitas melalui Focus Group diskusi (FGD) dengan 4 ahli: ahli agama, linguis, psikolog dan ahli pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembinaan orang tua di RA. Darul Muttaqien Parung belum direncanakan secara sistematis pada lembar program kegiatan. 80% orang tua menyatakan bahwa perkembangan anak di rumah sama dengan sekolah. Sementara, membina orang tua di RA. Ibnu Sina Pamijahan telah berjalan dengan baik, terencana dan sistematis, 50% dari pernyataan orang tua adalah bahwa perkembangan moral di rumah tidak sama dengan sekolah</p>

The Impact

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

This research was conducted to analyze the accounting policy for excise tape inventory which is implemented in the KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Kediri. The research method used is through a qualitative approach. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out which included literature studies and field studies related to the supply of excise stamps for the 2019. The results of the study can be concluded that KPPBC TMC Kediri has recognized and recorded excise inventory accounting by applying accrual basis and as a whole is in accordance with the regulations of government accounting standards, but there is an acknowledgment of inventory excise stamps in KPPBC TMC Kediri which is not yet in accordance with PMK Number 224/PMK.05/2016. Furthermore, KPPBC TMC Kediri has implemented the SAKTI application to support its accounting business processes. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kebijakan akuntansi persediaan pita cukai yang diimplementasikan di KPPBC Tipe Madya Cukai Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mendukung penelitian tersebut, dilakukan metode pengumpulan data yang mencakup studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan terkait persediaan pita cukai TA 2019. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa KPPBC TMC Kediri telah melakukan pengakuan dan pencatatan akuntansi persediaan  cukai dengan penerapan basis akrual dan secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan peraturan standar akuntansi pemerintahan, namun terdapat salah satu pengakuan persediaan pita cukai di KPPBC TMC Kediri yang belum sesuai dengan PMK Nomor 224/PMK.05/2016. Selanjutnya,  KPPBC TMC Kediri telah mengimplementasikan aplikasi SAKTI untuk menunjang proses bisnis akuntansinya.

Value education is a conscious and planned effort to help students recognize the values that must be used as a guide in behaving and behaving in everyday life. The purpose of this research was to determine the value education strategy as forming the personality of students in schools, especially at the elementary school level. SDN Nagreg 04 is one of the elementary schools that instill value education as a way of shaping the personality of students so that they become personal benefits for others. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on research results show that the value education strategy as forming the personality of students in schools can be started from the curriculum and tools such as syllabus and lesson plans, plan various programs that can support the process of value education to students, integrated with teaching and learning activities, and through collaboration between schools, parents, and society.
