<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p align="center"> </p><p>Pengembangan Tindak Tutur Ilokusi dalam Aktivitas Pembelajaran Dosen Pengampu Pelaksana Mata Kuliah Universitas (PAMU) Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta merupakan penelitian kebahasaan yang dilakukan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tindak tutur (<em>speech act</em>) yang ada pada penyampaian materi yang disampaikan oleh Dosen Pengampu Pelaksana Mata Kuliah Universitas (PAMU) Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta, yang tergolong sebagai dosen baru atau pemula (tahun pertama). <em>Roadmap</em> penelitian ini berlangsung selama 1 tahun dengan perluasan cakupan wilayah objek penelitian bila dilanjutkan dalam  3 tahun ke depan. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis isi dari pendekatan kualitatif dari data berupa tindak tutur asertif, direktif, ekspresif, komisif, dan deklaratif dalam penuturan dosen pemula pada aktivitas pembelajaran di Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta yang menjadi sumber penelitian sehingga dikatakan temuan penelitian ini adalah tindak tutur ilokusi pada dosen pemula pengampu Pelaksana Mata Kuliah Umum (PAMU). Hasil luaran dari penelitian ini diharapakan berupa jurnal publikasi dan buku sebagai pengantar tentang tindak tutur yang digunakan dalam aktivitas pembelajaran bagi dosen pemula (tahun pertama) mengajar di Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta<strong>.</strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: tindak tutur, dosen, pembelajaran, bahasa</strong></p><p align="center"><em>ABSTRACT</em><em></em></p><p><em>The Development of the Illocusion Speech Act in Learning Activities of the  Lecturers who teach the General Subjects at PAMU Esa Unggul University Jakarta” is a language research which is done by the bahasa Indonesia and English lecturers. This research is focused on speech act which is used to share the materials by the lecturers from PAMU (Pengampu Pelaksana Mata Kuliah Universitas) Universitas Esa Unggul Jakarta. It is focused on the new lecturers or beginner lecturers (1st year). The Roadmap research is for 1 year which is included to the object research that can be continued for next three years.  This research is the content analysis to the qualitative method from collecting data such as the assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, declarative speech acts related to the lecturers speech in the learning activities from Esa Unggul University so the research will find the research in illocution speech act from the beginner lecturers of PAMU.Hopely, the output of this research will be in a publication journal and reference book about the speech act in the learning activities for the beginner lecturers (first year) at Esa Unggul University Jakarta.  </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: speech act, lecturers, learning process, language</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p>

The directive speech act in learning is speech act concerned on the conversation context. Conversation context aimed includes with whom, to whom, what, and how the speech delivered, therefore it mush be concerned by teacher and student in learning process. This research is conducted to describe directive speech act and between teacher with student and student with student in Indonesian learning at Surakarta Citizens' High Schools. The purpose of this research is to know the directive speech act in Indonesian learning process. The method conducted of this research is qualitative descriptive. The object of this research includes speech between teacher with student and student with student involved in Indonesian learning process. The data collecting technique of this research is conducted by: observation, recording, and note. The data analysis of this research is describing the recording value, data reduction, data interpretation, and summarising. Based on research value at Surakarta Citizens' High Schools, shows that directive speech act conducted by the teacher with student more dominant is done by teacher. It happens because the teacher as good figure of speaking and polite in speech.   Keywords: directive speech act, Indonesian  learning   Abstrak Tindak tutur direktif dalam pembelajaran merupakan tindak berbahasa yang memperhatikan konteks pembicaraan. Konteks pembicaraan yang dimaksud berkaitan dengan siapa, kepada siapa, apa, dan bagaimana tuturan itu disampaikan oleh karena itu, menjadi perhatian untuk guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur direktif antara guru dengan siswa dan siswa dengan siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Warga Surakarta. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tindak tutur direktif dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dekriptif kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini mencakup tuturan antara guru dengan siswa dan siswa dengan siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara: pengamatan, perekaman, pencatatan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil rekaman, reduksi data, interpretasi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMA Warga Surakarta menunjukan bahwa, penggunaan tindak tutur direktif yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa lebih dominan adalah guru. Hal ini terjadi karena guru sebagai contoh yang baik dalam bertutur dan santun dalam berbahasa.   Kata kunci: tindak tutur direktif, pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia

The aims of this article are to observe sentences which accommodate types of respond towards criticizing and apologizing expressive speech act in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children novel, and the translation techniques used. This article employed descriptive qualitative method with content analysis and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Content analysis was used to collect the data in terms of respond types. In addition, FGD used to determine the translation techniques. The researcher applied purposive sampling to determine the source of data. Furthermore, the data were validated using source triangulation and methodological triangulation. The researcher limited the data into four main characters in the novel. The research finding shows that there are 18 types of response. They are assertive, directive, commissive, and expressive. In addition, there are 14 translation techniques used. The translation techniques used are established equivalent, variation, explicitation, modulation, pure borrowing, implicitation, reduction, linguistic amplification, transposition, generalization, addition, literal, discursive creation, and paraphrase.Keywords: expressive speech act, responses, translation techniquesTEKNIK PENERJEMAHAN PADA KALIMAT YANG MENGAKOMODASI RESPON TERHADAP TINDAK TUTUR EKSPRESIF MENGKRITIK DAN MEMINTA MAAFAbstrakTujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk meneliti kalimat yang mengakomodasi jenis – jenis respon terhadap tindak tutur mengkritik dan meminta maaf pada novel Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, dan teknik penerjemahan yang digunakan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik simak dan catat dan diskusi kelompok terpusat (FGD). Teknik simak dan catat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang berupa kalimat yang mengakomodasi jenis – jenis respon. Selanjutnya, diskusi kelompok terpusat digunakan untuk menentukan teknik penerjemahan apa saja yang digunakan. Peneliti menentukan sumber data penelitian menggunakan teknik cuplik. Kemudian, data penelitian divalidasi menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Peneliti membatasi data penelitian yang berasal dari empat tokoh utama dalam novel. Temuan penelitian ini antara lain, terdapat 18 jenis respon yaitu: asertif, direktif, komisif, dan ekspresif. Sedangkan, dalam hal teknik penerjemahan terdapat 14 teknik. Teknik penerjemahan tersebut antara lain: padanan lazim, variasi, eksplisitasi, modulasi, peminjaman murni, implisitasi, reduksi, amplifikasi linguistik, transposisi, generalisasi, adisi, literal, kreasi diskursif, dan parafrasa.Kata kunci: tindak tutur ekspresif, respon, teknik penerjemahan

Research entitled "Locus, Illocution, and Perlocution Speech Acts in Indonesian Language Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Nisam". This study aims to describe the locus, illocution, and percocutionary acts of speech in Indonesian language teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. This research approach is a qualitative approach. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The data of this study were in the form of speeches by Indonesian language teachers which took place at SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. The data sources of this study were Indonesian language teachers who taught in class X IPS 1, X IPS 2, X IPA I, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XII IPA 1, and XII IPS 3 in SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Data collection is done through the technique of recording, listening, and note taking. The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive notes. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian Language teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Nisam actively use several types of speech acts in the process of teaching and learning activities. The speech acts used by Indonesian language teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Nisam consist of three types, namely locution, illocution, and perlocution. First, the speech acts used by Teacher A contain locus and illocutionary speech acts. Second, the speech acts used by teacher B contain locus and illocutionary speech acts. Third, the speech acts used by teacher C contain acts of locution, illocution, and perlocution. Abstrak Penelitian yang berjudul “Tindak Tutur Lokusi, Ilokusi, dan Perlokusi  pada Guru Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi pada guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang berlangsung di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di  kelas X IPS 1, X IPS 2, X IPA I, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XII IPA 1, dan XII IPS 3 di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik rekam, simak, dan catat. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan catatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam secara aktif menggunakan beberapa jenis tindak tutur dalam proses kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Tindak tutur yang digunakan guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 1 Nisam terdiri atas tiga jenis yaitu lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Pertama, tindak tutur yang digunakan oleh guru A mengandung tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi. Kedua, tindak tutur yang digunakan guru B mengandung tindak tutur lokusi dan ilokusi. Ketiga, tindak tutur yang digunakan guru C mengandung tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Kata Kunci: Tindak Tutur, Lokusi, Ilokusi, Perlokusi

The purpose of this research to describe the form of speech acts Ilocution used by teachers in learning Indonesian in class VII Mentally Disabled SMPLB Dharma Wanita Persatuan Bengkulu Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data in this study are teachers who teach Indonesian in grade VII Mentally Disabled. The data in this research is speech acts used by teachers. Data collection techniques in this research with methods refer, record and record. The data analysis technique in this research is done by the steps: (1) Listening and recording the learning process, (2) transcribing the recording, (3) coding the data, (4) classifying the data, (5) analyzing the data and (6) Concluded. Test the validity of the data using a credibility test that is by increasing perseverance and discussion with peers. The results of this research found several types of speech acts are assertiveness include acts declaring with variations of information (45 speech), states notices (20 speeches), states examples (4 speeches) and states justification (29 speeches) Then also found acts recognize (3 utterances ), Acts of appointment (37 speeches), act of defending (12 speeches), acts mention (3 speeches), acts of argument (7 speech) and acts of greeting (7 speech). Further directive includes questioning (184 speeches), command (83) speech, permits (38 speeches), prohibits (5 speeches), advises (6 speeches), and requests (7 speeches). Then found expressive include the act of praising (1 speech), criticizing (31 speech), complaining (1 speech), insinuating (7 speech), blaming (15 speech), thanking (1 speech) and declarative covering decision (5 speech). The speech acts used by the teacher differ from the speech acts used by teachers in the public schools, there are many repetitions of the act. In the repetition of such acts there is the use of two languages namely the Indonesian language and Bengkulu language, the use of match words and the use of fishing techniques. This is done by teachers so that students who have intellectual barriers are able to understand well every intention of the speech acts delivered by the teacher.

This study was conducted aiming at examining: (1) the divergent principles of politeness in students’ directive speech act (2) factors affecting politeness and impoliteness in verbal and non-verbal directive speech act produced by students at grade X in Senior High School 1 Mataram in the learning process. The subject of this study are teachers teaching Bahasa Indonesia, English, Economy, History, Math, Religion, Civic, and Science, and all students at Grade X of Science 1, Science 3 and Social 2 in Senior High School 1 Mataram. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data source in this study is the number of utterances produced by students and teachers in the learning process. The data were collected through observation. This study revealed that: (1) there were divergent principles of politeness in participants’ directive speech act namely single and multiple divergent principles of politeness affected by speaker intentionally accused addressees, intentionally uttered by neglecting the context, was protective to other arguments, showed emotional feeling, given critiques in impolite words and mocked at other; and (2) there were factors affecting politeness and impoliteness in verbal and non-verbal directive speech act produced by students in learning process namely linguistic factor and non-linguistic factor.

This study was aimed at finding out Speech Acts Analysis on Teaching andLearning Process used by the Teacher in MAN 2 Mataram in Academic year 2016/2017. The method of this research is qualitative research The data of this research were the utterances performed by the Teachers of MAN 2 Mataram. The research instrument was the researcher himself. Participant is the subject from which the data obtained (Arikunto, 2010: 172)The Researcher’s participant actively classification speech act by the Teachers on teaching and learning process.T he instrument of data by using video camera and observation. To analyze the data Based on Louis (2005:181). This study used observation and video recording as an instrument of data collection, the researcher applied coding system. In this research, there are two validity principles applied by the researcher. The results of the research show that there are three classifications of speech act performed by the Teachers in the aching and learning process . The results of the research show that there are three classification of speech act performed by the Teachers in the aching and learning process. they are 4 data of locutionary act , 30 data of Illucotionary act, 7 data of Perlocutionary act . So the total of data were 41 data of speech act are used By the Teachers in MAN 2 Mataram.

The main mission of this project is to improve the professional skills of first year students and to measure their motivation, focus on self-learning and professionalism. For that, the professor uses The TED methodology as a great tool to develop these essential competences and introduces the student as the protagonist of the self- learning process. The TED tool was created to disseminate scientific results of great researchers. It has now become a system of scientific and social dissemination, used to improve formal and informal learning. Also, one of the skills that Spanish people need to work on is their communication skills and these kinds of projects are based on the effective communication competences and others that increase the motivation of students to self-learn and ask about newly acquired knowledge. This educational innovation project tries to use these tools to improve the professional and academic skills and reinforce the human dimension of students and the factor to motivate them to study and learn. It has been evaluated and with the advice of a mentor (subject teacher). The project has been evaluated using a quantitative and qualitative method and the conclusions are interesting because the students recommend it and indicates that their has been an improvement on skills, motivation, values and knowledge.

Purpose: In everyday life, humans when interacting with others often misunderstands and make apologies. Apologies in Japanese and English have different ways of delivering. Like the expression of apology "sumimasen" in Japanese and "Sorry" in English. This study uses a corpus-based approach to check the variation of apology strategies used in Japanese and English and then analyzed. This study aims to analyze and compare apologies in Japanese and English also study their contextual use.     Methodology: The method used in this study is a qualitative method with content analysis techniques consisting of the form of Japanese and English language apologies. Sources of research data are qualitative data sources from examples of Japanese and Bahasa sentences. Main Findings: it can be concluded that the expression of apology in Japanese and English is very diverse. Judging from the origin he said some phrases of apology in Japanese are more likely to be a misconception or misconduct (sumimasen, gomennasai, shitsureishimashita, mooshiwakearimasen, warui). Apologies in Japanese may vary depending on how severe the mistakes have been made and how well a person relates to the person who is the object of the error. Implications/Applications: The findings of this research can help individuals in communication and social interactions. Also, it provides an overview of apology in different settings and social situations.

This research deals with the types of illocutionary acts in Donald Trump’s Inaugural Speech. The research concerns with illocutionary act produced by Donald Trumps as a President of American. The aim of this research was to analyze the types of illocutionary speech act which was dominantly used in that speech. This research applied descriptive qualitative method and speech act theory by Yule. There were 63 utterances and the percentage of utterances were Representative 46%, Expressive 11%, Directive 16%, Commissive 12,7%, and Declarative 14,3%. The result showed that Donald Trump assert to the audience about the nation will be.It is found that Trump’s speech acts in his speech are intended as statement of fact and assertion. Disscussion of hopes implied in Trump’s speech acts. As seen on the table above, it can be seen that Trump hoped that his audiences would be persuaded to act

The research problems of this research is what are the types and functions of speech acts that appear in discussion activities on speaking learning of 3rd semester students of Polytechnic ATI Makassar. The methods in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the 3rd semester Politechnic ATI Makassar students in class discussion activities. The results of the study can be described as follows. There are several types of speech acts found. Based on the action objectives of the speaker's perspective, Locutionary act, Illocution act, and perlocutionary act are found. Locutionary speech acts include news, questions and orders. Illocutionary speech acts include assertive, directive, expressive, commissive and declarative illocution
