Research and development is intended to produce products such as reinforcement learning packages in PPKn character education that includes teaching materials, teacher guides, and guides students eligible to use and can improve the quality of learning in an effective, efficient, and attractive. This development model Dick Carey on systemic and procedural. The procedure researched the development of these activities includes nine steps. Product validation test conducted by three experts. The experts of the course content, instructional design experts, and expert instructional media. The field trials in SMK Negeri PP Sembawa with the subjects involved are X class learners majoring second-semester plantation some 33 people and a teacher PPKn subjects. The results showed that the learning package is very feasible to use and very effective. Data were obtained: (1) the results of expert validation of the course content to the percentage of teaching materials (89%), teacher guides (90%), and guide students (90%), (2) the results of expert validation of instructional design for the percentage teaching materials (92%), teacher guides (97%), and guide students (92%), (3) the results of expert validation media the percentage of teaching materials (99%), teacher guides (98%), and guide students (98% ), (4) the results of individual testing for the percentage of teaching materials (89%), guides the students (91%), (5) the small group trial percentage of teaching materials (96%), guides the students (97%), (6 ) the results of field trials the percentage of instructional materials (93%), guide students (95%), and teacher guidance (98%) and from the assessment of 33 students, the results were very effective, namely 100% of students reached the KKM with excellent attitudes and skills.

Purpose: This study aims to develop language teaching materials as a learning resource for fourth-grade students in elementary school. Methodology: The approach used in this study is library research that is operationalized by the development method. The procedure of development research according to Gall and Borg consists of ten steps, namely; (1) research and information collecting), (2) planning, (3) developing preliminary form of product), (4) preliminary field testing, (5) main product revision, (6) main field testing, (7) operational product revision, (8) operational field testing, (9) final product revision, (10) dissemination and implementation. Main Findings: The results showed that the instructional materials developed were suitable to be used as learning resources with the results of content expert validation 84.5%, media expert validation 77.2%, instructional design expert validation 83.2%. The results of trials one to one by learner 80.8%, 85.4% small group, and 85.8% field trial. Implications: Based on the results of the test it was concluded that the teaching materials developed were suitable to be used as learning resources. The products of this study can be used to apply the concept of resource-based learning and improve the quality of local subject learning in the Sasak Alus language in elementary school.

Traditionally, the development of computerbased instructional materials has relied on the use of programming languages and computer programmers. This has often made development prohibitively difficult, time-consuming and expensive. It has also meant that it has been difficult for enthusiastic subject experts to develop their own teaching materials. In order to address these problems a wide variety of authoring systems have been produced which allow the rapid development of instructional materials by reducing the amount of low-level coding necessary for their implementation. A problem which arises from this proliferation, however, is that subject experts find it hard to identify the best tool for a particular development task. This book has been written essentially with the aim of providing potential educational software authors with a brief background to instructional design, an overview of some currently available authoring systems, and a means by which an informed choice of authoring system can be made.DOI:10.1080/0968776950030120

The purpose of this research is to develop digital book and to examine the effect of this book on student’s achievement. This study uses a modified Borg & Gall (1983) design consists of needs analysis, planning and development of teaching materials, expert validation, revision, field trials to produce the final product, and dissemination of research. Research conducted on the university students in East Java who have taken accounting computer courses. Validation is done by a lecturer as a material expert and a lecturer as a learning media expert. After going through a series of validation experiments, a flip book that is packaged in a compact disk will be disseminated to students and lecturers. Expert validation results show that this flip book based digital book has met the criteria of "very feasible" to be used as a learning medium and used in computer accounting course study.

The purpose of this research is to produce English language teaching materials 1 through the implementation of poster presentation assisted vlog strategies for improving language skills and student learning outcomes at private Universities in Padang. This research uses research and development (RD) methods. The stages of development in this study using the development procedures of the Puslitjaknov team include; (1) needs analysis, (2) initial product development, (3) expert validation and revision, (4) small-scale field trials, (5) large-scale field trials. Data collection methods in this study are the observation sheets, questionnaires, expert validation sheets and evaluation (tests). The results of this development research are effective and applicable English 1 teaching materials used for non-English major students.

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is an English language learning that incorporates elements of learner specific needs and the context of the work environment. ESP for Madura Tourism Promotion has not been developed concretely for Tourism course in English Education Department STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Madura's growing tourism potential and attracting many domestic and foreign tourists need to be addressed carefully in the preparation of indigenous human resources in its management. This study aims to develop teaching materials specifically to prepare students of the English Education Department  STKIP Bangkalan PGRI to be able to equip themselves in communication and tourism management competencies with the language of instruction in English. Teaching materials produced through the needs assessment process involving many parties. In data collection related to communication competencies such as what is needed in the management and promotion of Madura's tourism. The R & D model used is systems approach model with ten sequences of stages available. In the material development stage, researchers also implemented expert validation by involving two expert lecturers in the related fields, namely curriculum and instructional materials development and tourism management. To obtain empirical validation, researchers conducted trials in the class so that learning design revisions were obtained if there were perceived less precise. The teaching materials will become appropriate and professional teaching materials and can be produced to improve the quality of  human recource in the tourism sector. Abstrak English for Specific Purposes (ESP) merupakan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang memasukkan unsur kebutuhan khusus pembelajar dan konteks lingkungan kerja. ESP untuk Promosi Pariwisata Madura belum dikembangkan secara konkret dalam mata kuliah English for Tourism di program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Potensi pariwisata Madura yang kian berkembang dan banyak menarik wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara perlu disikapi dengan cermat dalam persiapan SDM penduduk pribumi dalam pengelolaannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar yang khusus untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP PGRI Bangkalan untuk mampu membekali diri dalam kompetensi komunikasi dan manajemen pariwisata dengan bahasa pengantar bahasa Inggris.Materi ajar yang dihasilkan melalui proses needs assessment yang melibatkan banyak pihak dalam pengambilan data terkait dengan kompetensi komunikasi seperti apa yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan dan promosi pariwisat Madura. Model R&D yang digunakan adalah systems approach model dengan sepuluh runtutan tahapan yang ada. Dalam tahapan pengembangan materi, peneliti juga memberlakukan expert validation dengan melibatkan dua dosen ahli dalam bidang yang terkait, yaitu curriculum and instructional materials development dan tourism management.Untuk mendapatkan empirical validation, peneliti melakukan uji coba di kelas sehingga diperoleh revisi desain pembelajaran apabila dirasa ada yang kurang tepat. Materi ajar yang dihasilkan nantinya akan menjadi bahan ajar yang tepat dan profesional dan bisa diproduksi secara massal untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas SDM Madura dalam bidang pariwisata.

                                                  AbstractThis study aims to produce electronic teaching materials in macroeconomic theory courses. The methodology of this research is the development of a 4D model that includes defining, designing, developing, and disseminating completed through questionnaires and tests. To obtain data in the form of assessments from experts regarding the product being developed as well as responses from students on the use of the product. Data analysis used presentation techniques from experts and student responses and the results of tests conducted during field trials. The results showed that first, the electronic teaching materials on the Camtasia-based Macroeconomic Theory course developed with the 4D model can produce interesting and effective teaching materials, secondly, the instructional materials developed have a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes. From the results of this study, it is suggested that any course material development in the lecture process can develop Camtasia-based electronic teaching materials because they are easily accessed and developed with other products.Keywords: Camtasia-Based Electronic Teaching Materials, and Learning Outcomes.                                                     AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar elektronik pada mata kuliah teori makro ekonomi. Metodologi penelitian ini berupa pengembangan model 4D (4 Dimensi) yang mencakup pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate) yang dilengkapi melalui kuesioner dan tes. Dalam rangka memperoleh data berupa penilaian dari para ahli mengenai produk yang dikembangkan serta respon dari mahasiswa atas penggunaan produk tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan teknik presentase dari para ahli dan respon siswa serta hasil tes yang dilakukan pada saat uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, bahan ajar elektronik pada mata kuliah Teori Ekonomi Makro berbasis camtasia yang dikembangkan dengan model 4D tersebut dapat menghasilkan bahan ajar yang menarik dan efektif, kedua bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memiliki efek positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar setiap pengembangan bahan mata kuliah dalam proses perkuliahan dapat mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis elektronik berbasis camtasia karena mudah diakses dan dikembangkan dengan produk yang lain.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar Elektronik Berbasis Camtasia, dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Pemrograman Komputer Berbasis Matlab di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UMM. Pengembangan bahan ajar ini dilakukan melalui 4 tahap yang disebut 4-D yakni: Define, Design, Develop, and Disemination. Bahan ajar ini meliputi struktur urut, struktur percabangan dan struktur perulangan yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk beberapa program aplikasi matematika berbasis komputasi. Pada tahap validasi ahli diperoleh tingkat kevalidan rata-rata sebesar 4,13 yang berarti “valid”. Kemudian pada uji coba terbatas terhadap bahan ajar di 5 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UMM rata-rata mahasiswa memberikan respon sebesar 73,42% yang berarti “baik/praktis”. Sedangkan pada uji coba lapangan di 20 mahasiswa Tadris Matematika FITK IAIN Mataram, rata-rata mahasiswa memberikan respon 78,62% yang berarti “baik/praktis”.Abstract:  This research is a development to produce product in the form of teaching materials in Matlab Based Computer Programming Course in Mathematics Education Program of FKIP UMM. In the expert validation stage obtained the level of the average validity of 4.13, which means "valid". Then on a limited trial of teaching materials in 5 students of Mathematics Education Studies Program of FKIP UMM, the average student gives a response of 73.42% which means "good / practical". While on field trials in 20 students of Tadris Matematika FITK IAIN Mataram, the average student responded 78.62% which means "good / practical".

<p class="PRIMAJUDULArtikelEnglish">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang menun-jang pendidikan karakter siswa kelas V sekolah dasar yang layak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel &amp; Semmel yang telah dimodifikasi sehingga memuat tahapan <em>define, design, </em>dan<em> develop</em>. Produk yang dikembangkan adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari RPP, LKS, bahan ajar/buku siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dimulai dari tahap analisis awal-akhir, analisis peserta didik, analisis materi, analisis tugas, spesifikasi tujuan pembel-ajaran, pemilihan media, pemilihan format, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, uji coba lapangan, dan revisi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar validasi, lembar observasi karakter siswa, dan lembar observasi kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan RPP yang menunjang pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang menunjang pendidikan karakter pada materi pecahan. Hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan kategori cukup valid, praktis, dan efektif. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan perangkat yang dikembangkan dapat membentuk karakter jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. The product developed is a teaching kit that consists of lesson plans, worksheets, instructional materials/students books, and a learning outcome test. The development is started from the initial stage-end analysis, analysis of learners, content analysis, task analysis, specification of learning objectives, media selection, format selection, test validation by experts, limited testing, field trials and revision. The instruments used in this study consisted of a validation sheet, students’ character observation sheets, and observation sheets of teachers’ capabilities in teaching management to determine the feasibility of the RPP that supports character education. The research produces a teaching kit that supports character education on the material about fractions. The results of the validation of the developed kit show that the teaching kit is feasible to use and it is valid, practical, and effective. The teaching using the developed kit can form honesty, discipline, and responsibility. Based on the observations that have been done, the ​​developed mathematic teaching kit, according to the limited testing and field trials, shows the increase in the character of students in each meeting.</p> <strong>Keywords</strong>: development, learning kit, character education<br />

Students' ability in solving argumentation in mathematical induction and binomial theory is still lacking based on the results of the exam, so that evidence-based teaching materials are prepared. This study uses design research methods with the subject from 2nd semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program. This research is a development research consisting of 6 stages: Identification of needs, Planning, Initial product development, Initial product testing, Product revision, Field trials so as to produce teaching materials. The results of the lecturer and student validation show that the teaching materials are valid and feasible to use with an average score of 45 and 45,9333. While the test of the effectiveness of teaching materials used using the t-test obtained results that ttest> ttable, 5.83 > 2.11 which means there is an increase in the average value of students before and after using teaching materials. With the increase in value, it indicates that the instructional materials prepared are effectively used.

The designof research studies are exploratif with data sources in the form of documents such as books andexpert opinions about character education, civic education content standards in 2006 about SKand KD Civics SD. The instrument used to collect the data that is documentation. Based on theanalysis results of the study showed that (1) values corresponding characters integrated into theelementary civics subjects, namely: social Caring, intelligent, patriotic, democratic, disciplined,honest, hard work, reward achievement, caring environment, curiosity, national spirit,responsibility, and tolerance, (2) integration of the device into the character value ofelementary civics lesson is done by understanding the substance of SK and KD. Cognitively,the concept of what is in SK and KD. Understand the concept and expected behavior in SK andKD to be key in the development of indicators. Of these indicators will become a reference indeveloping evaluation tools and teaching materials. Of teaching materials will guide inchoosing learning methods.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalampembelajaran PKn di SD, secara khusus bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi nilai-nilaikarakter yang sesuai diintegrasikan kedalam mata pelajaran PKn SD (2) mengintegrasikan nilaikarakter ke dalam pembelajaran PKn SD. Rancangan penelitian tergolong penelitian exploratifdengan sumber data berupa dokumen yang berupa buku dan pendapat para ahli tentangpendidikan karakter, Standar isi PKn tahun 2006 tentang SK dan KD PKn SD. Instrumen yangdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkanhasil penelitian yaitu (1) Nilai-nilai karakter yang sesuai diintegrasikan ke dalam matapelajaran PKn SD, yaitu: Peduli sosial, cerdas, cinta tanah air, demokratis, disiplin, jujur, kerjakeras, menghargai prestasi, peduli lingkungan, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, tanggungjawab, dan toleransi; (2) Pengintegrasian nilai karakter kedalam perangkat pembelajaran PKnSD dilakukan dengan cara memahami substansi SK dan KD.Kata Kunci: pendidikan karakter, pendidikan kewarganegaraan di sekolah dasar
