The existence of industrial estates can also trigger population mobility, namely there are immigrants to areas around industrial estates. The presence of immigrants will influence a shift in social behavior in the level of solidarity between local residents and migrants who carry their values ​​and behavior with the local community. As a result, the weakening and diminishing of solidarity in terms of mutual cooperation is a result of the busyness and the large number of people who spend time at work. Busyness is what makes people pay less attention to the religious field as well. The method used by the writer in preparing this research is qualitative. Data collection using data collection techniques and tools as observation, interviews and documentation. Some data analysis techniques are data reduction, display data, and drawing conclusions. The existence of an industrial area in Lojikobong Village, Sumberjaya District, Majalengka Regency has implications for changes in the behavior of the surrounding community, namely in the behavior of mutual cooperation in the fields of environmental cleanliness, public interest and disaster management. Behavioral changes resulting from the establishment of industrial estates are in the economic life they get. It can be seen from the people's lifestyle which is shown in consumptive behavior, because the entry of industry automatically opens job opportunities for the surrounding community. Then factory workers in addition to getting a basic salary, also get income from overtime work and other profitable factory policies. Changes in behavior in the religious field prior to the presence of industrial estates such as routine recitation, yasinan and congregational prayer. Public enthusiasm for participating in the series of religious activities seems high. Abstrak Keberadaan kawasan industri juga dapat memicu terjadinya mobilitas penduduk yaitu terdapat penduduk pendatang ke daerah sekitar kawasan industri. Keberadaan penduduk pendatang akan berpengaruh terhadap pergeseran perilaku sosial dalam tingkat solidaritas antara penduduk lokal dan penduduk pendatang yang membawa tata nilai dan perilakunya dengan masyarakat setempat. Akibatnya melemah dan melunturnya solidaritas dalam hal bergotong royong diakibatkan dari kesibukan dan banyaknya masyarakat yang menghabiskan waktu di tempat kerja. Kesibukan itulah yang membuat masyarakat menjadi kurang perhatian terhadap bidang keagamaan juga. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik dan alat pengumpulan data sebagai yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Beberapa tekhnik analisis data yaitu data reduksi, data display, penarikan kesimpulan. Keberadaan kawasan industri di Desa Lojikobong Kecamatan Sumberjaya Kabupaten Majalengka berimplikasi pada perubahan perilaku masyarakat disekitarnya yaitu dalam perilaku bergotong royong pada bidang kebersihan lingkungan, kepentingan umum dan penanganan musibah. Perubahan-perubahan perilaku akibat berdirinya kawasan industri adalah dalam kehidupan enonomi yang mereka peroleh. Nampak dari gaya hidup masyarakat yang ditunjukkan pada perilaku konsumtif, karena telah masuknya industri otomatis terbukanya peluang kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Kemudian pekerja pabrik selain mendapatkan gaji pokok, mendapatkan juga penghasilan dari kerja lembur serta kebijakan-kebijakan lain dari pabrik yang menguntungkan. Perubahan perilaku dalam bidang keagamaan sebelum hadirnya kawasan industri seperti pengajian rutin, yasinan dan sholat berjamaah. Antusias masyarakat untuk mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan keagamaan tersebut nampak tinggi.

This study aims to discuss the teacher's strategy in the character building of environmental care for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri (MIN: State Islamic Elementary School) 2 Lombok Tengah. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings of the study include: (1) the teachers have used a very good strategy in building character for students to environmental care. The intended teacher strategies include, such as setting class assignments (picket schedule), sticking/putting up posters about cleanliness/keep clean, adding to the means of garbage disposal. The strategies that have been implemented by the teacher can make students maintain a good school/classroom environment. (2) The concern of the teachers in shaping the character of students caring for the environment in MIN 2 Lombok Tengah is seen in the form of approaching and advising students, as well as being involved in mutual cooperation activities (gotong-royong). Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi guru dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi siswa di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil temuan penelitian antara lain: (1) para guru telah menggunakan startegi yang sangat baik dalam membangun karakter bagi siswa untuk peduli lingkungan. Strategi guru yang dimaksud antara lain, seperti: penetapan jadwal piket kelas, menempelkan gambar tentang kebersihan, menambah sarana pembuangan sampah. Strategi-strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh guru dapat menjadikan siswa menjaga lingkungan sekolah/kelas dengan baik.  (2) Kepedulian para guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah terlihat dalam bentuk mendekati, dan menasehati siswa, serta terlibat dalam kegiatan gotong royong.

This study aims to 1) determine the multicultural values planting model in Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School. 2) knowing the implementation of multicultural values found in Daar El Qolam Islamic Boarding School. 3) knowing the impact of planting and implementing multicultural values on the personality of students in the El Qolam Daar Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. While the sources of research are leaders, Islamic boarding schools, head of care, head of worship, principals, teachers / teachers and students. Data collection techniques are done through interviews and observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data inference. The findings in this study are the values of multicultural education found in Islamic Boarding Schools da el-Qolam are exemplary methods and methods of habituation. The impact of the cultivation of multicultural education is the growth of mutual tolerance, respect and acceptance of others, mutual cooperation is not hostile and not mutual there are conflicts due to differences in culture, ethnicity, language, customs. Hopefully this research is useful for Daar el-Qolam Islamic boarding school in particular and also beneficial for other educational institutions so that multicultural education can be implemented properly and correctly.

This study aims to determine the impact or effect of the Lombok 2018 earthquake on the socio-economic life of the community in Kekait Village, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency and find out the efforts made by the community in Kekait Village, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency to rise from adversity due to the Lombok earthquake 2018 that happened. This study included research using a qualitative descriptive approach with a double embedded case study strategy. Data is taken from primary and secondary data. While the data sources in this study are informants or informants, events and activities as well as documents and archives. Test data validity is done by using data or source triangulation techniques and method triangulation. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis techniques with stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that the impact of the earthquake on the Kekait Village community has had a tremendous impact on their lives. The August 5 2018 earthquake has a serious impact, especially the economic paralysis which results in every citizen living in an "invalid capital" situation or living without income at all, which applies to at least three community groups including entrepreneurship, farmers, and laborers. While other impacts of social activities such as social gathering, mutual cooperation, tahlilan and ruwahan in the research area had been halted after the earthquake because there was no room to carry out these activities. Social activities will begin to be implemented again after the reconstruction process is complete. There are three strategies that are carried out by the kepuh community. The link in the effort to rise from the economic downturn includes: First, psychological efforts. Second, religious efforts. Third economic effort

AbstractThe purpose of this study is:  (1) to find understanding to build values solidarity between immigrant community with local community in strengthen national integration at community in Rumak Village Kediri District West Lombok Regency  (2) to find understanding supplementary and inhibition factor to build values solidarity between immigrant community with local community in strengthen national integration at community in Rumak Village Kediri District West Lombok Regency.The method of research use kualitatif approach with description method. Meanwhile  the technique in collecting the data is in-depth interview, obervation, and documentation. Furthermore data analysis conducted completely during data collection in very focus of activities and every finishing data collection. The result of research such as: (1) to build values solidarity between immigrant community with local community in strengthen national integration at community in Rumak Village Kediri District West Lombok Regency, such as:  mutual cooperation, repeated recitation of the confession of faith, belangar, betalet or betuqa, pilgrimage, and bicycle sport (2) to find understanding supplementary and inhibition factor to build values solidarity between immigrant community with local community in strengthen national integration at community in Rumak Village Kediri District West Lombok Regency, such as: communication and good social relation between immigrant community with local community. Inhibition factor to build values solidarity in strengthen national integration are community to have pragmatics life style, hedonism and materialisticly. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui (1) upaya untuk membangun nilai-nilai solidaritas antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat lokal dalam memperkuat integrasi nasional pada masyarakat di Desa Rumak Kecamatan Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat (2) faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam memperkuat integrasi nasional pada masyarakat di Desa Rumak Kecamatan Kediri Kabupaten Lombok Barat.            Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif dengan  metode diskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tekinik wawancara , observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisa data dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Upaya membangun nilai-nilai solidaritas antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat lokal dalam memperkuat integrasi nasional adalah: gotong royong, kegiatan tahlilan, belangar, betalet atau betuqa, ziarah haji dan kegiatan olahraga sepeda santai. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam membangun nilai-nilai solidaritas antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat lokal dalam memperkuat integrasi nasional adalah adanya komunikasi dan relasi sosial yang baik antara masyarakat lokal dengan masyarakat pendatang. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah masyarakat cenderung mempunyai gaya hidup yang  pragmatisme, hedonis dan materialis.

AbstractFarmers' markets are important but inadequately studied contributors to local economies. They allow individual entrepreneurs and their families to contribute to the economic life of local communities by providing goods and services that are not readily available through formal, mass markets, and they bring producers and consumers together to solidify bonds of local identity and solidarity. Using data collected from 115 farmers' market vendors in three regions of New York in 1993, we examined the characteristics and operations of three categories of vendors: full-time growers, part-time growers, and non-grower artisans and craftspeople. Drawing on theories of mass production and mass markets, we show how farmers' markets represent intermediate social structures that bridge the formal and informal sectors of the economy.

This study aims to determine the noble values of a tradition that implied in Umpan Kampung Tradition that carried out by the community in Temurak Hamlet, Meliau Hilir Village, Meliau District, Sanggau Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method which used field observation, interviews with local community of Temurak village, and documentation. Sources of the data that are used by the researcher were primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection through three stages, they were: data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusion. The finding of this study showed that: the background of Umpan Kampung Tradition in Temurak Hamlet, Meliau Hilir Village, Meliau District, Sanggau Regency is to express the feeling of gratitude for the sustenance that has been received by the community. The process of Umpan Kampung Tradition started with the preparation and ended with the implementation of Umpan Kampung ceremony itself. The noble values that conveyed in the Umpan Kampung tradition are the value of deliberation, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, the value of solidarity, and the value of religion

Much of the literature about mental illness in low and middle income countries (LMICs) focuses on prevalence rates, the treatment gap, and scaling up access to medical expertise and treatment. As a cause and consequence of this, global mental health programs have focused heavily on service delivery without due exploration of how programs fit into a broader picture of culture and community. There is a need for research which highlights approaches to broader inclusion, considering historical, cultural, social, and economic life contexts and recognises the community as a determinant of mental health — in prevention, recovery, resilience, and support of holistic wellness. The purpose of this practice review is to explore the experiences of three local organisations working with people with psychosocial disability living in LMICs: Afghanistan, India, and Nepal. All three organisations have a wealth of experience in implementing mental health programs, and the review brings together evidence of this experience from interviews, reports, and evaluations. Learnings from these organisations highlight both successful approaches to strengthening inclusion and the challenges faced by people with psychosocial disability, their families, and communities.  The findings can largely be summarised in two categories, although both are very much intertwined: first, a broad advocacy, public health, and policy approach to inclusion; and second, more local, community-based initiatives. The evidence draws attention to the need to acknowledge the complexities surrounding mental health and inclusion, such as additional stigmatisation due to multidimensional poverty, gender inequality, security issues, natural disasters, and additional stressors associated with access. Organisational experiences also highlight the need to work with communities’ strengths to increase capacity around inclusion and to apply community development approaches where space is created for communities to generate holistic solutions. Most significantly, approaches at all levels require efforts to ensure that people with psychosocial disability are given a voice and are included in shaping programs, policies, and appropriate responses.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Abstract: Gender issues must be resolved immediately. The study aims to describe: 1) Implementation of gender-based class segregation policies; 2) Inhibiting factors and solutions in implementing gender-based class segregation policies and school efforts in overcoming the problems faced in implementing gender-based class segregation policies. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out at Islamic junior high school Maarif 01 Singosari. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis phase used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data using data and source triangulation. The results showed that 1) The implementation of the gender-based class segregation policy process of its implementation was carried out by separating classes between male and female classes, from grades VII, VII and X but in one building, one organization and supported by the implementation of orderly. 2) Barriers and solutions faced by schools in carrying out policies are: attitudes of male students disagree with the existence of policies that have an impact on the class structure when learning hours are less conducive. The solution that is done by the school, by providing approaches and direction to students, and every teacher and especially the counseling guidance teacher and subject teachers must know all the problems that often occur to Al Maarif SMPI students to be evaluated on an ongoing basis.Keywords: Gender, Segregation, Policy Implementation Abstrak: Permasalahan mengenai gender harus segara dituntaskan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender; 2) Faktor penghambatdan solusi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPIslamAl Maarif 01 Singosari. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender proses penerapannya dilakukan dengan cara pemisahan kelas antara kelas laki-laki dan kelas perempuan, mulai dari kelas VII, VII dan X akan tetapi dalam satu gedung, satu organisasi dan didukung dengan diterapkannya tata tertib. 2) Kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi sekolah dalam menjalankan kebijakan yaitu: sikap siswa putra kurang setuju adanya kebijakan hal tersebut berdampak pada suasana kelas pada saat jam pembelajaran kurang kondusif. Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah, dengan memberikan pendekatan dan arahan terhadap siswa, dan setiap guru dan khususnya guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran harus mengetahui segala problem yang sering terjadi pada siswa Islamic junior high schoolAl Maarif untuk dievaluasi secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Segregasi, Gender, Implementasi Kebijakan

Statistical and administrative agencies often collect information on related parameters. Discrepancies between estimates from distinct data sources can arise due to differences in definitions, reference periods, and data collection protocols. Integrating statistical data with administrative data is appealing for saving data collection costs, reducing respondent burden, and improving the coherence of estimates produced by statistical and administrative agencies. Model based techniques, such as small area estimation and measurement error models, for combining multiple data sources have benefits of transparency, reproducibility, and the ability to provide an estimated uncertainty. Issues associated with integrating statistical data with administrative data are discussed in the context of data from Namibia. The national statistical agency in Namibia produces estimates of crop area using data from probability samples. Simultaneously, the Namibia Ministry of Agriculture, Water, and Forestry obtains crop area estimates through extension programs. We illustrate the use of a structural measurement error model for the purpose of synthesizing the administrative and survey data to form a unified estimate of crop area. Limitations on the available data preclude us from conducting a genuine, thorough application. Nonetheless, our illustration of methodology holds potential use for a general practitioner.
