Sharia Bank is a place for activities that provide services to the public regarding payments in accordance with sharia principles. So far, public knowledge about Islamic banking is still very minimal. So it is very important to socialize to the public about the benefits of making transactions both saving and borrowing money and other activities in Islamic banks. So based on this phenomenology, this study aims to analyze the effect of public knowledge about Islamic banking on customer decisions to use products of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat. This study was analyzed by quantitative research methods using the SPSS 17 approach. This research found that knowledge influences customer decisions to use the product of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat.

The construction of the Jatigede Dam for the public interest is imbalanced in its implementation. Based on the results of observations, researchers see a lot of problems that occur, including land acquisition issued a lot of regulations, implementation is quite long, and the costs incurred are quite large. The researcher uses E. Bardach's theory, to determine administrative operability (authority, institutional commitment, capability, organizational support) criteria, to find out the impact of policy researchers using the theory of Thomas R. Dye. Research methods and approaches are carried out with qualitative and quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The method of data collection is through observation, semistructured interviews and documentation. The informant selection technique uses purposive techniques and the validity of the data by data triangulation. The results of this study using the administrative operability criteria approach did not meet the criteria optimally

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to analyse the relations of financing of MSME, non-MSMEs and the number of offices on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Method - This research is using The comparative causal research method which one of the ex post-facto quantitative research methods carried out by looking at the causal relationship between one change and another based on existing data.Result - The result of this research indicates that the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs had positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019 and the number of offices had negative non-significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Implication - This study uses the data from Islamic bank in Central of Java and the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java.Originality- The paper looks into the relations of the financial inclusion that provided by Islamic banks to the public in order to support the creation of economic growth in Central Java. The number of offices discribed the access to Islamic banks and the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs discribed the usage of Islamic banks in Central Java.

This research is intended to find out what factors are causing non-Muslims to become customers of Islamic banks. The study was conducted at the BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Location partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of tcount <ttable (1.090 <1.657); (2) Service partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained -count> -table (-1,055> -1,657). 3. Religious stimuli partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.586> -1.657); (3) Reputation Partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.448> 1.657); (4) Profit sharing Partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.630> -1.657); (5) Promotion partially affects the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained t value> t table (2.571> 1.657); (6) Location, service, religious stimuli, reputation, profit sharing, and promotion simultaneously do not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the F test which obtained the calculated F value <F table (1.619 <2.17).

Public administration has a strategic value for administrators of government, development, and service to the community so that the need for effective, coordinated and sustainable public administration services. To achieve these objectives, a good motivation is needed from subdistrict head as the leader. The public administration service is apparently still not optimal. It happens because by the implementation of motivation has not been done optimally, based on the principles of motivation. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods with scoring techniques. The data collected was the primary data through questionnaire techniques and the secondary data through documentation and other supporting data. In this study, the samples were all employees in Argapura, Majalengka. The obtained results explained that the implementation of motivation by the sub-district head of Argapura based on the principles of motivation only reached the results of 61.5% which "Good Enough". Meanwhile, the effectiveness of public administration services obtained as much as 59% in which it only achieved "Good Enough". Thus, the motivation achieving a good enough predicate will influence the effectiveness of public administration services also achieving good enough results as well.

Context: All information that the public wants to know can be accessed through various platforms, one of which is social media. Especially in a pandemic like this, information related to Covid-19 will be needed. However, social media can also be a place for people to spread hoax news easily. Students as agents of change are expected to be role models for society in using the internet. Purpose: to find out where the perpetrators of spreading hoax news take their actions and also we want to know the various forms of hoax news that are spread. In addition, we also want to know what actions students take as agents of change in response to the hoax news they encounter. Questions: We formulated four questions in this research, namely, what media are often found in hoax news by students? In what forms are hoax news often encountered by students? What is the content of hoax news that students usually encounter? How are students as a student? How do agents of change respond to the hoax news they encounter? Methods: We used quantitative research methods in the form of online surveys with Google Forms to present data and followed by qualitative methods in the form of interviews with respondents. We combine the studies that have been done for further analysis. Results: our research shows that students often receive hoax news about Covid-19. They found various forms and contents of hoax news. In addition, each student has their own way of responding to the hoax news they get. Limitations: The limitation of our research is the range of respondents which only includes students who live in Surabaya. Recommendation: our next research is to expand the reach of respondents and look for respondents who have been spreading hoax news to find out the motives they use.

  Halal food and product is a food that is free from what is forbidden, delicious and nutritious, the product does not contain najis, harmful ingredients, and is clean from dirt that can provide the values ​​of goodness, health, safety, purity, beauty, and not cause harm to others but cause benefits for the ummah both materially and spiritually. So far, the general public views halal food and products only for Muslim consumers. In fact, halal food and products can be consumed by all consumer backgrounds, because this brand is holistic, namely a cosmetic brand that is not separated from one's beliefs. So based on this phenomenology, this study aims to analyze the influence of trust and health on public awareness of consuming halal food and products. This study was analyzed by quantitative research methods using the SPSS approach. This research found that beliefs and health affect consciousness. So it is recommended for stakeholders to build consumer awareness dynamically such as through socialization to the public about halal food and products.

Teaching materials are one of the most important parts of the learning process and also prove that the teacher is professional or not, the nature of teaching materials is to provide convenience when conducting learning. This research is a school action research using descriptive quantitative research methods which in the results of this study are explained using numbers in the presentation. Place in SDN 005 Koto Sentajo Sentajo Raya Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total sample of 10 teachers. The results of this study will discuss three aspects of assessment in teaching materials, the first in the aspect of content feasibility illustrates that in the appropriate category there are 6 teachers with a percentage of 60%, and the category is very feasible with a total of 4 teachers with a percentage of 40%. in the second aspect the assessment of linguistic aspects in the feasible category with the percentage of 50%, and the very decent category 50%. in the third aspect, the evaluation of the presentation aspects in the category is feasible with a percentage of 20%, and in the very feasible category of 80%. Then it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to make teaching materials is good, and the making of teaching materials is appropriate for use in the learning process.

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge, promotion, and religiosity on the interest in using Islamic banking services. The purpose of the next research is to examine the effect of knowledge on religiosity. In addition, this study also examines the effect of educational background and age on saving interest in Islamic banks. The population in this study are customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Brebes, Central Java, Indonesia. Ninety-nine research samples were obtained. The data collection method used was questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SEM-PLS. The results showed that only promotion proved to have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the services of Islamic banks. Knowledge and religiosity have not been proven to have a significant effect on interest in using services of Islamic banks. Likewise, background and gender do not have a significant effect. The next research result is that there is a positive and significant influence of knowledge on religiosity; there is also a positive and significant influence on the promotion of knowledge. This study recommends the importance of continuing socialization and education from Islamic banking stakeholders in Indonesia to continue introducing Islamic banks to the public.
