The Influence of Marketing Mix On Customer's Decision To Saving At PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Stabat Officer. Asmawarna Sinaga and Anjur Perkasa Alam. Methods of data collection is done through questionnaires distributed to customers at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents of Bank Muamalat customers with probability sampling technique, the data obtained then processed using SPSS tool version 17 and analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, multiple linier regression test, hypothesis testing through Ttest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination (R2) and classical assumption test. Ttest results show that Product, Location, Promotion, People have a positive and significant impact on customer's decision to save at Bank Muamalat. While Physical Evidence does not significantly influence the decision of customers to save at Bank Muamalat. Ftest shows that product, location, promotion, person, and physical evidence simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decision to save at Bank Muamalat.

This study aims to determine the effect of the service marketing mix on consumer decisions to visit the Tanjung Karang coastal tourism object in Donggala Regency. The independent variables used in this study are product / service, price, place, promotion, person, process, and physical evidence. While the dependent variable is the decision to visit (Y). This type of research is quantitative. The research method is descriptive causal. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents with the sampling form using accidental sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the service marketing mix simultaneously consisting of products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence has a significant effect on the decision to visit the Tanjung Karang coastal tourism object in Donggala Regency. And partially there is no relationship between product variables, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap keputusan konsumen berkunjung pada objek wisata bahari pantai Tanjung Karang Kabupaten Donggala. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah produk/jasa, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keputusan berkunjung (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis regeresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak bauran pemasaran jasa yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada objek wisata bahari pantai Tanjung Karang Kabupaten Donggala. Dan secara parsial tidak ada hubungan antara variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik.

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

This  research  aims  to  analyze  the  influence  of  the  quality  of  service  of customer  satisfaction  on  service  businesses  Grab-Bike  transport  in  Yogyakarta. This  research  uses  the  five  independent  variables  i.e.  tangible,  reliability, responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty  with  one  dependent  variable  i.e. consumer  satisfaction.  After  a  review  of  the  literature  as  well  as  field  and preparation  of  the  hypothesis,  the  data  in  this  study  were  collected  through  the dissemination  of  a  questionnaire  to  70  people  who  never  use  the  Grab-Bike transport  as  research  samples.  Sampling  technique  used  is  a  Non  probability sampling  method  sampling  incidental.  Methods  of  data  analysis  used  is  the quantitative analysis that is test validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis,  t-test  and  F-test  as  well  as  the  coefficient  of  determination.  Based  on data  analysis,  the  results  showed  that  the  indicators  on  research  is  valid  and reliability.  Hypothesis  test  on  tangible,  responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty no effect significantly to consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis test of reliability has a positive and significant influence toward customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest on store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling.The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. This research aims to know the influence of characteristics of work and stress of work on performance of employees field TP-OP Department PSDA Prov. West Sumatra, this research independent variable i.e. conflict of characteristics of work and stress of work, while the dependent variable i.e. the performance of employees. The population used in this study are employees who work, this research sample as many as 32 people respondents and techniques used is Pusposive Sampling (sample retrieval based on criteria or specific terms). The analysis used in the study include the test validity, reliability test, test, test the classical assumption multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear regression analysis, koefisiendeterminasi, hypothesis testing that includes testing of the t test, F , and the coefficient of Determination (R2). Partially pointed out that conflicts do not affect significant characteristics on performance of employees. While significant positive effect of work stress on performance of employees. Therefore, to improve the performance of employees, work stress seoptimal may need to be managed by giving an appropriate workload.

This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The  title  of  this  research  article  is  "giving reward  has  great  impact onjobsatisfaction  and teacher commitmentat SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember". This study aims to analyze and examine  the  effect  of  intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  on  job  satisfaction  and  teacher commitment   in   SMA   Satya   Dharma   Balung Jember.   This   research   includes   causal, quantitative  research,  because  this  study  intends  to  explain  causal  relationships  (causality) between   variables   through   hypothesis   testing   that   has   been   formulated.   The   research population  is  all  high  school  teachers  of  Satya  Dharma  Balung  Jember.  The  sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this study  is  that  there  is  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  influence  of  intrinsic  rewards,  and extrinsic rewards to job satisfaction and teachers commitment of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember. The  test  validity  of  research  instrument  used construct  validity.  Reliability  test was done with Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis used is path analysis and the calculation process  is  approached  with  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  had  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on theteacher's job satisfactionofSatya Dharma Balung Jember high school. Intrinsic rewards, and extrinsic  rewards hada  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  the  work  commitment  of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember teachers.  Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards hadan indirect,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  teacher  commitment,  through  job  satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that the award received in accordance with what  is  perceived,  so  that  it  appears on  job  satisfaction  and  ultimately  lead  to  work commitments.

Customers 'interest in owning a house through a KPR, apart from the urge to fulfill their need for a comfortable and nice place to live, is also related to how the KPR is marketed so that it attracts customers' interest. Or in other words, how is the marketing mix strategy implemented to attract buyers to the mortgage offered. The marketing mix includes products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors including: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on customer interest in KPR at PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The research data comes from a questionnaire distributed to 86 respondents who are KPR BNI Griya customers, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test on each research variable concluded that partially accepting the hypothesis point 1 and rejecting some of the hypothesis point 1, because it is proven that the location factor has a significant influence, while the product, price, promotion, people, process and Physical evidence does not have a significant effect on customer interest in the KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The results of the F test on all the variables studied conclude that accepting the hypothesis point 2, because it is proven that the factors which include: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence together have a significant influence on customer interest in KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch
