ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how the role of the Dhikr Council in the formation of adolescent characters carriedout in the Assembly of Dhuafa Tapos Tenjolaya Bogor, Morals or character is human behavior in daily life that hasbeen attached to a person. Morals relating to matters relating to good deeds, bad, right and wrong in the actions ofa human being whose role model is sourced from the Qur'an and the hadith of the Messenger of Allah. In this case,the Dhuafa Assembly as a dzikir council located in Tapos Tenjolaya Bogor has an important role and contribution inthe formation of adolescent character. The writing method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive method. Inthis paper the author discusses the role of the Dhuafa Assembly in the formation of adolescent characters. As for theresults of his research are: 1. The Assembly's aim is to improve the heart (islah al-Qalbi) when his heart is good, hisdeeds will be good 2. The Council of the poor as pioneers in every activity, 3. The Dhuafa Assembly not only conductsdhikr, prayer but also organizes activities to shape the character of adolescents 4. This research talks about “The Role of Education of Islam at School to Form the Characters of Students”. Islamic Education (PAI) is one of the parts of the main character. Character education will develop well if it is started from giving the foundation of character of diversity to the students. That’s why, the material of Islamic education (PAI) at school becomes one of the supporters in character education. By the learning of PAI, students are taught “aqidah” as a basic of religy.  The students are taught Al-Quran dan hadis as the guidance of life, fiqih as the regulation of law in doing good deeds, sejarah Islam as an example of life, and akhlak as a guideline of human being behavior to know the category of goodness and badness. Therefore, the main intention of Islamic education (PAI) learning is to form positive personality and character of students reflected from their behaviors and their way of thinking in the daily life. Aside from it, one of the success of Islamic education (PAI) learning at schools is also decided by the implementation of good method of learning.

Globalization has resulted in a shift in human morals, marked by the many cases of moral deviations that are rife in various parts of Indonesia so that the application of spiritual attitudes has not been maximized. The attitude of dishonesty is shown by the number of students who cheat on the test, and the attitude of indiscipline is shown by the number of students who are late so that the application of social attitudes does not seem to be visible. The role of PAI teachers is considered quite important for the development of these two attitudes. At SMPN 1 Darussalam, PAI teachers have played a role in fostering spiritual and social attitudes. Big. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed the role of PAI teachers in fostering spiritual attitudes by praying before and after lessons, praying in congregation, doing charity activities every Friday, and religious activities. The role of PAI teachers in fostering social attitudes is carried out through social service activities, visiting the Disabled Foundation and nursing homes, getting used to the 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), reporting to the teacher what items are found, punishing students who are late. Factors supporting the role of Islamic Education teachers in fostering spiritual and social attitudes are seen from adequate school facilities in the form of female/male prayer rooms, learning media such as LCD, the use of active methods. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of adequate facilities, especially LCDs, the lack of interest in teachers and knowledge, and the lack of interest in students to improve themselves.

Based on the geographical distribution of Nias, it is divided into 4 regions: North Nias, South Nias, East Nias, and West Nias. The focus areas of this research are traditional houses in South Nias, one of which is Omo Sebua (a noble house) in Bawomataluo village. The object of this study was chosen because the traditional house Omo Sebua is rich in traditional Nias decorative symbols on the parts of his house.The purpose of this research is to know the meaning of the symbol on the inside wall of Omo Sebua. This research using qualitative descriptive method with the approach of Visual language to read the symbol. The result of this research reveals that the special Visual language of Omo Sebua tells about the social status and daily life of the Nias people, namely the noble symbol. The symbol is inspired from important events at that time. The symbol also implies that anyone who visits should bow to homeowners. Keywords: Nias; Omo Sebua; symbols; visual Language

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

Changing Karo language into a modern written language is certainly not an easy matter. Karo society does not want to be involved to improve, develop, and preserve the Karo language. Therefore, in this research we will examine the role of surat ukat in Karo Singalor Lau Karo District. Surat ukat can serve as a way of life in every action in Karonese life so that people can live harmonious and peacefully. The method that used in this research is descriptive method and interview. The theory that used is cultural theory.  This study describes about the role of surat ukat in the Karo community Singalor Lau  Karo District can be distinguished on: surat ukat in deeds, surat ukat in thoughts, surat ukat in the household and surat ukat for students.  From the results above, can be concluded that the Karo people have surat ukat as a guide to life in sangkep geluh in ancient times, while in the present, the younger generation is rarely know and use the surat ukat. We suggest the Karo community to life their daily life based on surat ukat so that they can live in harmony and good.

Researchers assume that with the publication of the speech is expected to be useful especially for teachers and employees in Manduro Elementary in language development through language transmission. The purpose of this research is to describe the syntactic structure of Manduro public utterance in Manduro Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, covering syntactic functions and categories. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. With the subject of research is the device of Manduro Village. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with the aim of taking the device of each hamlet contained in Manduro Village. The researcher is the main instrument assisted by the Swadesh Morris questionnaire. Triangulation is used as a test of data validity. The researchers used inductive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are syntactic functions consisting of subjects, predicates, objects, descriptions and appendices that categorized nouns, verbs, and adjectives and adverbs. Based on the results of the research, the syntactic structure of public utterance of Manduro has a universality with the syntactic structure of Indonesian and Javanese, only the structures used are not structural. This is because the sentence is a nonformal speech. The results of this study are expected to be used as a supporter of early childhood language development in Manduro Elementary School through the role of teachers in language learning by using examples and communication with students outside the lesson with the manduro language. Thus language learning occurs in a natural context so that the language of the community is not increasingly experiencing shifts and extinctions as well as in the teaching of syntax and as a ruler of language rules in Indonesia.

Background: The development of technology has encouraged a more developed civilization. However, one of the impacts is causing low students’ interest in literature. In this case, optimizing digital media is one way of developing literary works. Based on this problem, the researchers set the question: What is the role of the podcast "Sandiwara Sastra" as an alternative to developing Indonesian literary works?. Purpose: This study aims to increase students' interest in literature and make the delivery of literary works flexible. Method: This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative method uses an online survey that focuses on respondents' opinions with 44 college students. The sample criteria used are college students aged 19-25 years and have listened to podcasts. Then, the researcher used the interview method using ten interviewees to strengthen the results of the online survey analysis. Results: The role of the "Sandiwara Sastra" podcast can influence students' interpretations to study literature more flexibly and increase their interest in literature. Recommendation: This study is expected to increase college students' understanding and interest in literature through digital podcast media. Limitation: The limited variety of respondents who only cover college students, so generalization needs to be improved

PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Manado is one of the branch offices of BUMN’s, which must implement Good Corporate Governance in accordance with GCG principles set by the Minister of BUMN PER-01 / MBU / 2011. Internal audit is one of the elements in GCG and has a role in overseeing the implementation of corporate management and overseeing any practices undertaken by the company. The implementation of GCG in the bank must follow the rules of BI and follow GCG guidelines by KNKG. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of GCG at the bank and to determine the role of internal audit in realizing the implementation of GCG. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method with data collection technique such as interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study is Bank Tabungan Negara has implemented GCG according to applicable rules that is by implementing the principles of GCG. This research aims to examine in depth the role of women in two novel Garis Perempuan and Tempurung.  The role of women in the field of social, cultural, educational, and economic conteks. Then to compare all those roles and summed and find the relevance in education.This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach and the approach of comparative literature that discusses. 1) a description of each character, setting, and plot lines in the both novels. (2) the roles of women in the field of socio-cultural, educational, and economic,3) comparison of the role of women in the those two novels, (4) the relevance of the role of women in education. The research data in the form of a statement  contains of sentences or paragraphs include narrative, dialogue or monologue, as well as interviews with researcher colleagues.Novel Garis Perempuan and Tempurung tells about the struggle of women in playing their roles in various fields such as the social field of culture, education, and economics.In order to play those  roles they have to choose; worth of free choice or value. The role of women as mothers was found to be a figure or a model of all those women in struggle. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran perempuan dalam novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung. Peran perempuan dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, lalu membandingkan peran-peran tersebut kemudian menyimpulkan dan menarik relevansinya dengan pendidikan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktural dan pendekatan sastra bandingan yang membahas tentang (1) deskripsi masing-masing tokoh, latar, dan alaur novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung, (2) peran-peran perempuan dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi, (3) perbandingan peran perempuan di dua novel, (4) relevansi peran perempuan dengan pendidikan. Data penelitian berupa pernyataan yang berupa kalimat atau paragraf yang berupa narasi, dialog, ataupun monolog, serta wawancara peneliti dengan rekan sejawat.Novel Garis Perempuan dan novel Tempurung mengisahkan tentang perjuangan perempuan dalam memerankan perannya diberbagai bidang seperti dibidang sosial budaya, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Dalam rangka memerankan peran ini mereka harus memilih; pilihan senilai atau bebas nilai. Peran perempuan sebagai ibu ternyata dapat menjadi figur atau contoh dalam sebuah perjuangan.
