Thaharah is one of the syariah in Islam which teaches its adherents about cleanliness as a form of obedience to the provisions that Allah has commanded. PHBS is a movement, attitude, knowledge, and pro-active action whose aim to maintain and prevent from disease. This study aims to determine the relationship between understanding thaharah material and hygiene and healthy living habits (PHBS). The research method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The sample in this study were students of class VIII MTs Darul Muttaqien Bogor Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The instruments used in this study were 15 test items and 13 questionnaires. The results of the study through correlational tests showed that there was a significant relationship between understanding thaharah material and clean and healthy living habits (PHBS). The correlational test shows a significance value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.0000 <0.05 with a Pearson correlation value of 0.878 so that it is interpreted that the relationship between the two is strong

Based on the phenomenon that exists in the PMII UNNES student organization, it was found that the prosocial behavior of the members of PMII UNNES was good, but some of the administrators had low level of prosocial behavior when it comes in the outside of the organization. This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational contribution with the level of prosocial behavior. The technique used to collect the data is jenuh sampling. 63 members of the PMII UNNES year 2020 were the sample of this study.  The data was collected by doing a pre-test and post-test using the organizational contribution scale and the prosocial scale. This research used correlational quantitative method with the correlation formula of 'product moment' named Pearson Correlation proposed by Karl Pearson. The result showed that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.512 and p = 0.915> 0.05, which indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational contribution and the level of prosocial behavior done by the members of PMII UNNES year 2020.

Adolescence is a unique time in the phase of teenage life, where a person who has entered adolescence has a unique characteristic. With these distinctive characters, teenagers are required to be able to adjust well to the surrounding individuals. However, not all teenagers have a good adjustment. This has become one of the obstacles in the lives of teenagers to lead a healthy life. One other obstacle is the problem of emotional maturity, because there are still many teenagers who do not have good emotional maturity. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and adjustment at SMPN 19 Surabaya. The study population was all students of class VIII, totaling 261 people and a sample of 106 students. The sampling technique used in this study is non random sampling with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires arranged on a Likert scale. The study showed very significant results, where the value of r = 0.809 with p = 0.000 (p <0.010). This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Emotional maturity has a very significant relationship with adapting to adolescents at SMPN 19 Surabaya

In our globalizing world the competition among firms producing the same goods and services have intensified, every organization now seeks to maximize funds and resources while delivering the best results for projects embarked on towards the overall profitability of said organization. Consequently, understanding the relationship between effective resource budgeting and project management is a necessity. The main purpose of this study was to determine if there is a significant relationship between effective resource budgeting and project management. In this research paper, a literature review in the field of resource budgeting and project management was presented, and the papers were discussed for a deeper understanding of state of the art. This research made use of quantitative method to gather data due to the nature of the topic. Survey was used as a method of data collection. It was concluded that resource budgeting is a tool for project management, hence effective resource budgeting goes a long way in ensuring the success of a project. It was recommended that a more comprehensive research covering other states in Nigeria should be carried out so as to contribute to existing knowledge on project management. This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy in entrepreneurship with entrepreneurial intentions among university students, specifically for those who are in their final semester. As for its research method, this study uses a quantitative method to explain the relationship between variables by collecting data that has been distributed to 104 respondents. The research instrument for this study is a scale of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and an entrepreneurial intention scale, both of which meet reliability requirements. The result of the study states that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intentions.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between communication, team work, and organizational commitment to the performance of employees at PT Seroja Lukindo Lestari Surabaya. This research is using quantitative method. The population and sample based on questionnaires to employees of PT Seroja Lukindo Lestari Surabaya of 67 respondents. The method of data collection uses interviews, observations and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the research showed Communication (X1), Team Work (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) had a significant relationship to employee performance (Y) which have a significant value <0.05.

ABSTRACTThis is reseach is motivated by the lack of participation of posyandu cadres in carrying out posyandu activities in Nagari Sumpur Kudus,  which is allegedly due to the interest of posyandu cadres in carrying out posyandu avtivities in Nagari Sumpur Kudus , Sumpur Kudus District, Sijunjung District. This study aims to: (1) describe the interest of posyandu cadres, (2) describe the participation of posyandu cadres, and (3) see the relationship between interests and posyandu cadre participation in Nagari Sumpur Kudus. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all posyandu cadres in Nagari Sumpur Kudus , amounting to 25 people. While the sample was taken as much as 80% of the population, amounting to 20 people with random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and rank order correlation formula. The result showed that: (1) the interest of posyandu cadres in carrying out posyandu activities was categorized as less (2) the participation of posyandu cadres in carrying out the posyandu activities was reletively low , and (3) there was a significant relationship between interest  in posyandu cadres in Nagari Sumpur Kudus district Sumpur Kudus Sumpur Kudus Regency of Sijunjung.Keywords: interest, participation

  ABSTRACT Employee performance is an organizational key to achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance of the Al-Muawanah Integrated Islamic Foundation. The research method used is a mixed method descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with multiple regression. The results showed that organizational commitment, employee performance generally went well. There is a strong correlation between organizational commitment and employee performance with the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.869. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of Foundation employees. The background of this research is the lack of motivation of the elderly to participate in the  posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. The lack of knowledge of the elderly is thought to be due to the lack of knowledge about the existence of the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang1. This study aims to: 1) describe the knowledge of the elderly about the posyandu for the elderly  2) describe the motivation of the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly; 3) looking at the relationship between knowledge and motivation in the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. This type of this research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was taken by the elderly in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1, totaling 58 people, aged 60-70 years, who did not attend the elderly posyandu. The sample was taken as much as 52% with a total of 30 peoples, the technique of this research is  using random sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests, while the data collection tools were a list of statements and questions. The technique used to analyze the data in this study are the percentage formula and product moment. The results showed that: (1) The knowledge of the elderly in  posyandu for the elderly is categorized as low, (2) the motivation of the elderly to follow the posyandu for the elderly is categorized as low, (3) there is a significant relationship between knowledge and motivation of the elderly to participate in posyandu for the elderly activities in Jorong Baruah Gunuang 1. The  Suggestion of this study is the person in charge of the program and cadres should do more outreach to the community on the importance of posyandu for the elderly.Keywords: Knowledge, motivation, elderly

This study investigates the relationship between a growth mindset and grit. The subjects involved in this study are students from high public and private schools in Purbalingga, Central Java (n=418). The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through three sets of questionnaires, i.e., Mindset Scale (20 items, α=0.804) and Grit Scale for Children and Adult (12 items, α=0.774). Results indicated a positive correlation between the growth mindset and grit. Grit also confirmed affected by a growth mindset (β=0.445, p<0.001). The growth mindset in students predicts grittier students to achieve goals and the best performance.
