This study aims to determine the role of young mama in the effort to stunting degradation in ponorogo. This research was using quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all young mama in Krebet village while the sample of this study was BKB cadres in Krebet village. The sampling technique used is using stratified random sampling technique.The results showed that an increase of  23% was related to understanding of stunting. If seen in each indicator of understanding stunting also experienced an increase. The young mama community has an important role in efforts to stunting degradation. This study aimed to identify various hazard risks which are related to children in schools. This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The sampling technique used was four stage stratified random sampling, with 329 elementary schools as the sample. The results identified various dangerous situations which are related to children and schools ranging from infectious diseases, natural disasters, violence against children and the dangers due to the absence of adequate safety at school. Dangers from natural disasters which could be identified were earthquake, volcano, flood, hurricane landslide, and drought as well as potential biological hazards such as contagion and caterpillar outbreak. Additionally, the dangers related to violence against children were fighting, extortion, physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, bullying, and stealing. Related to safety aspects at schools, there were dangerous situations caused by the activities of the children themselves which caused injuries, or other technical causes, such as fire, falling buildings/falling trees, food poisoning, and infectious diseases.

The Relationship

This research examined the role of the headmaster and pedagogical competences of teacher in Vocational School and also to see the relationship between the two variables. The populations in this research were 72 teacher and 40 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research used likert scale as instrument. A score of variable leadership of headmaster was 0,907 and pedagogical score of teachers competence was, 897, which mean the instrument was reliable. The data was analyzed by product moment correlation, r score = .33 > = .284 believed r table standard 95%. Research found that there are relationships between the roles of headmaster with the pedagogy competencies of teacher in Vocational School.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

This research is motivated by the achievements reached on the scout activities by the students of SMA Negeri 2  Padang Panjang. Perhaps, one of the factors is caused by social interaction done by the students. This study is aimed to describe the students social interaction viewed from Students’ cooperation in Boy Scouts, Students’ competition in Boy Scouts, and Students’ accommodation in Boy Scout at Scout Extracurricular Activities at SMA Negeri 2 Padang panjang. This research is  quantitative descriptive design. The population of  this  study is  the students who follow the scout numbered 40 students. Sample is 50%, that is about 20 students. This study uses stratified random sampling. Technique data collection of this research is questionnaires, with a sheet of questionnaire data collection (questionnaire). Technique of data anlysis is the formula percentage. The result of this research found that (1) students’ cooperation in Boy Scouts in SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang is categorized is good, (2) students’ competition in Boy Scouts at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang is categorized is good, and (3) students’ accommodation in scout is categorized is good.Keywords: Social Interaction, Scout Extracurricular

ABSTRACT The proposed study is an attempt to understand the link between Outpatient Department (OPD) patient satisfaction and job satisfaction among front office executives of the OPD. The study was conducted in a 300 bedded multispecialty hospital in Delhi. The study is very important as the OPD is considered to be the mirror of any hospital, which reflects the functioning of the hospital being the first point of contact between the patient and the hospital staff. A structured questionnaire was used in conducting the study. Total 158 patients were interviewed during 2 months period. Stratified random sampling technique used in selecting the samples. Both type of patients, first timers and old patient participated in the study. As second part of the study, all 22 front office executives from the above-mentioned three concerned departments were participated. The age group of the employees ranged from 20 to 50 years. Infographics are visualizations of data, ideas, information or knowledge through charts, graphs, schedules, and others so that data, ideas, information or knowledge can be presented more than just text and have a visual impact that is quite strong and more interesting. The study was conducted at the Bandung Institute of Technology Library and was aimed to determine the role of infographic’s attractiveness, clarity, and ease of understanding in utilizing library services at the Bandung Institute of Technology Library. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method, and the population in this study was library visitors totaling 13,716 people. Samples were obtained using the random sampling technique with a total of 100 people. The results of this study indicated that infographics as a promotional medium played a role in library utilization with indicators namely infographic attractiveness, clarity, and ease of understanding. The conclusions are that infographics play a role as promotional media in library utilization: seen from the aspect of attraction, the presentation of content on infographics attract the attention of the reader with display of colors and images that attract the reader; from the aspect of clarity, the information presented is precisely the content on the infographics for readers with font and the suitability the image; from the aspect of ease of understanding, the reader easily understand the information contained in the infographics so the reader can interpret for the meaning the message in this infographics.

ABSTRACT: FACTORS RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION OF ERADICATION OF MOSQUITO NESTS (3M) IN ERADICATION EFFORTS PREVENTION OF DENTAL FEVER DISEASE IN RW 02 KELURAHAN CAKUNG BARAT Introduction: Mosquito Nest Eradication or PSN is an activity to eradicate the eggs, larvae, and cocoons of mosquitoes that transmit dengue hemorrhagic fever in their breeding sites. PSN is influenced by several factors, such as knowledge, education, attitudes, and the role of jumantik.Objective: To analyze the factors related to the implementation of 3M PSN in the community in RW 02, West Cakung Village.Methods: The research design used was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples involved was 94 respondents using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study used Chi-Square statistical test analysis. Results: This study found that there was a relationship between knowledge (Pv=0.022), education (Pv=0.016), attitude (Pv=0.004), jumantic role (Pv=0.014), and the implementation of PSN 3M.Conclusion: Health services, especially at the Cakung District Health Center, are expected to improve programs that aim to encourage people to want to carry out PSN 3M activities in preventing DHF by further increasing education in the form of counseling about DHF and its prevention. , both held at the puskesmas and in the community. Keywords: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, 3M Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN), Knowledge, Education, Attitude, The Role of Jumantik.  INTISARI: FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PELAKSAANAAN PEMBERANTASAN SARANG NYAMUK (3M) DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DI RW 02 KELURAHAN CAKUNG BARAT  Pendahuluan: Pemberantasan sarang nyamuk atau PSN merupakan kegiatan memberantas telur, jentik dan kepompong nyamuk penular demam berdarah dengue di tempat-tempat perkembangbiakannya. PSN dipengaruhu oleh beberapa faktor, seperti pengetahuan, pendidikan, sikap,dan peran juru pemantau jentik (jumantik).Tujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan PSN 3M pada masyarakat di RW 02 Kelurahan Cakung Barat.Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang dilibatkan sebanyak 94 responden dengan menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis uji statistic Chi Square. Hasil: penelitian ini memperoleh ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (Pv=0,022), pendidikan (Pv=0,016), sikap (Pv=0,004), peran jumantik (Pv=0,014) dengan pelaksanaan PSN 3M.Kesimpulan: pelayanan kesehatan khususnya di puskesmas kelurahan cakung diharapkan untuk meningkatkan program yang bertujuan untuk mendorong masyarakat agar mau melakukan kegiatan PSN 3M dalam pencegah DBD dengan cara lebih meningkatkan edukasi berupa penyuluhan tentang DBD dan pencegahannya, baik yang diadakan di puskesmas maupun di masyarakat. Kata kunci: Demam Berdarah Dengue, Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) 3M, Pengetahuan, Pendidikan, Sikap, Peran Jumantik.

Research purpose: Analyzing the factors that influence the work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia. Methodology: The population in this study was employees who worked at a South Korean company in Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The appropriate data and can be processed as many as 229 people and the data were analyzed in a quantitative manner using SEM-AMOS version 20.0. Main Findings: Work culture in South Korean companies in Indonesia, such as the harmonious relationship in the work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia is more reflected in indicators of cooperation, work integrity is more reflected in indicators of honesty and further work discipline. reflected by indicators working on time. The work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia is more dominant in work integrity, which can encourage the quality and quantity of work produced. Implications: Changing cultures requires enormous effort and requires the involvement of all elements in the organization. The role of the leader is very important in shaping the culture of the organization and is crucial in efforts to achieve predetermined goals. By knowing the factors that influence the work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia, it is hoped that it can provide information to South Korean expatriates to improve the work culture of the company in maintaining its long-term business by building cooperation and relationships with local employees. The novelty/originality of this study: The work culture of South Korean companies in Indonesia is more dominantly demonstrated by work integrity in shaping work culture. The work integrity of a South Korean company is demonstrated by indicators of honesty, confidence, and responsibility in completing work.

Abstract, This research aims to know of the percentage the role of teacher religion Christian education in improving the learning motivation of the students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Paranginan, Batu Utara regency in 2017/2018 academic years, with the hypothesis there is a the role of teacher religion Christian education in improving the learning motivation students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Paranginan 75% of the expected. Technique of analyzing data was statistic technique with type of research quantitative descriptive inferential research with 198 population of all students who are Christiant Protestant in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Paranginan. 59 peoples were selected as the samples taken by random sampling technique. Research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire prepared by the researchers, trial conducted to 30 people with the values validity of 0.364-0.666 ≥0.361, and reliability value r11=0.895. Analyzing data was indicated that test of hyphotesis: tcount≥ttable namely 15.81≥1.67. Thus, Ha accepted, the conclusion drawn from this study was the role of teacher religion Christian education in improving the learning motivation of the students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Paranginan, Batu Utara regency in 2017/2018 academic years was good, which means the expected 75% and obtained of 89.31%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari pengetahuan guru, sikap guru, dan kesiapan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan model Concurrent Embedded Strategy. Metode primer penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survei, kemudian dilengkapi metode kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru matematika SMP kelas VII dan VIII di Kabupaten Purworejo. Sampel penelitian adalah 64 orang guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan 5 kriteria, yaitu Sangat Siap, Siap, Cukup, Kurang, dan Sangat Kurang. Analisis data kualitatif terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Purworejo dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari: kesiapan pengetahuan guru masuk kategori sangat kurang, sikap guru masuk kategori cukup, dan kesiapan sarana prasarana masuk kategori siap.Kata kunci: kesiapan guru, kesiapan pengetahuan, sikap guru, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana The Readiness of Junior High School Math Teachers in Purworejo for the Implementation of Curriculum 2013 AbstractThis research aimed to describe the readiness of junior high school math teachers in Purworejo for the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of the teachers’ knowledge, the attitude of teachers, and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure. This study used mixed methods with models Concurrent Embedded Strategy. The study primary method was a quantitative research carried out by the survey, and  equipped with qualitative methods conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The population was all the 7th and 8th grade  junior high school math teachers in Purworejo. The sample was 64 teachers established using the stratified random sampling technique. The quantitative descriptive data analysis used five criteria, namely: Very Ready, Ready, Fairly Ready, Poor, and Very Poor. While the analysis of qualitative data consists of data reduction, data display and conclusion.The results show that the readiness of junior high school math teacher in Purworejo for the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in terms of the readiness of the teacher's knowledge was in the very poor category, the attitude of teachers was in the fairly ready category, and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure was in the ready category.Keywords: readiness of teachers, knowledge readiness, teachers’ attitudes, readiness of facilities and infrastructure
