Corona virus that causes its pandemic as a copied-19 is an emergency circumstance for the whole world, including the parties to the contractual relationship (the lessor and the lessee) who had no hand in the occurrence of this pandemic or its effects that afflicted their contractual obligations, making them exhausting, not impossible to fulfill, and accordingly a legal adjustment must be made. For that pandemic, and it mostly pleases (an exceptional emergency circumstance that made the tenant’s implementation of his obligation to pay the fare exhausting. The researcher aims through this to demonstrate the effect of this conditioning on the lease contract. The two researchers committed to the comparative descriptive approach in explaining the concept of the pandemic from a linguistic standpoint and explaining its effects on the commitment in general and contractual in particular and they reached the appropriate legal adaptation of the pandemic to which most countries of the world go, as well as the judiciary.

This pandemic Covid-19 or Corona virus is an urgent foreign cause to the whole world, including the parties to the contractual relationship who had no hand in the occurrence of that pandemic and are not able and able to avoid their effects, regardless of the efforts they have made in that. Mostly (a foreign force majeure led to obstructing the implementation of the obligation and making the debtor’s implementation of his obligation impossible. Through this, the researcher aims to explain the effect of this adaptation on contracts. The researcher committed to his research in the comparative descriptive approach in explaining the concept of the pandemic from a linguistic standpoint and its effects on commitment in general and contractual in particular And the researcher reached to impart the proper legal adaptation of the pandemic to which most of the countries of the world as well as the French judiciary go, which is that the pandemic "covid 19" arising from the spread of the Corona virus is a foreign reason that represents a force majeure that prevents the debtor from carrying out his commitment and makes its implementation of his commitment impossible.

The Corona virus is a virus that originates from China, and spreads rapidly throughout the world andbegan to spread to Indonesia in early March 2020. The impact of Covid-19 has caused losses in all fields,be it economy, education, etc. In the field of education, activities both learning and examinations must bereplaced online due to the impact of the spread of Covid-19. This study aims to determine theeffectiveness of the implementation of UAS which is carried out online using the Google Form applicationmedia at SMP MA'ARIF NU CIMANGGU. This research uses the quantitative survey method whichdescribes the online UAS implementation activities at SMP MA'ARIF NU CIMANGGU during thepandemic. The object consists of 35 student respondents. The data sample collection is done using aquestionnaire / questionnaire containing questions related to the implementation of UAS online using theGoogle Form application at SMP MA ' ARIF NU CIMANGGU. Based on the results of this study, theimplementation of online UAS runs effectively f and good, it can be seen from the results of satisfactorystudent scores. The application used is of course the Googke Form as the main media, and Whatsapp as amedium for interaction between teachers and students. The obstacles experienced are regarding badconnections, limited quota, schedules that frequently change, as well as difficulties in understandingsubject matter.Keywords: Covid-19,impact,effectiveness

The emergence of a new virus in the global world at the end of 2019, namely Corona Virus Disease 2019, brought tremendous excitement to all inhabitants of the earth. The emergence of this virus brings tremendous concern and fear to the world because the spread of this virus is quite fast, even the most frightening is that the risk of death of people exposed to this virus is very large. Indonesia itself, cannot avoid the impact of this Covid-19 case. As a form of efforts to prevent and minimize transmission of the virus, the Indonesian government has issued a social distancing / physical distancing recommendation. This situation also causes the interaction between communities to be very limited. This situation seems to be able to eliminate hospitality among the community. This paper aims to emphasize the importance of maintaining the value of Christian hospitality in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Corona virus or covid 19 is a dangerous virus that attacks the human respiratory system. Corona virus able to change the order of almost all of life’s joints in the world of education. In order to break the chain of the covid 19, goverments introduce a pattern of long range learning by means online learning. Application of this learning model certainly brings its own impact to students. The puspose of this study is to know the impact students are experiencing class 5 country primary school Pandawei during the online learning system. The method used was qualitative research methods with data collection techniques thrugh interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The main find of this research is increased students study habits using this online learning methods because the students are becoming accustomed  with technology so they’re easier discovering additional information about the lesson materials received search school.

Indonesia and even the world now feel the impact of the Corona virus outbreak (covid-19), in connection with it hindering the burial of the bodies of victims who died. The phenomenon of corpse rejection of corona virus patients (covid-19) continues to occur in various regions. In fact, the body must be buried immediately no later than 4 hours after being declared dead. The main reason people are reluctant to accept the bodies of patients co-19 because of fear of contracting. While the medical ensure that the body will not transmit the virus. The body in the coffin has been wrapped and declared sterile. The type of research used in this study is the type of normative legal research, which is a legal research method that uses a statutory approachThe results of the study showed that obstructing officers who will carry out official burials could indeed be convicted. Law enforcement officials can use Article 178 of the Criminal Code. not a complaint offense. Law enforcement officials can immediately take action without anyone complaining. "If the incident fulfills the elements contained in Article 178 of the Criminal Code, the perpetrators can be charged. However, it must look at intentions and actions as a condition for imposing a crime on someone.

Today nearly almost every part of the world has been impacted by the corona virus COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 has been unrelenting in its impact as thousands and thousands of people have died from its infections and resulting complications. Some countries have experienced severe effects of the virus than others. However, in both situations the virus has been vicious and many of those who have recovered and survived its infections have testified of how deadly this virus is. In the wake of this pandemic nations around the world have taken measures to curb its impact and spread in communities and societies. Preventative measures taken have disrupted in most cases schools and the workforce with many people being forced to work remotely from their homes and with schools going virtual. However, progress in fighting this virus is in the offing as promising vaccines are on the horizon. This paper discusses a preliminary intervention research project whose goal is to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 in Nairobi, Kenya. Results of this study may have promise of being replicated in other parts of Africa affected by this pandemic.

COVID-19, coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection has become pandemic after first appearing in Wuhan, China in December 2019. It destroyed the life of millions of people throughout the different parts of Europe, America, Asia and others in the world. Various groups of scientists throughout the globe have claimed on trialing for the corona vaccine and for finding out suitable medication for the treatment of COVID-19. No vaccine or medicines are successfully reported to short out the issue for saving the valuable life of human beings, till date. The mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 infection and organ invasion are not understood and it creates difficulty in clinical diagnosis and treatment of corona patients. The pathogenic mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 infection is not very much clear and it may invade multiple organ systems of respiratory, digestive and hematological in a confirmed case. The impact of corona virus outbreak on the global and Indian health systems is also reviewed herewith.


The Novel Corona virus is emerging as a Global public health threat. The outbreak initially emerged in Wuhan, China, large numbers of patients were getting sick because of Pneumonia and later it was found that they were nfected with the Novel Corona virus this emphasizes the importance of analyzing the data of this virus and predicting their risks of infecting people all around the globe. In this study, we present an effort to compile and analyze the outbreak information on COVID19 based on the open datasets on 2019 nCoV provided by the Johns Hopkins University, World Health Organization. An exploratory data analysis with visualizations has been made to understand the number of different cases reported (confirmed, death, and re-covered) in the World. Overall, at the outset of an outbreak like this, it is highly important to readily provide information to begin the evaluation necessary to understand the risks and begin containment activities.

The objective of this article is an analysis of the speeches given in the face of the difficult link between MSMEs and HEIs, the UTCV case for the development of scientific projects and the completion of theses related to MSMEs, and thereby contribute to the strengthening the business organization in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred throughout the world and is present in different spaces, business, educational, among others, however, the study is limited in describing the problems given in technological higher education and their interaction with micro-entrepreneurs in the development of academic projects, the measures adopted for the fulfillment of academic and bonding activities, from a perspective on the insertion of information technologies, tools and means of organization as adjustments to educational models and processes. The methodology used is mixed with a correlational descriptive approach, through the use of bibliographic information sources for the realization of theoretical support, likewise the focus group tool was used, considering the teachers who stayed in May-August 2020. The results showed the perception of businessmen and teachers of stays linked to MSMEs, their impact and development in the face of the pandemic. The contribution is achieved once the literature and results obtained from the focus group have been reviewed, which allows establishing the degree of flexibility for the implementation of new processes to MSMEs, which allows an area of opportunity to generate interaction of scientific projects with MSMEs, as well as the forms of interaction given to COVID-19.

In most different sectors, especially developing countries, but the regional and local impact of the COVID-19 crisis was highly variable, with important economic and social dimensions in addition to the implications for crisis management and political responses to deal with it... Therefore, this paper takes an in-depth look at the impact. Linked to the COVID-19 crisis, the global growth rate at the time of lockdown, which led to the emergence of very difficult fateful challenges in many economies in the world, especially the developed ones, as well as the surprise of the emergence of emerging economies that surfaced and showed positive and significant recovery in growth rates for many of their sectors Vitality at a time in which a number of advanced economies surprised us by achieving a negative growth rate in light of their enormous economic potential, so we were interested to choose a heterogeneous package from the countries of the world (9 countries )to represent the diversity required for the different impact of the Corona virus on the different world economies and the expectations which the world economy will be appear in the global growth rates after the end of this pandemic.. So we exclusively selected 9 countries: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, India, China, Germany, France, the United States of America and Australia, as examples. Stratification on this research
