This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with the use of online transportationapplications in the Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang using the unified theoryof acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) method. This study uses all the variables in theUTAUT methods, including moderation. The data in this study were collected using aquestionnaire distributed to 298 respondents in the Raden Fatah State Islamic UniversityPalembang. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis, simple regression analysisand moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the level of usersatisfaction with the use of online transportation applications in the Raden Fatah State IslamicUniversity Palembang is 77.69%. From this percentage, it can be concluded that the use ofonline transportation applications has been declared satisfied, especially within the RadenFatah State Islamic University of Palembang.

The purpose of this research to 1 ) analyze the influence of motivation of the performance of officers from Tegal city 2 ) analyze the influence of discipline work on performance officers from Tegal city 3 ) analyze the influence of motivation and discipline work on performance officers from Tegal .Respondents in this research as many as 84 people .These respondents is officers from tegal city .The necessary data collected to technique the questionnaire , literature study , observation and interview .Data analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis , test the assumption classical , regression analysis multiple , the testing of hypotheses and analysis the coefficients determination .The research can be concluded that is the positive and significant motivation to the performance of officers from tegal city . This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,011 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant discipline work of the performance of the officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant of the incentives and discipline work together to the performance of officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis simultaneously obtained value significance ( test anova f ) of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 . The research was conducted to determine the effects of psychological capital on the personality on hotel staff working in an engagement setting in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Data was collected by surveying 378 staffs who are working in hotels in Ho Chi Minh City which are rated 3 stars or more. Descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and linear regression analysis were used with SPSS 20 statistical package for data analysis. The results show that all psychological capital factors, including hope, efficacy, resilience and optimism have hadpositive impacts on hotel staffs’ work ethic. The study also demonstrated the effects of personality on the hotel staffs’ engagement with their work. The research outcomes suggest some managerial solutions to management problems by adapting psychological capital data and to take into consideration the personality of staff to enhance employees  working in engagement settings in Ho Chi Minh City.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that influence behaviour intention to use technology information system and use behaviour technology information system using UTAUT (unified theory of acceptance and use of technology). That factors are performance expectancy,effort expectancy, perceived of credibility, social influence, and facilitating condition and moderated by age, gender and experience. Sample of this research is investment using services community (M-Dinar) through internet. One hundred and twenty four respondents using M-Dinar had participated in this research. The collecting data used a questionnaire survey that posted at facebook and sent it via electronic-mail. Data were analyzed using a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed only social influence that effecting behaviour intention to use M-Dinar technology significant. The other factors aren’t have significant influence to behavoiur intention to use M-Dinar technology.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management and infrastructure management on the quality of the learning process in elementary schools in the area of UPTD Education Balongan. The method used descriptive analysis uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study are financial management, facilities and infrastructure management and the quality of the learning process have been carried out well; (1) Financial management has a significant effect on the quality of the learning process (2) Infrastructure management has an influence on the quality of the learning process and shows a significant relationship, (3) Financial management and infrastructure management together have a significant effect on the quality of the learning process teachers are expected to improve and create a learning atmosphere. "PAIKEM", schools are expected to be able to manage financially efficiently and efficiently, schools are expected to have a place to store goods / warehouses that are still suitable for use.

 The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of production costs on the selling price of Flores Arabica coffee. In this study the data analysis used is quantitative data analysis, using calculations that are with simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. From the results of the regression analysis obtained production costs significantly influence the selling price. It is better in recording and calculating the production costs must be considered and calculated in detail because the costs have a very large influence in determining the selling price.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah teachers in Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency in 2021. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study is all teachers in madrasah-Ibtidaiyah in Lingsar district of West Lombok Regency which amounted to 102 teachers. This research sample amounted to 50 teachers spread across Ibtidaiyah madrassa of Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis, both simple regression and double regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Kacamatan Lingsar West Lombok Regency with a contribution of 57%.

The Protected Forest Area Register 22 Way Waya generally 80% of its condition has been utilized and managed by the society, where part of this area was a part of Way Seputih Hulu. This condition means that vegetation changes in land cover will occur as the time goes by. The less of vegetation means that the less of water storage in the soil so will affect the river discharge. This research was aimed to analyze changes of forest cover from 2000−2015 and its effect on Way Seputih Hulu discharge. The method used in this research is the calculation of runoff coefficient, simple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the change of forest cover in Way Seputih Hulu from 2000−2015 decreased (26,32% to 11,26%) its function has been changed into settlement and plantations that affected the increasing of average discharge (16,3 m3/s to 17,1 m3/s), maximum discharge (32,7 m3/s to 49,8 m3/s), fluctuation of river discharge (10,6 to 49,8), runoff coefficient (0,17 to 0,23) and the decreasing of minimum discharge (3,1 m3/s to m3/s).Kawasan Hutan Lindung Register 22 Way Waya secara umum 80% kondisinya telah dimanfaatkan dan dikelola oleh masyarakat dimana sebagian dari wilayah tersebut merupakan bagian dari Way Seputih Hulu. Kondisi demikian berarti perubahan vegetasi tutupan lahan akan terjadi seiring berjalannya waktu. Vegetasi yang semakin sedikit menunjukkan semakin berkurangnya daya simpan air di dalam tanah sehingga debit sungai ikut terpengaruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan tutupan lahan hutan dari tahun 2000−2015 dan hubungannya terhadap debit Way Seputih Hulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perhitungan koefisien runoff, analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan tutupan hutan di Way Seputih Hulu tahun 2000–2015 menurun (26,32% menjadi 11,26%) beralih fungsi menjadi pemukiman dan perkebunan yang berpengaruh tehadap peningkatan debit rata-rata (16,3 m3/dt menjadi 17,1 m3/dt), debit maksimum (32,7 m3/dt menjadi 49,8 m3/ dt), fluktuasi debit (10,6 menjadi 49,8), koefisien aliran permukaan (0,17 menjadi 0,23) dan penurunan debit minimum (3,1 m3/dt menjadi 1,0 m3/dt).
