The purpose of this study was to find out about increasing students' learning motivation in the application of the design model and to find out the improvement in learning outcomes of Indonesian language subjects, especially in short story writing material. In this study, two data collection techniques were used, namely the performance test technique and the observation technique. To analyze the data, the results of performance tests and observations were analyzed by comparative description, namely comparing the initial conditions, cycle I, cycle II. The procedure of classroom action research (CAR) which consists of 2 (two) cycles. In the first cycle, discussions with independent work consisting of 4-5 students are presented and responded to by other groups. In cycle II, the results of group work discussions were presented in front of the class and other groups responded. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to write short stories from an average initial condition of 69.30, after the first cycle of actions was carried out an average of 74.30, to 88.4 at the end of cycle II. By applying the design model, the teacher in the learning process is more creative and applicable. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam penerapan model rancang bangun dan serta mengetahui peningkatkan hasil belajar mapel bahasa Indonesia terutama pada materi menulis cerpen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan teknik tes unjuk kerja dan teknik observasi. Untuk menganalisis data, hasil tes unjuk kerja dan observasi dianalisis dengan deskripsi komperatif, yaitu membandingkan kondisi awal, siklus I, siklus II. Prosedur penelitian penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 (dua ) siklus.Pada siklus I diskusi dengan kerja mandiri yang terdiri dari 4-5peserta didik dipresentasikan dan ditanggapi oleh kelompok yang lain. Pada siklus II hasil diskusi kerja kelompok dipresentasikan di depan kelas dan ditanggapi oleh kelompok yang lain.Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menulis cerpen dari kondisi awal rata-rata 69,30, setelah dilaksanakan tindakan siklus I rata-rata 74,30 ,menjadi 88,4 pada akhir siklus II.Penerapan model rancang bangun, guru dalam proses pembelajaran lebih kreatif dan aplikatif.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat masalah mengenai penggunaan media kado ilmu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitataif yaitu pengumpulan data berupa data yang ditemukan pada saat melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan media kadoilmu pada pesertadidik. Teknik yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik non tes berupa observasi (pengamatan) terhadap peserta didik dan pendidik, dan teknik tes berupa hasil pekerjaan peserta didik yang di lakukan untuk mengetahui presentase ketuntasan hasilbelajar peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yaitu data hasil pekerjaan peserta didik yang dianalisis dengan cara membaca, memeriksa, dan menilai. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media kado ilmu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menuli scerpen, yakni dengan adanya ketuntasan belajar peserta didik pada siklus 1 yang tuntas 8 orang atau 28,57%, yang tidak tuntas 20 orang atau 71,43% sedangkan pada siklus II jumlahpeserta didik yang tuntasmeningkat menjadi 27 orang atau 96,42%, dengan 1 orang atau 4,00% yang menunjukan tidak tuntas.KATA KUNCI: Media Kadoilmu,Cerpen,Pesertadidik. > THE USE OF SCIENTIFIC MEDIA MEDIA IN IMPROVING THE WRITING ABILITY OF STUDENTS IN EDUCATION ABSTRACT: This study aims to raise the issue of the use of science gift media in improving short story writing skills in students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method that is data collection in the form of data found at the time of conducting research using gift items on students. The techniques used in this study are non-test techniques in the form of observations (observers) of students and educators, and test techniques in the form of student work done to determine the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes. Data analysis technique is the data of students' work which is analyzed by reading, checking, and assessing. So based on the results of the study it was concluded that learning by using science gift media can improve the ability of students in writing scerpenes, namely by completing the learning of students in cycle 1 which is complete 8 people or 28.57%, which is not completed 20 people or 71, 43% while in the second cycle the number of students who completed completed increased to 27 people or 96.42%, with 1 person or 4.00% who showed incomplete.KEYWORDS: Kadoilmu Media, Short Stories, Islamic Education Participants

Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menceritakan kembali isi cerpen  secara lisan melalui metode cooperative script pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dua kali pertemuan, dengan empat tahap penelitian: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Dengan jumlah  30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menceritakan kembali isi cerpen  secara lisan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I siswa yang berhasil mendapat nilai KKM, meningkat dari 17 siswa atau 56,66% menjadi 21 siswa atau 70% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 13,34% dibandingkan kondisi awal. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 25 siswa yang mendapat nilai diatas KKM atau 86,66% atau terdapat peningkatan sebesar 16,66% dari sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode cooperative script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menceritakan kembali isi cerpen secara lisan pada siswa kelas IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, bahasa Indonesia, menceritakan isi cerpen secara lisan, cooperative script  Abstrak Bahasa Inggris :This study aims to improve the results of learning Indonesian material retelling the contents of the short story orally through cooperative script method on the students of class IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. The research method using Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings, with four stages of research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class IX D of SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo first semester of academic year 2017/2018. With a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study is to improve the learning achievement of Indonesian material recount the contents of the short story orally. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle of students who managed to get KKM scores, increased from 17 students or 56.66% to 21 students or 70% or an increase of 13.34% compared to the initial conditions. While in the second cycle increased to 25 students who got a value above the KKM or 86.66% or an increase of 16.66% from the previous. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that with the application of cooperative script method can improve the learning achievement of Bahasa Indonesia the material retell the contents of the short story orally in the students of class IX D SMP Negeri 2 Tawangsari Sukoharjo Semester I Lesson 2017/2018. This study aims to increase the interest and learning outcomes of short story writing students of the IX-B class of SMP Negeri 3 Selat in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year.  The subjects in this study were students of class IX-B, SMP Negeri 3 Selat, amounting to 31 people, consisting of 13 male students and 18 female students in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year.  This study uses a class action research design through two stages. Data about students' interest in learning was collected by observation sheets, and short story learning outcomes were collected by the test method.  Both types of data are analyzed by quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Suggestion-Imagination learning method can increase interest in learning and learning outcomes in short story writing for Class IX-B students of SMP Negeri 3 Selat in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year.  with an average of 65.16 and completeness 51.61% in the first stage, being an average of students' learning interest of 83.55 and a completeness level of 93.55% in the second stage. While student learning outcomes also increased from an average of 68.87 in the first stage and the classical completeness rate of 51.61%, increased to an average of 75.48 in the second stage and a mastery level of 77.42%.  Based on these results it is recommended; (1) utilize the Suggestion-Imagination method to increase interest and learning outcomes of short story writing; (2) make the results of this study a consideration in developing learning methods; (4) try this method on other material, or even on other subjects.

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe students short story writing skills using the master copy technique and mind mapping techniques. This type of research is quantitative with analytical descriptive method. Research sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data in this study is the performance test, which is writing short story texts. The research data ini the form of short story writing skills using the master copy technique and mind mapping technique. The research data collection technique is by analyzing students short story writing skills by apllying the master copy technique and mind mapping technique. Indicators used to assess short story writing skills, namely structure, instrinsic elements, and linguistic elements. Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that. First, short story writing skills using the master copy the technique of the eleventh grade students of Padang Panjang public high school 2 are in good qualification because the average value of short story text writing skills using the master copy technique is 82.07. Second, short story writing skills using mind mapping techniques of the eleventh grade students of Padang Panjang 2 high school are in excellent qualifications because the average value of short story writing skills using mind mapping technique is 88.26. Third, based on the calculated average values for the two texts, there is a significant different between the short story writing skills using the master copy technique of the eleventh grade students of Padang Panjang 2 high school.Kata kunci : keterampilan menulis, teks cerpen, copy the master, mind mapping

This research aims to illustrate the effectiveness of short story writing learning with modeling methods in private high school students of The Langkat Bahorok Regional Government compared to lecture methods. The population in this study was all students of class VIII of the Private High School Langkat Bahorok With a sample number of 20 people for each treatment. A research method is an experiment that compares between two groups given different treatment, in which case the experimental group is given short story writing learning with modeling methods and the control group is given learning by lecture method. From the distribution results obtained: (1) The experimental group that got learning to write short stories with modeling methods had an average value (Mean) of 74.75 and standard deviation (SD) of 15.66; (2) The control group that learned to write short stories with lecture methods had an average score (mean) of 62.5 and Standard Deviation (SD) of 10.97. Furthermore, from the calculation of the hypothesis test obtained greatly t hitung = 2,37 at a significance level of 5% price t tabel = 2,02 and to a degree 1% price t tabel = 2,71. Because of the price t hitung Bigger than t tabel (2,02 < 2,37 < 2,71), then the nil hypothesis (Ho) can be rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means there is a significant influence between the learning outcomes of writing short stories with modeling methods and learning outcomes of writing short stories with lecture methods on students Private High School Langkat Bahorok.

Abstrak Penelitian ini berawal dari rendahnya keterampilan menulis cerita pendek siswa kelas X di beberapa SMA Kabupaten Tangerang terkait dengan media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran video scribe serta mengetahui efektifitas media video scribe dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita pendek berbasis pendidikan karakter di kelas X SMA. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMA kelas X di SMAN 1, SMAN 19 dan SMAN Mandiri Balaraja di Kabupaten Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian berupa validasi ahli media, validasi materi, dan validasi pembelajaran pedagogik yang dinyatakan layak. Pada perolehan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita pendek berbasis pendidikan karakter siswa kelas X di SMA N 1 Kabupaten Tangerang pada pretest yaitu rata-rata 61,5 meningkat menjadi rata-rata73,5 pada posttest. Hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita pendek berbasis pendidikan karakter siswa kelas X di SMA N 19 Kabupaten Tangerang pada pretest mendapat rata-rata 60 meningkat menjadi rata-rata 70 pada postest. Hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita pendek berbasis pendidikan karakter siswa kelas X di SMA Mandiri Balaraja Kabupaten Tangerang pada pretest yaitu rata-rata 61 meningkat menjadi rata-rata 68,5 pada postest. Media video scribe efektif digunakan karena menarik minat siswa, siswa menjadi aktif, imajiansi, dan meningkatkan kreatifitas siswa. Kata kunci : pengembangan, video scribe, menulis cerpen, pendidikan karakter Abstract This research originated from the low skill of writing short stories by students of class X in several Tangerang high schools related to learning media. The purpose of this research is to describe the results of the development of scribe video learning media and to know the effectiveness of scribe video media in improving short story writing skills based on character education in class X high school. The subjects of this study were high school students of class X at SMAN 1, SMAN 19 and SMAN Mandiri Balaraja in Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests. The results of the study were in the form of media expert validation, material validation, and pedagogic learning validation that was declared feasible. At the acquisition of learning outcomes, short story writing skills based on character education of class X students at SMA N 1 Tangerang Regency at pretest, namely an average of 61.5 increased to an average of 73.5 in the posttest. The results of learning short story writing skills based on character education in class X students in SMA N 19 Tangerang Regency at pretest got an average of 60 increasing to an average of 70 in the posttest. The results of learning short story writing skills based on character education for class X students at Mandiri Balaraja High School, Tangerang Regency, at pretest, that is, the average 61 increased to an average of 68.5 in the posttest. The video scribe media is effective because it attracts students' interest, students become active, study, and increase student creativity.   Keywords: development, scribe videos, short story writing, character education

The purpose of the study was to improve short story writing skills using POP UP media for fifth grade students of SDN 36 Sungai Ambawang, Kubu Raya Regency. This research method is descriptive method, the form of classroom action research, and the nature of collaborative research. Teachers' researchsubjects, and grade V students of State Elementary Schools totaling 20 students. The technique used in this study is direct observation techniques and data collection tools used are observation guidelines. The results of the study are based on observations using POP UP media in improving short story writing skills. By using POP UP media can improve short story writing skills. This can be seen from the learning outcomes of students in writing short stories seen from the achievement score of wholeness of the firstcycle 88.33% Cycle II 100%, Integrity of the essay score of the first cycle achievement 68.33%, second cycle 88.33%, while the achievements score on language and spelling cycle I 60% cycle II 86.66%. Based on the description, in general the use of POP UP media can improve the short story writing skills of fifth grade students at SDN 36 Sungai Ambawang, Kubu Raya Regency. Thus the POP UP media can be used in learning short story writing skills.

This research is motivated by the reality at Adiwerna Tegal 1 State Vocational School, that the results of learning the magnetic field class X TAV 3 have not achieved the expected results. The first daily test results were still low, still below the ideal classical completeness criteria set at 80%, and individual learning outcomes above KKM of ≥ 70 or individual absorption of 70%. The method in collecting data is a test technique used to measure students 'comprehension in the form of learning outcomes and observation techniques carried out collaboratively to record students' motivation in learning and to know the progress of the learning process from cycle to cycle. From the results of data analysis, it is stated that: 1) Initial conditions, that classical absorption power which is the learning outcomes of all students only reached 55.56% means that it is under the classical completeness that has been set at 80% (ideal conditions). 2). In Cycle 1, classical absorption reached 72.22% which means it was still under class completeness. 3). In Cycle 2, the classical absorption capacity reached 86.11% above the class completeness which was set at 80%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an increase in motivation and learning outcomes of magnetic field material by applying the cooperative jigsaw type learning method to class X TAV 3 of Adiwerna Tegal 1 State Vocational School of the school year 2017/2018.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to description of the following. First, describe the mastery level of instrinsik element of grade IX SMP Negeri 20 Padang. Second, describing the skill level of writing short story students in class IX SMP Negeri 20 Padang. Thirdly, it describes the contribution of Instrinsik element mastery to the short story writing skills of class IX SMP Negeri 20 Padang. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive method with a correlation approach. The population amounted to 285 people and was spread in nine classrooms. This research sample amounted to 57 people. The research Data is a result of the objective test of multiple-choice for an Instrinsik element mastery test consisting of 42 grains. Student short story writing skills Data is obtained by conducting a performance test. The collected Data is analyzed according to the indicators to get student scores and grades. Based on the results of the study, three sympultants were obtained. First, the skills of short story writing students IX SMP Negeri 20 Padang Panjang in general are on the qualification more than enough with an average value of 72.15.  Secondly, the mastery of instrinsik element of grade XI SMP Negeri 20 Padang is being qualified more than enough with the average value of 69.76 count. Thirdly, the mastery of language style contributes to the short story writing skills of class IX SMP Negeri 20 Padang by 32.49%, while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not researched in this study. Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Unsur Instrinsik, Menulis Cerita Pendek
