Hal ini menjadikan pemuda pesantren dipercaya oleh masyarakat terhadap eksistensinya yang telah dibangun sekian tahun oleh para ulama. Saat ini perjuangan pemuda dan pesantren berbeda dengan perjuangan terdahulu, isu lingkungan hidup, sosial dan budaya menciptakan tantangan terbaru bagi para pemuda santri, alumni dan pemangku kebijakan pesantren terhadap terciptanya pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya untuk menghindari eksploitasi konservasi yang merusak tatanan hidup manusia. Melalui konsep integrasi edukasi konservasi lingkungan hidup dan warisan budaya, pesantren ditantang menghadirkan sebuah konsep baru konservasi dalam bentuk urgensi edukasi konservasi kepada para pemuda-pemudi santri agar bisa menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, menjaga dan merawat lingkungan dan budaya yang telah dibangun secara baik oleh Sang Maha Pencipta. Integrasi edukasi konservasi menjadi sangat penting, untuk menanggulangi permasalahan lingkungan dan budaya di pesantren maupun di luar pesantren. Dalam hal ini, dilakukan upaya untuk melestarikan lingkungan hidup. Salah satunya melalui program Eco-Pesantren yang bertujuan menciptakan pemuda dan pesantren peduli lingkungan. Dengan penyadaran urgensi konservasi lingkungan dan budaya, para pemuda santri menjadi agen of change bagi pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya. Pengrusakan dengan mengatasnamakan agama terhadap warisan budaya tidak perlu terjadi di Indonesia mengingat berbagai Negara di timur tengah marak melakukan pengrusakan warisan budaya dihancurkan atas nama agama. Fenomena pelestarian warisan budaya yang dibangun oleh sejarah terdahulu adalah sah dari perspektif hukum Islam; ini karena Islam mengamanatkan umat manusia untuk memanfaatkan dengan bijak sumber daya yang tersedia untuk membentuk lingkungan fisik dan ekonomi yang tepat. Pelestarian warisan yang dibangun kembali dengan manfaat bagi masyarakat besar dan memastikan bahwa sumber daya didaur ulang untuk melayani umat manusia untuk generasi yang lebih lama.  Abstract  Youth and Islamic boarding schools are two components that characterize Indonesia, pre- and post-independence youth and Islamic boarding schools that color the realm of struggle for religion, nation and state. This makes pesantren youths trusted by the community for their existence which has been built over the years by the scholars. Currently the struggles of youth and pesantren are different from previous struggles, environmental, social and cultural issues are creating the latest challenges for young santri, alumni and pesantren policy makers to create environmental and cultural preservation to avoid conservation exploitation that damages human life. Through the concept of integrating education on environmental conservation and cultural heritage, Islamic boarding schools are challenged to present a new concept of conservation in the form of the urgency of conservation education to students so that they can foster a sense of belonging, protecting and caring for the environment and culture that has been well built by the Creator. . Integration of conservation education is very important, to overcome environmental and cultural problems at and outside the pesantren. In this case, efforts are made to preserve the environment. One of them is through the Eco-Pesantren program which aims to create youth and Islamic boarding schools that care about the environment. With awareness of the urgency of environmental and cultural conservation, the young santri become agents of change for environmental and cultural preservation. Destruction in the name of religion of cultural heritage does not need to occur in Indonesia, considering that various countries in the Middle East are destroying cultural heritage in the name of religion. The phenomenon of the preservation of cultural heritage built up by previous history is valid from the perspective of Islamic law; this is because Islam mandates humankind to make wise use of the available resources to form a proper physical and economic environment. Preservation of the heritage that is rebuilt with the benefit of the great society and ensuring that resources are recycled to serve humanity for longer generations.

The statute relating to environmental conservation plays an important role to protect water and garbage pollution. The establishment and enforcement of the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 is to protect the people’s rights and interests in order to safeguard the environment from being polluted. There are a few provisions in this Act relating to water and garbage pollution and protection of water resources from any pollution. Therefore, this article will examine the provisions in relation to water and garbage pollution in the Act and then identify similar discussions in Islamic law, which deal with the protection of water and garbage pollution. A qualitative method is used to obtain data for this paper. Analysis of documents from primary and secondary sources was executed inductively, deductively and comparatively using the Act and Islamic reference sources which was then documented in a descriptive report.

This study was conducted to determine the actual position of political syar'iyyah from the perspective of Islam and its practices in the context of the state of Kelantan, especially in the field of art and entertainment. The study also followed up with the state government and police of the arts, as well as reforms carried out from 1990 to 2015. The focus of this research focuses on the application of the basic arts and entertainment through the enforcement of the Control of Entertainment and Places of Entertainment 1998, Cultural Performance Guidelines (entertainment) Act 1998 and Control of Entertainment Enactment 2003, which became the main purpose of the exercise of political syar'iyyah. Analysis carried out on the action and reform the state government to the arts by syar'iyyah political perspective. The study employs a library and analysis of official documents such as circulars, news, enactment and guidelines issued by the state government. The study found that ijtihad and reforms undertaken during the period managed to bring about change and give the benefit to the community in Kelantan. It is hoped that this study can contribute to the enrichment of the cultural heritage of the Malay Muslims in accordance with the tenets and formation syar'iyyah political capital of the arts and entertainment that coincide with Islamic law. We hope this study will help art researchers in the future. Keywords: Siasah syar'iyyah, Arts, Policy, Kelantan, Entertainment     Artikel ini bertujuan membincangkan konsep siasah syar‘iyyah, sejarah perkembangan kesenian, polisi kerajaan Kelantan terhadap siasah syar‘iyyah dan pelaksanaannya di negeri Kelantan. Secara khusus, fokus kajian ini dilakukan bermula semasa pemerintahan TGNA pada tahun 1990 sehingga sekarang. Kajian berbentuk analisis dokumen ini bersandar kepada pemerhatian terhadap dokumen rasmi kerajaan seperti surat pekeliling, warta, enakmen dan garis panduan yang dikeluarkan oleh kerajaan Kelantan. Selain itu, data-data kajian juga turut disokong oleh pelbagai literatur lain seperti buku-buku ilmiah serta    wacana-wacana ilmiah yang berkaitan.  Hasil kajian mendapati tindakan dan pembaharuan yang dilakukan oleh kerajaan Kelantan dalam bidang siasah syar’iyyah adalah berdasarkan al-Quran dan al-Sunnah serta ijtihad. Terdapat beberapa pembaharuan yang dianggap sebagai pra syarat untuk mengadakan sesuatu persembahan kesenian serta beberapa contoh perubahan dalam kesenian yang dipersembahkan di Kelantan selepas tahun 1990 hingga sekarang telah menunjukkan perubahan yang sangat ketara. Pelaksanaan dasar kesenian dan hiburan ini berjaya memberi kemaslahatan kepada rakyat, dan dalam masa yang sama ia juga berjaya mempertahankan beberapa nilai kesenian lama yang tidak bertentangan dengan Islam. Selain itu terdapat juga beberapa persembahan kesenian yang diberi roh Islam dari sudut pelaksanaannya untuk menjadi santapan hiburan terhadap masyarakat. Kajian ini menyumbang kepada pengkaryaan khazanah seni dan hiburan Islam, menjadi model terhadap pelaksanaan hiburan dan selain itu ia dapat membantu para pengkaji seni untuk menambahkan ilmu dalam bidang kesenian Islam.   Kata kunci: kesenian, hiburan, enakmen, ijtihad dan maslahah

ISLAM is the religion that emphases on the overall human life. It covers all aspects of the physical body, the soul or the spirit, the emotion and the intellect. The Almighty Allah has stated that, True believers those who, if we give them power in the land, establish regular prayer and give zakat, enjoin the right and forbid wrong. That So, we can highlight from these directives of the holy Quran that the religious responsibilities of the Muslim rulers are that they protect the Divine bounds; defend the religion and invite the people to Allah by means of argument and good advice. A ruler is a trustee of the people and vicegerent of Allah. The ruler of a Muslim state has, among other things, to enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. What could be right and wrong has been clearly identified in the Quran and sunnah. Some of the acts and behaviors identified which can be promoted more appropriately through positive measures like counselling, motivation, preaching, guidance, creation of appropriate environment, and other similar measures. The most effective of these measures could, however, be what is called exemplifying. It would mean that the ruler should do himself what is right and refrain from doing what is wrong and thereby set an example. Leading by exemplifying has deep psychological and substantial effect on others to follow and emulate. Therefore, the Seerah of the prophet PBUH is the best source for us in this regard. However, it encompasses the efforts made to develop human-being or individual who is pure of heart, pure in mind and pure in deeds where he can function as a member of society, who is civilized and has a high self-esteem. An individual’s awareness towards one’s responsibilities and a high self-esteem can bring for a peaceful and harmonious nation. Thus, the establishment of the Islamic society base on the voice of development together with material values and humanity. Because of which, the role of leaders of Islamic society must be proactive in plotting the path of educational system of the nation based on piety and faith. As for the obligations of ruler in the light of Seerah, I shall refer to the principles which Al-Mawridi r.a has discussed: The preservation of the Faith, true to its origin and in keeping with the consensus of those who participated in the founding of the Ummah, Defense of the Realm. He must carry out the Hadd punishments to ensure the limits prescribed by Allah and so that the rights of general public shall be protected. The other responsibilities are implementation of the principles of Islamic Law, governing disputes, The active propagation of the Faith, The collection of various taxes required by the Shariah, The provision of financial assistance and the assessment of claims against the Treasury, To be solicitous of the public confidence, and to consider fully the council of his advisors in their areas of responsibility, To actively oversee all aspects of government, and to keep himself well and widely informed. This paper thus discusses on the responsibilities of a ruler from the Seerah perspective.

Ra-glai ethnic minorities make up a sizable proportion of the population in Ninh Thuan province in general and Bac Ai district in particular. Ra-glai ethnic minorities have a long-standing culture and have a unique ethnic identity. The tangible and intangible cultural identity of the Ra-glai ethnic minority is both closely associated with religious beliefs and widely popular, has great power to dominate all activities of Ra-glai ethnic minorities. The conservation and promotion of the tangible and intangible cultural heritages of the Ra-glai ethnic group in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province in the process of building a new countryside is now becoming one of the issues authorized by the party committee, local authorities are very interested in implementing.Over the past years, with the investment of the State, the province, the district, the local organizations and individuals, the education to preserve and promote the ethnic cultural identity of the Ra-glai community In Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province has achieved some encouraging results. However, in the process of building a new countryside, the culture of the local Ra-glai ethnic minority has been gradually fading.The authors of the paper have deeply studied the current state of conservation education and promotion of the cultural heritage of Ra-glai ethnic minorities in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province, then proposing solutions to building an educational model that conserves and promotes the cultural heritage of Ra-glai ethnic minorities in a sustainable way in the process of building a New Rural in Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province in the period of the current.

Like the limits of crime, crimes against human life and body are also very dangerous in terms of their effects, so the Qur'an has fixed their punishment for them. Islamic law has set specific punishments for it, and it does not allow any kind of crime to be reduced. These crimes have schakled the very basis of society and they have to be dealt with severely. The basic elements of society are the need to protect the structures on which the lives and deaths of society depend. These crimes can be basically divided into two types: 1.Crimes against human beings (e.g. murder) 2.Crimes against the human body. There is a long way to go around, and in the meantime, this kind of research is needed, the seriousness of which is far greater than the rest of researches. This article examined the crimes against humanity in the light of Islamic law.

The remit of the article is regional development strategizing. Regional development strategy as part of regional regulatory environment could ensure the task of sustainable development due to determining priorities for resource conservation, development of a “green” economy, and restoration of natural resources. This is especially important for the extractive economies of the Russian regions. On the contrary, the research revealed the preservation of extractive policies in most of the Ural regions. The manuscript contains the description of the ecological and economic position of the regions of the Ural macroregion, that have a high anthropogenic impact on the environment because of their nature of economy. We analysed the content of the development strategies of the regions of the Ural macroregion and the issues of sustainable development. The Chelyabinsk region and the Republic of Bashkortostan didn’t include sustainable development in the top priorities. It leads them to stick their place in the tail of the National Environmental Rating of Russian Regions. Orenburg region’s strategy conclude the most quality mechanisms for ensuring environmental safety in regional strategic documents. The author highlighted the comprehension of the deep interrelationships of ecological well-being with all spheres of human life in the development strategy of the Sverdlovsk region. The regional development strategy is an important mechanism for ensuring a balance between industrial growth and environmental conservation. Therefore, the authority of traditional industrial regions of the Urals should strengthen the component of sustainable development in their strategies.

Traditional arts and professions are the carriers of our culture because they carry historical background. For this reason, traditional arts and professions and cultural heritage are easily transferred to future generations. While knife was a tool that facilitated human life in the early periods, it turned into an art in time. The art of knife and the techniques and methods used in this art have been used for many years in history. Today, there are many artists who want to prevent the art of knife from turning into a craft. They intend to take this art to an even more advanced level. In this study, we interviewed three artists as samples who dealt with knifemaking by addressing the art of knife in Düzce. Interviews and works with the artists are visualized in this work. Thus, what has been done about the art of knife in Düzce, which methods and techniques are applied have been revealed. Along with the previous methods applied to this art, traditional Turkish arts such as marbling, illumination and miniature were used as a surface decoration technique in the art of knife which is a branch of Turkish metal arts. The aim of the study is to show the path that knife art has taken from its historical background to the present day and to show the feasibility of new methods in this field and thus to indicate that knife art is open to development. It is believed that this work, in which interviews and images obtained are evaluated using a descriptive analysis, will contribute to literature related to traditional art and the art of knife. In Mataram West Nusa Tenggara, people is lives are regulated on daily basis by religious law, traditional (adat) law and state law. To understand these complex cultural and religious processes as they affect women in particular, I will examine the issue of divorce, also known as sue divorce. This tipe of divorce is socially-sanctioned. I will focus my examination in Mataram, an city of Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. In Lombok society marriage constitutes an important part of the life cycle.  Someone is not considered an adult until marriage.  Marriage is not only united two individual, but also united two families. However this dream canot be realized over the long term.  If family problems arise and  there are no suitable solutions, people may choose to divorce. For instance, if a wife unable to fulfill her obligations as a wife, her husband can divorce her by verbal means alone, according to any of the three existing legal systems (religious customary or state law). By contrast, if her husband unable to fulfill her obligations as a husband his wife can divorce him in only one way by making an application to Islamic Court to do divorce. In marriage available successful couple builds the family that sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah. But then available also that unsuccessful and end with separate or divorce. Separate constitutes a thing that often happens deep good human life divorce the initiating from the husband and also divorce the initiating from the wife, that its cause islamic law puts attention that adequately significant to that thing. It can appear if understand about islamic law, undoubtedly will find both of previous thing and its terminological  islamic law. There is no divorce without started by marriage. But upon that aim not attained, therefore divorce constitutes last way out that must been sailed through. Divorce can't be done but there is grounds which corrected by religion, adat and state law. In islamic law, that divorce grounds experience developing according to social development. Basically islamic law establishes that divorce reason which is wrangle which really culminates and jeopardize the so called soul safety with “ syiqaq ”. Intention is if worried a couple its happening dispute (dispute not only means wrangle among husband or wife can also distinctive principle and opinion) therefore delegate a someone of its husband family and a someone of wife family. And if both of wife and husband will goodness and they can make resolution and look for the solution, but if there are suitable solution wife or husband can do divorce.

Crime is a phenomenon of human life and society, therefore it cannot be released from space and time. The rise and fall of crime rates depends on the circumstances of the community, political conditions, economy, culture and so forth. Based on the results of research at the Jambi BPOM, the problem of crime and violations is a phenomenon that cannot be implemented in people's lives. However, not all people obey the regulations made by the government, many cases of violation of food products without marketing licenses have been successfully disclosed, for information, in 2013 to 2015, a number of 19 cases of drug circulation, cosmetics, traditional medicine and health supplements, food, which does not meet security, benefits, and quality requirements with a nominal value of Rp. 423,769,000 including: 10 cases in the field of medicine, 2 cases in the field, 5 cases in the field of cosmetics and 2 cases in the field of food. successfully revealed and has been submitted to court.
