ABSTRACTObjective: knowing the social representations of the nursing staff about errors in the preparation and administration of medicines. Method: this is about a descriptive, field research, from qualitative approach, with the theoretical and methodological the Theory of Representations. We used recall questionnaire for data collection; analysis was done by software EVOC, 2003. The study was approved by the Ethics in Research of the Catholic University of Goiás (protocol number, 5727.0.000.168-09) and Hospital Araújo Jorge (018/2010). Results: representations refer to two main aspects: one directed to the professional who made a mistake and another patient hit by error. Conclusions: the fact that the main elements of this representation being negative and directed to the wrong person, can understand why the blame still focuses on the professional as strongly. Also, facilitates the perception that the institution is listed as conducive error indirectly. Descriptors: nursing team; medication errors; psychology social; social  behavior.RESUMOObjetivo: conhecer as representações sociais da equipe de enfermagem sobre erros no preparo e administração de medicamentos. Método: pesquisa de campo, qualitativa e descritiva, sendo a Teoria das Representações Sociais o referencial teórico-metodológico. Utilizou-se questionário de evocação para coleta de dados; análise se deu pelo software EVOC, 2003. O estudo foi aprovado pelos Comitês de Ética em Pesquisa da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (número de protocolo, 5727.0.000.168-09) e do Hospital Araújo Jorge (018/2010). Resultados: as representações remetem para dois aspectos principais: um direcionado ao profissional que errou e outro ao paciente atingido pelo erro. Conclusões: o fato dos principais elementos desta representação serem negativos e voltados à pessoa que errou, permite compreender porque a culpa ainda incide sobre o profissional de modo tão intenso. Também, facilita na percepção de que a instituição só é relacionada como propiciadora do erro de forma indireta. Método: investigación de campo, cualitativa y descriptiva, y la Representaciones Sociales de la teórica y metodológica. Se utilizó encuesta de recordatorio de la recogida de datos; análisis fue hecho por el software EVOC, 2003. El estudio fue aprobado por la Ética en la Investigación de la Universidad Católica de Goiás (número de protocolo, 5727.0.000.168-09) y el Hospital Araújo Jorge (018/2010). Resultados: representaciones se refieren a dos aspectos principales: uno dirigido a los profesionales que cometió un error y otro hit paciente por error. Conclusiones: el hecho de que los principales elementos de esta representación son negativos y se centró en la persona equivocada, se puede entender por qué la culpa sigue centrado en el profesional de la misma fuerza. Además, facilita la percepción de que la institución está en la lista como un error propicio indirectamente. ABSTRACTObjectives: to identify the perception of nursing undergraduate students about their learning in the field of semiotics in nursing, specifically the content calculation of medication and to know their conduct by a medication error. Methods: this is about a descriptive and exploratory study, from qualitative approach performed by 113 academic from 8th semester of the nursing course from University Nove de Julho in São Paulo city. For data collection was used a questionnaire with seven questions. Data were presented descriptively and analyzed by theoretical searched. This study has been approved by Committee of Ethics in Research from Universidade Nove de Julho (protocol number 232294/2008). Results: 68% of the students believe that is necessary to improve their knowledge; 51% believes that nursings assistants and the physician are responsible by medication faults. Conclusion: 92% of the sample described they have few or none estimate doubts about “rule of three”; 76% has few or none doubts about estimates envolving “percents”; about their conduct when the medication workin out error occurs, 75% opts the orientation way; 13 % would communicate the ethic Nursings Comitte and 7% will opt  by the punishment. Descriptors: medication errors; nursing; nurse's role. RESUMOObjetivos: identificar a percepção do graduando de enfermagem acerca do seu aprendizado na disciplina de enfermagem em semiotécnica, especificamente no conteúdo cálculo de medicação e conhecer a sua conduta mediante o erro de medicação. Metodologia: trata-se de um estudo descritivo e exploratório, com abordagem quantitativa, composta por uma amostra de 113 graduandos do 8º semestre do Curso de Enfermagem, da Universidade Nove de Julho, na cidade de São Paulo. Para coleta de dados foi aplicado um questionário com sete questões fechadas. Os dados foram apresentados de forma descritiva e analisados mediante referencial teórico pesquisado. Este estudo teve o projeto aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa, da Universidade Nove de Julho, sob protocolo 232294/2008. Resultados: a maioria dos discentes (68%) acredita ser necessário aprimorar o seu conhecimento; 51% crêem que os auxiliares de enfermagem e médicos prescritores são responsáveis pelo erro de medicação. Conclusão: 92% relataram terem pouca ou nenhuma dúvida nos cálculos que envolvem regra de três, 76% deles tem pouca ou nenhuma dúvida no cálculo que envolve porcentagem; quanto à conduta do futuro enfermeiro mediante o erro de medicação, 75% faria orientação, 13% encaminharia para a CEE e 7% optaram pela punição. Descritores: erros de medicação; enfermagem; papel do profissional de enfermagem. RESUMENObjetivos: identificar la percepción del graduando de enfermería sobre su aprendizaje en la disciplina de enfermería en semiotecnia, específicamente en el contenido del cálculo de medicación y conocer su conducta mediante el error de medicación. Metodos: es un estudio descriptivo e exploratório, con un enfoque cuantitativo, con una muestra de 113 estudiantes del octavo semestre de Enfermería de la Universidad Nove de Julho, en la ciudad de São Paulo, Brasil. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó un cuestionario con siete preguntas cerradas. Los datos se presentan de manera descriptiva y analizados por el teórico buscado. Este estudio fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética de la Universidad de Nove de Julho (numero del protocolo 232294/2008). Resultados: la mayoría de los alumnos (68%) cree que es necesario perfeccionar su conocimiento; 51% cree que los auxiliares de enfermería y médicos prescrítores son responsables por el error de medicación. Conclusión: de la muestra, 92% relataron tener poca o ninguna duda en los cálculos que involucran regla de tres, 76% de ellos tienen poca o ninguna duda en el cálculo que involucra porcentaje; cuanto a la conducta del futuro enfermero mediante el error de medicación, 75% buscaría orientación, 13% encaminaría el resultado hacía la CEE y 7% optaron por la punición. ABSTRACTObjective: identifying the feelings and reactions of the nursing staff towards death and the dying process in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Methodology: this is about a descriptive and exploratory study from qualitative approach, analyzing the subjects’ speeches, from the question: Which reactions towards death do the nursing staff working in ICU present? Data collection was conducted through questionnaires after the signing of Terms of Consent, held between July and August 2010, with ten nurses from the nursing staff, who work in intensive care unit of a medium-sized hospital in Goiás, as approved by UniEvangélica´s Ethics in Research committee with the 0155/2009 consent. Results: from analysis of the interviews two categories and two subcategories emerged: 1-Feelings experienced by the nursing staff toward death and the dying process of the client in their care; 2 - Unveiling the sensitivity of the nursing staff toward death and the dying process; 2.1-Bonding; 2.2-Religiosity. Conclusion: it was possible to see that death is still seen as an enigma and that the nursing staff experience feelings of incompetence, anxiety and lack of preparation in dealing with patients in the process of death and dying, yet living with this situation routinely. This suggests there is a need for clarification of how to deal with death and the dying process in the training of health professionals in order to provide complete and qualified. Descriptors: nursing staff; death; the intensive care unit.RESUMOObjetivo: identificar os sentimentos e as reações da equipe de enfermagem perante a morte e o processo de morrer na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI). Metodologia: estudo descritivo, exploratório, abordagem qualitativa, análise das falas dos sujeitos, a partir da questão norteadora: A equipe de enfermagem que trabalha em UTI apresenta quais reações perante a morte?  A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de questionários, após assinatura dos Termos de Consentimentos Livre e Esclarecido, entre julho e agosto de 2010, com dez profissionais da equipe de enfermagem, que trabalham em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva de um hospital de médio porte do interior de Goiás, conforme aprovação do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da UniEvangélica com o parecer 0155/2009. Resultados: a partir das análises das entrevistas, emergiram duas categorias e duas subcategorias: 1- Sentimentos vivenciados pela equipe de enfermagem frente à morte e o processo de morrer do cliente que esta aos seus cuidados; 2- Desvelando a sensibilidade da equipe de enfermagem perante a morte e o processo de morrer; 2.1- Vínculo Afetivo; 2.2- Religiosidade. Conclusão: foi possível verificar que a morte ainda é vista como enigma e que a equipe de enfermagem experimenta sentimentos de incompetência, angústia e despreparo em lidar com pacientes em processo de morte e morrer, mesmo convivendo rotineiramente com essa situação. O que sugere haver necessidade de esclarecimento de como lidar com a morte e processo de morrer na formação dos profissionais de saúde, a fim de prestar assistência qualificada e integral. Metodología: enfoque descriptivo, exploratorio y cualitativo, analizando el discurso de los sujetos, a partir de la pregunta: ¿Qué reacciones presenta el personal de enfermería que trabaja en la UCI ante a la muerte? La recolección de datos se llevó a cabo a través de cuestionarios después de la firma de los términos de consentimiento, entre julio y agosto de 2010, con diez profesionales del personal de enfermería, que trabajan en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital de tamaño medio en Goiás, aprobado por el comité de la Ética en la Investigación de la UniEvangélica con el parecer 0155/2009. Resultados: Del análisis de las entrevistas surgió dos categorías y dos sub-categorías: 1-Los sentimientos experimentados por el personal de enfermería frente la muerte y el morir del cliente a su cargo; 2 - Descubrimiento de la sensibilidad del personal de enfermería ante de la muerte y el morir; 2.1-unión; 2,2 religiosidad. Conclusión: Fue posible ver que la muerte sigue siendo visto como un enigma y que los sentimientos que el personal de enfermería experimentan son la incompetencia, la ansiedad y la falta de preparación en el trato con los pacientes en el proceso de muerte y el morir, a pesar de que viven con esta situación de forma rutinaria. Esto sugiere que hay una necesidad de clarificación de cómo lidiar con la muerte y el proceso de morir en la formación de profesionales de la salud a fin de proporcionar una asistencia cualificada. This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The ability to read at an early age greatly affects the level of intelligence of children. The earlier a child learns to read, the more fond he is to read and the better he will read. So parents and teachers should teach children to read from an early age. Because the ability to read is the basis for mastering various sciences. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the steps of implementing the "Kubaca" method which can improve the ability to recognize the words of early childhood Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 Bangsalsari Jember. This research uses a qualitative approach and types of field research. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. This study concluded that the steps for implementing the Kubaca method that can improve the ability to recognize early childhood words in Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 are as follows: 1) the teacher prepares various kinds or kinds the words to be conveyed to students, 2) the teacher holds up the words that have been arranged neatly, and 3) the teacher reads the cards aloud and repeatedly. Kemampuan membaca pada usia dini banyak mempengaruhi tingkat intelegensi anak. Semakin dini seorang anak belajar membaca maka semakin gemar ia membaca dan semakin baik ia membaca. Maka seharusnya orang tua dan guru mengajarkan anak membaca sejak dini. Karena kemampuan membaca merupakan dasar untuk menguasai berbagai ilmu.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan metode “Kubaca” yang dapat meningkatan kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia dini Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 Bangsalsari Jember.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitianlapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa langkah-langkah penerapan metode Kubaca yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia dini di Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 adalah sebagai berikut: 1) guru menyiapkan aneka ragam atau macam kata-kata yang akan disampaikan kepada siswa, 2) guru mengacungkan kata-kata yang telah disusun secara rapi, dan 3) guru membacakan kartu-kartu tersebut secara nyaring dan berulang-ulang. Aims:  To  analyze  the  social  representations  of  nursing  by  non-nursing health professionals. Method: This is a descriptive, exploratory research, with a qualitative  approach,  using    Social  Representation  Theory  as  a  structural  approach.  A total of 53 non-nursing health professionals participated in this research. The technique used to collect the data was based on free and hierarchical opinions, using the inductor terminology “nursing”. D ata analysis was treated through the software E VOC  2005. Results:  The  following  are  among  the  core  terms  used  to  socially  represent  nursing: care,  team,  responsibility  and  work.  Discussion:  It  was to  form  a  balance  between the functional,  normative,  and  perceived  image  of  the  representation,  which  includes cognitive  and  evaluative  elements.  There  is  a  positive  view  towards  the  study  object. Conclusion:  This  representation has  been  carefully  presented  as  professionals  relate to concrete  and  tangible  formats  to  express  the  nursing  professional,  and  then  they  are able to reconstruct the object nursing.

This study aims to determine the skills of the kitabah through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research conducted at the Al-Quran Calligraphy School (SAKAL) in Jombang, East Java. The data sources in this study were SAKAL students and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. The data obtained were classified and analyzed by descriptive method. For the presentation in the form of descriptive narrative. The results of this research indicate that: First, learning the book through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi aims to realize a pesantren-based madrasa education model, as well as fostering students' skills, morals, intellectuals and spirituality, and building abilities, especially in the field of Al-Qur'an calligraphy. In the process of learning khat Riq'ah, two guide books/Kurrasah were used, including Kurrasah Yusuf Dzannun and Muhammad Izzat. Second, its application in learning begins with giving an example of one point from the teacher to the student, then a colon, the basic letter (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) followed by the letter mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا) after all the letters are finished, continue with murajaah or repeat all the letters that have been learned in one deposit. After the murajaah is finished, it is continued by imitating the sentences in the book. So that by using this method, students' book skills have increased significantly. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di Sekolah Kaligrafi al-Quran (SAKAL) yang berada di Jombang Jawa Timur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru SAKAL. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Untuk penyajiannya dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Pembelajaran kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi bertujuan untuk merealisasikan model pendidikan madrasah berbasis pesantren, serta pembinaan keterampilan, moral, intelektual dan spiritual siswa dan membangun kemampuan khususnya bidang kaligrafi Al-Qur’an. Dalam proses pembelajaran khat Riq’ah memakai dua buku panduan/kurrasah, diantaranya kurrasah  Yusuf Dzannun dan Muhammad Izzat. Kedua, Penerapannya dalam pembelajaran diawali dengan pemberian contoh titik satu dari guru kepada murid, kemudian titik dua, huruf asasiyah (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) dilanjutkan dengan huruf mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا)  setelah semua huruf selesai dilanjutkan dengan murajaah atau mengulang semua huruf yang telah dipelajari dalam satu kali setor. Setelah murajaah selesai dilanjutkan dengan menirukan kalimat yang ada di kitab. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode ini, keterampilan kitabah siswa mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan.

Abstract. Sexual crimes occur not only in urban areas but also in villages. This crime has a big impact especially the majority of victims are children. LRSAMPK Darussa’adah is an institution whose role is to provide services for victims. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of cases of child sexual violence, the strategies carried out by the assistants in terminating and barriers, challenges and support in terminating. This is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, then the research results are analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the types of child sexual abuse cases handled by LRSAMPK Darussa’adah were rape, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, neglect of the baby, sexual abuse and abduction for sexual purposes. The accompanying strategy in terminating child sexual abuse cases is to convince the victims’ families and communities by involving referrals, “geuchik”, social workers and related agencies. The challenges of Darussa’adah social workers are when client stakeholders are difficult to ask for information about victims and there are some people who refuse and some accept victims. The support received by Darussa’adah social workers is when the referrals are willing to work together to find ways to facilitate the termination of victims, and also families and there are still people who are willing to accept among the majority of people who refuse victims returning,  Abstrak. Kejahatan seksual marak terjadi tidak hanya di perkotaan tetapi meluas ke perkampungan. Kejahatan ini berdampak besar khususnya sebagian besar korbannya adalah anak-anak. LRSAMPK Darussa’adah merupakan lembaga yang berperan memberi pelayanan bagi korban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jenis kasus kekerasan seksual anak, strategi yang dilakukan oleh pendamping dalam melakukan terminasi dan hambatan, tantangan maupun dukungan dalam melakukan terminasi. Ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kasus kekerasan seksual anak yang ditangani LRSAMPK Darussa’adah adalah perkosaan, pelecehan seksual, eksploitasi seksual, penelantaran bayi, pencabulan perdagangan dan penculikan untuk tujuan seksual.  Strategi pendamping dalam melakukan terminasi pada kasus kekerasan seksual anak adalah dengan meyakinkan keluarga korban maupun masyarakat dengan melibatkan perujuk, geuchik, pekerja sosial dan dinas terkait. Hambatan dan tantangan pekerja sosial Darussa’adah adalah ketika stakeholder klien sulit dimintai keterangan mengenai korban dan ada sebagian masyarakat yang menolak dan sebagian menerima korban. Adapun dukungan yang diterima pekerja sosial Darussa’adah adalah ketika perujuk bersedia kerjasama mencari cara agar mempermudah terminasi korban, dan juga keluarga serta masih ada masyarakat yang mau menerima di tengah-tengah sebagian besar masyarakat yang menolak korban kembali.

One of factors in the decline of student ability is due to the lack of teacher creativity in the teaching and learning process, especially in Bahasa Indonesia subjects that contain text material so it tends to be boring if it only delivered through lectures. The method (field research) with a descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, because the researcher went directly to the research location. Researchers use interviews, observations, etc. in data collection. This research shows that when the teacher uses the language game technique to complete the story of the students, the teacher is finally able to improve the ability of the second grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam Uranggantung, even by using the language game technique to complete the story, students are able to win the poetry reading contest at the district level.

This study aims to find out the Islamic religious education teachers in managing the class and also note it to grade IX students in Malangke Barat 2 Public Middle School North Luwu Regency. This research is a field research that uses a qualitative approach that describes the phenomenon as it is. with data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data subjects in this study were PAI teachers of 2 people, students of class IX 71 people.The results of the study are: 1) the efforts of Islamic education teachers in classroom management in improving discipline, showing that: a) Implementing learning methods, conducting room arrangement, and evaluating after the learning process, b) Description of student discipline in each class occurs the noise made by students even though the teacher always reprimanded him and indicated the form of discipline that is the students disturbing each other, students mocked each other when a friend arrived late even though the teacher was in the process of explaining, and students made a fuss when the teacher was permission to leave, c) the correlation between the teacher's efforts Islamic education in the management of teacher classes in classroom management with discipline is closely related to the smooth of learning process. If the teacher is less skilled in classroom management, the learning process is hampered and the teaching objectives are difficult to achieve.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir Di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pnggalilian data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian guru BK, peserta didik dan orang tua siswa kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu 1) Persiapan meliputi menentukan personil, alat assessment dan identifikasi siswa juga kategori siswa terisolir 2) Pelaksanaan meliputi menyusun program dan implementasi program penanganan 3) Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan dan 4) Tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan.<br /><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> Pribadi Sosial, Keterampilan Sosial, Terisolir<br />Abstract<br /><strong>Implementation of Social Personal Guidance in Developing the Social Skills of Isolated Students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan</strong><strong>.  </strong>This study aims to observe the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection method uses interviews, observations and documentation with the BK teacher's research subjects, students and parents of students then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students at SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan was carried out in several stages, namely 1) Preparation includes determining personnel, assessment tools and student identification as well as the category of isolated students 2) Implementation includes arranging programs and implementing handling programs 3) Evaluation of results of implementation and 4) Follow-up of results of implementation.<br /><strong>Keywords:</strong>Social Personal, Social Skills, Isolated<p class="06IsiAbstrak"> </p>
