Abstract The fact that the people who are educational administrators are full of stress negatively af ect the teachers, school, job performance, teacher environment, parent motivation and the success levels of the students. Inhibiting the negative effects of stress and finding methods of coping with stress and directing it to the benefit of the organization are necessary in terms of efficiency. Therefore, the general purpose of the research is explained as to introduce the findings on how to find the personal and institutional causes of stress of the people who are educational administrators and how to develop their coping tactics. In this study, in which the causes of stress, the secondary issues related to the formation of its causes, and how the people who are educational administrators can apply to solve them, determinations have been made by emphasizing the expressions of management and education management. By focusing on the personal and institutional symptoms and consequences of the aforementioned issues, the tactics of coping with stress of the education administrators were examined. En el presente trabajo de investigación, se manifiesta un análisis de la acción en lo que corresponde a la gestión educativa, sus acciones y actitudes en lo referente a las personas que dirigen las IE. Sin duda un tema de debate y análisis constante. La investigación está basada en los datos de entrevista y diálogo con el cuerpo docente y directivos, sobre esta problemática que surge, que es el descontento de los actores de la educación que rodean las escuelas o colegios, específicamente sobre las actitudes y la dimensionalidad que implica un cambio de pensamiento y más que eso, se pronuncia y se tiene un afán en la parte del pensamiento humanista, para poder afrontar los nuevos roles que se necesita en nuestra sociedad actual de conocimientos. La persona que está en la dirección de una IE, en los actuales momentos presentan una constante problemática que es: dirigir haciendo lo que indica la tradición predominante en muchos casos, o regenerar la gestión para trasformar el entorno palpable de las escuelas. Sin dudas exigen nuevos cambios y aclaman trasformaciones más visibles, de una gestión del siglo XXI. THE HUMANIST DIRECTOR AND THE DIRECTION OF THE 21ST CENTURY: AN IMPACT EDUCATION MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE ABSTRACT In the present work of investigation, an analysis of the action in what corresponds to the educational management, its actions and attitudes in relation to the people who lead the EI is manifested. Undoubtedly a topic of constant debate and analysis. The development of information technology has spawned a new type of demand and management analysis model of big data. The value of data is vividly reflected in the contemporary era, and all walks of life have devoted great energy to the construction and use of informatization. The object of college education and management is the group of college students who are most closely connected with contemporary trends. Their thoughts are active, their state is changeable, and they are very sensitive to external stimuli. Such an educational situation has greatly increased the difficulty of educational management in colleges and universities. This article takes the big data research as the breakthrough point, focuses on the promotion and innovation of contemporary college education management informatization, and strives to improve the college education management informatization system by solving existing problems. The innovation of this research is to use big data technology as the starting point for improving the current stage of the education informatization work of colleges and universities, through the combination of data analysis and the latter, to realize the comprehensive informatization innovation of education management. The study used questionnaire surveys to investigate and interview some students and related managers in 5 universities in the province and conducted an objective assessment of the construction of educational management informatization in these universities and found that these five universities have common problems in this field. Research experiments have found that among the five representative universities in the province, the service awareness of education administrators is not above the fifth level. This shows that in the big data environment, the quality of education administrators cannot be ignored.

Una de las formas de agrupación dentro de los centros de altos estudios, para la gestión de los recursos humanos, que posibiliten el trabajo estratégico, sistémico, humano y eficiente lo constituyen las Facultades Universitarias. El análisis incursiona en algunas reflexiones teóricas sobre la gerencia universitaria por facultades en la actualidad, retomando publicaciones especializadas en dirección empresarial y educativa; así como la experiencia de las autoras en este desempeño. Concluye que la dirección universitaria tiene un valor metodológico significativo al establecer que ésta solo tiene sentido si se relaciona íntimamente y responde al objeto de estudio de la pedagogía, es decir al proceso de formación integral de las personas. ABSTRACT University Faculties constitute one of the ways of grouping within higher education centers for the management of human resources to make strategic, systemic, human and efficient work possible. This analysis involves some theoretical thoughts on university management held by faculties, retaking specialized publications in business and educational management, as well as the experience of more than four decades of the author of this paper. The analysis concludes that university direction has a significant methodological value and it establishes that it makes sense if it is closely related to the object if study of pedagogy, that is, to the people´s integral formation process. ABSTRAK: Inti pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, Faktor-faktor yang mendorong gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna dan akibat gerakan sosial masyarakat Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna? Latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba yaitu keadaan kampungnya yang hanya terdiri dari beberapa kepala keluarga tiap kampung dan jarak yang jauh masing-masing kampung membuat keadaan masyarakatnya sulit untuk berkomnikasi dan tiap kampung hanya terdiri dari lima sampai dengan tujuh kepala keluarga saja. Kampung ini letaknya paling timur pulau Muna terbentang dari ujung kota Raha sekarang sampai kampung Wakuru yang saat ini. Kondisi ini juga yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kampung ini kurang berkembang baik dibidang ekonomi, sosial politik, pendidikan maupun di bidang kebudayaan. Keadaan ini diperparah lagi dengan sifat dan karakter penduduknya yang masih sangat primitif. Faktor yang mendorong adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian antara keinginan pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat yang mendiami Kampung Labaluba pada waktu itu. Sedangkan proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna bermula ketika pemerintah seolah memaksakan kehendaknya kepada rakyat yang menyebabkan rakyat tidak setuju dengan kebijakan tersebut. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna terbagi dua yaitu akibat positif dan akibat negatif.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Sosial, Factor dan Dampaknya ABSTRACT: The main issues in this study include the background of the social movement of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, Factors that encourage social movements of Labaluba Kampung Sub-village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, the social movement process of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District Muna Regency and due to Labaluba community social movements Kontumere Village Kabawo District Muna Regency? The background of the Labaluba Kampung community social movement is that the condition of the village consists of only a few heads of households per village and the distance of each village makes it difficult for the community to communicate and each village only consists of five to seven households. This village is located east of the island of Muna stretching from the edge of the city of Raha now to the current village of Wakuru. This condition is also one of the factors causing the village to be less developed in the economic, social political, educational and cultural fields. This situation is made worse by the very primitive nature and character of the population. The factor that motivated the existence of the social movement of Labaluba Village in Kontumere Village, Kabawo Subdistrict, Muna Regency was the mismatch between the wishes of the local government and the people who inhabited Labaluba Village at that time. While the process of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency began when the government seemed to impose its will on the people, causing the people to disagree with the policy. The consequences arising from the existence of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency are divided into two, namely positive and negative effects. Keywords: Social Movements, Factors and their Impacts

Prisons and other correctional settings are spaces often marked by numerous sources of physical, psychological, and emotional insecurity. Researchers have consistently found correctional work to be associated with outcomes such as burnout, posttraumatic stress disorder, and depression. Drawing on open-ended survey questions with correctional workers (CWs) in the province of Ontario, we first identify salient themes in discussions of work stressors and potentially psychologically traumatic events (PPTEs); these include situations involving harm to prisoners, harm to staff, and harms associated with occupational and organizational culture. Next, employing the concept of “habitus,” we consider the social-subjective effects of exposure to PPTEs as revealed in respondent accounts. Key aspects include a disposition of hypervigilance, desensitization, disillusionment, and distrust. We suggest that the CW habitus may, in some ways, serve to mitigate threats in the work environment, though may have negative effects on job performance and well-being, and come to shape social experiences in everyday life.

Digital transformation provokes a great deal of uncertainty among employees. To gain insights into how employees manage the uncertainty driven by digital transformation and also how leaders can support them, this study has drawn on the theory of communication and uncertainty management (TCUM), which posits that the impact of uncertainty varies by how individuals appraise it and social support enhances positive appraisal. Based on those tenets, the current study advanced the following hypotheses: (a) uncertainty has direct and indirect negative effects on employees’ appraisal of digital transformation, self-efficacy, and job performance; (b) in contrast, direct supervisors’ transformational leadership has direct and indirect positive effects on appraisal, self-efficacy, and job performance; and also (c) transformational leadership moderates the impact of uncertainty. SEM with 4-wave time-separated data ( N = 873 employee-supervisor dyads in Japan) found support for these hypotheses. The obtained findings are discussed with reference to TCUM, transformational leadership, and other relevant literature.

Abstract In Hungary a lot of people live in condominiums or in block of flats where fire often occurs despite of precise design and effective fire protection arrangements. This means a hazard for the people living there, for the building constructions and also for the environment. A deeper knowledge of the burning process and examining the negative effects of fire load on building constructions with scientific methods are actual questions nowadays. In order to get to know the phenomena more accurately, fire spread in a bedroom was modeled and numerical simulation was carried out, which is presented in this paper in detail. These experiences may help increasing the fire safety and preventing fires in apartments. The simulations were carried out considering the characteristics of the Hungarian architecture.

Sebagai salah satu problem yang sering muncul dalam proses pembelajaran tentang bagaimana pola hubungan antara guru dan peserta didik. Kaidah Kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim perlu diimplementasikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Eksistensi pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan yang terkandung dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim sebagaimana yang diterapkan dalam lembaga-lembaga pendidikan. seperti apa yang sudah diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Manajemen Pendidikan dalam kitab Ta’lim al-muta’allim sangatlah bagus diterapkan dalam lembaga pendidikan saat ini. Pengajaran tentang cara menjadi seorang siswa dan guru yang baik. Pemikiran dan keyakinan Syekh Az Zarnuji tentan kaifiyah etika menuntut ilmu yang itu semua dapat meraih kemanfaatan dan keberkahan ilmu. Manajemen pendidikan yang mengamalkan kaidah kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di SMP Plus Ar Rahmat tentang Pembiasaan karakter yang di terapkan dalam kaidah Ta’lim al-Muta’allim adalah kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kerja keras, fokus kepada tujuan, pantang menyerah, kesederhanaan, menghargai proses, pentingnya keseimbangan ihtiar lahir dan batin, need of achievment, dan beberapa filosofi hidup dan motto yang berisi motivasi. Eksistensi manajemen pendidikan kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di Ar-Rahmat yang masih begitu eksis pelaksanaannya.As one of the problems often arising in the learning process on the pattern of relationships between teachers and students, the rules of the so-called Ta'lim al-Muta'allim need to be implemented in educational institutions. The implementation of education management contained in the Ta'lim a-Muta'allim as applied in educational institutions as what implemented by the principal. The results of the study show that the education management in the Ta'limul Muta'allim is extremely important applied in educational institutions today. It teaches on how to be a good student and teacher. The thoughts of Syekh Az Zarnuji on the ethics of studying in addition to achieving the benefits and blessings of knowledge. Educational management that practices the rules as contained in the Ta'lim al-Muta'allim in Ar Rahmat about the character habituation is honesty, discipline, hard work, focus on goals, never give up, simplicity, respect for the process, the importance of balance of physical and spiritual exercise, need of achievement, and several life philosophies and mottos that contain motivation.

Since its establishment in 2018, Christian education management has begun to develop continuously in the educational context of Indonesia. However, it still requires studying more. Accordingly, this research aims to investigate how the department of Christian education management may be developed at the Christian higher education. The qualitative research, in particular, a case study was conducted to investigate the topic. Seven participants were involved and a manual book of Christian educational management department was used as the source of data. Based on the result of the study, it was found four themes that need to pay attention seriously in order to develop further the department of Christian educational management in Christian higher education, namely vision, mission, purpose, curriculum, collaboration, and alumnus. On the other side, for improving the knowledge on the management of Christian education organizations, contributions of this study for further research, practitioners and policy-makers are provided AbstrakSemenjak berdirinya pada tahun 2018, manajemen pendidikan Kristen telah mulai berkembang secara berkelanjutan pada konteks pendidikan Indonesia. Namun, bidang tersebut masih membutuhkan pengkajian lebih lanjut. Sekaitan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana program studi manajemen pendidikan Kristen dapat dikembangkan di pergururuan tinggi Kristen. Penelitian kualitatif, sebuah studi kasus, dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi topik tersebut. Sebanyak tujuh informan dilibatkan dan sebuah buku pedoman Prodi manajemen pendidikan Kristen digunakan sebagai sumber data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, studi ini menemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa tema penting yang perlu menjadi perhatian serius untuk pengembangan sebuah program studi manajemen pendidikan Kristen di perguruan tinggi Kristen, yakni visi, misi, tujuan kurikulum, kerja sama, dan lulusan. Di lain pihak, untuk peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan organisasi-organisasi pendidikan Kristen, kontribusi studi ini untuk peneliti selanjutnya, praktisi, dan pengambil kebijakan disajikan.
