Resumo Este estudo aborda a logística dos transportes em Goiás com ênfase nos desdobramentos socioespaciais provocados pela Ferrovia Norte-Sul. Para tanto, analisa-se a produção e os investimentos nas mesorregiões Centro e Norte do estado. O objetivo central é compreender o papel da Ferrovia em questão no contexto do Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC), que tem promovido a reestruturação dos territórios, do escoamento e da circulação da produção moderna capitalista. Quanto ao aporte metodológico, foram realizadas revisões bibliográficas, análise do projeto da Ferrovia, levantamento de dados primários via trabalho de campo e dados secundários em instituições de pesquisa e estatística, espacialização de dados em mapas, tabulação e análise de gráficos e tabelas para então ponderação de cenários. Conclui-se que a ampliação das infraestruturas de transportes é fundamental para a modernização dos territórios e dialoga diretamente com o modelo de produção vigente. No entanto, mesmo que essas infraestruturas e a própria produção recebam investimentos do Estado, o uso da Ferrovia está atrelado aos grandes produtores do agronegócio e da mineração das mesorregiões estudadas. Dessa forma, o pequeno produtor e o transporte de pessoas, ficam, novamente, em segundo plano. Palavras-chave: Escoamento da produção, Redes e transportes, Centro e Norte de Goiás, Logística ferroviária.   Abstract This study deals with transport logistics in Goiás, with emphasis on the socio-spatial unfolding provoked by the Norte-Sul Railway. For that, the production and the investments in the Center and North mesoregions of were analyzed. The main objective is to understand the role of the Railway in the context of the ‘Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC)’, which has promoted the restructuring of territories, flow and circulation in modern capitalist production. For the methodological input, bibliographical revisions were carried out; railroad project analysis, primary data collection through field work and secondary data in research and statistical institutions; spatialization of data in maps; tabulation and analysis of graphs and tables for then weighting of scenarios. In conclusion, the expansion of transport infrastructures is fundamental for the modernization of the territories and dialogues directly with the current production model. However, even if these infrastructures and the production itself receive investments from the State, the use of the Railroad is directed to the great agribusiness and mining producers of the studied mesoregions. In this way, the small producer and the transportation of people, are again in the background. En cuanto al aporte metodológico, se realizaron revisiones bibliográficas; análisis del proyecto de Ferrovia; levantamiento de datos primarios vía trabajo de campo y datos secundarios en instituciones de investigación y estadística; espacialización de datos en mapas; tabulación y análisis de gráficos y tablas para entonces ponderación de escenarios. Se concluye que la ampliación de las infraestructuras de transporte es fundamental para la modernización de los territorios y dialoga directamente con el modelo de producción vigente. Sin embargo, aunque estas infraestructuras y la propia producción reciban inversiones del Estado, el uso de Ferrovia está vinculado a los grandes productores del agronegocio y de la minería de las mesorregiones estudiadas. De esta forma, el pequeño productor y el transporte de personas, quedan, nuevamente, en segundo plano. <p align="center"> </p><p><em>As happened to the Notary Eli SatriaPilo, S.H, Mkn, who was appointed as the Notary who made the Deed of Relinquishment of Land Rights in the Land Acquisition activities for the Construction of Campus III of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Padang which was located in Sungai Bangek District, Padang</em><em> </em><em>in 2010. The method used was descriptive, in which describing the applicable legislation associated with legal theory in the facts and realities about the Notary’s Responsibility in Making Deed of Land Acquisition for the construction of Campus III of IAIN Padang in Sungai</em><em> </em><em>Bangek. This study used a Normative Juridical approach, in which researching by using and processing secondary data or literature related to the</em><em> </em><em>study. The data collected were in the form of primary data obtained from the District Court of Padang, secondary data obtained from secondary legal materials and primary legal materials. Based on the study, it was found that the role of Notary Eli</em><em> </em><em>Satria</em><em> </em><em>Pilo, in the land acquisition of campus III IAIN was proven to have misused the authority resulting in violation of the Notary Ethics Code and was responsible for accepting termination disrespectfully. Furthermore, he was also shown to be committing a Criminal Corruption made based on the Deed of Relinquishment of Land Rights in the land acquisition for the construction of Campus III of IAIN Padang, so that the State incurred losses of Rp. 1</em><em>.</em><em>946</em><em>.</em><em>701</em><em>.</em><em>050 (one billion nine hundred forty-six million seven hundred one thousand and fifty rupiahs). And he was responsible for receiving and carrying out the sentence that had been handed down by the District Court of Padang, a prison sentence of 4 (four) years, and paying a fine of Rp. 200</em><em>.</em><em>000</em><em>.</em><em>000 (two hundred million rupiahs)</em><em>.</em></p><p> </p>

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the main features of smart work centers (SWCs) and show how these innovative offices would support the implementation of smart working and related changes in workspaces (“bricks”), technologies (“bytes”) and organizational practices (“behaviors”). Design/methodology/approach In this study, scientific literature is combined with white papers and business reports and visits to 14 workplaces, including offices designed as SWCs, co-working spaces, one telecenter, one accelerator and one fab lab. Primary data were collected through interviews with managers and users and non-participant observation, whereas secondary data included web-sites, brochures, presentations, press releases and official documents. Findings The authors developed research propositions about how the design of spaces and the availability of technology within SWCs would support the “bricks” and “bytes” levers of smart working. More importantly, the authors assumed that this new type of workplace would sustain changes in employees’ behaviors and managers’ practices, thus helping to overcome several challenges traditionally associated with remote working. Research limitations/implications The exploratory nature of the research only provides preliminary information about the role of SWCs within smart working programs. Additional qualitative and quantitative empirical investigation is required. Practical implications This study provides valuable knowledge about how the design of corporate offices can be leveraged to sustain the implementation of smart working. Originality/value This study advances knowledge on workplaces by focusing on an innovative design of traditional offices (SWC). It also lays the foundations for future investigation aimed at testing the developed propositions.

The position of the Military Court is a body that executes the judicial power in the circle of the Indonesian National Armed Forces to enforce the law and justice with due observance of the interest in the state defense and safety. The Military Court is authorized to try the crimes committed by someone who when committing such crime is a soldier of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, a member of a group or office or body or equal to a soldier pursuant to the Law and someone is not included in the said group as set forth in the Law Number 31 of 1997 on Military Court. Following the reform of 1988, the existence of the Military Court is developed by some activists and the public that observe the Military Court, insisting the Parliament of the Republic of Indonesia to revise Law Number 31 of 1997 on Military Court, with the focus point for a soldier of the Indonesian National Armed Forces who commits a general crime to be tried in the General Court with the reason that the Military Court practice is closed in nature, and another reason is the equalization of rights before the law. The method used in this research is the normative law research that is carried out to obtain the necessary data relating to the problem. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary law materials, secondary law materials, and tertiary law materials. In addition, primary data is also used as the support of the secondary data law materials. The data is analyzed by the qualitative juridical analysis method. The results of the research show that the Military Court is one of the mechanisms that are always tried to be maintained. The outcome from the research discovers that the role of the Martial Court in Indonesia remains effective, fair, and democratic to this date realistically marked by fair punishment within the jurisdiction offended, which corresponds to the need of TNI institution in the aspects of Culture, Benefit, Assurance, and Fairness. It is recommended that the RI Government continuously develop and improve the same by maintaining the role of the Martial Court in punishing criminal offenses committed by military members on the Martial Court system currently in force.

This research is purpose to know the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and To know the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect the consumers that take fictitious investment in Bengkulu city. This research uses empirical approach, that is research in the place by using interviews to get answers about the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that has done fictitious investment in Bengkulu City. This research uses two types of data,that is primary data and secondary data. Then, its data to be analyzed in a research report that is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research is the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to  overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu City that is preventive and repressive efforts. The preventive efforts for example to socializing and educating people to alert investment and coordinating with law enforcers and other regulators. The repressive efforts, for example set up an Alert Investment task force in every area. Then the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that have  fictitious investment in Bengkulu City is regulated in POJK Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 about Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan

AbstractMadarsa education is very common among the Muslims in India. Hundreds of thousands of Muslim children acquire their primary, and perhaps the only, formal education in these madarsas with a cursory knowledge of modern education. As a result they are lagging behind in science education and their representation and participation in the scientific activity of the country is woefully low. As such they are unable to earn sufficiently to lead a comfortable life and provide proper leadership to their community to face the challenges of the modern world. The purpose of the present study is to analyse whether madarsa education becomes a barrier in promoting modern and higher education and secondly how far these institutions helped improve socio-economic conditions of madarsa trained persons in the District of Mewat (Haryana). In the absence of secondary data, the present study is based on the primary data collected through both extensive and intensive field work. A total of 2,350 households were surveyed and information regarding demographic, socio-economic and environmental conditions of these households was collected. Such a varied nature of data was assigned weightage according to their importance and finally the composite score was calculated to find out the levels of the socio-economic conditions of madarsa trained persons.

<p>This research examines problems that arise and become obstacles in the process of organizing general elections and the challenges of the General Election Commission (KPU) in increasing voter participation in general elections.</p><p>The purpose of this study is to find out what obstacles arise in the implementation of the General Election related to the role of the KPU to increase public participation in general elections. This type of research is empirical research and the data used are primary data by conducting interviews with KPU commissioners accompanied by an analysis of secondary data in the form of legislation. The results of this study indicate that barriers that can interfere with the process of holding elections, arise from news hoaxes and some obstacles that are classified based on the group of voters. Every segment of society has different needs, so the method used to increase community participation is tailored to the needs of the community in each segment.</p>

<p><em>This study aims to determine the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSPPS) so that operations do not come out of sharia provisions. Sharia Supervisory Board includes legal assistants who have the duty to ensure and conduct supervision so that Sharia Financial Institutions are in sharia provisions. Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Sharia Financing are financial institutions that are socially based and in their activities are based on moral principles by considering haram and lawfulness of a business that is run in accordance with Islamic regulations. The method used to conduct this research is qualitative. The data source uses secondary data and primary data by collecting data in the form of interviews and documents. Based on the results of observations on KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang that Supervision conducted by DPS there is still an obstacle that causes less optimal supervision, namely members of sharia supervisors who do not understand muamalah fiqh, mastery of economics and DPS rarely make office visits. In addition, one member of the DPS also does not yet have a certificate of proof of passing the exam from DSN-MUI or other standard certificates, in this case at least the results of the certificate provide a guarantee that the Sharia Supervisory Board has passed the feasibility test to become the Sharia Supervisory Board. KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang in practice also still has errors, the Ba'I Bi'saman Ajil contract which is supposed to be a sale and purchase agreement but made as a financing and error in determining the margin based on the presentation of the money lent.</em></p>

ABSTRAKProblematik penelitian ini adalah : Apa dasar hukum  Peran Notaris dalam Transaksi Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Lokasi Pembangunan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau? apa peran Notaris  Dalam Transaksi Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Lokasi Pembangunan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau? dan apa akibat hambatan hukum atas Peran Notaris dalam Transaksi Pengadaan Tanah Untuk Lokasi Pembangunan Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau?Penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris yang bersumber dari pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.Hasil temuan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa Dasar hukum Notaris dan/atau PPAT dalam pertanahan, didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor : 1 Tahun 2006 tentang Ketentuan Pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor : 37 Tahun 1998 tentang Peraturan Jabatan Pejabat Pembuatan Akta Tanah. Keputusan Presiden Nomor 55 Tahun 1993 maupun Peraturan Presiden Nomor 65 Tahun 2006, peralihan hak atas tanah tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui/dihadapan Notaris dan/atau PPAT. Peran nyata keterlibatan notaris dalam pembangunan komplek kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau adalah pembuatan Akta Notaris Nomor 9 tanggal 06 Juli 2005 tentang Surat Perjanjian Pelepasan Hak atas Tanah di antara PT Sinar Bintang Sakti dan Pemda Kabupaten Sekadau dan Pembuatan Akta Notaris No. 10 tanggal 06 Juli 2005 tentang surat Pengakuan hutang yang pada pokoknya Pemkab Sekadau mengakui mempunyai hutang kepada CHAN INDRA, dengan jaminan tanah yang telah diterima pelepasan hak atas tanah dari CHAN INDRA selaku Direktur PT. Sinar Bintang Sakti. Perdebatan Notaris berwenang untuk membuat akta yang berkaitan dengan akta-akta pertanahan mengakibatkan keraguan mengenai keabsahan terhadap akta notaris yang terdapat dalam proyek pembangunan perkantoran di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sekadau.Kata Kunci : Notaris, Pengadaan Tanah, Kabupaten Sekadau. ABSTRACTIn relation to the authority of Notary, as mentioned in UUJN Number 30 Year2004 jo Law Number 2 Year 2014, Article 15 paragraph (2) letter (f), that Notary has authority to make deed related to land.The problematic of this research is: What is the legal basis of Notary's Role in Transaction of Land Procurement For Development Site of Sekadau Regency Government Complex  what is the role of Notary In Transaction of Land Procurement For Development Site of Sekadau Regency Government Complex ?; and what are the consequences of the legal barrier to the Notary's Role in the Land Acquisition Transaction for the Location of the Sekadau Regency Government Complex ?This research is with juridical-empirical approach that comes from collecting data obtained from primary data and secondary data, then analyzed by qualitative analysis method. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis.The findings of the researcher indicate that the legal basis of Notary and / or PPAT in the land is based on Law Number 30 Year 2004 regarding Notary Position and Regulation of the Head of National Land Agency Number 1 Year 2006 regarding Provisions on Implementation of Government Regulation Number 37 Year 1998 on the Regulation of Officials of the Establishment of Deed of Land. Presidential Decree No. 55/1993 and Presidential Regulation No. 65/2006, the transfer of land rights can be done through / in the presence of a Notary and / or PPAT. The real role of notary involvement in the construction of the Sekadau District Government office complex is the making of Notarial Deed No. 9 dated July 6, 2005 concerning Letter of Agreement on the Release of Land Rights between PT Sinar Bintang Sakti and the Regional Government of Sekadau Regency and the Notarial Deed. 10 dated July 6, 2005, concerning letters of recognition of debt principally Pemkab Sekadau acknowledged to have a debt to CHAN INDRA, with guaranteed land that has been received the release of land rights from CHAN INDRA as Director of PT. Sinar Bintang Sakti. The debate of a Notary is authorized to make deeds relating to land deeds lead to doubts about the validity of the notarial deed contained in office building projects in the Sekadau District Government.Suggestions to lawmakers to anticipate differences in legal interpretation in the future, it is recommended that both Law No. 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Law Number 2 Year 2014 on UUJN and the Notary Profession Code of Ethics, to strengthen the explanation of legislation has been compiled.Keywords : Notary Public, Land Procurement, Sekadau District.

The background of this thesis is an increasing number of legislators Batam from Chinese citizens, at the 1999 elections, there were two people who passed to the DPRD Kota Batam, in the elections of 2004 increased to four Chinese citizens who become legislators Batam. It is not independent of their role during the sitting in the legislature as a representative of the people. This study aims to clarify the role of Chinese citizens who sat as a legislative member in Batam 1999-2009This research is a qualitative research, the historical method with the approach of political science. Steps historical research include: first heuristic, there are two sources of data are primary data and secondary data, primary data in this study is a member of the legislative representatives of the Chinese community, Chinese people, community leaders and members of the Commission, the secondary data taken from any books , newspapers and other documents, the authors do critique source consisting of external criticism and internal criticism, the three researchers to interpret, fourth historiography.The results in this study explained that the role of the Chinese community as a member of the legislature in Batam years 1999-2009, the first legislative function is set statutorily in the form of local regulations (Perda), the second control function or supervise the activities of local government in implementing legislation has been agreed , of these control functions legislators have the right to ask questions, interpellation, questionnaires and motions, the three other functions related to the budget or APBD that has been agreed with the local governments when the plenary session.  Keywords: legislative member, chinese societyLatar belakang penelitian ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan jumlah anggota DPRD Kota Batam dari warga Tionghoa, dimana pada pemilu tahun 1999 terdapat dua orang yang lolos menjadi anggota DPRD Kota Batam dan  pada pemilu tahun 2004 mengalami peningkatan menjadi empat orang. Hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari peran mereka selama duduk di legislatif sebagai wakil rakyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran warga Tionghoa yang duduk menjadi anggota legislatif di Kota Batam tahun 1999-2009.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif historis dengan pendekatan ilmu politik.Adapunlangkah-langkah penelitian historis meliputi: pertama heuristik, di dalamnya terdapat dua sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota legislatif dari perwakilan masyarakat Tionghoa, masyarakat keturunan Tionghoa, tokoh masyarakat dan anggota KPU, data sekunder diambil dari buku-buku, koran dan dokumen lainnya.Kedua, kritik sumber yang terdiri dari kritik ekstern dan kritik intern.Ketiga, interpretasi dan keempat, historiografi.Hasil dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peranan warga Tionghoa sebagai anggota legislatif di Kota Batam tahun 1999-2009,  pertama fungsi legislasi yaitu mengatur undang-undang dalam bentuk peraturan daerah (Perda), kedua fungsi kontrol atau mengawasi kegiatan pemerintah daerah dalam menjalankan Perda yang telah disepakati, dari fungsi kontrol ini anggota DPRD memiliki hak untuk bertanya, interpelasi, angket dan mosi, ketiga fungsi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan anggaran atau APBD yang telah disepakati bersama pemerintah daerah saat sidang paripurna. Bermainnya peran-peran  tersebut dengan baik, semakin menambah nilai kepercayaan warga Tionghoa  memilih dari kalangan mereka untuk pemilu selanjutnya. Kata Kunci: anggota legislatif, masyarakat tionghoa, kota batam

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.
