Objectives: To determine the rate of physical activity and some associated factors between adequate physical activity and understanding, barriers, and support from family and friends in diabetic patients at the Long Ho district Health Center in Vinh Long province in 2021. Subjects and research methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study with analysis. The toolkit is based on the GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) questionnaire and related research [9]. Results and discussions: Patients with incorrect knowledge about diabetes accounted for 53%, with sufficient physical activity 43.6%. The results of multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that there were relationship between sufficient physical activity and age (p<0.05), barriers including exercise taking a long time, remote locations, and a lack of facilities (p<0.05) and the patient was still confident in futures activities even when the weather was bad (OR = 0.486, p<0.05). The family and friends had not supported (OR= 0.317, p<0.05). Conclusions and recommendations: Patients need to sufficient physical activity as recommended with an average intensity of 150 minutes/week. It is necessary to update the knowledge of diabetes as well as the knowledge of sufficient physical activity from health workers, family and friends. Local governments should construct cultural houses and playgrounds to make it easier for patients to participate in activities.

The main problem in people with DM is the occurrence of complications, especially the complications of chronic DM, which is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in DM patients. This study aims to analyze relationship between family history, age, gender, physical activity, obesity, hypertension to the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus type II. This research is a quantitative research type and uses a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted at the Kebon Jeruk District Health Center in West Jakarta in 2018, with a sample size of 77 samples or respondents. Independent variables included family history, age, gender, physical activity, obesity, and hypertension. The dependent variable is type II diabetes mellitus. Analysis of the relationship between the two variables was measured using the chi-square test. The results showed an association between life history, age, physical activity, and obesity with the incidence of type II DM in Kebon Jeruk District Health Center in 2018. It is recommended that people who have a family history of DM to immediately detect DM disease and apply a healthy lifestyle, carry out physical activities for at least 15-20 minutes every day, health workers are also advised to continue to conduct health education related to DM disease.

Dementia is an acquired intellectual and memory dysfunction caused by brain disease, and is not associated with impaired levels of consciousness. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with dementia in the elderly at the Cakung District Health Center in 2020. This study is a quantitative study with a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional study approach. The population consisted of elderly patients who participated in prolanis activities at the Cakung District Health Center. Sampling using total sampling. The sample consisted of 60 respondents. Data analysis using chi square test. The results showed a relationship between age (p = 0.000), physical activity (p = 0.000) and dementia. Physical activity needs to be done by the elderly to inhibit the factors that accelerate the onset of dementia. Counseling and learning about physical activity in the elderly should be a program in providing health services to the elderly, especially to prevent dementia. Keywords : Dementia, Physical Activity

This study explains the relationship between stunting and maternal factors, namely education, knowledge of nutrition, parenting patterns, and mother's motivation. This qualitative research is a type of correlational analytic research with the cross-sectional method. The subjects of this study were stunting mothers and toddlers at Dungkek Health Center (n=40), obtained using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and met lines. Data were analyzed using a contingency correlation test. The results showed a relationship between stunting in children with education, nutritional knowledge, and self-efficacy (p= 0.001; p= 0.033; p= 0.01). Edit was not related to parenting (p = 0.866). Health workers need to pay attention to maternal factors as the target of promotive and preventive activities in stunting cases because maternal factors make an important contribution in the first 1000 days of life, preventing stunting.

The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Introduction Health workers are at high risk of contracting the disease because they are at the forefront of assisting COVID19 patients. Globally, Indonesia has the worst death toll of health workers. Many previous studies have shown the differences in knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of health workers in handling with the COVID19 pandemic. This study aims to asses the role of knowledge, attitudes, and health workers' preparedness during the COVID-19 pandemic in Aceh Pidie Jaya District. Methods A cross-sectional study and the data were collected by distributing online questionnaires about knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and preparedness related to the COVID-19 at 12 Pidie Jaya District health centers. The knowledge, behavior, and preparedness parameters used Guttman and Likert scales to measure the workers' attitudes. Chi-square test was used to evaluate the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and preparedness. Results In this study, 377 health workers were selected, the majority of respondents' education level was diploma, level 3 (257, 76.3%), and one-third of the respondents did not attend training. There are 197 (58.5%) respondents who had good knowledge, 177 (52.5%) positive attitudes, 283 (84%) good behavior, and 173 (51, 3%) well prepared. Furthermore, good knowledge, positive attitude, and good behavior had a significant correlation statistically with well prepared during the pandemic (p < 0.05). Discussion Most of the health workers in Aceh Pidie Jaya have good knowledge, positive attitudes, and good behavior that create adequate preparedness. Even though training is still very limited, educational attainment would remain the cornerstone for preparedness to encounter COVID-19.
