The learning process is an adaptation method dole out by people to grasp and master the science. During this learning period that the individual adjusts himself to the changes that occur quickly and surely. Speaking publically will cause anxiety as a result of each activity dole out by humans contains a tendency to develop anxiety. Horwitz (2001) expresses that one-third of the scholars who study foreign languages expertise a minimum of at a median level. The subjects were 13 students of the sixth semester who took English for Public Health in the academic year of 2020/2021. The frequency and the English speaking anxiety level became the purpose of this study to be found out. To collect the data English speaking anxiety questionnaire was used. The first questionnaire results showed that 2 students (15%) answered very often, 4 students (30%) often, 6 students (46%) rarely, and 1 student (7%) never felt anxious when speaking English. The second questionnaire showed that 2 students (15%) in high category, 10 students (76%) in medium, and 1 student (7%) in low anxiety. The article deals with possible ways of the use of media education in the process of teaching foreign languages in elementary school, which corresponds to innovative educational trends. The task of the teacher is to build a learning process so that the children were interested. The author analyzes the concept of media education and suggests possible ways of formation of skills of using media education for primary school pupils. This will allow teachers to use self-made educational material based on the personal characteristics of the students, their level of preparation, the individual way of perception of information and work with it in order to develop their autonomy, the ability to analyze, synthesize and generalize information, to form a culture of communication with the media, creative, communicative abilities, critical thinking.

The teaching of a foreign language, particularly English, is mandatory at the curriculum in Indonesia. This language has an important contribution to the development  of science and technology. So, it needs to strategy and development to answer the challenges in there. The current study is how improving the students’ English performance through learning approach by using local history. The research was conducted in the second academic year, particularly 2nd semester with 20 students who enrolled in English speaking ii at Muhammadiyah institution in bone. The mixed method is used to find out the improvement of speaking achievement shows that dramatize with a particular approach such as local history effective to improve the students’ English performance. Furthermore,  this research can be expected to recognize one of a  pride local culture and encourage strong motivation for learning English as a medium in learning process. Using media drama is expected to draw interest in the learners because it will improve the ability and the achievement in their learning of English.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the triple P model can Improve the students' speaking skills. This research is a Classroom Action Research which applied to the students of English Language and Literature Study Program of Sawerigading University the academic year of 2016/2017. During the learning process, students are taught using ‘Triple P’ model. This model includes three activities; presentation, practice and production. In general it can be concluded that this model could motivate the students to speak confidently in the classroom and showed the improvement of students’ creativity on teaching learning process, their ability to express their own ideas, and their ability to interact or communicate with their friends.

Anxiety is one of the individual characteristics of the people. Anxiety is described as an uncontrollable state that can make the language learning situation problematic and stressful. Then, English speaking skill is very important for people interaction where people almost speak everywhere and every day through English. Speaking is one way to communicate ideas and thought a feeling and expression orally. The researcher is curious about its connection. That is why the researcher would like to find the corellation between student’s anxiety and student’s speaking skill especially for students of English education Department of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The subject of this research is the students of English Education Departmen of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo from semester II until VI with number of 52 Students. The researcher took all of the students as the sample of this research because the population is less than 100 people. The research was started on 5th June, 2017 until 19th June, 2017. The research used two instruments in collecting data, they were; speaking anxiety questionnaire and student achievement. Besides that, the researcher used the quantitative technique to analyze the data. Based on the result of this research, the score showed that there is significant correlation between variable X as the student anxiety and variable Y as the student speaking skill. It means that if the anxiety level of the student is high, the speaking of the students also low. Where the student feel worry, nervous, self-doubt, and unconfident when the student try to speaking with English in front of their friends, partner or in front of class. While, if the anxiety level of the studenr is low, the speaking of the student is high or good. Where the student when try to speak with English, they show the optimistic aptitude, good confident and feel enjoyful. Finally, the researcher gives suggestion that the students who want to increase their speaking skill, need to hold down their anxiety feelings with always practice and practice their speaking. Last, the researcher hopes that the result of this study will be useful for the next researcher.

The purpose of this research is to know how the learning process speaks English through "English Area" Program at SMK Negeri I Gorontalo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source is students in SMK Negeri I Gorontalo Class XI academic year 2015/2016. Data were collected using direct observation techniques on learning activities, interviews with teachers of English and students, documentation of learning outcomes and student achievement outcomes. The results show that the "English Area" program is well used to improve students' English speaking skills and can motivate them to use English. The conclusion is that English teachers at SMK Negeri I Gorontalo managed to create a way to make learners happy and interested in English speaking learning and their achievements increased.

Learner anxiety is a critical affective factor in foreign languages education. This study investigated the main causes of speaking anxiety in the context of business English (BE) instruction. In-depth interviews were conducted among BE instructors and learners at higher educational institutions in six countries in the Balkans. The study identified several causes of speaking anxiety, the most crucial being the lack of knowledge in economics and the BE lexis as the carrier content in BE learning. And especially so, when the latter combined with other causes, such as the necessity to speak unprepared in class in front of one’s peers, or problems with BE vocabulary acquisition or recollection. A quarter of the interviewees who considered themselves low-anxiety when speaking general English were prone to elevated levels of speaking anxiety when performing complex speaking tasks in BE class which require a degree of fluency in general English.

: The use of learning media is one of the critical success factors in higher education, therefore an educator must have innovation to use of learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media based on the Inspiring Suit 8 on arbitration material courses of theoretical and practice for Volleyball 1 academic year 2018/2019 at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The existence of media will be a big successful support in learning process, so that students do not feel boredom because of the weaknesses of the lecturers, in which they are unable to provided good learning variation or even have difficulty in conveying or transferring knowledge. The research was descriptive qualitative design. The research subjects were students of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program who took volleyball theory and practice courses in the even semester academic year 2018/2019. The instruments used were the media expert review questionnaire, the learning expert questionnaire, and the trial analysis questionnaire. The questionnaire will be analyzed to see the feasibility of the developed media. Based on the data results review by media expert volleyball, media learning expert and field trials, it can be concluded that media developed is useful in learning process. In addition, it is used to provide independent motivation, which can be used in lesson for students.

This research is intended to know the effectiveness of quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis in reading concept learning to students of grade 4th elementary school. The problems are: profile of students reading concept competences, the learning process of reading concept, the learning process of reading concept by quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis, the effectiveness of quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis in reading concept learning, and students response of quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis.The trouble-shooting is by use quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis by assumption: if students need to do something therefore will be easily to motivate them in learning and get a better result.Population in this research is Grade 4th Students of elementary school at Sumber Regency, Cirebon. The sample is determined by purposive sampling. The objects in this research are quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis and students reading concept competences. Instruments in this research are sheets of questionnaire, sheets of learning observation, and reading concept competence test. Data that are collected are learning process and data of students reading concept competences. Collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistic analyze.Result of this research are: (1) the competences of students reading concept are good, (2) the learning process are done with students actively, (3) quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis can increase students activity and learning result, (4) quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis is effective to use in reading concept learning, and (5) the students response to reading concept learning by use quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis is very good.Base on the result of this research, get to be proposed for teacher to use quantum reading model by printing media with yen basis to increase students reading concept competence as one of alternative technique in learning, because it is able to motivate, grow the students interest, and increase students creativities to increase students reading concept competences.

This research aims to describe: (1) students' English speaking skill in English immersion school; (2) students’ strengths and weaknesses in speaking skill in English immersion school; (3) factors affecting students' speaking skill in English immersion school. The research was designed as a case study, conducted at a school applying English immersion in Bondowoso, East Java, Indonesia in Academic Year 2017-2018. The research used purposive sampling. Data were collecated by interview, questionnairre, observation, and document analysis. The informants were grade 2 students, English teachers, and the school founder. The analysis found that: (1) on the scale of 1-5 (1=very bad, 2=bad, 3=fair, 4=good, 5=very good), students’ English speaking skills were at levels of very good (2.22%), good (6.67%), fair (37.78%), bad (44.44%), and very bad (8.89%); (2) students’ strengths in English speaking skills were related to vocabulary with average score of 2.7, and the weaknesses dealt with fluency with average score of 2.25; (3) factors that were assumed to affect students’ English speaking skills were environment, local accent, vocabulary mastery, English use, preference, and habits. It is recommended that all parties involved in the English immersion program evaluate the running of the program and the content of the program to provide learning outputs through English immersion. Commitment to using English should be strengthened, especially in English Week program. Improvement on English teachers’ is needed by involving them in trainings. Finally, similar research at non-English immersion school is necessary to ensure the comparative results gained from both types of school.
